Abstract

Currently, the usage of mobile applications is on the rise in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of understanding user satisfaction and dissatisfaction. This research aims to examine the sentiment expressed in user reviews of the ChatGPT application on Google Play using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The research methods include collecting user review data, cleaning and preprocessing the data, labeling sentiments, conducting SVM analysis, and evaluating the results. The analysis reveals that the majority of user reviews for the ChatGPT application are positive, with some negative feedback. With an accuracy of 91% and a weighted F1-score of 90%, the SVM method demonstrates effective performance in classifying user review sentiments. This study provides valuable insights into user perceptions of the ChatGPT application, which can inform future enhancements in its quality and services. Furthermore, these findings underscore the potential of SVM in sentiment analysis for various mobile applications.Keywords: sentiment analysis; ChatGPT; Support Vector Machine  AbstrakSaat ini, penggunaan aplikasi mobile terus meningkat dalam era digital, sehingga penting untuk memahami kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sentimen dari ulasan pengguna aplikasi ChatGPT di Google Play dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data ulasan pengguna, pembersihan dan pra-pemrosesan data, pelabelan sentimen, analisis menggunakan SVM, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi ChatGPT bersifat positif, meskipun terdapat beberapa ulasan negatif. Dengan akurasi sebesar 91% dan F1-score tertimbang sebesar 90%, metode SVM menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai persepsi pengguna terhadap aplikasi ChatGPT, yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan layanan aplikasi di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan potensi SVM dalam analisis sentimen aplikasi mobile lainnya.Kata kunci: Analisis sentimen; ChatGPT; Support Vector Machine

Abstract

Local wisdom-based interactive digital module are alternative teaching materials to facilitate meaningful learning and experience, to stimulate the use of thinking skills including critical thinking dispositions. This study applied quasi-experimental design with pretest and posttest control group. Respondents involved in this study were 109 students from senior high school in Bengkulu, Indonesia. The class selection was carried out randomly to determine the interactive digital module class (X1), the e-module class (X2), and the control class (K). Students’ critical thinking dispositions were measured through the Critical Thinking Disposition in Biology Test (CTDBT) instrument which included 10 questions for each of the seven disposition indicators. The data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Levene test, one-way ANOVA test, and LSD. After the data were known to be normally distributed and homogeneous, an ANOVA test was carried out with the result that there was a significant difference in the experimental class and the control class on students’ critical thinking disposition scores, namely 0.008<0.05. This showed that interactive module improve students’ critical thinking dispositions, compared to e-module and control classes. The critical thinking disposition which increased significantly was shown in the truth-seeking indicator. However, the e-module class did not differ significantly from the control class in improving students’ critical thinking dispositions. Therefore, teachers can use local wisdom-based interactive digital module in biology learning.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas sosialisasi penggunaan Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif di SD Negeri 43 Kota Bengkulu. Dalam era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Kahoot, sebagai platform berbasis permainan, memungkinkan guru membuat kuis interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta membantu penyampaian materi secara lebih menarik. Sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan Kahoot kepada guru serta memberikan pelatihan penggunaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum familiar dengan Kahoot sebelum sosialisasi, tetapi setelahnya mereka lebih antusias dan memahami manfaatnya. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan kurangnya pengalaman dalam penggunaan teknologi, kegiatan ini menjadi langkah positif dalam mendukung inovasi pembelajaran. This study explores the socialization of Kahoot as an interactive learning medium at SD Negeri 43 Kota Bengkulu. In the digital era, technology utilization is a key strategy to enhance student engagement. Kahoot, a game-based platform, enables teachers to create interactive quizzes that boost student motivation and facilitate more engaging material delivery. The socialization introduced Kahoot to teachers and provided training on its usage. Results showed that most teachers were unfamiliar with Kahoot before the session, but afterward, they displayed greater enthusiasm and understanding of its benefits. Despite challenges such as limited internet access and lack of technological experience, this initiative represents a positive step toward fostering learning innovation.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran membutuhkan kreativitas baik dari siswa maupun guru. sangat penting untuk dapat mengatur materi kelas yang menarik secara visual seperti presentasi, poster, kegiatan kelompok, materi kelas virtual seperti latar belakang Zoom atau Google Meet, dekorasi kelas, infografis, template video, dan materi lain yang memerlukan pelatihan khusus agar guru dan siswa dapat berdiskusi menggunakan Canva dalam pembuatan media pembelajar dan poster , menjadi kreatif dan mandiri secara artistik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi kepada siswa dan guru untuk menghasilkan desain grafis berkualitas tinggi dengan tenaga minimal, dan kurikulum Merdeka memasukkan elemen digitalisasi yang mendorong guru dan siswa lebih kreatif dalam mengajar melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia di dunia maya. dan kebutuhan belajar. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan program PKM meliputi pelatihan pengembangan tentang media pembelajaran dan pembuatan poster menggunakan canva untuk siswa serta guru-guru. Kesimpulan : tingkat partisipasi guru dalam kegiatan tinggi , guru dapat dilatih untuk pelatihan, mereka dapat menggunakan sumber belajar selama pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengajaran dan pendidikan di sekolah, pelatihan berkelanjutan dengan topik masa depan saat ini diperlukan. Abstract

Kabupaten Seluma secara geografis berada di Pantai Barat Sumatera bagian Selatan, dengan koordinat bujur dan lintang pada 04˚21’40’22” 03˚49’55’66” Lintang Selatan dan 102˚59’40’54” 101˚17’27’57” Barat Tenggara. Terletak di bagian selatan Provinsi Bengkulu, kabupaten ini memiliki banyak tempat wisata yang ada di daera pedesaan khususnya desa wisata tidak sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan karena termasuk dalam kategori kabupaten yang kurang berkembang di Indonesia (tertinggal secara nasional). Promosi pariwisata di daerah ini dilakukan dengan cara tradisional seperti penyebaran brosur atau pamflet, yang membutuhkan biaya tinggi dan kurang efektif. Pendekatan promosi yang lebih efisien adalah melalui internet, yang dikenal sebagai e-Tourism. Penggunaan teknologi yang tepat pada sektor pariwisata bisa menjadi faktor kunci untuk percepatan perkembangan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal, menciptakan peluang usaha, serta meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas jangkauan pasar wisatawan. Menurut hasil survei, 93,5% Responden menganggap aplikasi ini sangat bermanfaat, karena sistem ini dapat diakses dari mana saja dengan peramban yang terkoneksi ke internet. Aplikasi e-tourism untuk desa wisata memudahkan pengunjung dalam mengeksplorasi lokasi-lokasi di kabupaten Seluma, aplikasi ini menyajikan informasi lengkap tentang tempat wisata yang tersedia di daerah tersebut di webiste.

Abstract

Seluma Regency has several attractive investment sectors to develop, such as coal mining, shrimp ponds, oil palm plantations, weaving and tourism, the Seluma Government has tried to collect this potential data and package it in the form of a regional book and the limited costs do not allow to produce the book en masse so that digitalization of the data is needed but the data is large, difficult to access with keywords. Search Algorithm In general, search is defined as looking for data by tracing where the data is stored, Searching is the process of searching or searching, Binary search is a method of searching data that has been ordered. In this method all ordered data elements will be tested one by one until the desired element is found. Searching for sorted data will result in a fast search. This algorithm is used for fast search times. The test results are the largest potential area in Seluma Regency is the agriculture and animal husbandry sector (fisheries), then followed by mining and tourism sectors. Efficient and faster Binary Search Algorithm if looking for a value in a large amount of data, Because these data have been sorted first first and the complexity of the algorithm is smaller, the first drawback of Binary Search is that data must be sorted first so that the search process can run well and is more complicated.

Abstract

Official travel is a trip for the benefit of the office from the order of the superior authorized to order. Based on the results of interviews, problems in making letters relating to official travel are increasingly being found so that it requires the existence of an official travel order management application. The Application for Management of Official Travel Warrants is an application that will be used to facilitate the management of all important documents related to official travel carried out by the Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bengkulu of Communication, Information and Statistics. This application has features that are capable of managing and storing data starting from the Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD), Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT) or Surat Perintah (SP), kwitansi, rincian biaya perjalanan dinas, nota dinas, bukti perjalanan dinas and approval carried out by superiors. The design and construction of this application is made with Waterfall software development methods, Unified Model Language (UML) to model the system, and use the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL databases and other software

Abstract

The LBS technology used in the tire patch location search application in Bengkulu City will help customers find the tire patch that best suits their preferences and location. With its ever-evolving environment, Bengkulu will also benefit from the adoption of this technology. By incorporating LBS technology in the design of tire patch locator applications, the city can encourage local trade, provide support to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, and create a healthier and more sustainable business ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to find and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and support the growth of local businesses. This study examines the potential benefits of incorporating LBS technology in the application of finding tire patching locations in Bengkulu City. Data Collection: Some of the methods used to collect data to obtain the necessary information are literature studies; This method involves reviewing research books and journals relevant to the research subject to gain a better understanding of materials such as Location-based Services, Google Maps APIs, and location-based services. The menu features, which are required to build this app, include an app menu that consists of the location of the tire patch and information about the tire patch.

Abstract

Klasifikasi ukuran telur ayam merupakan aspek penting dalam industri peternakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan dan distribusi. Saat ini, proses klasifikasi masih banyak dilakukan secara manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi otomatis menggunakan metode deteksi tepi Canny, ekstraksi fitur citra, dan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya mengidentifikasi objek secara akurat dengan pemrosesan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan metode konvensional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tahap pengolahan citra, ekstraksi fitur seperti luas, perimeter, eccentricity, dan solidity, serta pelatihan model CNN menggunakan dataset telur berbagai ukuran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mencapai akurasi 100%, presisi 100%, dan recall 100%, membuktikan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan. Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang lebih efisien dalam klasifikasi ukuran telur, mendukung otomatisasi di industri peternakan, serta meningkatkan konsistensi dan akurasi dalam distribusi telur.

Abstract

Digital image is a representation of an image in the form of pixels arranged in a matrix. The image processing process includes acquisition, analysis, and manipulation to produce the desired output. In photography and social media, digital images play an important role in attracting attention. However, photos often experience problems such as noise and uneven lighting, which can reduce image quality. Therefore, image enhancement is needed to overcome these problems. The Bilateral Filtering method is one of the techniques that is very effective in reducing noise by considering the special distance and intensity differences between pixels, so that it can maintain the clarity of important elements in the image. This study aims to implement this technique in improving the aesthetics of facial images and evaluate its effectiveness in producing more attractive and high-quality images. from 50 datasets taken. The results of the study showed that Bilateral Filtering was able to improve the clarity of facial images without eliminating important details. The evaluation was carried out using image quality parameters such as PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) and SSIM (Structural Similarity Index), which showed an increase in quality after the application of this method. In terms of user satisfaction, the results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction level reached 86.38%, which based on Table 5 is included in the "very good" category. Thus, the Bilateral Filtering method not only successfully improves the image quality without losing important details on the face. Objectively, but also provides high satisfaction for users in terms of aesthetics and visual comfort.
