Abstract

Official travel is a trip for the benefit of the office from the order of the superior authorized to order. Based on the results of interviews, problems in making letters relating to official travel are increasingly being found so that it requires the existence of an official travel order management application. The Application for Management of Official Travel Warrants is an application that will be used to facilitate the management of all important documents related to official travel carried out by the Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bengkulu of Communication, Information and Statistics. This application has features that are capable of managing and storing data starting from the Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD), Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT) or Surat Perintah (SP), kwitansi, rincian biaya perjalanan dinas, nota dinas, bukti perjalanan dinas and approval carried out by superiors. The design and construction of this application is made with Waterfall software development methods, Unified Model Language (UML) to model the system, and use the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL databases and other software

Abstract

The LBS technology used in the tire patch location search application in Bengkulu City will help customers find the tire patch that best suits their preferences and location. With its ever-evolving environment, Bengkulu will also benefit from the adoption of this technology. By incorporating LBS technology in the design of tire patch locator applications, the city can encourage local trade, provide support to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, and create a healthier and more sustainable business ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to find and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and support the growth of local businesses. This study examines the potential benefits of incorporating LBS technology in the application of finding tire patching locations in Bengkulu City. Data Collection: Some of the methods used to collect data to obtain the necessary information are literature studies; This method involves reviewing research books and journals relevant to the research subject to gain a better understanding of materials such as Location-based Services, Google Maps APIs, and location-based services. The menu features, which are required to build this app, include an app menu that consists of the location of the tire patch and information about the tire patch.

Abstract

Klasifikasi ukuran telur ayam merupakan aspek penting dalam industri peternakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan dan distribusi. Saat ini, proses klasifikasi masih banyak dilakukan secara manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi otomatis menggunakan metode deteksi tepi Canny, ekstraksi fitur citra, dan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya mengidentifikasi objek secara akurat dengan pemrosesan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan metode konvensional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tahap pengolahan citra, ekstraksi fitur seperti luas, perimeter, eccentricity, dan solidity, serta pelatihan model CNN menggunakan dataset telur berbagai ukuran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mencapai akurasi 100%, presisi 100%, dan recall 100%, membuktikan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan. Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang lebih efisien dalam klasifikasi ukuran telur, mendukung otomatisasi di industri peternakan, serta meningkatkan konsistensi dan akurasi dalam distribusi telur.

Abstract

Digital image is a representation of an image in the form of pixels arranged in a matrix. The image processing process includes acquisition, analysis, and manipulation to produce the desired output. In photography and social media, digital images play an important role in attracting attention. However, photos often experience problems such as noise and uneven lighting, which can reduce image quality. Therefore, image enhancement is needed to overcome these problems. The Bilateral Filtering method is one of the techniques that is very effective in reducing noise by considering the special distance and intensity differences between pixels, so that it can maintain the clarity of important elements in the image. This study aims to implement this technique in improving the aesthetics of facial images and evaluate its effectiveness in producing more attractive and high-quality images. from 50 datasets taken. The results of the study showed that Bilateral Filtering was able to improve the clarity of facial images without eliminating important details. The evaluation was carried out using image quality parameters such as PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) and SSIM (Structural Similarity Index), which showed an increase in quality after the application of this method. In terms of user satisfaction, the results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction level reached 86.38%, which based on Table 5 is included in the "very good" category. Thus, the Bilateral Filtering method not only successfully improves the image quality without losing important details on the face. Objectively, but also provides high satisfaction for users in terms of aesthetics and visual comfort.

Abstract

Platfom mendorong pertumbuhan sosial media sebagai sarana komunikasi utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Platfom seperti Instagram yang dapat menggunakan kata-kata, gambar, atau video untuk mengekspresikan diri dan berbagi informasi. Media sosial menawarkan banyak manfaat, tetapi juga bisa membuka peluang bagi munculnya berbagai perilaku negatif, Cyberbullying, yang sering dikenal sebagai perundungan di dunia maya, adalah salah satunya. Data untuk penelitian ini diambil melalui crawling igcomment.com, yang bisa menggambil komentar dengan mengklik linknya dan masukkan salin link video ke dalam tautan postingan. Teknik ini memungkinkan untuk mengekstrak data dari komentar pos di Instagram, yang akan digunakan sebagai sumber data. Informasi yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari komentar yang ditinggalkan pada postingan yang dibuat oleh akun @safnoviart.  Periode pengumpulan data adalah dari 28 April 2025 hingga 4 Mei 2025. Selanjutnya hasil dari pelabelan akan dialkukan Tokenizing, cleaning data, Removal, Stemming, stopword, casefoldin adalah semua contoh praproses yang akan dilakukan. TF-IDF kemudian akan digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada setiap kata dalam dokumen. Evaluasi terhadap model dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil prediksi dengan membandingkan pelabelan awal pada data uji dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Dari total 203 data uji, model berhasil memcapai akurasi sebesar 93.10%, dengan precision 94.44%, recall 98.42%, dan F1-score 96.38%. ini menunjukkan bahwa model cukup efektif dalam mengenali komentar bullying secara tepat dan menyeluruh. Penggunaan algoritma Naïve Bayes terbukti bisa membantu mengelompokkan komentar secara otomatis  berdasarkan kata-kata yang sering muncul dalam komentar bullying. Pendekatan ini cukup menjanjikan dan bisa dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai alat bantu untuk mendeteksi cyberbullying.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a voice command recognition system based on Machine Learning algorithms in supporting digital learning at Panti Asuhan Kasih Sayang, Bengkulu City. Four models were tested: DNN, LSTM, CNN, and Transformer. The Transformer model demonstrated the best performance with an accuracy of 93.4%, precision of 91.8%, recall of 92.1%, and F1-score of 92.0%, followed by LSTM with 90.2% accuracy, and DNN as the baseline with 84.7%. The system was tested in real-time with an average latency of 320ms and handled up to 28 voice commands per minute. The use of this system increased participants’ post-test scores by an average of 18 points and enhanced learning engagement by 85%. Qualitative data from interviews and focus group discussions indicated that the system supported students who struggle with text-based interfaces and was perceived as interactive and easy to use. These findings show that ASR based on Machine Learning is effective in low-resource settings and supports more inclusive learning aligned with the principles of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam memahami persepsi publik terhadap isu-isu sosial dan kebijakan pemerintah melalui data teks. Penelitian ini mengkaji opini masyarakat Indonesia terhadap pernyataan Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengenai penyitaan aset koruptor yang berbunyi “Apakah adil anaknya menderita?”. Data dikumpulkan dari Twitter sebanyak 1.561 tweet dalam rentang waktu 9 hingga 25 April 2025 dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan. Proses analisis dilakukan melalui tahap prapemrosesan, pembobotan TF-IDF, dan klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Evaluasi performa model dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix serta empat metrik evaluasi, yaitu akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa SVM unggul dengan akurasi 70,51% dan F1-score 0,69, sedangkan Naïve Bayes memperoleh akurasi 66,34% dan F1-score 0,66. Sentimen terbanyak berasal dari kelas positif, mengindikasikan mayoritas publik mendukung penyitaan aset koruptor meskipun berdampak pada keluarganya. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan efektivitas pendekatan machine learning dalam memetakan opini publik terhadap isu kebijakan kontroversial di media sosial.

Abstract

his study aims to develop an interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology to support the introduction of animals to elementary school students. The learning media is designed in the form of 3D animal models that visually represent the name, habitat, and characteristics of each animal. The 3D models were developed using Blender software and implemented into the AR Web Studio platform, allowing users to scan markers using a mobile device camera and display animal objects in real-time. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of several stages: problem formulation, data collection, media development, implementation, and system evaluation. Testing was conducted using two approaches: technical testing with the black-box method and user testing through questionnaires distributed to several elementary school teachers. The technical testing results showed that all system features, such as marker detection, 3D model display, and user interaction, functioned properly. Meanwhile, user testing revealed an average satisfaction score of 76.9%, which falls into the “Good” category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the AR-based animal learning media is feasible to use and provides a positive contribution to increasing students’ interest and understanding of the learning material in an interactive manner.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran membutuhkan kreativitas baik dari siswa maupun guru. sangat penting untuk dapat mengatur materi kelas yang menarik secara visual seperti presentasi, poster, kegiatan kelompok, materi kelas virtual seperti latar belakang Zoom atau Google Meet, dekorasi kelas, infografis, template video, dan materi lain yang memerlukan pelatihan khusus agar guru dan siswa dapat berdiskusi menggunakan Canva dalam pembuatan media pembelajar dan poster , menjadi kreatif dan mandiri secara artistik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi kepada siswa dan guru untuk menghasilkan desain grafis berkualitas tinggi dengan tenaga minimal, dan kurikulum Merdeka memasukkan elemen digitalisasi yang mendorong guru dan siswa lebih kreatif dalam mengajar melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia di dunia maya. dan kebutuhan belajar. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan program PKM meliputi pelatihan pengembangan tentang media pembelajaran dan pembuatan poster menggunakan canva untuk siswa serta guru-guru. Kesimpulan : tingkat partisipasi guru dalam kegiatan tinggi , guru dapat dilatih untuk pelatihan, mereka dapat menggunakan sumber belajar selama pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengajaran dan pendidikan di sekolah, pelatihan berkelanjutan dengan topik masa depan saat ini diperlukan. Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based public service system for Serambi Gunung Village, Seluma Regency, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of village administrative services. The background of this research stems from the continued use of manual processes in village public services, which result in delays, risks of document loss, and low service transparency. Chosen due to its iterative and participatory approach, involving users directly in the design process, thus allowing the system to be developed according to actual field needs. The research was conducted from April to July 2025 using a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The results show that the system developed successfully integrates administrative services such as ID card (KTP) processing, family card (KK) issuance, correspondence, social assistance, and citizen complaints into a single digital platform that is easily accessible to the public. The system design includes UML diagrams (use case, activity, class diagrams), user interfaces for both administrators and citizens, as well as database structures and a search algorithm for service requests. System testing was carried out using the blackbox method to ensure that all functions work as required. The study concludes that the web-based village public service system designed using the prototype method can enhance service quality, speed up administrative processes, and promote transparency and public participation in village governance
