Indonesia is an archipelagic country which is geographically located at the confluence of four tectonic plates, namely the Indo-Australian, Eurasian and Pacific plates. In the southern part of Indonesia there is a volcanic belt in the form of volcanic mountains. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the highest level of seismicity in the world. The purpose of this study is to apply ActionScript 3 in making multiplatform applications to identify earthquake preparedness which can add insight to users in dealing with earthquake disasters, as a learning tool for children aged 8 to 12 years. This application is made using Adobe Flash Professional CS 6 software, ActionScript 3 as the programming language and Adobe Audition CS 6 as the supporting software. It is hoped that with this application users will be able to recognize earthquake learning. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that a multiplatform application to identify preparation for an earthquake has been successfully created which consists of 5 menus on the main menu, namely, about earthquakes, actions when an earthquake occurs, after an earthquake.

The development of the world of oil palm plantations in the Bengkulu region is growing very rapidly and one of them is the North Bengkulu district. With the increasing number of oil palm plantations, most people do not know where to sell the products from their oil palm plantations. The lack of available information and the unclear distance to the location makes it difficult for farmers to sell the products from their plantations. This research is aimed at solving problems by creating new applications. a smartphone (Android) based application which aims to provide solutions to the public so that they can easily find out where they are and how far they have to go to reach the oil palm road they want without being limited by time or place. GIS-based applications have been proven to have a major impact on economic and social development, and the use of GIS has become a current trend. The GIS application was developed to help search for and locate oil palm RAMPs. The aim of this research is to help oil palm farmers find and determine the best locations to sell their crops. They can also compare the selling prices of the most expensive palm oil. For this application, the Android operating system is combined with Google Maps, a web-based virtual world map service created by Google. This application has features such as the name of the palm ramp owner, a map of the palm ramp location, palm oil prices, location suggestions, palm oil views, application instructions, and much.

This study aims to analyze consumer purchasing patterns at Ryo Jaya Buah Stores using a priori algorithm. A priori algorithm is one of the data mining methods used to find relationships between items in a large dataset through the process of association. This research was conducted by collecting sales transaction data in a certain period at the Ryo Jaya Buah Shop. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed using software that supports the implementation of the Apriori algorithm. The results of this study show a significant variety of purchasing patterns among the products sold in the store. By knowing these patterns, Toko Ryo Jaya Buah can optimize product structuring, marketing strategies, and promotional offers to increase sales. In addition, testing a total of 173 transactions with a support value of 0.02 and a confidence value of 0.01 resulted in a number of rules that can be used as useful new information. After comparing the test results with and without Rapidminer 10.0 software, it is clear that the results of manual calculations are not significantly different from the results of Rapidminer 10.0 software.

The government's efforts to tackle poverty are by issuing several programs that can help meet people's needs. However, in practice, it is not uncommon for the distribution of aid or other government programs to not be on target, because there are no clear procedures and calculations in determining which people are entitled to receive aid. Therefore, it is necessary to have a calculation mechanism that involves data on the demographic characteristics of the community using clustering. In this clustering process, there are 2 algorithms that are often used, namely K-medoid and K-means. The research aims to classify which communities are a priority for receiving assistance and which are not a priority. In order to get more accurate results, this research also tested the two clustering algorithms to get the best algorithm and the best number of clusters based on the dataset owned by looking at the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). This research concluded that with the data set the best algorithm was K-medoids and the number of clusters was 2 with a DBI value of 1.332. Then, in the results of the clustering carried out from a total of 1031 data analyzed, it was found that 396 residents were eligible or made priority for receiving assistance and 635 residents who were not yet included in the priority list for receiving assistance.

Website ini, muncul karena kebutuhan pasar dan meningkatnya penggunaannya, berperan sebagai sumber informasi yang mudah dipelajari. Profil web kelurahan ini memberikan informasi tentang layanan, kegiatan, dan potensi wilayah dengan efisien. Dengan teknologi canggih, pembuatan sistem informasi website yang responsif dan menarik visuallah dimungkinkan. Mahasiswa berperan sebagai pewaris dan sumber daya penting, dengan kegiatan PKL sebagai program pendidikan di luar kampus. Tujuan PKL adalah memberikan pengalaman dunia nyata kepada peserta. Kelurahan Kebun Kenanga memiliki sejarah sebelum pemekaran kecamatan, dan pemerintah kelurahan sangat membutuhkan website resmi untuk memperkuat keterlibatan warga dan menyajikan informasi terkini serta potensi kelurahan.

A library is one of the facilities provided by an institution or agency such as a school, college or region. The library functions as a place to store various book collections, educational, research, cultural, informative and also a place for recreation. The process of searching for books in the library takes a lot of time depending on the size of the library and the number of books available. Sometimes the book you are looking for is not owned by the library so visitors will spend a lot of time just looking for the book. For this reason, technological assistance is needed that can help in the process of searching for books in the library. Current technological developments are increasingly rapid because they adapt to human needs. Technology can help people solve problems quickly and easily, thereby saving time and energy. One way is to record all book catalogs in the library. The process of searching for books becomes easier because it can be done through the system by matching strings on the book title, author and publisher. One method that is suitable for searching book catalogs is sequential search with sentinel. Sequential search with sentinel is the process of comparing each array element one by one in a row starting from the first element until the element you are looking for is found or until the last element of the array. Sequential search can be performed on unsorted array elements or ordered array elements.

MSMEs (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) are businesses founded by individuals/individuals/business entities that meet the criteria. MSMEs usually have limited capital, because capital only comes from the business owner or a small group of people who invest capital in the MSME. The string matching method, which is part of the string search process, plays an important role in obtaining data that matches information needs more quickly. In searching for food and beverage category data. So the problem formulation is how to apply the recycleview feature, JSON and the string matching method in developing an Android-based marketing application for MSME products in Margasakti village. With the aim of this research, we can create an Android-based marketing application for MSME products in Marga Sakti Village by implementing a data search process using the string matching method. It is hoped that this application will always be up to date so that this application follows developments in Android-based information technology using the Flutter framework and the Kotlin programming language.

Abstract_In Indonesia, the number of Android system smartphone users is 88.37% in 2017. Developments in the field of information technology are currently progressing and developing rapidly, especially in the development of mobile phones, starting from hardware such as Samsung, Lenovo, Oppo, Xiomy and other devices that embed Android. as an operating system because it has many advantages. Umrah worship is mostly carried out by Muslims in Indonesia nowadays due to the long waiting time in the queue to be able to go on pilgrimage. Guidance is given directly or indirectly. Directly, the department of religion or the Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) conducts hands-on training on guidance for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. In using a guidebook prepared by travel or smartphones that search for prayers via Google and make it a little difficult for the congregation because of the many references. This was considered impractical because the guidebook that was included with the travel party was easily scattered, got wet with water or could even be torn so that it could no longer be used. Rubber is a commodity that has been developed by various rubber producing and exporting countries such as Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. However, this trade must also go through intense competition between exporting countries. In order to survive in the international market, rubber producing countries must increase their competitiveness by increasing the quality of their rubber processing materials. To improve the quality of rubber, of course, farmers and factories must pay attention to the quality and price of rubber must be in accordance with the quality of the rubber produced. Therefore it is necessary to create a clustering information system to determine the purchase price which will make it easier for the factory to buy rubber latex based on its quality. The information system uses the K-means clustering algorithm to group and determine prices based on the input quality values.
