Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of Socialization of Narcotics Hazards to Students by the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type of quantitative data and qualitative data while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Secretary of the Department of Youth and Sports of South Sumatra Province; Head of Sub-Division of Planning, Evaluation and Reporting of the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province; Head of Youth Empowerment Division of Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province; Head of Prevention and Community Empowerment of the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra Province; Student participants in the socialization of the dangers of drugs as a cross check. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the Socialization of Narcotics Hazards to Students by the Youth and Sports Office of the Province of South Sumatra is quite effective although it needs to be increased again because the number of competent human resources / officers as resource persons / extension workers in socialization activities and budget resources are still limited.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the inventory and identification of the company's land use in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a type of research designed to collect information about these symptoms. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). In general, the inventory of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) employees and the detection of the company's land use data validation are optimal and in accordance with the Ogan Komering Ilir Regent's Regulation No. 6. The inventory and detection team of land use data validation in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Year 2020. (2). In particular, the implementation of the inventory and identification of the company's land use in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency went well, starting from planning with target indicators, regulations, infrastructure and implementation time, as well as APBD funds, personal indicators available to organizers, a. 7 people in total. , organizational structure and division of labor according to the applicable regulations, namely the regulation of the OKI Regent, so both the inventory of company use and detection of data validation of the OKI Regent's company land use are carried out properly. conduct field inspection data audits to validate data submitted by factory companies operating in the Ogan Komering Iliri area, and the stages of external control and internal control. conduct an inventory and identification of land use data validation of companies in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of communication, human resources, disposition and organizational structure in achieving the results of the implementation of HIV/AIDS disease control policies at the Banyuasin District Health Office, identifying obstacles in implementing policies to control the spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin District. . This research method is experimental, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The unit of analysis in this study is the Banyuasin District Health Office, South Sumatra Province. The selected subjects are (3) people based on the criteria, namely: (1) individuals who understand exactly about HIV/AIDS, (2) individuals who are placed in the Communicable Disease Control room, and (3) individuals who always provide counseling about HIV/AIDS. , with informants to be interviewed, namely: (1) Head of disease control division, (2) Head of disease control section, (3) Health Center doctor, (4) Patient. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Factors Affecting the Implementation of Policies to Control the Spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin Regency have been running in accordance with the reference to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 21 of 2013 with applicable guidelines and policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of preparing regional property needs plans (RKBMD) at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of South Sumatra Province. The effectiveness of RKBMD preparation at BPKAD of South Sumatra Province is focused on the Effectiveness of RKBMD preparation at BPKAD of South Sumatra Province which includes: source approach, process approach, goals approach. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive explanation level.. Data analysis techniques in this study were analyzed using an interactive model which includes three components of analysis, namely condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that, based on the Resource Approach, the time for determining the RKBMD is often late from the predetermined schedule, due to the lack of human resources owned by the BPKAD of the South Sumatra Province, especially in the Secretarial Sector so that the preparation of the Provincial Government Property Needs Plan is still not optimal. The facilities owned by BPKAD of South Sumatra Province are quite adequate in carrying out government duties and functions, it's just that they are still lacking in terms of developing applications that can facilitate work and the unavailability of standard goods and standard needs, which is due to the application for preparing RKBMD not yet integrated with financial applications. Based on the Process Approach, the obstacles in preparing the RKBMD are partly due to the fact that the RKBMD is more technical in nature and better able to describe real spending. In the RKBMD, specifications for goods must be clear, and for the preparation of RKPBMD maintenance requirements, knowledge and technical skills regarding the condition of the goods are required. Therefore, for the preparation of RKBMD/RKPBMD users or parties related to the goods needed, such as: machine operators, technicians, technical officials, and others must be involved. Based on the Goals Approach, the Property User and/or the Proxy of the Property User proposes an RKBMD for the procurement of Provincial Government-Owned Goods guided by goods standards and requirements standards, then the RKBMD that has been determined is a requirement in the preparation and discussion of the Work Plan and PD Budget by the Government Budget Team Region of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The Village Financial Monitoring System application uses Microsoft SQL Server. The size of this database is relatively large because it is based on the Village Financial Oversight System Application database in the form of a budget compilation report and the realization of the Village APBDes at the District/City Level. The main requirement for the Village Financial Monitoring System Application to work is that districts/cities and villages in their area have implemented the Village Financial Monitoring System Application. In order for the Village Financial Supervision System Application to run optimally, technical requirements are required for application users, namely: The computer has Microsoft SQL Server installed and the Village Financial Supervision System Application database is available at the district level compilation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Impact of the Village Fund Audit Policy using the Village Financial Monitoring System Application by the Prabumulih City Inspectorate. The things that were identified were: The Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Prabumulih City Inspectorate had not yet mastered the application of the Village Financial Oversight System and limited knowledge and understanding of human resources, ineffective communication between the Prabumulih City Inspectorate and village officials. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique. This study shows that: using the Village Financial Oversight System Application has had a positive impact on village fund audit policies. Even though there are still obstacles/obstacles with the Village Fund Audit Policy by using the Village Financial Oversight System Application such as the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the City Inspectorate Prabumulih has not mastered the application of the Village Financial Oversight System as well as limited knowledge and understanding of human resources, ineffective communication between the Prabumulih City Inspectorate and village officials

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Working Group Activities for Public and Private Elementary School Principals in Formulating Work Programs in Lubuk Keliat District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The activities serve as a platform for teachers who are part of the school cluster organization. The objective is to enhance the professionalism of teachers in order to improve the quality of education. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using Organizational Effectiveness theory according to Duncan (in Zulkarnain, 2012). The results show that these activities have been effective in several aspects but have not fully achieved the goal of work program formulation. This is observed from the achievement of goals based on the vision, mission, and educational objectives, including the development of local content learning tailored to the needs of the schools, as well as the determination of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) and the education unit level curriculum standardized by the 2013 curriculum by BNSP. Challenges faced include the lack of performance and managerial competence of human resources, and the low motivation of principals which affects their knowledge in formulating curriculum work plans, thus not yet being able to improve the quality of education in the schools they lead.

Abstract

This research aims to assess how administration is managed in an effort to increase competency in the Automotive Department at State Vocational High School 2, Palembang City. The method used is a qualitative method with a focus on case studies. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document examination. Research findings show that although administration in the Automotive Department is considered quite good, there are still several challenges such as a lack of adequate facilities and insufficient understanding of proper administrative procedures. In addition, there is a gap between the desired competency requirements and the reality of administrative implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Automotive Department at State Vocational School 2 Palembang City improve facilities, provide training on administrative procedures to staff, and carry out regular evaluations and improvements to increase administrative competence and efficiency.

Abstract

Gerakan Sumsel Mandiri Pangan (GSMP) adalah inisiatif strategis dari Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dan optimalisasi sumber daya lokal. Namun, pelaksanaan program ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurang optimalnya sosialisasi, minimnya pendampingan lapangan, serta bantuan yang belum sepenuhnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Pendekatan Thinking Across dalam kerangka Dynamic Governance menawarkan solusi strategis untuk menghadapi tantangan ini melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor, inovasi kebijakan, dan tata kelola yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam GSMP. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Thinking Across meningkatkan efektivitas program dengan mendorong sinergi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan integrasi perspektif beragam dan pengetahuan lokal, menjadikan program lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan dinamika sosial-ekonomi. Selain itu, pendekatan ini memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dan memastikan intervensi program selaras dengan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan mengedepankan pemikiran lintas sektor dan strategi dinamis, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori tata kelola adaptif di sektor pangan. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan sosialisasi program, pendampingan teknis yang lebih terarah, dan pengambilan kebijakan berbasis data untuk memaksimalkan dampak GSMP dalam mencapai ketahanan dan kemandirian pangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the implementation of core values ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office of South Ogan Komering Ulu, to know and analyze what are the inhibiting factors in the process of implementing core values ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office of South Ogan Komering Ulu. The research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and analyze the implementation of core values ASN Berakhlak in improving employee performance at the South Ogan Komering Ulu State Prosecutor's Office. This research focuses on data collection through in-depth interviews with employees who are directly involved in public services at South Ogan Komering Ulu Public Prosecutor's Office.  The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the core values of a moral ASN at the South Ogan Komering Ulu Public Prosecutor's Office, which consist of service-oriented, accountable, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptable and cooperative, is an important foundation for building an effective work culture in government agencies. These values not only improve the performance of employees, but also strengthen their commitment to public service.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages universities to adopt academic information systems to improve the efficiency and quality of educational services. Sriwijaya University uses the SIMAK system as an integrated academic management platform, but the implementation of version 3.0 at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) still faces various technical and functional obstacles. This research discusses users' perceptions of the academic services provided by SIMAK Version 3.0 at FKIP Sriwijaya University. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with the theoretical basis of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and data were obtained through in-depth interviews with students, lecturers, and education staff as active users of SIMAK. The results showed two main components that influence user perceptions, namely the ease of use of the system and perceived benefits, such as efficiency and faster access to academic information. These two factors contribute positively to the level of user satisfaction, although some obstacles such as system glitches, lack of notifications, and cumbersome technical procedures are still obstacles. This study recommends increased training, provision of clearer guidelines, and strengthening of system infrastructure to improve user acceptance and satisfaction with digital academic services.
