Abstract

Orangtua sebagai tokoh utama dan menjadi suri tauladan bagi anak-anaknya adalah merupakan hal yang dikarenakan proses interaksi pertama kali terjadi pada anak adalah dengan orangtua, sehingga penanaman nilai ketauhidan, pembiasaan yang baik, penanaman nilai-nilai agama yang kuat, penanaman nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah serta pengembangan intelektual anak haruslah dimulai orangtua semenjak anak masih kecil.Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 61 sampel, 29 orang peserta didik (22,58%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 31 orang peserta didik (70,96%) berada pada kategori sedang, dan 1 orang peserta didik (1,72 %) berada pada kategori rendah. sehingga kesimpulan akhir bahwa tingkat pendidikan orangtua dan hasil belajar terdapat korelasi yang positif( signifikan), yang mana hal ini Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa variabel X dan Y memiliki hubungan. Dimana kedua variabel memiliki nilai Deviation from Linearity 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,067. Dimana kedua variabel memiliki nilai Deviation from Linearity 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,067 yang pada taraf kesalahan 5%

Abstract

Tanah yang subur menjadikan desa puuroda menjadi salah satu sentra lumbung pangan kabupaten kolaka dengan produk unggulan beras organic cap Anoa, Jamu busset, teh bunga telang cap ibu indah, minuman segar bunga rosela, rengginang mentik Susu (Remensu). Namun produk unggulan tersebut belum mempunyai sertifikat Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan sosialisasi HKI untuk produk unggulan desa purooda. Metode pengabdian masyakat dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan (ceramah dan tanya jawab), serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pemahaman tentang hak kekayaan intelektual, kategori HKI, penamaan merek, merek yang tidak dapat didaftarkan, Fungsi pendaftaran merk, perlindungan atas merk, alur pendaftaran, biaya pendaftaran merk, contoh HKI merek yang telah terdaftar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan membantu masyarakat desa puuroda untuk meningkatkan kesadaraan akan pentingnya hak kekayaan intelektual dalam mendorong inovasi, sehingga inovasi tersebut  memberikan dampak maksimal bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of education level, teaching experience, training and responsibility on teacher work productivity at Ibnu Sina Batam Private Elementary School. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research was 42 teachers obtained using census techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software. The research results show that the level of education, teaching experience, training and responsibility simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher work productivity (Fcount = 1379.988 > Ftable = 2.47, sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Partially, Teaching and Training Experience has a significant effect (tcount = 27,308 and 60,150 > ttable = 1.661, sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while the level of education and responsibility are not significant. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.983) shows that 98.3% of the variation in work productivity is explained by this variable. Training and teaching experience contribute more dominantly, so it is recommended that schools improve training programs and provide teachers with opportunities to gain more diverse teaching experience to increase work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Flipped Classroom learning model can improve student learning outcomes and whether it can be applied to the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in class IX.2 at SMPN 36 Makassar. A total of 32 students were involved in the Classroom Action Research (CAR) study, with 15 females and 17 males. This study used ten pre-test questions and five post-test questions, as well as observation sheets. Based on the results of the study, the application of the Flipped Classroom model was proven to improve student learning outcomes. The average learning completion in cycle I was 67.84% or 56.25%. After improvements in cycle II, completion increased to 87.5% with an average of 86.56%. These findings indicate that by implementing the Flipped Classroom learning approach in the PAI learning process in class IX.2 SMPN 36 Makassar, student learning outcomes increased significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Turnover (X₁), Task Commitment (X₂), and Cooperation (X₃) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Alam Gemilang Energi. The company operates in the energy distribution sector and plays a strategic role in providing fuel in Pangkalpinang City. Employee performance is a critical factor in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research population includes all 47 employees of the company, with the sampling technique using a census. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results show that Turnover (X₁) has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.478 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), but only explains 8.1% of the variance in Employee Performance. Task Commitment (X₂) has a significant influence with a t-value of 5.794 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), explaining 32.4% of the variance in Employee Performance. Cooperation (X₃) has a significant influence with a t-value of 9.973 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), explaining 58.7% of the variance in Employee Performance. Collectively, the three independent variables explain 71.9% of the variance in Employee Performance (F-value = 58.027 > F-table = 2.79; p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that Turnover, Task Commitment, and Cooperation significantly influence Employee Performance at PT. Alam Gemilang Energi. Cooperation has the strongest influence, followed by Task Commitment and Turnover. Recommendations include better Turnover management, enhancing Task Commitment through rewards and training, and strengthening a collaborative work culture to improve Cooperation.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Effect of Risk-Based Training on Improving the Competence of State Civil Apparatus" aims to analyze the impact of training focusing on risk management on the development of ASN competencies. In the context of a dynamic public sector, risk-based training provides provisions for civil servants to identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks that may be faced in public services. This study uses a literature study approach with data analysis that highlights the importance of training as a human resource development strategy. The results of the study show that risk-based training not only improves the technical skills of ASN, but also strengthens analytical and responsive decision-making abilities in crisis situations. With training designed based on the identification and simulation of real risks, ASN is better prepared to face challenges, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of public services. This training plays an important role in supporting ASN to be more adaptive and professional in carrying out their duties. The study emphasizes that investment in risk-based training is very relevant for the development of competent civil servants, in order to support the achievement of organizational goals and increase public trust in government services.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology compels organizations to transform their leadership styles, operational systems, and organizational structures. In this context, employee adaptability emerges as a critical factor in ensuring organizational resilience and sustained performance. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Leadership, Technological Transformation, and Organizational Change on Employee Adaptability. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured survey method, with data collected from 120 respondents working in a digitally integrated organization. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that each independent variable (digital leadership, technological transformation, and organizational change) has a significant and positive effect on employee adaptability, both individually and collectively. Visionary and empowering digital leadership encourages employees to respond more effectively to change. Technological transformation enhances work flexibility and accelerates learning processes. Organizational change, when supported by leadership and internal readiness, strengthens employees’ adaptive capacity in facing uncertainty. This study concludes that the integration of leadership, digital systems, and organizational change is essential to fostering adaptability among employees. The results highlight the importance of a holistic strategy in developing a workforce that is resilient, responsive, and capable of thriving in an era of ongoing digital disruption.

Abstract

Leadership transformation in the digital era has become a critical issue in human resource management, particularly in enhancing employee engagement within modern organizations. The rapid advancement of digital technology demands leaders to adapt not only technically but also strategically and emotionally. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership transformation, digital leadership, and modern organizational characteristics on employee engagement. A quantitative research approach was employed, using multiple regression analysis on a sample of 96 respondents working in digitally driven organizational environments. The results reveal that all three independent variables have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee engagement, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 99.2%. These findings indicate that employee engagement can be significantly enhanced through visionary leadership, technological adaptability, and a flexible, innovation-oriented organizational structure. The study concludes that leadership practices and organizational design aligned with digital transformation play a vital role in fostering strong employee involvement. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of organizational management in the digital age.

Abstract

Purpose: Startups in Indonesia have experienced rapid growth over the past decade but face significant challenges in retaining talent due to organizational dynamics and evolving employee expectations. This study explores employee retention strategies implemented by Indonesian startups by examining current human resource management practices. Methodology: A qualitative approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with HR leaders and decision-makers from ten high-growth startups in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. Results: The study identified key retention strategies including meaning-driven work culture, flexible work arrangements, equity-based compensation, and individualized career pathways. Startups that aligned HR initiatives with intrinsic motivation and employee well-being reported higher retention rates. Founder-led engagement, agile feedback loops, and cross-functional mobility were also notable as innovative HR practices in the startup context. Conclusions: Retention in Indonesian startups is significantly enhanced through HR strategies that prioritize intrinsic motivators and employee well-being, particularly in competitive talent environments. Limitations: The study’s qualitative nature and geographic focus on three cities may limit broader generalization across Indonesia's diverse startup ecosystem. Contribution: This study offers practical insights into effective HR strategies for talent retention in emerging market startups, emphasizing founder involvement and adaptive HR innovations.

Abstract

Ideally junior high school students should demonstrate awareness and concrete practices such as reducing plastic waste, maintaining cleanliness, reusing waste materials, and actively participating in greening activitiesThe objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of using the Android-based E-Raso media to enhance students’ environmental care character, and (2) to identify the factors that influence students’ environmental care character. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The study was conducted at SMPN 1 Kota Bima with a sample of 33 students. Data collection techniques included both test and non-test methods. The test instrument consisted of pretest and posttest questions, while the non-test instrument consisted of documentation. The results showed a significant increase in the average score, rising from 59.50% on the pretest to 86.83% on the posttest. The paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant effect of using the Android-based E-Raso media in improving students’ environmental care character. Therefore, the Android-based E-Raso media proved to be influential and effective, serving as one of the supporting factors for enhancing this ability.
