Abstract

Manajemen stres adalah kemampuan penggunaan sumber daya (manusia) secara efektif untuk mengatasi gangguan atau kekacauan mental dan emosional yang muncul karena tanggapan (respon). Tujuan dari manajemen stres itu sendiri adalah untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup individu itu agar menjadi lebih baik. Wanita usia produktif berpotensi mengalami stres akademik, stres kerja dan stres dalam keluarga. Stres dalam keluarga merupakan akumulasi dari dua jenis stres, yaitu stres akademik dan stres kerja. Seorang ibu rumah tangga harus melakukan semua aktivitas rumah tangga dan mendampingi anak belajar di rumah hal ini semakin memperkuat potensi terjadinya stres, ataupun ibu bekerja dengan pekerjaan kantor dan pekerjaan rumah serta pendampingan anak untuk belajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres yang dialami oleh wanita usia produktif dan menerapkan intervensi manajemen stres untuk menurunkan tingkat stres yang dialami. Metode pengabdian yaitu demonstrasi pelaksanaaan manajemen stress dan sharing session terkait stress yang dialami setiap hari. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah : Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan wanita usia produktif untuk mencapai kesehatan mental yang baik dan mampu mengelola stress dengan tehnik manajemen stress yang diberikan.

Abstract

Teenagers are vulnerable to conditions that can cause pressure (stress). They are faced with various changes that are occurring within themselves as well as development targets that must be achieved according to their age. This challenge certainly has the potential to cause behavioral problems and trigger real stress in teenagers' lives if they are unable to overcome these challenging conditions. The aim of the mental health support program implementation program is to increase adolescent literacy regarding mental health by providing adolescent mental health support programs through communication, information and education activities. The target of this activity is teenagers. The implementation method is by providing counseling through lectures, questions and answers and roleplay about social skills, increasing self-esteem, controlling emotions and managing stress and resolving conflicts. The results of the activity provide an increase in teenagers' knowledge of mental health as measured through pretest and posttest. Suggestions: Mental health support programs can be used as a basis for preventive and promotive efforts on adolescent mental health involving the participation of family, school and peers.

Abstract

Toxic habits behavior is one of the mental disorders that often occur among adolescents, this is influenced by several factors including starting from family parenting patterns that tend to apply toxic parenting behavior in raising children. This service aims to increase adolescents' knowledge about toxic habits behavior, increase adolescents' motivation to participate in behavioral seminars both online and offline and reduce adolescents' habits in behaving toxic habits. This service uses the Health seminar method as a form of education to adolescents.The results of this service activity obtained an increase in knowledge of 95.1% of the 82 participants, an increase in adolescent motivation to participate in behavior seminars by 65.8% and adolescents promised to change their toxic habits behavior into the power to change themselves towards a more positive direction.It can be concluded that toxic habits behavior is certainly not good behavior so that this is expected to be changed towards a positive direction, for example making toxic habits behavior as self-motivation to change towards a positive direction. The way to change toxic behavior is through CERDIK (Regular health checks, get rid of cigarette smoke, diligent physical activity, balanced diet, adequate rest and manage stress). This making this CERDIK activity a positive Habits in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of the loan agreement on heritage rice field land and the causal factors and efforts to resolve the non-implementation of the loan agreement on heritage rice field land in indigenous peoples in Palak Aneh Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City. As for the formulation of the problem is: How is the implementation of the salang-salang loan agreement on heritage rice field land as well as the causal factors and what settlement efforts are made from the non-implementation of the agreement on the loan-salang loan from heritage rice field land to indigenous peoples in Palak Aneh Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City?. This research method is an empirical juridical legal research. The results of this research and discussion state that not all mortgage holders in the Palak Aneh Village community carry out the obligations as agreed in customary law. The factors in the non-performance of this loan agreement were due to: 1) Lack of Communication between the Parties; 2) Harvest Failure; 3) No Redemption Deadline. Settlement efforts carried out by way of deliberation and consensus. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis bagaimana pelaksanaan perjanjian salang pinjam tanah sawah pusaka tinggi serta faktor-faktor penyebab dan upaya penyelesaian yang dilakukan dari tidak terlaksananya perjanjian salang pinjam tanah sawah pusaka tinggi pada masyarakat adat di Desa Palak Aneh Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman. Adapun yang menjadi perumusan masalah adalah: Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan perjanjian salang salang pinjam tanah sawah pusaka tinggi serta faktor-faktor penyebab dan upaya penyelesaian apa yang dilakukan dari tidak terlaksananya perjanjian salang pinjam tanah sawah pusaka tinggi pada masyarakat adat di Desa Palak Aneh Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman?. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menyatakan bahwa tidak semua pemegang gadai masyarakat Desa Palak Aneh menjalani kewajiban sebagaimana yang diperjanjikan dalam hukum adat. Faktor-faktor dari tidak terlaksananya perjanjian salang pinjam ini disebabkan karena: 1) Kurangnya Komunikasi Para Pihak; 2) Gagal Panen; 3) Tidak Ada Batas Waktu Penebusan. Upaya penyelesaian yang dilakukan dengan cara musyawarah dan mufakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the responsibilities of PT. Yatama Air Cargo Prioritas Jambi branch against consumer losses in shipping goods as well as to find out and analyze the causes of losses for consumers and efforts to resolve consumer losses in shipping goods. The problem that will be examined is how the implementation of the responsibilities of PT. Yatama Air Cargo Prioritas Jambi branch against consumer losses in shipping goods and what are the obstacles that cause losses for consumers and efforts to resolve consumer losses in shipping goods. The research method used is Juridical Empirical research, namely legal research regarding the application of normative legal provisions directly to every legal event that occurs in society. The results of this study indicate that PT. Yatama Air Cargo Prioritas Jambi branch has not carried out its responsibilities in full, in terms of fulfilling responsibilities there are several inhibiting factors that cause damage, delays and loss of goods which can harm consumers. The settlement efforts are carried out peacefully without going through the courts. Where consumers who experience losses can claim in the form of compensation, the amount of which has been regulated in the terms of the goods delivery agreement, both insured and uninsured goods and PT. Yatama Air Cargo Prioritas Jambi branch is ready to accept complaints about losses experienced by consumers and will provide a solution by way of deliberation between the two parties.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid development in the creative economy sector. Various industries such as design, fashion, art, music, film, and others have become the backbone of creative economic growth in this country. One of the most valuable assets in the creative economy is a brand. Brand protection is very important to ensure the continued growth of Indonesia's creative economy. This research aims to determine and analyze the importance of trademark registration in the development of small and medium enterprises in the creative economy of Indonesia and trademark protection in the development of small and medium enterprises in the creative economy. The research results show the importance of registering a trademark, including: To obtain legal protection, exclusive rights to use the trademark, as a publicity tool (promotion), and also as a business opportunity. Brand protection in the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises in the creative economy sector in Indonesia can be done in two ways, namely preventive protection and repressive protection.

Abstract

Conflicts over land tenure and other sources of natural resources have been persistent for a long time and have led to a process of structural poverty; the loss of local wisdom in managing natural resources; and even the elimination of communities from their living space. Although there are many policies that contain recognition of indigenous peoples’ rights, recognition of rights to customary territories has never existed and evictions of the Batin Sembilan community still continue. The specific objectives that researchers want to achieve in this research are to examine and analyze the existence of Batin Sembilan community; and analyze the mechanism of recognition and protection of the community there in managing natural resources. This research combines qualitative research through primary data collection from the field, making observations, while also using secondary data, especially related to government policies, regulations and programs to provide a general understanding of the real conditions faced by the Batin Sembilan community. Based on the results of this research, it is expected to generate findings regarding the mechanism for recognizing and protecting the rights of Batin Sembilan people to customary territories and natural resource management.

Abstract

Stroke is a major health problem for society. Almost all over the world, stroke is a serious problem with higher morbidity and mortality rates than cardiovascular disease. A sudden stroke can cause physical and mental disability as well as death, both at productive age and the elderly, 80% of strokes are non-hemorrhagic strokes (NHS). This stroke is caused by many risk factors such as hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, DM, increased hematocrit, according to an initial survey conducted by the service team, we see that patient and family knowledge is still very lacking regarding how to prevent and treat NHS, therefore it is important to hold counseling. This service was carried out in the RSP ICU Room. Ibn Sina YW-UMI. The dedication method is by Lectures/Counseling, Discussions and Questions and Answers. As a result of the dedication, we got the patient's family enthusiastic and active in asking questions so that they are committed to avoiding stress, stopping smoking, exercising, controlling blood pressure, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, they say their knowledge has increased about stroke.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance public legal literacy concerning consumer rights and obligations in the context of online shopping, while also fostering greater awareness and caution regarding potential criminal acts in digital transactions. Additionally, the program seeks to improve public understanding of mechanisms for resolving disputes arising from online purchases. The activities were conducted at Senior High School 2 Muaro Bungo, Muaro Bungo Regency, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats, including lectures and interactive discussions. Findings from the implementation indicate a significant improvement in participants’ comprehension of consumer protection issues. The program, titled “Dissemination on Consumer Protection in Online Shopping for Students of Senior High School 2 Muaro Bungo,” demonstrated a marked increase in the participants’ ability to grasp and retain the information delivered. This improvement was observed through their growing familiarity with the principles of consumer protection, particularly within the realm of online shopping. In conclusion, continuous efforts are needed to promote legal education on digital consumer rights. The results show that this activity effectively raised participants’ legal awareness and provided them with practical knowledge about their rights, duties, and the proper procedures for resolving conflicts in online commerce.

Abstract

Wanita usia produktif sangat berpotensi mengalami stres kerja dan stres dalam keluarga. Mereka juga terkadang tidak memiliki waktu dan biaya untuk mengurus dan mempercantik diri sendiri. Tanaman daun kelor yang memiliki kandungan antioksidan dan vitamin bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit wajah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan wanita usia produktif dalam manajemen stres dan mengelola daun kelor menjadi masker wajah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan dan praktik. Teknik manajemen stres berupa afirmasi positif dan teknik relaksasi progresif dengan meregangkan dan merilekskan tubuh (wajah, leher, bahu, tangan, dan kaki) dalam waktu 10-15 menit dan dilanjutkan pembuatan masker daun kelor yang memiliki kandungan antioksidan dan vitamin yang bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit wajah.
