Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu elemen paling penting di berbagai lembaga ataupun perusahaan agar sebuah lembaga atau perusahaan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia tersebut atau kualitasnya kurang baik, maka Lembaga atau perusahaan akan sulit untuk berjalan dan beroperasi dengan semestinya meski sumber daya yang lain telah terpenuhi. Untuk itu, diperlukan sebuah cara khusus dalam memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang ada di Lembaga atau perusahaan tersebut. Upaya pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia guna meningkatkan kinerja Lembaga atau perusahaan secara menyeluruh tersebut dikenal dengan istilah manajemen SDM. Jika diaplikasikan dengan akurat dan bijaksana, manajemen SDM mampu memaksimalkan kinerja sebuah lembaga atau perusahaan sehingga perkembangannya dapat berjalan lebih pesat lagi. Karena perannya yang cukup penting bagi perkembangan lembaga atau perusahaan, memahami tentang manajemen SDM adalah hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh para pemilik lembaga atau perusahaan. Begitu juga di lembaga pendidikan yang di dalamnya terdapat proses pembelajaran terhadap para siswa yang salah satu tujuannya adalah melahirkan dan mewujudkan para generasi bangsa yang berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia. Untuk itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang difokuskan mulai dari proses perencanaan, perekrutan, penempatan dan pengembangan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Ciamis Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan capaian mutu standar pengelolaan pada sekolah islam jenjang dasar dan menengah di kota Bandung berdasarkan hasil rapor mutu tahun 2020. Hasil analisis menunjukkan capaian mutu standar pengelolaan yang mencakup 4 komponen yaitu Sekolah melakukan perencanaan pengelolaan, Program pengelolaan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan, Kepala sekolah berkinerja baik dalam melaksanakan tugas kepemimpinan, dan Sekolah mengelola sistem informasi manajemen, pada empat tahun terakhir kecenderungannya menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 39 %. Capaian standar pengelolaan Sekolah Islam di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2020 termasuk pada kategori Menuju SNP 4. Dari 16 indikator pada standar pengelolaan  terdapat 6 indikator dengan nilai terendah yang perlu menjadi perhatian untuk diprioritaskan dalam upaya memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan yaitu 1) program layanan kesiswaan, 2) kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, 3) pengelolaan sistem informasi manajemen, 4) pengelolaan kurikulum, 5) pendayagunaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan 6) pengembangan kemitraan. Melalui analisis berbasis akar masalah maka untuk meningkatkan capaian mutu standar pengelolaan satuan Pendidikan, penyelenggara Pendidikan perlu menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu Pendidikan baik secara internal maupun eksternal,  program peningkatan kapasitas kepala sekolah dan pengembangan program kemitraan dengan instansi yang relevan.

Abstract

Talking about the world of education was certainly not be separated from the facilities and infrastructure that available in schools. So, it can be achieve an optimal and maximum learning process. Educational facilities and infrastructure in a school are very supportive of the development and construction of a superior and quality educational institution. In today's modern era, all educational institutions are competing to complement existing educational facilities and infrastructure in order to support a good and optimal learning process, especially during pandemic Covid-19. Educational institutions or schools as much as possible provide good and quality learning supported by educational facilities or facilities and infrastructure to support learning during the Covid-19 pandemic without reducing the quality of the learning process itself.. This research aims to determine the extent of management of educational facilities or facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process during the Covis-19 pandemic at SMA Plus As-Salaam Bandung. This research was conducted by means of interviews or observations about the implementation of educational facility management in supporting the learning process at SMA Plus As-Salaam which is located at the Cibaduyut canal road, Dayeuh Kolot sub-district, Bandung Regency, West Java. Abstract

Through this research, it is possible to explore and analyze ICT managerial in SMA PGII 2 Bandung City, including policy, availability, utilization and development of ICT in the educational process. It is hoped that the excavation results and descriptions will provide benefits, both theoretically and practically. Theoretically the results of this study can become the basis for developing scientific insights related to ICT management in Islamic educational institutions; allows it to be used as one of the conceptual operationalization guidelines; theoretical study material to find patterns of sustainable ICT development. Practical Benefits, findings and studies can make a positive contribution to efforts to improve the quality of ICT management at SMA PGII 2 Bandung City which are still in need of improvement; can also be used as material for consideration in making institutional ICT development and utilization policies; It is hoped that it can also be a reference for other Islamic educational institutions that have similarities or the same Islamic vision and mission in the implementation of ICT management.

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in forming ecological awareness among its followers. This research aims to explore the role of leaders in strengthening environmental awareness in Islamic educational institutions, by highlighting the approach methods used. Through qualitative analysis based on a literature study of relevant literature, this research reveals the importance of the role of leaders in promoting ecological awareness through a structured approach in Islamic educational institutions. Leaders can integrate environmental values into the curriculum, organize educational programs, and be role models for students. These findings provide a deeper understanding of leaders' strategies in strengthening ecological awareness, so that they can make a more significant contribution to environmental conservation.

Abstract

Some of the elderly feel themselves as marginalized in social life, because of a decline in physical and mental abilities. So not a few who experience depression because of their weak faith. Therefore, intensive religious training is needed for them. One of the institutions for the religious development of the elderly is a boarding school which specifically fosters the elderly. This study aims to analyze the elderly education program at the Daarul Fikri Integrated Islamic Boarding School  , Cikarang Bekasi, West Java about the basic values of the elderly pesantren; The purpose of the pesantren for the elderly; Characteristics of elderly Islamic boarding school students; Elderly boarding school program; Elderly islamic boarding school materials; Elderly boarding school method; Impact and evaluation of learning on religious understanding of the elderly. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the analysis method goes through several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: 1) The basic values of the elderly pesantren are support for the elderly to be able to live independently; 2) Islamic boarding schools for the elderly were established to accommodate the elderly who want to deepen their religious knowledge and seek inner peace; 3) Elderly students have special characteristics; 4) The elderly pesantren program is only held for one week for each generation; 5) The teaching materials in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly are the Qur'an, Islamic studies (Tawhid, Tafsir, Fiqh, akhlaq (islamic morality), tashihul worship, riyadloh / sports / natural meditation, worship guidance, dhikr, and morals. 6) The learning methods used in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly are discussions and lectures; 7) Elderly pesantren alumni feel an increase in religious insight and are diligent in establishing friendships. While the evaluation is focused on the implementation of the Islamic boarding school for the elderly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the transformation of IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta into UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta which cannot be separated from the mission to integrate general science and religious science. However, in its implementation, this scientific integration needs to be researched whether it is in accordance with the ideal formula into the empirical-operational area, especially in the preparation and development of the curriculum, especially in the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah and the Faculty of Medicine UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Therefore, this research is focused on the integration of science and its application to the curriculum, especially in the two faculties. Therefore, this study aims to identify the objectives, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision process, supporting and inhibiting factors and the impact of scientific integration on the quality of graduates in the two faculties. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data obtained through this study is empirical (observed) data that has certain criteria that are valid, reliable and objective. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observations and document studies. The data analysis technique is through; data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed; (1) the purpose of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah is to integrate its science in order to realize the vision and mission of UIN Jakarta, while the purpose of the Faculty of Medicine in integrating its science is to realize the goal of the establishment (winder manded) of UIN Jakarta itself.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important tools that determine the success of achieving educational goals in schools. The achievement of educational goals implemented in the application of the right curriculum depends on good curriculum management. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of curriculum management at SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang in an effort to achieve institutional goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The Educational Objective of SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang is "Creating a Generation of Rabbani who are Pious, Smart and have Leader Character". 2) To achieve the educational goals set by the institution, the curriculum applied at SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang is the "Assyifa Curriculum" which is a combination of the MAPADI Curriculum, the National Curriculum and the Dormitory & JSIT Curriculum

Abstract

AbstractThe facts in the field of work programs at school do not run smoothly because the duties and responsibilities are not given to the right people. So this will extinguish the potential of other teachers who have expertise in the field. This research aims to identify the Staffing process in Muslim 5 Junior High School in Bandung City, and analyze the school empowerment process so that educators and education staff are able to hone their skills in their fields more deeply. The results showed: 1) staffing management in Bandung 5 Junior High School in Bandung was based on school needs and the need for the learning process, things that were done were not too theoretical such as planning, selection and employment contracts; 2) School empowerment is based on the organizational structure that has been made the selection and appointment of teachers in certain job placements considered by taking into account various aspects, such as the length of service; educational qualifications and skills possessed; and 3) The impact of this organizational structure-based school empowerment is to reduce the vacancy of teaching hours because teachers who are unable to attend are present so that the teaching and learning process continues to be effective, efficient and conducive.Keywords: Staffing; Empowerment; School
