Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the contribution of sport massage with effleurage and petrissage techniques to reducing post-exercise fatigue. This type of research is descriptive research. The research sample amounted to. The results of all research tests carried out before and after doing sport massage treatment with effleurage technique on reducing post-exercise fatigue, it can be concluded that: sport massage effleurage and petrissage techniques have a good contribution, obtained rtable of 0.361 because the correlation coefficient between rxy = 0.91 > 0.361 and the contribution of 91.80% and the test before and after doing the petrissage technique sport massage treatment to the reduction in post-exercise fatigue has a high contribution obtained rtable of 0.361 because the correlation coefficient between rxy = 0.95 > 0.361 and a contribution of 89.93% which means the contribution of the results before and after doing sport massage treatment with effleurage and petrissage techniques to decrease fatigue after training in Pencak Silat Athletes Al Azhar Bengkulu is significant and large. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani pada aspek kebugaran daya tahan kardiovasculer siswa Boarding School di SMA Budi Utomo Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebagai subjek sebanyak 39 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes/pengukuran, dan dokumentasi. Tes yang diukur menggunakan Bleep Test/Multi-Stage Fitnes Test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kebugaran jasmani pada aspek daya tahan kardiovasculer dengan nilai persentasi sebesar: 0 siswa (0,0%) kategori sangat buruk, 10 siswa (25%) kategori buruk, 23 siswa (58%) kategori sedang, 6 siswa (15%) kategori baik dan 0 siswa (0,0%) kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Daya Tahan Kardivasculer, Kebugaran Jasmani, Siswa Boarding School Abstract This study aims to determine physical fitness in aspects of cardiovascular endurance fitness of Boarding School students at Budi Utomo High School, Bengkulu City. This research method is quantitative and the research sample used as a subject is 39 students using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, tests/measurements, and documentation. Tests measured using the Bleep Test/Multi-Stage Fitness Test. The data analysis technique used is by using the percentage formula. Based on the results of the study it was found that overall physical fitness in the aspect of cardiovascular endurance with a percentage value of: 0 students (0.0%) in very poor category, 10 students (25%) in poor category, 23 students (58%) in medium category, 6 students (15%) in good category and 0 students (0.0%) in very good category . Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing peserta didik di kelas XI IPA 1. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek  pada  penelitian ini ialah 25 peserta didik dari kelas XI IPA 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen penelitian yang bersumber dari peserta didik dan juga guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan  sebanyak 2 siklus yang dimana setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahap yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun hasil observasi terhadap proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding pada pembelajaran PJOK, kegiatan awal yaitu pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 56% (Kurang), sedangkan siklus 1 memperoleh rata-rata 68% (Kurang), dan siklus 2 memperoleh rata-rata 80% (Baik). Berdasarkan dari hasil yang telah didapat tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding pada pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing futsal peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Dinding, Futsal, Media, Proses Abstract This study aims to find out whether using tools in the form of wall media can improve the passing skills of students in grade XI Science 1. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The subjects in this study were 25 students from class XI Science 1 at SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. Data collection techniques were collected through research instruments sourced from students and teachers. This research was conducted as many as 2 cycles where each cycle has 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. As for the results of observations on the teaching and learning process using tools in the form of wall media in PJOK learning, the initial activity, namely pre-cycle obtained an average of 56% (Less), while cycle 1 obtained an average 68% (Less), and cycle 2 obtained an average 80% (Good). Based on the results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that using tools in the form of wall media in PJOK learning can improve students' futsal passing skills. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lari sprint (Atletik) melalui  pendekatan permainan tradisional (Gobag  Sodor) pada siswa kelas IV SD N 10 Ujan Mas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan sebuah bentuk kegiatan refleksi diri yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku pendidikan dalam suatu situasi kependidikan untuk memperbaiki rasionalitas dan keadilan tentang praktik-praktik kependidikan. Subjek penelitian ialah orang yang diminta keterangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan meneliti siswa kelas IV pada materi atletik lari jarak pendek (Sprint)  yang berjumlah 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan yang telah dilaksanakan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain gobag sodor dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lari sprint (atletik) pada siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Ujan Mas. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, bahwa  lari sprint (atletik) melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Ujan Mas diperoleh persentase ketercapaian pada pra siklus 30%, hasil belajar lari sprint pada siklus 1 sebesar 55 %,  hasil belajar lari sprint pada siklus II sebesar  75 % dan hasil belajar lari sprint siswa pada siklus III yakni 90%. Berdasarkan hasi tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat  peningkatan hasil belajar lari sprint (atletik) melalui pendekatan bermain gobag sodor pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 10 Ujan Mas. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Permainan Gobag Sodor, Sprint Abstract This research aims to find out how to improve learning outcomes for sprint running (Athletics) through a traditional game approach (Gobag Sodor) in class IV students at SD N 10 Ujan Mas. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method. Classroom action research (PTK) is a form of self-reflection activity carried out by educational actors in an educational situation to improve rationality and fairness regarding educational practices. The research subjects were people who were asked for information in this research, namely by examining 20 class IV students on short distance running (Sprint) athletics. Based on the results of the action research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the gobag sodor playing method can improve learning outcomes for sprint running (athletics) in class IV students at SDN 10 Ujan Mas. This can be seen from the results of the research that has been carried out, that sprint running (athletics) through a play approach in class IV students at SDN 10 Ujan Mas obtained a percentage of achievement in the pre-cycle of 30%, learning outcomes for sprint running in cycle 1 were 55%, learning outcomes sprinting in cycle II was 75% and student sprint learning outcomes in cycle III were 90%. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that there is an increase in learning outcomes for sprint running (athletics) through the gobag sodor playing approach in Class IV Students at SDN 10 Ujan Mas. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the process and results of developing mpytha learning media assisted by construct 2 software. This research is development research using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used include media validation sheets for media experts, media validation sheets for material experts, student response questionnaire sheets and pretest-posttest sheets. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the average validity value is 3.26 out of 4 with a percentage of 81.5% by media experts and 3.1 out of 4 with a percentage of 77.5% from material experts so it can be categorized as Mpytha learning media. valid. This learning media trial was carried out on a limited basis with 30 students in class VIII-J of SMP Negeri 5 Bojonegoro to obtain data on practicality (student response questionnaire) and media effectiveness (pretest-posttest sheet). The results of the research after the media were tested and evaluated, it was found that the learning media was declared practical in the medium category with a score of 2.91 or a percentage of 72.9%. The effective criteria obtained from the pretest-posttest results were declared effective in the medium category with an N-Gain value of 0.43.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between arm explosive power, leg explosive power, and hand-eye coordination with smash ability in volleyball. The population in this study were all FIK UNM sports coaching education students with a total research sample of 30 students selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is correlation and regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Version 21.00 system at a significance level of 95% or α 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: (1) there is a significant relationship between arm explosive power and smash ability in volleyball, proven to be r0 = 0.955 (P < α 0.05), (2) there is a significant relationship between power leg explosiveness and smash ability in volleyball, proven to be r0 = 0.957 (P < α0.05), (3) there is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and smash ability in volleyball, proven to be r0 = 0.852 (P < α0.05 ), (4) there is a significant relationship between arm explosive power, leg explosive power and hand-eye coordination with smash ability in volleyball, proven to be R0 = 0.970 (P < α 0.05).

Abstract

This research and development aim to produce a top-passing learning model using a basic movement approach for SMA Negeri 4 Barru class X students. Apart from that, this research and development was carried out to obtain in-depth information about the development and application of the upper passing learning model through a basic movement approach for students and to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, and attractiveness of children towards the model created. This research uses the Research & Development (R & D) research method from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development were students at SMA Negeri 4 Barru, consisting of 30 students. The instruments used in this research and development were questionnaires, as well as volleyball passing test instruments which were used to collect volleyball passing data. The stages in this research and development were: (1) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation); (2) limited trials (small group trials); (3) large trials and (4) main trials (field testing). Test the effectiveness of the model using the top passing test to determine the level of volleyball top passing ability for students before giving treatment in the form of a top passing learning model through the basic movement approach that was developed and to determine the level of top passing ability after the treatment or treatment of the top passing model that was developed, from the initial test carried out obtained an average passing level for students of 19.20, then after being given treatment in the form of a learning model for upper passing through a basic movement approach, an average level of passing ability for students was obtained at 22.80. Furthermore, the most important result from the table above is the t value = 11,641, with df = 29 and significance figure or p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in students' volleyball passes before and after being given the upper passing learning model using a basic movement approach. So this model of learning upper passes using the basic volleyball movement approach is effective in improving learning of upper passing in volleyball for athletes. Based on the development results, it can be concluded that: (1) a volleyball passing pattern model for students, can be developed and applied in volleyball learning; (2) the upper passing learning model through a basic movement approach for students has been developed, evidence of this improvement is shown in the test results of the pre-test and post-test data, there is a significant difference between before and after the model treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Latihan Shooting Dengan Bola Bergerak Terhadap Tingkat Ketepatan Shooting Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMP Nurul Huda Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 siswa dan sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampling yakni sebanyak 25 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan shooting. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Latihan Shooting Dengan Bola Bergerak Terhadap Tingkat Ketepatan Shooting. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5.68 > t tabel 1.711, sehingga hal tersebut menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting setelah diberi perlakuan dengan metode latihan shooting dengan bola bergerak. This study refers to a quantitative research approach with the type of research used is an experiment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan kelenturan terhadap kemampuan servis sepak takraw pada atlet ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ektrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan berjumlah 30 siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan tersebut adalah total sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 siswa. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pemberian variasi latihan kelenturan.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode tes secara langsung yaitu menggunakan tes kemampuan servis yang sepak takraw. Uji persyarat statistik memenuhi syarat homogen dan data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan hitungan statistik kelompok eksperimen satu didapat hasil dari Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari uji-t menunjukan data nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,005 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang diberikan jika dibandingkan maka ha diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara variasi latihan kelenturan terhadap kemampuan servis sepak takraw atlet ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu selatan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kemampuan servis sepak takraw dan dapat dijadikan metode latihan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Abstrak This stu dy aims to determine the effect of variations in flexibility training on the sepak takraw service ability of extracurricular sepak takraw athletes at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 30 students who took part in the sepak takraw extracurricular at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. The research design used was one-group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The number of samples in this research was 30 students. The treatment given was a variety of flexibility exercises. The data collection technique in this research was a direct test method, namely using the sepak takraw service ability test. The statistical requirements test meets the homogeneity requirements and the data is normally distributed based on statistical calculations for experimental group one. The results obtained from the analysis results obtained from the t-test show that the data has a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005 which can be concluded that there is an influence if compared, then ha is accepted. The results of this research show that there is an influence between variations in flexibility training on the sepak takraw service ability of the sepak takraw extracurricular athletes at SMA Negeri 2 South Bengkulu so that it can influence the improvement of sepak takraw service ability and can be used as a training method to improve student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola hidup sehat dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Ujan Mas Kabupaten Kepahiang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatiff dengan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa tes pengukuran, instrumen pola hidup sehat dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan kebugaran jasmani menggunakan tes TKJI umur 13 – 15 tahun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa sekolah menegah pertama negeri 1 ujan mas kabupaten kepahiang yang berjumlah 336 siswa. Sedangkan Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuiseoner dan tes TKJI. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji prasyarat analisis dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola hidup sehat memiliki hubungan dengan hasil kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 ujan mas kabupaten kepahiang. Berdasarkan nilai  0.62 lebih besar dari pada dalam product moment diperoleh 0.339, maka keputusan menolak hipotesis nol (Ho) dan menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha) kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara pola hidup sehat dan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 ujan mas kabupaten kepahiang. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between a healthy lifestyle and the level of physical fitness of students at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas, Kepahiang Regency. This type of research is correlation analysis with a quantitative approach using survey methodswith instruments in the form of measurement tests, and healthy lifestyle instruments using questionnaires, while physical fitness uses theTKJI test for ages 13 - 15 years. The population in this study were all students from the State 1 Ujan Mas Junior High School, Kepahiang Regency, totaling 336 students. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used a random sampling technique, totaling 36 students. Data wascollected using questionnaires and the TKJI test. The data analysis used in this research is the prerequisite analysis test and correlation test. The results of the research show that a healthy lifestyle has a relationship with the physical fitness results of students at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas, Kepahiang Regency. Based on the r_count value of 0.62 which is greater than r_(table) in product moment which is 0.339, so the decision is to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha ) then the conclusion is that there is arelationship between a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness (in students at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas, Kepahiang Regency
