Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic branding and religiosity on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI Halal Mart BC Medan 8 products. This study used quantitative methods and associative research types. The population in this study were consumers of HNI-HPAI Halal Mart BC Medan 8 and the sample used was 68 people using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The method of analysis in this study is a test of data validity and reliability, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing, and linear coefficient determination test. The results of the study show that: (1) Islamic Branding has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the calculations that have been carried out are the t_count t_table of 2,378 1,997 with a significance value of 0.020 0.05, which indicates that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. (2) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of calculations that have been carried out value t_count t_table of 5.443 1.997 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, which indicates that H_0 is rejected and H_2 is accepted. (3) Simultaneously, it is known that Islamic Branding and Religiosity have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI Halal Mart BC Medan 8 products with a significance number of F_count F_table (26.583 3.14). (4) Based on the coefficient determination test, it shows that the R-square value is 0.929 or 92.9%, it explains that the independent variables, namely Islamic Branding and Religiosity affect the Purchase Decision of HNI-HPAI Halal Mart BC Medan Products 8. While the remaining 7.1% influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) in customer business activities on services provided by Sharia North Sumatra banks. This research approach uses a quantitative research approach that is based on the philosophy of positivity and the approach to the results of the population or sample. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding the Application of RTGS in the Services of Business Activities of customers at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Branch Brigadier Katamso Medan shows the value of tcount 6.821 with degrees of freedom (dk) n - 1 = 30-1 = 29. Thus the decision-making criteria are: because of the magnitude of tcount 6.821> t table 2.045, and the sig value of RTGS (X) 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially the application of RTGS (X) has an effect on customer service activities (Y). Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola para mustahik merupakan program dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Beberapa waktu lalu dilanda pandemi covid-19 bahkan sampai sekarang masih bertatus endemi sehingga dihadapi pada masalah menurunnya penjualan, sulitnya mendapat bahan baku, menghambatnya produksi dan distribusi, mengalami kesulitan permodalan, minimnya pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan terhambatnya jaringan usaha sehingga berdampak pada ekonomi mustahik. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari pengabdian ini yakni memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatan ekonomi mustahik melalui program Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pasca pandemi covid-19 pada LAZISMU Kota Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mustahik, untuk menjadikan para mustahik yang mendapatkan program UMKM dari LAZISMU kota Medan lebih paham dalam mempromosikan usahanya melalui teknologi atau digital marketing, Selain untuk dapat meningkatkan ekonomi juga Untuk dapat meningkatkan skill dalam berwirausaha. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini, menggunakan metode baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah menjalin komitmen kerjasama bersama mitra untuk ketercapaian program kegiatan, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi peserta pelatihan dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi keberhasilan program bagi peserta pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Adapun peserta yang terlibat pada pelatihan ini berjumlah 30 orang mustahik yang menerima program UMKM dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Dan sebanyak 82% peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi yang telah diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh transparansi pengelolaan zakat terhadap minat muzakki pada Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dalam suatu lembaga sangat dibutuhkan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat sehingga menimbulkan kepercayaan muzakki untuk selalu berzakat di dalam lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang di bagikan langsung ke muzakki Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan, dan teknik analisi data menggunakan SPSS. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel Indevenden (transparansi) sedangkan variabel dependen (minat muzakki). Jumlah sampel dalam  hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung  yang lebih besar dari pada ttabel yaitu nilai thitung  sebesar 4,717 > ttabel 1,987 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Transparansi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat muzakki.

Abstract

Digital marketing training is an important solution to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the rapidly growing digital era. This community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSMEs assisted by Lazismu, Medan City. Identification of partner problems is carried out through meetings with Lazismu leaders to understand the challenges MSMEs face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was conducted using interactive lecture and discussion methods, covering marketing strategies through social media, search engine optimization, quality content, and online brand management for 30 MSMEs assisted by Lazismu Medan City. Evaluation is done through a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. The evaluation results show participant satisfaction and increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This training helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase business visibility, and increase sales. In conclusion, digital marketing training effectively increases the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and solves challenges faced after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The background of the application of the movement method for memorizing hadi? in Tadika with focus on memorizing hadi? for group B children. Data collection conducted by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is background backed by the activities of memorizing hadi? which are often carried out by schools and teachers use the lecture method and assign students to memorize ?adi?. So that the child looks passive and the learning atmosphere is not conducive. During the apperception in the next lesson, many children have forgotten, only a few children are still able to remember the ?adi? they have learned. The results showed that: Application of the movement method for memorizing ?adi? in children in Tadika, Malaysia. Second, the implementation of activities memorize ?adi? at first done at home without movement and done at school with hand symbol movements with classical activities, the third evaluation ?adi? memorizing activities in the form of level of attainment and follow-up will be reported to parents during the meeting of the two end of the theme. Factor support in applying the movement method to memorize ?adi? on Tadika Among others: handouts for parents, children's interests, self-confidence, class atmosphere which is conducive, and a manual of movement methods for memorizing ?adi?. Study This use method Data analysis techniques using data quality tests , validity tests , reliability tests , assumption tests classic , normality test , heteroscedasticity test , autocorrelation test , regression test simple , hypothesis test , partial test t count (t test), test of determination , with amount sample as many as 32 determined respondents with non-probability sampling technique . Method data collection used is questionnaire .Research results show effectiveness convenience use payment transaction cashless finance _ influential to utilization QRIS use . this _ proven with he refused hypothesis H0 through testing hypothesis Where there is t count value (26.547) > t table (1.69389), with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted . Based on the Determination test An R Square value of 0.879 or 87.9% indicates about 87.9% variable The use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (Y) is influenced by convenience use payment transaction non- cash finance ( X). Abstract

The research was conducted at Baitulmaal Muamalat with the aim of knowing the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) carried out by Baitulmaal Muamalat employees. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out using primary data derived from questionnaires. Research results reveal that job satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. It is shown from the results of the t test where t count > t table (2,114 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Organizational commitment variable also has a positive influence on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) where t count > t table (2,621 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the variables of job satisfaction and joint organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan where the Sig value is 0.008 <0.05. R2 test results R2 number of 0.232. Abstract

Abstrak: LazisMu Kabupaten Langkat didirikan pada tahun 2022. Sebagai sebuah entitas amal yang masih terbilang baru, dibutuhkan usaha yang intensif dalam menjalankan misinya, termasuk dalam hal manajemen pengelolaan yang mencakup pengumpulan dana ZIS, digital marketing menjadi elemen kunci untuk memaksimalkan penghimpunan. Masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dari amil, pengurus, dan relawan LazisMu Kab Langkat terkait Fundraising Zakat, Infak dan Shodaqoh berbasis digital marketing, serta kurang optimalnya konsolidasi antara LazisMu dengan cabang dan ranting. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen lembaga (fundraising berbasis digital marketing dan keuangan), serta pengetahuan tentang konsolidasi laporan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, ceramah, sesi tanya jawab, simulasi peran yang diikuti oleh mitra yakni Lazismu Kab.Langkat sebanyak 30 orang peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami secara baik tentang peran dan fungsi organisasi LazisMu serta memahami fundraising berbasis Digital Marketing. Maka, pelatihan semacam ini dianggap relevan dan berpotensi menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi tantangan penghimpunan dana ZIS di era digital ini.Abstract: LazisMu Langkat Regency was established in 2022. As a relatively new charity, it requires intensive efforts to carry out its mission, including in terms of management which includes raising ZIS funds, digital marketing is a key element to maximize collection. The current problem is the lack of knowledge from amil, administrators, and LazisMu volunteers in Langkat Regency about digital marketing-based Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh Fundraising, and the consolidation between LazisMu and branches and branches is not yet optimal. The purpose of this PKM is to provide an understanding of institutional management (digital marketing and financial-based fundraising), as well as knowledge about report consolidation. The method used includes workshops, lectures, questions and answers, role simulations which were attended by partners, namely Lazismu Kab. Langkat with 30 participants. The results of this activity show that participants understand well the roles and functions of the LazisMu organization and understand Digital Marketing-based fundraising. Thus, this kind of training is considered relevant and has the potential to be a solution in overcoming the challenges of raising ZIS funds in this digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan aplikasi mobile dalam pencatatan keuangan digital berbasis mobil dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas UMKM. Dengan aplikasi pencatatatan keuangan dengan aplikasi mobile memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pelatihan terhadap 30 pelaku UMKM Binaan Lazismu Kota Medan, terkait manajemen pembukuan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang pembukuan keuangan melalui Aplikasi BukuWarung dan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam memasarkan usahanya melalui media digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup tahap pra-kegiatan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya sebesar 63% peserta merasakan dampak pelatihan ini terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam pengelolaan pembukuan dan strategi pemasaran digital.Abstract: Using mobile applications in car-based digital financial recording can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MSMEs. The financial record application, with a mobile application, provides several benefits for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In this activity, training was carried out on 30 MSME actors assisted by Lazismu Medan City, related to financial bookkeeping management and digital marketing. This service aims to provide training on financial bookkeeping through the BukuWarung Application and digital marketing to improve their skills in marketing their business through digital media. The methods used include the pre-activity stage, training and mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The result was that 63% of participants felt the impact of this training on increasing participants' knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping management and digital marketing strategies.
