Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing 160 questionnaires. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Motivation, there is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Work Motivation, there is a positive and significant effect of Work Climate on Work Motivation at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Employee Performance, there is no effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. Work Motivation is not able to mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, Work Motivation is not able to mediate the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance, Work Motivation is able to mediate the effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. Finally, the author suggests that the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency further enhance Work Motivation as it has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance in West Pasaman Regency

Abstract

Kajian ini membahahas faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan keputusan investasi mahasiswa Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang, khususnya pengetahuan keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan tingkat pendapatan. Tren peningkatan investor muda di zaman kontemporer tidak selaras dengan pilihan investasi rasional, karena mahasiswa sering merespon berdasarkan dorongan emosional dan tren media sosial. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data dianalisis menggunkan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengetahuan keuangan berhubungan positif dengan keputusan investasi. Sementara itu, perilaku keuangan dan tingkat pendapatan tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan secara individual. Namun, secara bersama-sama ketiga faktor tersebut tetap memiliki keterkaitan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan independensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui profesionalisme APIP sebagai variabel intervening di Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap profesionalisme pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan terhadap profesionalisme pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan independensi terhadap profesionalisme pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan independensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Profesionalisme tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Profesionalisme tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational learning and innovation climate on innovative work behavior, mediated by intrinsic motivation among employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPAM) in West Sumatra Province. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 93 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of organizational learning on intrinsic motivation. There was a significant effect of innovation climate on intrinsic motivation. There was a significant effect of organizational learning on innovative work behavior. There was a significant effect of innovation climate on innovative work behavior. There was a significant effect of intrinsic motivation on innovative work behavior. Intrinsic motivation mediated the effect of organizational learning on innovative work behavior. Intrinsic motivation mediated the effect of innovation climate on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of budget efficiency and an online attendance system on the performance of civil servants (ASN) at the Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation Service in Sungai Banyak City, with motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of budget efficiency on motivation. There was a significant effect of the online attendance system on motivation. There was a significant effect of budget efficiency on performance. There was a significant effect of the online attendance system on performance. There was a significant effect of motivation on performance. Motivation mediates the effect of budget efficiency on performance. Motivation mediated the effect of the online attendance system on performance.

Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant influence of financial literacy on personality. There was a significant influence of financial attitudes on personality. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and organizational commitment on the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pariaman City. Furthermore, it examines the moderating role of servant leadership in these relationships. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMARTPLS as the analytical tool. The sample comprises the entire population of 25 BUMDes, with three managers from each enterprise (chairperson, secretary, and treasurer) as respondents, yielding a total of 75 participants, in accordance with Mayor’s Regulation No. 30 of 2018. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial behavior, organizational commitment, and servant leadership each have a significant effect on BUMDes performance. Additionally, servant leadership moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and performance, as well as between organizational commitment and performance. The moderation analysis further indicates that servant leadership functions as a quasi-moderator. These results highlight the critical role of servant leadership in enhancing organizational outcomes within community-based enterprises

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the Solok City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), with teamwork as an intervening variable. The methods used are multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, with a questionnaire distributed to 92 respondents. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of competence on teamwork in the Solok City DPRD. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on teamwork in the Solok City DPRD. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on performance in the Solok City DPRD. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on performance in the Solok City DPRD. There is a positive and significant influence of teamwork on performance in the Solok City DPRD. Teamwork is able to mediate the influence of competence on performance in the Solok City Regional Secretariat. Teamwork is able to mediate the influence of work discipline on performance in the Solok City DPRD. Finally, the author recommends that the Solok City DPRD further enhance team cooperation, as it has the most dominant influence on performance in the Solok City Regional Secretariat

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of solvency, profitability, and activity on company value with company size as a moderating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020–2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 26 companies with a total of 130 observation units. The research data was analysed using panel data regression analysis with a moderated regression analysis (MRA) approach. The results showed that solvency did not have a significant effect on company value, while profitability and activity had a significant effect on company value. Furthermore, company size was found to moderate the effect of solvency and profitability on company value, but did not moderate the effect of activity on company value. These findings indicate that financial performance, particularly profitability and the effectiveness of company activities, plays an important role in increasing company value, with company size serving as a factor that strengthens certain relationships.
