Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to determine the effect of perceived creativity, positive emotion, affective commitment on people intention to interact.Design/Methodology/Approach: The study procedures were carried out using a quantitative approach and data were collected with online questionnaires from July to December in 2023. The participants were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, such as experience in purchasing products online. A total of 225 participants were selected and analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS.Research findings: The results showed that perceived creativity had a significant relationship on positive emotion and affective commitment. Positive emotion was shown to have a significant effect on interaction intention. However, perceived creativity had no significant impact on interaction intention of apparel brand. This indicated that creative content was inadequate in attracting Instagram users to interact with brand’s account. The results also showed that positive emotion lacked a significant correlation with affective commitment, while affective commitment had a significant relationship with interaction intention.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides meaningful contribution to Stimulus-Organism-Response theory by incorporating creativity to assess Instagram social media platform.Practitioners/Policy Implications: These results can assist business owners and social media marketers in developing creative marketing campaigns and building strong bond with their followers.Research Limitations/Implications: One of the limitations of this study is that it only assessed the use of Instagram in the fashion industry. Therefore, future studies are advised to explore different industries and recruit participants with a specific occupation to obtain better understanding of online consumer behavior.

Abstract

Purpose: The world of work is always undergoing a dynamic and significant transformation. This situation can present new opportunities and challenges for companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and onboarding program on turnover intention and job satisfaction in Millennial and Generation Z employees. Methodology: This research employs quantitative methods, utilizing a probability sampling approach specifically through simple random sampling. The data collection process involves distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to gather information. This study involved 80 employee respondents who were selected as samples. The data analysis method employed is Partial Least Square (PLS), facilitated by SmartPLS software, encompassing both Outer and Inner model analyses. Results: This study reveals that organizational culture has a positive significant effect on turnover intention, while leadership style has a significant negative effect. Interestingly, the onboarding program also contributed significantly in lowering employees turnover intention. In the context of job satisfaction, leadership style and onboarding program proved to have a significant positive influence, but organizational culture did not show a significant relationship. Applications/Originality/Value: This study recommends that PT POS Indonesia Surakarta Main Branch management implement a comprehensive onboarding program to accelerate the adaptation process for new employees. Employees can more quickly integrate into the company culture, increase productivity, and reduce turnover rates. In addition, onboarding programs can improve employee satisfaction and strengthen their engagement with the company.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengenalisis meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pelatihan kerja dan kompetensi di mediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada karyawan generasi z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jawaban yang diukur melalui perhitungan dan membuktikan hipotesis yang diberikan. Adapun analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Cabang Kabupaten Rembang dengan jumlah responden 250 orang karyawan. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah serangkaian analisis dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z, Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z, Kompetensi memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja generasi Z, Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja generasi Z, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja generasi Z, Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja generasi Z. Abstract

Original "SuleMu" soy milk currently has limited shelf life without refrigeration. Therefore, it is crucial to assist partners in enhancing product competitiveness and diversification. The primary objectives of this community engagement activity were to improve SuleMu's marketability through the addition of new flavors and the provision of nutritional value analysis, as well as to enhance product quality by developing derivative products such as soyghurt and frozen yogurt. The activity stages included: (1) mentoring for the diversification of SuleMu derivative products, (2) nutritional value analysis of derivative products, (3) designing product labels compliant with standards, and (4) conducting a market survey on consumer preferences for SuleMu derivative products. Results indicate that SuleMu is now available in new flavors: melon, chocolate, and strawberry. The nutritional content per 100 grams is 3.4–3.5 grams of soluble protein, 3.3–3.7 grams of fat, 5–5.7 grams of reducing sugars, 2.6–3.6 grams of crude fiber, and approximately 39–40 mg of calcium. SuleMu production increased from 5 kg of soybeans to 6 kg per day. Furthermore, consumers showed high interest in the "Soyoghurt" frozen yogurt derivative product, with 42.4% being very interested and positive evaluations regarding taste (36.1%) and affordable price (29.2%). Overall, this community engagement activity successfully increased SuleMu's production by 17%, and soyghurt demonstrates significant potential for development as a highly competitive new innovation.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in socio-economic development in Indonesia. However, MSMEs are more vulnerable to changes that result in losses, because MSMEs have limited resources. The Covid-19 pandemic is a serious challenge for SME operations. The resilience of their MSMEs is a priority during the pandemic. This study was conducted to explore the factors that affect the resilience of SMEs in Solo Raya. Using a quantitative approach, hypothesis testing uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained that the characteristics of Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic social capital together have a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs, especially in the context of Covid-19. The results of the study highlight that improving the characteristics of Islamic entrepreneurship should be prioritized to increase the resilience of SMEs

Abstract

Sistem informasi di MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura selama empat tahun terakhir tidak dapat dikelola secara optimal oleh admin sekolah akibat kendala teknis, sehingga publikasi informasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan terhambat dan terpaksa hanya dibagikan melalui media sosial dan grup WhatsApp. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website kepada guru dan petugas Humas MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura. Kegiatan ini bertujuan umum memulihkan dan meningkatkan kapabilitas sekolah dalam mengelola sistem informasi berbasis website, sehingga proses sosialisasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan terintegrasi. Secara khusus, program ini mencakup Bidang Teknologi Informasi: pengembangan modul dan pelatihan penggunaan dashboard website untuk menampilkan jadwal kegiatan, pengumuman, serta arsip dokumentasi secara real-time dan Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia: peningkatan keterampilan guru dan petugas Humas melalui lokakarya hands-on, studi kasus, serta pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, latihan praktik pengelolaan konten, dan evaluasi kinerja peserta. Dengan demikian, MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura kini memiliki sistem informasi berbasis website yang terkelola dengan baik, memudahkan akses informasi bagi orang tua dan masyarakat kapan pun dan di mana pun. Rekomendasi program selanjutnya adalah pendampingan lanjutan dan penyusunan SOP pemeliharaan rutin system.

Abstract

Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah (PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah) merupakan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) yang fokus dalam pembelajaran menghafal Al-Qur’an. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah adalah sulitnya mencari santri. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah santri PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah merencanakan mengganti model pemasaran konvensional menjadi pemasaran digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah untuk penyelenggaraan pemasaran digital yaitu: (1) Pemasaran dilakukan PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah masih konvensional, (2) Media branding dan pemasaran online dimiliki oleh PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah belum dikelola dengan baik (3) Lemahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengurus PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah dalam produksi konten digital dalam pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pengurus Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah. Proses kegiatan yang dilakukan, antara lain: (1) sosialisasi dan persiapan pengabdian (2) pelatihan dan pendapingan digital marketing, branding , konten digital dan sosial media. Abstract Tahfidz Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah (PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah) is a Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) focusing on memorizing the Qur'an. The main problem faced by PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah was the difficulty of finding students. To increase the number of students, PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah planned to on digital marketing, in place of the current conventional marketing model focus. The problems faced by PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah for implementating digital marketing were: (1) Marketing carried out by PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah was still conventional, (2) Media branding and online marketing owned by PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah was not managed properly (3) Lack of knowledge and skills of PPTA Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah administrators in digital content production and digital marketing. This community service activity was carried out in the form of training and mentoring for the management of the Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. The process of activities carried out included: (1) socialization and preparation for service (2) training and assistance for digital marketing, branding, digital content and social media. Abstract

Family business is an important business entity that contribute to the world economy, including Indonesia. This study explored the linkages between family business and entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Several business aspects where investigated in this study included financial and human capital, and business governance. Purposive sampling will be used as a sampling design of this research. The Samples of this research are the entrepreneurs who start the business. This research will use mixed method, combine between qualitative and quantitative research. In here, qualitative method is conducted through interview and focuses group discussion, while quantitative method with questionnaire. Some question about the activities and resources during business start up were asked to them. During the process interview, the explanations were recorded and some critical information was outlined, and rewrites in paper work.

Abstract

Background: Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti hipertensi, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), stroke dan jantung saat ini menjadi perhatian besar dunia, dan masih menjadi besar di Indonesia. Prevalensi penderita hipertensi di Desa Tawang sebanyak 20,5% dan prevalensi penderita diabetes mellitus (DM) sebanyak 70,2%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan sebagai upaya pencegahan secara mandiri melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mendeteksi faktor risiko (FR) PTM dan memberikan edukasi dalam mengurangi risiko-risiko penyakit tidak menular (PTM) melalui peningkatan perilaku hidup yang lebih sehat. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode edukasi kesehatan tentang PTM dan pendampingan kader cara deteksi dini faktor risiko (FR). Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang PTM dengan rata-rata sebesar 7,5 poin (11,41%) dengan rata-rata skor sebelum diberikan edukasi 65,75 dan rata-rata skor setelah edukasi 73,25. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan edukasi deteksi dini FR PTM dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam deteksi dini PTM. Kader kesehatan di Desa Tawang merasa senang dan lebih paham tentang cara FR dan cara deteksi dini FR PTM, serta dapat melakukan dengan benar sehingga dapat mengetahui seseorang yang berisiko dan dapat mendukung melakukan pencegahan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which training and individual character affect employee performance, considering the role of quality of work life as a mediating variable in the relationship. This study was conducted at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas with a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach assisted by SmartPLS software. The results of this study reveal that training and individual character have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, both directly and through the intermediary of quality of work life. Quality of work life has been shown to act as a mediator that strengthens the influence between training and individual character on improving performance. Thus, this study highlights the importance of providing appropriate training, forming a strong work character, and creating a supportive work climate as the main strategies in efforts to improve employee performance, especially in public sector agencies.
