Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di maksudkan untuk memperkuat ekonomi perempuan Indonesia di Malaysia melalui usaha alternatif berfokus pada tepung Mocaf (modified casaffa flour). Kegiatan ini di laksanakan antara Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta Indonesia dengan berkerja sama dengan Persatuan Anak Rantau Indonesia (PARI) dan Dewan Majelis Perundingan Melayu (MPM) sebagai mitra strategis untuk melaksanakan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan perempuan migran di Malaysia. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi, keterampilan dan penambah pendapatan keluarga perempuan yang menjadi migran di Malaysia melalui sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan dalam pengolahan tepung mocaf menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup 1) observasi awal, 2) sosialisasi mengenai peran perempuan dalam memperkuat ekonomi keluarga, 3) serta praktik dalam pembuatan produk turunan mocaf seperti mie singkong, sirup glukosa, dan permen. Pembahasan dengan hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait potensi mocaf sebagai alternatif bahan pangan yang sehat, mudah diakses, dan memiliki peluang pasar yang luas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan kewirausahaan perempuan, memperkuat jaringan usaha, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berbasis pada pangan lokal.Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi contoh pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan bagi perempuan migran Indonesia di Malaysia, serta mendukung upaya diversifikasi pangan dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap impor gandum.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat kinerja  keuangan Bank Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) dengan Bank Asing Tahun 2020 - 2024. Penilaian tingkat kinerja bank dilakukan menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu  CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR dan BOPO. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh  Bank Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Bank Asing  yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan masing berjumlah 4 Bank BUMN dan 11 Bank Asing. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel didapat  11 bank (4 BUMN dan 7 Bank Asing). Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan :  statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode Mann-Whitney Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan Bank BUMN dan Bank Asing pada CAR, NPL dan LDR sedangan pada ROA dan BOPO tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan Bank BUMN dengan Bank Asing. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen bank, investor, dan akademisi dalam memahami serta mengevaluasi kinerja  keuangan bank.Kata kunci : Analisis Perbandingan, Kinerja Keuangan, Bank Umum Milik Negara, Bank Asing. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the comparative financial performance of State-Owned Commercial Banks (BUMN) with Foreign Banks from 2020 to 2024. Bank performance was assessed using financial ratios, namely CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, and BOPO. The study population comprised all State-Owned Commercial Banks (SOEs) and Foreign Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), totaling 4 SOEs and 11 Foreign Banks. The sampling method used purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 11 banks (4 BUMN and 7 Foreign Banks). Data analysis was conducted through the following stages: descriptive statistics, normality testing, and hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed significant differences between BUMN and Foreign Banks in CAR, NPL, and LDR while there was no difference in the financial performance of BUMN and Foreign Banks in ROA and BOPO. This study has implications for bank management, investors, and academics in understanding and evaluating bank financial performance.Keywords: Comparative Analysis, Financial Performance, State-Owned Commercial Banks, Foreign Banks.

Abstract

The increasing volume of household waste in rural areas has become a significant environmental challenge, requiring sustainable and community-based solutions. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower local cooperatives as key agents in driving waste management education, fostering environmental awareness, and promoting sustainable livelihoods in Ciburayut Village, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The program adopts a participatory approach through capacity building, training, and collaborative action between cooperatives, local government, and community members. Activities include educational workshops on waste segregation, recycling practices, and the development of waste-based products to support the village economy. The results demonstrate improved community knowledge and behavior in waste handling, increased cooperative engagement in environmental initiatives, and the establishment of a waste management system that supports both cleanliness and economic independence. This initiative highlights the strategic role of cooperatives in integrating environmental education with economic empowerment, serving as a replicable model for other rural communities seeking sustainable development

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Career Development and Employee Retention on Employee Performance at PT Wira Mitra Prima, with Corporate Technology as a moderating variable. Using a sample of 100 employees, the research employed a quantitative approach with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) and a causal design to test direct and moderating effects. The findings reveal that Career Development does not significantly affect Employee Performance, so the hypothesis is rejected. However, Employee Retention shows a significant positive effect, meaning the hypothesis is accepted. Corporate Technology also has a significant effect on Employee Performance, confirming its role as a direct driver. For moderation, Corporate Technology does not strengthen the relationship between Career Development and Employee Performance, so the hypothesis is rejected. Conversely, Corporate Technology significantly strengthens the relationship between Employee Retention and Employee Performance, meaning the hypothesis is accepted. These results highlight the importance of retention strategies and technology optimization in enhancing performance. Practical implications suggest companies should improve career development practices, strengthen retention through fair rewards and supportive environments, and maximize technology use to boost efficiency, collaboration, and productivity.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan perusahaan konstruksi dalam pembangunan, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Work simplication dan servant leadership ialah faktor yang dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan, terutama pada PT Tukang Bangun Ruang. Fokus penelitian ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh work simplication dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tukang Bangun Ruang. Sebanyak 50 karyawan menjadi responden, di mana data dihimpun melalui kuesioner dan diproses dengan SPSS. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas mengindikasikan bahwa data penelitian ini valid serta reliabel. Pengaruh work simplication dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan dilakukan dengan penerapan uji regresi linear berganda (uji t dan uji F), yang diperoleh bahwa work simplication dan servant leadership, masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh servant leadership terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan harus bersamaan dengan pengaruh work simplication.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and normative commitment on employee performance, with knowledge management as a moderating variable at PT Wira Mitra Prima. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) and SmartPLS software, the research employed a causal design to test both direct and moderating effects among variables. The sample consisted of 100 employees selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that DEI strategies, normative commitment, and knowledge management each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, knowledge management was proven to strengthen the influence of DEI strategies and normative commitment, indicating that diversity initiatives and employee loyalty are more effective when supported by systematic knowledge sharing and application. These results highlight that integrating DEI policies, fostering normative commitment, and implementing effective knowledge management can sustainably improve productivity, efficiency, and performance quality. Despite its contributions, the study acknowledges limitations such as a relatively small sample size, short data collection period, and reliance on closed questionnaires, suggesting that future research should expand scope, sample, and include additional variables like job satisfaction, organizational culture, or leadership to enrich the model.

Abstract

Usaha mikro pedagang nasi lemak merupakan bagian penting dari ekonomi rakyat dan identitas kuliner di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Selain menyediakan pangan harian, sektor ini menopang mata pencaharian masyarakat berpendapatan rendah dan berkontribusi pada ekonomi informal perkotaan. Namun, pedagang masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti lemahnya pencatatan keuangan, keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial, rendahnya pemahaman standar kebersihan dan perizinan, serta minimnya akses terhadap program pemerintah. Meskipun pemerintah lokal telah menyediakan kebijakan pemberdayaan, terdapat kesenjangan antara implementasi kebijakan dan kebutuhan riil di lapangan, sehingga pendekatan top-down belum sepenuhnya efektif. Pengabdian internasional Indonesia–Malaysia ini bertujuan memperkuat tata kelola usaha mikro melalui peningkatan kapasitas manajerial, pemahaman kebijakan, dan penguatan jejaring komunitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemetaan kondisi pedagang, community engagement partisipatif, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan pencatatan keuangan, analisis kebijakan, serta evaluasi dan penyusunan rekomendasi. Luaran kegiatan mencakup peningkatan kapasitas pedagang, modul pendampingan, rekomendasi kebijakan, publikasi ilmiah, serta penguatan kerja sama bilateral. Kegiatan ini berada pada TKT level 3–4 dan berpotensi direplikasi.

Abstract

Employee health is a crucial element that supports efficiency and the continuity of operations within a company. As one of the strategic state-owned enterprises in the port sector, PT Pelindo has many employees with various levels of occupational risk. Therefore, implementing a periodic health check-up program is an important preventive and promotional measure. The purpose of this community service activity is to raise employees' awareness about the importance of health check-ups, detect potential work-related illnesses early, and motivate the establishment of a healthy work culture. The methods used include regular health examinations, workplace health counseling, and evaluation of the results from these examinations. Findings from this activity indicate an increase in employees' knowledge related to workplace health, as well as the identification of several health risk cases that need to be addressed immediately. With this program, it is expected that employee well-being can improve while simultaneously supporting the company's productivity.

Abstract

Inovasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pemanfaatan produk alami penunjang pariwisata ini, dalam upaya untuk melakukan diversifikasi produk lokal dan pengetahuan ilmu pengetahuan tentang produk yang banyak di tanam di Desa Pasirjaya Kecamatan Cigombong Kabupaten Bogor dengan bahan baku singkong. Team Mahasiswa dan Team Dosen (PKM) Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta di laksanakan pada tempat pembelajaran masyarakat “SAUNG ILMU” dan partisipasi masyarakat terutama perempuan PKK Desa Pasirjaya tanggal 11 Agustus 2025 jam ± 13.00 wib dengan peserta ± 30 anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Pasirjaya. Kegiatan pemberdayaan perempuan ini di laksanakan dalam dua tahap, tahap pertama perkenalan dan sosialisasi manfaat umum dan kesehatan umum makanan dari bahan singkong dan tepung singkong. Tahap kedua pengolahan produk alami lokal berbahan baku singkong dengan permen dari tepung singkong/mocaf (modified cassava flour) untuk menunjang produk destinasi pariwisata. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di awali dengan pembukaan oleh Bu Dian dari pengurus PKK RW 2 Desa Pasirjaya menyampaikan rasa terima kasih di berikan tambahan ilmu pengolahan dan manfaat umum terutama kesehatan bahan baku singkong dan di ajarkan membuat olahan permen dari tepung singkong. Pelatihan dan sosialisasi pelaksanaan pengolahan produk alami lokal singkong atau tepung mocaf ini berlangsung selama 2 jam di lengkapi dengan sesi tanya jawab langsung dan sesi kuis berhadiah dari Team Dosen PKM di sambut antusias peserta PKK Desa Pasirjaya. Penyelesaian pelatihan dan sosialisasi di lakukan dengan penyerahan piagam penghargaan / sertifikat dari Team PKM Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta kepada anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Pasirjaya. Foto bersama anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Pasirjaya, team mahasiswa dan Team Dosen PKM Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta mengakhiri pelatihan inovasi pemberdayaan perempuan pengolahan produk alami penunjang pariwisata di Desa Pasirjaya Kecamatan Cigombong kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

This article examines the regulatory tensions between Law No. 23/2014 on Regional Government, which emphasizes the reconcentration of authority, and Law No. 6/2023 (the Job Creation Law), which mandates the centralization of licensing through a deregulatory framework. The study focuses on Sumatra, a region characterized by high ecological vulnerability and its role as a strategic hub for extractive expansion. Utilizing a juridical-normative methodology complemented by secondary spatial analysis, this study finds that ambiguities in environmental oversight authority have catalyzed a surge in deforestation and recurrent hydrometeorological disasters. The results demonstrate that deregulation, pursued under the guise of streamlining investment, has systematically dismantled the ecological protection functions previously vested in regional authorities. This "institutional displacement" has created a governance vacuum that prioritizes short-term economic output over the bio-geophysical stability of the Sumatran landscape. The findings suggest that without a substantive synchronization of regulations that restores "ecological veto" power to local governments, the island remains at critical risk of systemic ecosystem collapse.
