Abstract

Language style or what we know as rhetoric is style. Language style is a distinctive way of expressing thoughts and feelings in written or oral form. Even though the choice of diction is correct, if the language style used is not interesting, then the diction is useless. This research aims to describe the rhetoric, diction and language style in the Rintik Sedu Podcast "We are Forgotten". The primary data source in this research is the Rintik Sedu podcast episode "Aku Yang Terlupa" which was then listened to and then recorded into a transcript. As for secondary data sources, this research uses books and journals related to rhetoric and those related to research conducted. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation techniques, notes, books and transcripts. The results of the first research show that the language styles used by the Rintik Sedu Podcast Host consist of simple language styles and intermediate language styles. Second, the diction used by the host of the Rintik Sedu Podcast consists of connotative diction and denotative diction.

Abstract

Matematika menjadi pelajaran yang memiliki minat rendah pada tingkatan sekolah. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai ujian akhir matematika yang selalu rendah dibandingkan dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata merupakan karya sastra yang juga ikut membahas akan permasalahan problematika pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa dan guru. Hal itulah yang membuat peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai problematika pembelajaran matematika yang terdapat dalam novel Guru Aini dan membahas akan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi problematika pembelajaran matematika. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis isi dari novel Guru Aini. Problematika pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa dalam novel Guru Aini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) pandangan pelajaran matematika yang dianggap sulit dan membosakan, 2) siswa kurang memahami konsep awal matematika, yang membuat siswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep matematika selanjutnya, 3) penyakit diskalkulia. Sedangkan, Problematika pembelajaran matematika bagi guru yaitu: 1) nilai siswa menjadi tolak ukur dalam keberhasilan guru dalam mengajar, 2) kurikulum pembelajaran matematika yang selalu diganti, 3) tuntutan sosial untuk mengubah pandangan siswa agar matematika menjadi pembelajaran yang tidak menakutkan dan membosankan, 4) sulitnya menentukan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup seseorang, maupun golongan. Karena pendidikan bersifat membangun. Karena pendidikan di dunia sempat berhenti dan tidak berjalan, sangat memprihatinkan siswa-siswa yang mulai malas. Maka penilitian ini di tinjau kembali untuk prmbaca sadar bahwa begitu penting pendidikan. Teori belajar behavioristik antara stimulus dan respon bisa mempengaruhi daya pikir peserta didik, karena merangsang stimulus dan respon yang di berikan pendidik. Novel sang pemimpi menjadi contoh adanya teori belajar behavioristik dan bertujuan untuk pembaca melihat sisi teori belajar behavioristik dari sebuah novel. Berupa mengklasifikasikan beberapa kutipan dan menjadi data terjadi metode penilitian kualitatif. Di sajikan dengan temuan berupa stimulus dan respon yang di alami Ikal dan Arai. Begitupun seorang guru-guru nya melihat langsung perubahan tingkah laku mereka sehingga membuat gurunya bangga. Mereka berdua bisa melawati tantangan itu semua dengan mengingat stimulus dan berhasil

Abstract

A person's speaking style is a manifestation of various individual characteristics that influence the way they convey messages and influence their listeners. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data source for this research is Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus's Da'wah Vlog entitled "The World is Still Beautiful as Long as There is a Rasulullah". Data collection techniques in this research used listening and note-taking techniques. This research aims to explore various aspects of Ustazah Halimah Alaydrus' speech style and language style in the context of argument formation, emotional expression, and influence on public opinion on the YouTube platform. The primary focus is to understand how these rhetorical elements play a role in conveying important messages effectively.Keywords: Rhetoric, Style of Speech, Style of Language

Abstract

ABSTRACT Curriculum is a learning program that is designed and implemented to achieve the goal of success in certain learning. Therefore, in organizing education, a flexible concept is needed that can be adjusted to changes in the times. This study discusses the concept of curriculum that refers to the Islamic Education curriculum, with a focus on the definition, the role of the education curriculum on students' morals, and the characteristics it has. The curriculum at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar, East Java, which applies moral education to students at the Islamic boarding school, which makes students have noble morals. This study uses a qualitative research method that focuses on an in-depth understanding of social phenomena from the perspective of people involved in the situation of students who have good morals at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar, East Java. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews with teachers and instructors at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar. The results of this study indicate that the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has two curriculum, namely the salaf curriculum and the kholaf curriculum. Teachers and lecturers at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar understand the concept of curriculum and the demands of their students to implement the values ??of the books they have studied, one of the Ta'lim Muta'alim books. In assessing the morals of students, the suri tauladan method is used, which emphasizes exemplary behavior in attitudes and behavior. Learning evaluations are carried out at the end of each academic year through teacher and lecturer meetings to assess the development of students and the effectiveness of teachers. The success of this Islamic boarding school is also reflected in the alumni who have succeeded in establishing a science council to channel their knowledge in the community. ABSTRAK Kurikulum adalah program pembelajaran yang dirancang dan diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran tertentu. Oleh karena itu, dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, diperlukan sebuah konsep yang fleksibel dan dapat disesuaikan dengan perubahan zaman. Penelitian ini membahas konsep kurikulum yang mengacu pada kurikulum Pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada definisi, peran kurikulum pendidikan pada akhlak siswa, serta karakteristik yang dimilikinya. Kurikulum yang terdapat pada pondok pesantren Mambaul Ulum Blitar, Jawa Timur yang menerapkan pendidikan akhlak kepada siswa di pesantren, yang menjadikan siswa berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial             dari perspektif orang-orang yang terlibat dalam situasi siswa yang mempunya akhlak yang baik                         pada pondok pesantren Mambaul Ulum Blitar, Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara yang mendalam kepada guru dan pengajar di pondok pesantren Mambaul Ulum, Blitar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum memiliki dua kurikulum, yakni kurikulum salaf dan kurikulum kholaf. Guru dan pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum, Blitar memahami konsep kurikulum dan menuntut para santrinya untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai dari kitab yang sudah dipelajari, salah satu kitab Ta’lim Muta’alim. Dalam penilaian akhlak santri, digunakan metode suri tauladan, yang menekankan keteladaan dalam sikap dan perilaku. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan setiap akhir tahun ajaran melalui pertemuan guru dan pengajar guna menilai perkembangan santri dan efektivitas pengajar. Keberhasilan pesantren ini juga tercermin dari alumni yang berhasil mendirikan majlis ilmu untuk menyalurkan ilmu mereka di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Leadership Management in Improving Service Quality in private universities in Jambi Province which is the target of research is under the Regional Kopertais Environment of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The quality of service in an organization is the main focus, considering that services that can be carried out effectively and efficiently are a dream for all customers, and the goal of the organization itself. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative-naturalistic approach. Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that an overview of leadership management and service improvement will be raised. The naturalistic approach demands data collection in a natural setting. The method used in collecting data in the field is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of service quality carried out by the Three Private STAIs in the Kopertais Region XIII Jambi City environment have both implemented the eight standards as specified in the planning. However, there is a very significant difference between Ashanta and Al-Azhar Private STAI and Al-Marif Private STAI. Of the three STAIs, the one that is superior is the Al-Ma'rif Private STAI, with evidence that can be seen from the number of students quite a lot, and the majority of the teaching staff are S2 qualified and some are even S3 qualified. When viewed from the satisfaction of service quality from customers, Al-Ma'rif Private STAI has the advantages of the three Private STAIs that are the targets of researchers, satisfaction indicators such as learning facilities and infrastructure are independent and have their own. In addition, the management of financing is more organized and transparent from the Foundation and the Chairperson of the Foundation to their subordinates. Payment of honorarium for staff and lecturers in accordance with the provisions specified and paid on time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the interference of Javanese language emphasis on Indonesian and to determine the factors that cause Javanese language interference to Indonesian. This study discusses the interference of Javanese emphasis on Indonesian and the factors that cause interference of Javanese emphasis on Indonesian through a case study via WhatsApp. This study examines language interference because Indonesia is a language community that has its own characteristics. From the language community, there is often a linguistic phenomenon in the form of language interference. This study uses a qualitative method by explaining the problem through information obtained from sources regarding the error in the emphasis of the Javanese language used. The data in this study are in the form of voice recordings containing the emphasis of Javanese on Indonesian. The instrument of this research used online interviews. Sources of data obtained from interviews using the technique of provocation to obtain information in the form of errors in the emphasis of the Javanese language on the Indonesian language. The data in this study were collected using the listening and note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that there are several interferences in the emphasis of the Javanese language on Indonesian, which come from errors at the phonological level, morphological level errors, and errors at the semantic level. The interference of Javanese emphasis on Indonesian is caused by several factors, namely the social environment in which they live, the existence of bilingualism by speakers of the language, and improving language skills by speakers.
