Abstract

The internet is a global network that is often used by millions of people to provide information, communication, and broad digital access. The existence of this internet makes a great opportunity for its use to develop technological skills. One of the learning media used by students is Google Drive. Google Drive is a place to store data that has a large capacity, 15 GB (Gigabyte). The use of Google Drive can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Google Drive has many features, such as Gmail, Google Documents, Google Plus, and so on. The use of this application has a very important role for education because it makes it easier for users to find valid sources and can store all kinds of file data. It cannot be denied that the existence of technology like this makes one's learning ability increase, because it is easy to find material to be studied and also increases the effectiveness of learning. This type of research was conducted by filling out questionnaires to students. The results showed that the utilization of using Google Drive, students can operate their learning experience, can create a collaboration, and can manage their tasks in an efficient way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information related to the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning at MTs Al-hidayah Cinangka Sawangan Depok. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. The descriptive method in this study is used to describe how the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning. The data collection technique carried out by researchers in this study is interviews, First, interviews. Researchers use interviews that are semi-structured. The semi-structured interview itself aims to explore all forms of problems more openly, where all parties who are the object of the interview will be asked for their opinions and ideas. To get data, researchers focus on listening and recording everything released by the object being interviewed. Then the second is the study of documentation. The documentation in this study aims to record all data from the results of interviews that have been conducted with Indonesian subject teachers. The results showed that the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning has been implemented and is ongoing. However, in its application there are obstacles and still trying to re-streamline the application of this independent curriculum with the previous curriculum.

Abstract

The United States' policy toward the Syrian crisis (2011-2019) was marked by a significant and often inconsistent transition from diplomatic caution to direct military intervention. This article analyzes the dynamics of this policy evolution, moving beyond traditional state-centric explanations to examine the influence of cross-border flows. It argues that the transition was not a linear progression but a reactive and fragmented process driven by the interplay of three key factors: the failure of established international diplomatic mechanisms to resolve the conflict; the transnationalization of the threat landscape with the rise of the Islamic State (ISIS); and the powerful, albeit fluctuating, influence of global media narratives depicting humanitarian atrocities. This study maps the critical junctures that compelled policy recalibration by employing a qualitative process-tracing methodology and discourse analysis of official documents, presidential statements, and media reports. The findings demonstrate that key decisions from the "red line" ultimatum to the initiation of Operation Inherent Resolve were profoundly shaped by forces that transcended national borders, forcing policymakers to react to non-state actors, global information flows, and normative pressures. The research embodies an analytical and process-oriented approach that systematically investigates the evolution of US foreign policy during the Syrian crisis, emphasizing the underlying dynamics that prompted the transition from diplomatic engagement to direct intervention.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the effect of management information systems, transformational leadership, and school-based management on the quality of educational services in elementary schools in Boja District. This research uses a quantitative approach of the ex-post facto type. The population in this study was all elementary school teachers in the Boja District, Kendal Regency, totaling 138 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling, resulting in a sample of 103 teachers. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data sources consist of primary data (sourced from questionnaires) and secondary data (sourced from books, journals, and elementary school archives in the Boja District). Data analysis techniques include Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Structural Test, Effective Contribution, Relative Contribution, and Relative Contribution (SR) and Effective Contribution (SE). The research results show (1) There is an influence of management information systems on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District of 76.4% with the highest contribution from the management information system dimension of 0.830 (83.0%), while the lowest dimension is system quality of 0.517 (51.7%), (2) There is an influence of transformational leadership on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District of 76% with the highest contribution from the dimension that influences the highest transformational leadership from the intellectual stimulation dimension, namely 0.718 (71.8%). While the lowest dimension is Individualized influence of 0.474 (47.4%), (3) There is an influence of school-based management on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District. of 79.3% with the highest contribution from the dimension that influences school-based management is the process dimension, namely 0.820 (82.0%). While the lowest dimension is educational input of 0.539 (53.9%). 4) There is an influence of management information systems, transformational leadership, and school-based management on the quality of elementary school education services in the Boja District of 84.4% with the highest contribution from the school-based management dimension of 79.3% and the lowest from the transformational leadership dimension of 76%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran TTS XWords Generator terhadap hasil belajar menyimak teks biografi siswa kelas X SMA IT Mutiara Hikmah yang berlokasi di Tambun Selatan, Bekasi Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian gabungan dengan penekanan pada statistik yakni kuantitatif praeksperimen dan menggunakan teknik The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa tes awal (pretest) yang berupa pilihan ganda dan tes akhir (posttest) yang berupa teka-teki silang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran TTS XWords Generator berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar menyimak teks biografi siswa kelas X SMA IT Mutiara Hikmah, dilihat dari nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 93,86 lebih besar diibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 72,78 dan dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 90,9% menurut perhitungan regresi. Uji hipotests dilakukan dengan menghitung uji Mann-Whitney dengan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 22 dengan hasil nilai signifikansi (2- tailed) sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Artinya, terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata saat menggunakan media pembelajaran TTS XWords Generator.

Abstract

This research is about knowing the skills of writing a description of the moral values ​​of the short film "Ketangen" by the West Bangka Arts Council in class XI students of SMAN 5 South Tangerang in the 2020/2021 academic year. The subject of this research is a short film media entitled "Ketangen".  The object of this research is the students of class XI IPS 3 odd semester, totaling 41 students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques in this study are analysis before going to the field, data reduction, data presentation from the results of data reduction, and data verification. The researcher uses the short film “Ketangen” which has been downloaded from YouTube. The results show that the moral values ​​in the short film "Ketangen" are politeness, mutual respect, mutual respect, hard work, never give up, not spoiled, not lazy and patience.  At SMAN 5, South Tangerang City, it turned out that using the film "Ketangen" as a medium in learning descriptive paragraphs could change the value of students' writing skills so that the average acquisition = 69.80.  As detailed, 6 students got very good category, 8 students were in good category, 4 students were in fairly good category, and 3 students were in poor category.   Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterampilan siswa kelas XI SMAN 5 Tangerang Selatan dalam menulis teks deskripsi nilai moral film pendek “Ketangen” karya dewan kesenian Bangka Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah media film pendek yang berjudul “Ketangen”. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 3 semester ganjil yang berjumlah 41 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis sebelum ke lapangan, reduksi data, penyajian data dari hasil reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Peneliti menggunakan media film pendek “Ketangen” yang telah diunduh dari YouTube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai moral pada film pendek “Ketangen” yakni kesantunan, saling menghormati, saling menghargai, kerja keras, pantang menyerah, tidak manja, tidak malas dan kesabaran. Pada SMAN 5 Kota Tangerang Selatan ternyata menggunakan media film “Ketangen” pun dalam pembelajaran paragraf deskripsi dapat mengubah nilai keterampilan menulis siswa sehingga perolehan rata-ratanya = 69,80.

Abstract

Pidato yang baik disusun dengan menggunakan tahapan penyusunan atau hukum retorika yang baik pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan lima hukum retorika Aristoteles yang terkandung dalam pidato kemenangan Prabowo pada pemilu presiden 2024 dalam kanal YouTube KompasTV Dewata. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima hukum retorika Aristoteles dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menonton, menyimak, dan mencatat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan lima Langkah, yaitu mengidentifikasi teks pidato, mentranskripsi teks pidato, menganalisis teks pidato, menginterpretasikan hasil analisis retorika dalam pidato, dan menarik kesimpulan. Objek kajian penelitian ini berupa pidato kemenangan Pak Prabowo pada pilpres 2024. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian dalam penggunaan retorika hukum Aristoteles yaitu; 1) Inventio (Penemuan) yang mengangkat topik kesejahteraan dan keadilan, 2) Dispositio (Penyusunan), yang disusun secara singkat dan rapi, 3) Elocutio (Gaya) yang menarik perhatian penonton dengan menggunakan pujian, 4) Memoria dengan menggunakan teknik lipatan (mengingat ), dan 5) Pronuntiatio (Penyampaian) dilakukan dengan tenang.

Abstract

This study investigates the interest of students in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program (PBSI) at UIN Jakarta regarding the SQ3R method (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) for completing academic assignments. The research aims to assess students' interest in using SQ3R, their perceptions of its benefits for academic tasks, and their tendency to apply this method in academic reading. The research uses a descriptive survey design with a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was distributed to 42 students from the 2023 cohort, measuring three aspects of interest: (1) interest in SQ3R, (2) perceived benefits in academic tasks, and (3) tendency to apply the method. The results showed a high level of interest in the SQ3R method, with 97.6% of respondents expressing interest in understanding it more deeply and using it for academic tasks. Furthermore, students perceived SQ3R as an effective tool for improving reading and writing outcomes, with 95.2% agreeing that it helped them prepare academic papers. The study concludes that SQ3R is a well-received and beneficial method, though consistent application remains a challenge.

Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers and students in achieving deep learning based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Indonesian Language subject at MAN 13 Jakarta, as a form of adaptation to the changing characteristics of Generation Z and the demands of 21st-century education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with interview techniques, this research explores the application of the principles of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning, as well as the stages of deep learning, including understanding, applying, and reflecting. The findings indicate that teachers act as facilitators who guide the wise use of AI through platforms such as Wordwall, Padlet, Canva, and Quizizz, while students play an active role as learners who utilize AI to obtain information, enrich literacy, and develop critical thinking skills. The principle of joyful learning emerges as the most dominant element in the teacher's learning practices, while meaningful learning is more prominent in the students' learning experiences. Although AI integration enhances interactivity and the relevance of learning, students' self-regulation skills in using AI still need further development. This study affirms that AI integration strengthens deep learning, but still requires teacher guidance to ensure that learning remains critical, creative, and responsible.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse forms of juvenile delinquency in Indonesia through the perspective of humanistic theory, and to examine the relevance of the Love-Based Curriculum as a preventive and curative solution to juvenile delinquency. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, data was collected through case analysis of digital newspapers, then analysed by comparing adolescent behavioural patterns against humanistic theories from experts. The research findings indicate that juvenile delinquency stems from unmet needs for affection, social acceptance, and self-esteem. A curriculum based on love is seen as capable of being a preventive strategy by instilling values of affection and acceptance in the education sector, and as a curative solution through empathetic guidance that can restore adolescents’ sense of self-worth. The implications of this research require a reformulation of the direction of national education towards a humanistic approach to create a generation of young people who are characterised by love and social responsibility.
