Abstract

Based on the enactment of official government regulations in Governor Regulation No. 1 of 2020 concerning the Governance of Balinese Fermented and Distilled Drinks, arak Bali has started to appear publicly. It brings many advantages for the Balinese, especially in the business of fermented drink production. However, it is still unknown about consumer behavior regarding the interest in arak Bali, especially among Balinese people who live socially. The research aimed to determine the effect of social influence, product knowledge, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on purchase intention in arak Bali. The population used was millennials and Generation Z in Denpasar City who had looked for information and consumed arak Bali. The amount of sample used was 153 respondents. Then, data analysis model  used  the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 24. Based on the results of data processing with AMOS 24, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive effect of social influence on purchase intention, product knowledge on purchase intention, social influence on FOMO, and product knowledge on FOMO. Meanwhile, FOMO has no significant but positive effect on purchase intention. It is known that the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention has the greatest influence and value in the research.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has delivered uncertainty and shocks to money changers as one of growing industry in Bali’s tourism sector due to decrease in banknotes transaction obtained from foreign tourist. This study explores the challenges faced by money changers and the strategies used to survive. Using interpretive phenomenological approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 owners, directors, and managers of money changers in Bali. The findings show that various challenges faced during pandemic, including psychological, decreased turnover and transaction volume, daily rate volatility, stock management, temporary branch closures, and transformed human resource practices. Strategies used to survive the crisis, such as creating crisis team, managing capital structure and cash availability, banknotes stock management system, renewing employee contracts, marketing strategies to reach local segment, and comply with health protocols. The development of digital-based foreign exchange platform post pandemic which might be disrupt money changer industry are also discussed as future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi yang perusahaan rintisan lakukan untuk dapat bertahan di saat krisis pandemi sedang terjadi. Penelitian Competitive intelligence dan marketing 4.0 terdahulu digunakan sebagai panduan dalam penyusunan pertanyaan wawancara dan juga analisis data. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara secara mendalam semi-terstruktur yang melibatkan 6 narasumber utama yaitu CEO, CMO dari besthostels Indonesia, 2 pemilik property yang mendaftarkan propertynya di besthostels indonesia dan juga 2 konsumen yang sudah lebih dari 2 kali melakukan reservasi di platform besthostels Indonesia. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui proses coding dan themeing. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan terdapat 4 faktor utama yang membuat bestostels Indonesia dapat bertahan disaat terjadinya krisis pandemi, yaitu competitive intelligence, marketing 4.0, citizen 4,0 dan juga investor funding. Penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah model yang komprehensif untuk memahami ‘faktor faktor' yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan rintisan menghadapi krisis. Model ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi penelitian berikutnya untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris yang dapat pada generalisasi terkait faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan perusahaan rintisan menghadapi krisis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan refrensi berharga bagi individu yang ingin memulai perusahaan rintisan nya sendiri dan strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh implementasi kebijakan penentuan sasaran prioritas pemeriksaan, kebijakan buka rekening untuk kepentingan perpajakan dan forensic digital terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan di Lingkungan Kanwil DJP Bali. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel dan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kebijakan penentuan sasaran prioritas pemeriksaan, kebijakan buka rekening dan forensic digital memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan. Tax ratio Indonesia yang masih tergolong rendah, menandakan masih banyak potensi pajak yang belum tergali, sehingga hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berarti bagi pembuat kebijakan dan otoritas pajak agar dapat mengimplementasikan strategi yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemeriksaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemauan membayar dari wajib pajak.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress in technology, especially in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic which forces students to study online, so there needs to be innovation from company leaders engaged in education to seek digital-based education. This study aims to analyze the leadership s efforts to understand the people around the company regarding the use of technology, building a digital organization, and integrating technology trends in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. The subjects of this research are the owner, head of the field, and staff of Triton Denpasar. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that leadership efforts in building digital organizations within the company in the Covid-19 pandemic era started from providing training to staff and integrating technology in daily office work and using technology in the registration process, learning process, socialization to the learning evaluation process.

Abstract

Reformasi birokrasi merupakan salah satu agenda prioritas dari pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang ditindaklanjuti melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2020 sebagai perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyetaraan Jabatan Administrasi ke dalam Jabatan Fungsional. Penyetaraan jabatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih dinamis dan profesional sebagai upaya peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi untuk mendukung kinerja pelayanan pemerintah kepada publik. Dalam implementasi kebijakan tentang penyetaraan ini dalam tataran di Pemerintah Kota Denpasar, penyesuaian SOTK dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum dilaksanakan penyetraan. Tetapi proses penyetaraan ini dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan latar belakang pendidikan dan tidak ada uji kompetensi, tentunya memperikan dampak masalah dan tantangan kedepannya terkait dengan pengembangan karir jabatan fungsional hasil dari penyetaraan jabatan administrasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis atas implementasi dan tantangan dari kebijakan penyetaraan jabatan administrasi agar dapat mengeksplorasi keadaan sebenarnya pelaksanaan dari kebijakan tersebut, sehingga bisa menjadi bahan masukan kepada pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian dekriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan telaah peraturan perundang-undangan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa faktor komunikasi, sumber daya dan disposisi yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karir pasca penyetraan jabatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to observe the impact of advertising creativity, advertising appeal and endorser credibility to the advertising effectiveness and purchase decision on Instagram. This research was conducted in Ilsproject Store. It is an online and offline store in Denpasar which sells fashion product. The design of this research is a quantitative research which shows a causality relationship between variables. The technique of collecting data was done using questionnaire to 168 consumers. The technique of analyzing data was done using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program version 22. The result of this research shows that the advertising creativity has a positive and significant impact of 0,783 to the advertising effectiveness and 0,203 to the purchase decision. The advertising appeal has a positive and significant impact of 0,783 to the advertising effectiveness and 0,648 to the purchase decision. The endorser credibility has a positive and significant impact of 0,803 to the advertising effectiveness and 0,656 to the purchase decision. The advertising effectiveness has a positive and significant impact to the purchase decision with the number 0,831.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to observe the effect of self-efficacy, earning expectation and endorser credibility on the entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial readiness. This research was done in Undiknas Graduate School. The research design was quantitative research, which was a causality relationship between the variables. The technique of collecting data was done using questionnaire to 102 students. The technique of analyzing data was done using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 22 program. The result of this research showed self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect of 0,429 on the entrepreneurial interest and 0,416 on the entrepreneurial readiness. Earning expectation had a positive and significant effect of 0,454 on the entrepreneurial interest and 0,198 on the entrepreneurial readiness. Social media had a positive and significant effect of 0,363 on the entrepreneurial interest and 0,440 on the entrepreneurial readiness. Advertisement effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial readiness of 0,595.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui model pengelolaan DTW berbasis Sustainable Tourism Development. Metode kualitatif dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan Purposive Sampling sebagai penentu informan yang dipilih maka didapatkan informan sebanyak 8 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan beberapa tahapan yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Saran yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini diadakan pembinaan kepada masyarakat Desa Beraban, pedagang di kawasan DTW Tanah Lot, dan seluruh staf yang bekerja di DTW Tanah Lot agar dapat dilakukan lebih aktif lagi dalam mengembangkan kawasan DTW ini. Diharapkan semua masyarakat ikut andil dalam memberikan pelayanan lebih baik lagi kedepannya karena terdapat banyak potensi pariwisata  di kawasan DTW Tanah Lot ini sangat banyak apabila dikaji dan digali lebih dalam.

Abstract

The pandemic has brought various impacts and changes in people's lives, one of which is the use of digital telemedicine applications. Health is a vital aspect of human life; therefore, telemedicine applications have an important role in facing the changing era. This study attempts to describe the attitudes and behavioral intentions of the millennial generation in adopting telemedicine platforms in the new normal era. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents, namely the millennial generation in Bali. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results of this study found that perceived ease of use, social influence, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, while e-trust had no effect. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on E-trust. E-trust is not able to mediate the influence of social influence on behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness is able to positively mediate the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention. This research is expected to provide an overview of consumer behavior towards digital services, as well as an evaluation for digital service providers themselves.
