Abstract

Parents waiting for the presence of a child can be a disappointment if the child is born experiencing mental retardation, one of which is mental retardation. Mental retardation is a disorder of intellectual function characterized by IQ below 70 and adaptive behavior disorder is an obstacle to adapt to the environment. Adaptive behavior of mentally retarded children who are different from other normal children becomes a burden for both parents, those who lack emotional control make themselves stressed because of their childrens behavior. Stress occurs more with a mother than a father, because mothers often care for their children and are closer to their children. The design of this research uses the Non Experimental method with Cross Sectional approach. The population is all respondents, namely all parents of mentally retarded children. Sampling using Total Sampling with a sample of 74 respondents. Data collection methods using the DASS 42 questionnaire were used only on the stress range of 14 questions, and used the childrens adaptive behavior questionnaire of 15 questions. The data obtained are presented in the form of frequency distribution tables and narratives. The results showed that of the 74 respondents having a severe stress level category as many as 63.5 percent with adaptive behavior of moderate children as many as 90.5 percent. The statistical test uses the Spearman Rank Test which shows the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the two variables namely 0.837 with a significance of 0.038, which means there is a significant relationship between parental stress level and mental retardation behavior of children. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship that the adaptive behavior of the mentally retarded child to the level of parental stress due to the behavior of children who are different from other normal children becomes a burden for both parents. Abstract

Abstract: Objectives: To explore the experience of leprosy care groups during a pandemic Method Phenomenological approach with focus group discussion. 15 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis in Collaizi is simple, clear and detailed enough to be used in this research. Results Consists of 3 themes, namely: activity restrictions, programs cannot run, lack of mastery of technology and produces 8 sub-themes, namely: less than optimal coordination, limited activities, fear of gathering, restrictions on gathering rules, all online, insufficient power, difficult signal, HP for school children. Conclusion the pandemic period is a difficult time for leprosy care groups, so the rules, lack of technology and lack of information related to technology make the leprosy care group program stagnant. Suggestion it is necessary to form a small group to support the program, as well as socialize the application for leprosy groups Abstrak: Tujuan: Mengeksplorasi pengalaman kelompok peduli kusta di masa pandemic. Metode Pendekatan fenomenologi dengan diskusi kelompok terfokus. 15 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dalam Collaizi cukup sederhana, jelas dan rinci untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil terdiri dari 3 tema, yaitu pembatasan aktifitas, program tidak bisa berjalan, kurangnya penguasaan teknologi dan menghasilkan 8 subtema, yaitu koordinasi kurang optimal, kegiatan dibatasi, takut berkumpul, aturan pembatasan berkumpul, semua serba online, kuata tidak mencukupi, susah sinyal, HP untuk anak sekolah. Kesimpulan masa pandemic merupakan masa sulit bagi kelompok peduli kusta, sehingga aturan, kurangnya teknologi dan kurangnya informasi terkait teknologi membuat program kelompok peduli kusta stagnan. Saran perlu dibentuk kelompok kecil untuk mendukung program, serta sosialisasi aplikasi untuk kelompok kusta.

Abstract

Objective:  To identify the relationship of weight gains between two dialysis periods levels with muscle cramps in patients during hemodialysis.Methods:  This was a descriptive analytical study, which 90 patients undergoing HD was recruited using consecutive sampling.Results: There is a relationship between weight gains between two dialysis periods levels and muscle cramps at the 4th hour of hemodialysis (pvalue  < α; α = 0.05). Based on this study, weight gains between two dialysis times was associated with muscle cramps at the 4th hour of hemodialysis.Conclusion:  Based on this study, weight gain between two dialysis times was associated with muscle cramps at the 4th hour of hemodialysis. Hospitals need to establish regulations in the form of clinical guidance on monitoring patient complaints every hour during hemodialysis.

Abstract

Objective:    Posyandu success in facilitating and providing health services is the main goal of Posyandu. The government's efforts have not only increased the coverage of mothers and toddlers, but also increased the knowledge, skills, and motivation of the community, especially Posyandu health cadres. The aim of this research is to identify the motivation of cadres in carrying out posyandu activities.Methods:Research design The type of research used is analytic and the type of approach used is descriptive. The variables used were achievement, responsibility, supervision, mother's wishes, and relationships between friends, while the sample was 138 respondents using simple random sampling. The analysis was carried out univariately using frequency distribution tablesResults:  The results of the study based on the number of samples were 138 respondents, so the achievement variable showed that more than half of the samples had sufficient achievement, namely 79 people (57.2%). The responsibility variable is almost half having less responsibility, 67 people (48.6%). Supervision variable obtained more than half of non-routine supervision as many as 96 people (69.6%). The mother's desire variable has the sufficient category, almost half of 96 people (69.6%). While the relationship variable between friends is obtained, more than half of the cadres have less relationships as many as 75 people (54.3%) Conclusion:  Based on the results of the study, it was found that the motivation of cadres in carrying out posyandu activities could be increased in the variables in this study, namely achievement, responsibility, mother's wishes, relations between cadres and also supervision. The existence of cadres is important in posyandu activities, so there should be regulations and efforts to increase the motivation of cadres in carrying out posyandu activities. In addition, it is necessary to periodically evaluate and monitor the motivation of cadres.

Abstract

Purpose: Nurses today must meet the pressure to make hospitals more competitive. The disconnect between corporate culture and improving nurse performance has been demonstrated in various studies. Although it is considered that organizational culture has a major impact on how well nurses work, it is still unclear how culture can improve nurse performance. To increase the effectiveness of health care facilities, a nurse must also be trustworthy and honest. This has had a significant impact on the way in which nurses provide medical care to patients. Therefore, although there have been previous interprofessional care studies, there has been no research that systematically explores interprofessional nursing factors which include three indicators, namely integrity, honesty, and leadership. This supports us in conducting a literature review which is expected to provide evidence that these three indicators have an important influence in improving the interprofessional abilities or capabilities of a nurse. Aim: To determine the factors that influence IPC in nurses which include integrity, honesty, and leadership. Methodology: For this article's research, ten literature reviews were used, and keyword syntax for each database was used to search PubMed, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate databases from 2018 to 2023. Results: The literature review shows how leadership, integrity, and honesty are factors influencing interprofessional nursing. From this comprehensive subject matter, the following sub-themes emerge: Integrity in Nurses with Other Professions, The Nature of Honesty in the Individual Nurses, Leading a Team with Leadership, and Nurse Performance IPC Conclusion: The ability of nurses to perform at their best in order to care for patients and enhance hospital performance is dependent on interprofessional attitudes such as integrity, honesty, and leadership.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan kualitas bulutangkis di Indonesia dapat dilakukan dengan diselenggarakannya turnamen bulu tangkis, salah satunya Insersio Cup 2023. Pada setiap penyelenggaraan turnamen olahraga wajib melibatkan tim medis. Hal ini karena cedera olahraga dapat terjadi dan tidak dapat diprediksi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses dukungan tim medis selama pelaksanaan turnamen bulutangkis Insersio Cup 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi 1) Penyediaan Peralatan Medis dan Obat-obatan; 2) Kerjasama dengan Pihak Terkait; 3) Penempatan Pos Tim Medis; 4) Layanan Medis: dan 5) Edukasi Kesehatan. Turnamen Insersio Cup 2023 diikuti oleh 277 peserta, dimana kategori tunggal anak putra menjadi peserta yang paling banyak (26.4%). Cedera selama turnamen Insersio Cup 2023 yaitu sprain pergelangan kaki, kram otot betis dan kram otot paha, dimana kram otot betis menjadi cedera yang paling banyak (50%). Peran pendampingan tim medis sangat penting dalam turnamen olahraga, terutama dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama cedera olahraga sehingga cedera tidak menjadi lebih parah dan pemulihan dapat melalui proses yang cepat.   Abstract: Enhancing the quality of badminton in Indonesia can be achieved by organizing badminton tournaments, including the Insersio Cup 2023. In every sports tournament, it is mandatory to involve a medical team, as sports injuries can occur and are unpredictable. This community service aims to understand the process of medical team support during the implementation of the badminton tournament Insersio Cup 2023. The methods employed in this community service include 1) Provision of Medical Equipment and Medications, 2) Collaboration with Relevant Parties, 3) Placement of Medical Team Stations, 4) Medical Services, and 5) Health Education. The Insersio Cup 2023 tournament had 277 participants, with the Men's Singles category having the highest number of participants (26.4%). Injuries during the Insersio Cup 2023 tournament included ankle sprains, calf muscle cramps, and thigh muscle cramps, with calf muscle cramps being the most common injury (50%). The medical team's assistance is crucial in sports tournaments, especially in providing first aid for sports injuries to prevent them from worsening and facilitating a speedy recovery process.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is still the leading cause of death globally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of spirituality on the self-management of coronary heart disease patients. The research design used a cross-sectional study. Samples were 145 patients who had been diagnosed with coronary heart. The research variables are spirituality and self-management. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by linear regression test. The results of the study show that the spirituality of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients on the belief in God dimension is 51% high, search for meaning is 74.5% high, mindfulness is 66.2% high and feeling of security is 59.3% high. Meanwhile, the self-management of problem recognition 52.4% good, outcome of expectancy 62.8% good, planning 50.3% good and decision making 94.5% good. The results of the linear regression analysis test showed that belief in God had an effect on problem recognition (p-value 0.004), outcome expectancy (p-value<0.001) and planning (p-value<0.001). While search for meaning, mindfulness and feeling of security do not affect all indicators of self-management.

Assistance for school children will help all groups to prevent the recurrence of the leprosy endemic in the area Karangploso Community Health Center. Stage First is stage preparation. Stage This started from process planning which includes identifying needs or problems. From the results of the interview with Community Health Center officers in the P2P polyclinic and Promkes sections, results were obtained that the Ketawang Community Health Center has never conducted leprosy detection training child. Based on data from the Community Health Center. Evaluation of cadre skills is evaluated by making direct observations moment cadre use application android For detection early leprosy. Results observation shows that all teachers are able to operate the various features contained in application as well as capable do detection early leprosy on child. Abstract

Introduction: LPTK CUP strives to improve relationships and unity among LPTK (Lembaga Pendidikan Tenga Kependidikan) members. It achieves this by merging competitive elements with entertainment to promote a feeling of camaraderie and cooperation. Furthermore, LPTK CUP includes a range of sports competitions, including table tennis. Purpose: This study aims to comprehend the medical team's involvement in providing support during the table tennis event at LPTK CUP XII UM 2023. Method: The medical team is crucial in delivering general and specialized healthcare services (for sports injuries) throughout the table tennis competition at LPTK CUP XXI UM 2023. Additionally, various approaches are employed in this event, including 1) Acquiring Medical Equipment, 2) Collaborating with Relevant Entities, 3) Arranging the Placement of the Medical Team, 4) Conducting Screening and Medical Services, and 4occurredviding Health Education. Result: Most table tennis participants are less than 50 years old. Several injuries occur during the match, namely Abrasion, Shoulder Sprain, and Ankle Sprain. The injury management provided is based on the Rice Method for sports injuries.

Abstract

Introduction:Kusta adalah penyakit infeksi kronis yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium leprae, ditandai dengan sangat panjangnya masa inkubasi, kesulitan dalam mendeteksi tanda dan gejala. Indonesia menduduki urutan ketiga setelah India dan Brazil dengan jumlah penderita kusta sebanyak 20.023 kasusObjectives: membentuk kampung ramah kusta, dimana mereka tidak akan melakukan stigma pada penderita kusta, dengan cara memandirikan perawatan penderita kusta dengan memaksimalkan support sistem yang ada di sekitar penderitaMethods: Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan yang melalui 3 tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasiResults:  penderita, keluarga dan kader beserta perawat penanngung jawab dan perawat desa mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan aplikasi kusta, serta berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan penderita kustaConclusions:  Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kepada penderita kusta dan keluarga. Target yang hendak dicapai dalam program ini adalah peserta mampu mengetahui dan menggunakan aplikasi untuk peningkatan derajat kesehatan mereka. Hasil yang dicapai berupa kemampuan penderita kusta dan keluarga dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan mereka.
