Abstract

Perilaku konsumen khususnya di kalangan generasi milenial dipengaruhi oleh YouTube dan tayangan iklan yang terkait dengan medianya yang cenderung bervariasi. Tindakan yang diambil untuk menghindari iklan di platform ini memiliki pengaruh pada kemampuan merek untuk menjangkau audiens yang dituju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis sikap pengguna YouTube dari generasi milenial terhadap iklan Halodoc's COVID-19. Ini adalah studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan pemodelan struktural parsial (PLS-SEM). SMART PLS digunakan dalam alat analisis penelitian ini. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 170 partisipan generasi millenial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara efek langsung maupun mediasi, aspek keinformatifan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai iklan dan perilaku audiens. Hal ini berbeda dengan aspek hiburan dimana menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Aspek iritasi dan kredibilitas masing-masing menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada nilai iklan dan perilaku audiens.

Abstract

Abstract. The logistics service industry, especially courier services or delivery of goods, is increasingly attractive as the number of players in this business continues to grow. Organizations are trying to increase the distribution of agent points to reach more users of freight forwarding services. In this regard, the readiness of the organization in preparing human resources who are ready to work must be planned. Recruitment, training, or training strategies to career path opportunities must be designed as accurately and as attractively as possible to support optimal employee performance to support the success of organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance at the courier service company PT XYZ in Jakarta by using work discipline as a mediator and moderator variable. This quantitative research uses structural modeling with a Partial Least Square approach. To analyze the data, this study used SMART PLS 3.0. The sample of this research is the employees of PT XYZ, totalling 59 people based on the criteria that have been determined in this study. The results of this study explain that on the mediating effect, work discipline acts as a mediator of employee career development on employee performance but does not mediate training programs provided by employees in shaping employee performance.Abstrak. Industri jasa logistik khususnya jasa kurir atau pengiriman barang semakin menarik seiring dengan terus bertambahnya pemain pada bisnis ini. Organisasi berusaha meningkatkan sebaran-sebaran titik agen untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna jasa pengiriman barang. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, kesiapan organisasi dalam menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang siap kerja harus direncakan. Strategi perekrutan, training atau pelatihan sampai kepada kesempatan jenjang karir harus didesain setepat dan semenarik mungkin untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan yang optimal guna mendukung keberhasilan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan jasa kurir PT XYZ di Jakarta dengan menggunakan variabel work discipline sebagai pemediasi dan pememoderasi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pemodelan struktural dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan SMART PLS 3.0. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT XYZ yang berjumlah 59 orang yang didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pada efek mediasi, work discipline berperan sebagai pemediasi development karir karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan namun tidak memediasi program pelatihan yang diberikan karyawan dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Individual views can be shaped by price promotions, particularly when it comes to a service or service. This also applies to application-based services, such as Jakarta's use of online transportation apps. Users, particularly those from generation Z (persons born between 1995 and 2009). This generation is noted for being closely associated with the usage of information and communication technology, as well as a preference for fast-paced activities (spontaneous). Given the current situation, the purpose of this study is to determine and assess whether Generation Z online transportation users are content with switching to cashless payments in terms of switching intention, switching cost, and attitude toward price promotion. The findings of this study in Jakarta explain all accepted assumptions utilizing structural modeling with SMART PLS and 200 participants (online transportation service customers from generation Z). Switching costs have a big impact on switching intentions, according to this research. In addition, this research demonstrates that switching intention has a major impact on satisfaction. The study's third finding shows that one's attitude regarding price promotions has a considerable impact on switching intentions. Additionally, satisfaction is influenced by one's attitude toward price promotions. As a result, this research demonstrates that Attitude on Price Promotion (AOPP) can moderate the influence of switching costs on switching intention. The findings of this study suggest that internet transportation service providers should be able to sustain a price-related promotional approach. This is based on the findings of this study, which show that if users' attitudes are influenced by the presence or absence of price promotions, they will be easy to modify.

Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan fenomena yang menarik dalam menentukan tren perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan pembelian khususnya pada e-commerce. Pembelian daring yang hanya berpusat pada satu tempat satu jenis produk telah banyak berganti ke arah produk yang beragam. Teknologi yang memudahkan ditambah dengan momentum yang tepat untuk melakukan pembelian menjadikan awareness terhadap suatu e-commerce menjadi tempat favorit berbelanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh intensi pembelian pengguna Shopee di Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif SEM-PLS dengan pemodelan struktural dengan program SMART PLS 3.0 untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 (tiga) hipotesis tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian di Shopee yaitu H1 (T-statistic 0,768; P-value 0,148); H2 (T-statistic 0,081; P-value 0,007); dan H5 (P-statistic 1,447; p-value 0,443). Sementara itu 2 (dua) hipotesis (H3, H4) menjelaskan adanya pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu H3 (T-statistic 5,655; p-value 0,936); dan H4 (T-statistic 2,719; P-value 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa sikap, intensi pembelian, dan norma subyektif tidak dipengaruhi oleh bentuk social marketing campaign. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menjelaskan juga intensi pembelian dipengaruhi oleh sikap pembeli. Namun sebaliknya, intensi tidak dipengaruhi oleh norma subjektif.

Abstract

People who live in urban areas can be explained as social groups that are sociologically in the middle class, have a productive life, and are part of social change. Shopee as one of the marketplaces in Indonesia always needs to consider the factor of technology usage that allows users to make purchases with a variety of products (multi-product) available. This study aims to analyze the behavior of using Urban Consumer Behavior with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. Data analysis using SMART PLS 3.0 involving 163 samples in Jakarta with survey-questionnaire as a method of data collection. The results of this study explain that two hypotheses were accepted and two more hypotheses were rejected. In this case, Shopee's website/app usage behavior is influenced by the Ease of Use Factor. Furthermore the Benefit factor is influenced by the Ease of Use factor. On the other hand, usage is not influenced by usage behavior. Then the use is not influenced by the expediency factor. TAM as a classic model in explaining technology adoption in aspects of daily life is still needed to gain more understanding, especially on the characteristics of various or different samples.

ABSTRACT The same awareness and perception of health professionals in hospitals regarding a patient-centered safetyclimate is very likely to be found to be non-uniform. Indeed, this will have an impact on organizational learning—continuous improvement, which is also linked to management support. Using these two aspects, this study intendsto investigate the determinants of organizational learning—continuous improvement. This is a quantitative studythat used a randomized survey of 48 health professionals working in hospitals throughout Indonesia. Data wascollected using a questionnaire as a research instrument, and the analysis tool in this study was structuralequation modeling—partial least squares with SmartPLS. The findings of this study support that safety climatehas a significant impact on organizational learning—continuous improvement (p = 0.007). This study's nextfinding explains that management support has a significant effect on organizational learning—continuousimprovement (p = 0.003). In this study, management support had no moderating effect (p = 0.127). According tothis study, 70.4 percent of organizations use safety climate and management support to measure organizationallearning and continuous improvement. Abstract

One of the Indonesia's leading online food delivery services is Shopee Food. It has competed with other big players. This application has caught the attention of users, even those from the Z generation, who are known for their easy-to-move characteristics and are close to technological applications but sensitive to user experience. This generation's convenience is influenced by many factors. This study analyzes the factors that influence attitudes and behavior for sustainable use of this application in Jakarta. Quantitative data is collected using a survey and questionnaire. This PLS-SEM modeling study shows that after using the service in this application, the user's hedonic motivation must be followed by comfort and usability. The user will evaluate the post-use usefulness of the previous experience to form an attitude toward the next perceived experience. Behavioral intentions toward sustainable use are encouraged. This study highlights the importance of usability and ease of use in determining user comfort. Generation Z does not easily form positive usage attitudes until the benefits of the next experience are the same or better.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 selama dua tahun terakhir memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi para mitra yang merupakan sekelompok kecil pelaku usaha catering makanan di Pasar Kemis Tangerang. Pelanggan mitra yang biasanya terdiri dari orang-orang terdekat, teman, atau tetangga, mengurangi pesanan secara drastis yang otomatis berpengaruh besar terhadap pendapatan mitra untuk menutupi biaya operasionalnya. Hal ini ditangkap oleh tim pelaksana saat observasi pertama dan kedua serta wawancara dengan mitra. Keterbatasan mitra untuk memasarkan catering secara digital sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan jangkauan nilai jual produknya. Oleh karena itu, untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan mitra dalam hal digital marketing, tim pelaksana mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi terkait digital marketing kepada mitra. Pelayanan ini akan dilakukan pada Desember 2022 dengan metode tatap muka dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat seperti memakai masker dan menghindari kerumunan. Layanan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan dampak yang sangat menguntungkan bagi mitra. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil evaluasi yang menyatakan puas dan menambah wawasan atau pengetahuan mitra dalam memasarkan cateringnya melalui digital marketing sehingga dapat meningkatkan jangkauan nilai jual catering mitra.

Abstract

Kinerja yang maksimal sering juga dikaitkan pada sejauh mana individu sebagai pekerja memberikan kontribusi terbaik pada hasil pekerjaannya. Bahkan tidak jarang dalam memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal terkadang harus melebihi peran dan beban kerja di luar tanggungan kerja. Kinerja yang baik dapat mencerminkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan determinan OCB. Metode penelitian kuantitatif pada penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan kuesioner. Kriteria partisipan pada penelitian ini yaitu tenaga kesehatan di Jakarta sebanyak 150 partisipan. Dengan menggunakan pemodelan PLS-SEM, hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa person-organization fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational commitment namun tidak pada OCB. Namun demikian, OCB dibentuk oleh organizational commitment (OC). Pada efek tidak langsung, OC berhasil memediasi hubungan POF dengan OCB. Sementara itu, POF tidak berperan sebagai pemoderasi pada OC terhadap OCB. Cakupan area penelitian yang lebih luas dan pengembangan variabel dukungan organisasi dapat dipertimbangkan untuk penelitian berikutnya.
