Abstract

Burnout Syndrome refers to a condition in which the body is completely exhausted, both physically and mentally. According to data from the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2021, nearly 2 million workers die each year due to work-related accidents caused by fatigue. Of these, 71.43% of workers experienced mild fatigue before starting work. After work, 100% of workers experienced fatigue, with 11.43% reporting mild fatigue, 42.86% moderate fatigue, and 45.71% severe fatigue. It is noted that the number of contract employees at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar is 448, with 7 employees having resigned, which accounts for 1.52%. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee Burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar in the year 2024. This study used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional study design. The total population in this study was 448 individuals, with a sample of 211 respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the analysis techniques included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on Burnout (p = 0.000), work stress had a significant effect on Burnout (p = 0.000), and there was a simultaneous effect of workload and work stress on Burnout, where the calculated F-value (7.363) was greater than the F-table value (3.04), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Conclusion: There is a simultaneous effect of workload and work stress on employee Burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar.

Abstract

Stres kerja di sebabkan karna responden merasa semakin meningkat stres kerja maka kinerja perawat juga meningkat,ketika stress kerja di rasakan oleh perawat sudah tidak seimbang antara fisik dan psikis maka dapat mempengaruhi proses kerja dan kodisi perawat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK.II Makassar Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study, data ini di olah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistik 20 dengan Uji Chi-Square.Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 111 responden di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Saki Bhayangkara TK.II Makassar Tahun 2022. Teknik sampling yang di gunakan adalah total sampling,penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil uji statistik beban kerja menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square di peroleh p=0,595 yang dimana >0,05, maka hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa Ha ditolak yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja perawat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK.II Makassar, sedangkan Stres kerja berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Chi-square di peroleh nilai p=0,000 yang dimana <0,05,maka hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ho di tolak yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK.II Makassar. Disarankan kepada pihak Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK.II Makassar untuk memperhatiakan posisi sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai untuk menangani munculnya beban kerja berlebiahan dan mengurangi stres kerja

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan inovasi digital yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan kesehatan melalui pencatatan data pasien yang cepat, tepat, dan aman. UPT RSUD Tenriawaru Bone mulai mengimplementasikan RME sejak Maret 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja RME terhadap efektivitas penggunaannya menggunakan metode PIECES, yang mencakup aspek Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME secara umum dinilai cukup efektif. RME mampu mengurangi beban kerja manual, meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Namun, kendala masih ditemukan pada aspek jaringan dan keterampilan SDM. Diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan, infrastruktur jaringan, serta pengembangan fitur pelaporan elektronik agar pelayanan lebih optimal.

Abstract

The patient registration process is the initial step in the creation of medical records at every healthcare facility. At this stage, the patient's personal identification data and the purpose of their visit to the hospital are recorded. This community service topic was chosen because many patients and their families still do not fully understand the outpatient registration procedures at hospitals. The method used in this community service activity is the production of an educational video that will be disseminated through the hospital. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in understanding of the outpatient services process, starting from registration to receiving medical care. This activity is highly important, considering that patients and their families require fast and accurate services. Therefore, education or socialization regarding the registration process is essential. With the presence of this educational and socialization video, it is expected that patients will find it easier to complete the registration process and access medical services.

Abstract

Effective information technology (IT) services are essential in supporting hospital operations, particularly in ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of technical issues. However, a lack of clear guidance on IT service procedures often hinders staff understanding and response efficiency. This study aimed to design and develop an educational medium in the form of a flowchart to illustrate the IT service procedures at Ibnu Sina Hospital YW–UMI Makassar. The methods used by A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The Results are the developed educational medium, in the form of a flowchart, systematically illustrated the IT service workflow through several stages: interviews with the IT unit, field observations and document review, drafting the service flow, validation with stakeholders, visual design using graphic software, and presentation and dissemination to users. The flowchart effectively improved staff understanding, accelerated service response, and reduced procedural errors. The flowchart served as a practical and user-friendly educational medium that enhanced the clarity and efficiency of IT services. Its implementation is expected to contribute to faster problem resolution and support improved healthcare service quality within the hospital.

Abstract

Law In the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 every hospital must record and report on all hospital administration activities in the form of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). The successful use of HIMS was assessed using the HOT-Fit method at Hospital TK. II 14.05.01 Pelamonia Makassar has an integrated HIMS but not all units yet because there are still units whose recording and reporting are still manual. This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Organization Technology on HMIS net benefits at Hospital Pelamonia Makassar. This research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach and accidental sampling techniques. A total of 448 respondents and a sample of 211 respondents. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2007 and WarpPLS 7.0. The results showed that there was no effect of system use (p=0.292), user satisfaction (p=0.150), or structure (p=0.242) on net benefits. Meanwhile, there are influences from the environment (p=0.010), system quality (p=0.001), information quality (p=0.006), and service quality (p<0.001) on the net benefit of HMIS at Pelamonia Makassar Hospital. So it can be concluded that of the seven variables studied, only four variables have an effect, namely environment variables, system quality, information quality, and service quality.

Abstract

Pelanggan internal rumah sakit adalah sumber daya manusia yang membutuhkan layanan, dukungan, atau informasi dari pihak lain di dalam rumah sakit untuk bekerja secara efektif. Tingkat kepuasan kerja Rumah Sakit Umum Bahagia Makassar mengalami kenaikan di tiap tahunnya dimana karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal customer satisfaction terhadap employee loyalty di Rumah Sakit Umum Bahagia Makassar. Metode, jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan teknik analisis univariat, analisis bivariat, dan analisis multivariat. Hasil dan kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perhatian terhadap perencanaan dan pengembangan karir pada karyawan terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.004), terdapat pengaruh pemberian gaji dan bonus yang sesuai harapan terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.001), terdapat pengaruh hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.0001), tidak terdapat pengaruh pengawas terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.167), terdapat pengaruh benefit terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.0001), terdapat pengaruh prosedur pelaksanaan terhadap employee loyalty (p = 0.0001), dan tidak terdapat pengaruh harapan kinerja terhadap employee loyalty (P = 0.304). Saran, diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk dapat mendukung proses peningkatan sikap dan disiplin kerja bagi karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat mencapai keberhasilan yang di inginkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand attitude dan karakteristik sosiodemografi terhadap minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 512 pasien, kemudian diperoleh sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 225 pasien dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis data digunakan adalah univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi-square dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kognitif (p=0,006), afektif (p=0,049), konatif p=0,047), evaluatif (p=0,044), perilaku (0,044) terhadap minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan. Sedangkan jenis kelamin (0,396) dan tingkat pendidikan (0,697) tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan. Kemudian variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan adalah kognitif (pengetahuan). Diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit agar meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien sehingga dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ulang pasien

Abstract

Tingginya angka klaim pending di RSUD Daya Kota Makassar sebanyak 2.076 berkas dalam periode Februari 2025 hingga Januari 2026 mencerminkan kesenjangan antara praktik pengelolaan klaim dan ketentuan BPJS Kesehatan. Permasalahan ini diperparah oleh kurangnya pemahaman petugas mengenai regulasi pencegahan kecurangan (fraud) JKN, belum optimalnya kesiapan menghadapi implementasi KRIS, serta transisi sistem pembiayaan dari INA-CBGs ke INA-DRG. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi klaim tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Daya melalui sosialisasi komprehensif berbasis pendekatan andragogi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi empat topik utama, focus group discussion, workshop praktis koding, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek yang dinilai: pemahaman fraud JKN, identifikasi penyebab pending klaim, kesiapan KRIS, kesiapan transisi INA-DRG, dan praktik koding. Lebih dari 70% peserta sebelum sosialisasi belum memahami regulasi pencegahan fraud secara menyeluruh. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada penurunan angka pending klaim dan terwujudnya pengelolaan klaim yang akurat, akuntabel, dan bebas kecurangan di RSUD Daya Kota Makassar.
