Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the paradigm change of governance implementation. The governance is the implementation of Regional Autonomy which refers to Law No. 32 of 2004 about the performance improvement of autonomous government agencies. It puts the vision, mission, and strategy into actions that confirm the success or failure levels when carrying out activities following the specified programs and policies. There are variables applied to assess the civil servants’ performance achievement. This research focused on the variables that affect the work environment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation. The respondents of this research are officials of Echelon III and IV at 14 Autonomous Regional Agencies in the Pamekasan Regency. The number of samples in this study comprised 120 Echelon III and IV officials. Structural Equation Method (SEM) was applied to test the causal relationship between work environment variables, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance with the aid of the AMOS 20.0 program. The findings indicated (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (2) organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (4) work motivation has a significant impact on performance but it has no significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of refugia and horticulture plants in the Pakong, Pegantenan, Pasean areas in Pamekasan Regency, as well as the factors that influence the diversity of these barrier and horticultural plants. This research is descriptive in nature: Direct observations in three areas in Pamekasan Regency with the roaming method or exploring the area of the area. Descriptive qualitative analysis data found that barrier plant species were found in one class, namely: Dicotyledonae and order three, namely: Malvales, Fabaceae, Pedialiaceae, while for horticultural plants there were two classes namely Monocotyledone and dicotyledone and five orders namely Malvales, Arecaceae, Oleaceae, Sapindaceae, and Malphigiales. Abiotic factors in three areas, namely: Average temperature 6,5, air temperature around 31,7o C, humidity with an average range of 7.4% and the light intensity ranges from an average of 1120lux.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan berbagai ragam dari kegiatan guru sekolah dasar dimana, merupakan guru penggerak yang selalu aktif dan produktif dalam proses pembelajarannya, guru penggerak merupakan guru yang mampu memimpin pembelajaran dan selalu siap menghadapi masalah pembelajaran dengan tantangan globalisasi. Produktivitas guru dapat dilihat dari perencanaan pembelajaran, melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian proses belajar, ulangan dan ujian akhir, melaksanakan berbagai analisis hasil ulangan harian, menyusun dan melaksanakan program perbaikan dan pengayaan, serta membimbing kepada guru lain dalam proses pembelajaran; membuat sebuah alat pelajaran/alat peraga, mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan dan pemasyarakatan kurikulum, membuat catatan tentang kemajuan hasil belajar anak didik. Produktivitas kerja guru juga dilihat dari penelitian yang dilakukan, menulis artikel, dan keikutsertaan dalam forum ilmiah, serta pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman dari kegiatan guru dimasa pandemi covid-19 yang menjadi acuan sebagai agenda guru dimasa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian berupa deksriptif kualitatif yang merupakan beberapa bentuk pengumpulan data seperti transkrip wawancara terbuka, deskripsi observasi, serta analisis dokumen dan manuskrip lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimasa pandemi guru menjadikan acuan kurikulum untuk mengajar lebih baik dalam, mengembangkan silabus, menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan menilai hasil belajar. Kesimpulannya guru sebagai tenaga penggerak dan garda terdepan dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi lebih baik dan relevan terdahap teknologi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The way to maximize the potential of youth entrepreneurial spirit is through the internet-based entrepreneurship training program "Tips and Tricks for Online Business Success for Millennial Youth in the West Kaduara Village". This program is a community service activity carried out in the form of training, as well as creating sustainable and independent activities to increase entrepreneurial interest for millennial youth in the West Kaduara Village. This program will take place on Sunday, August 3, 2019, which consists of five activities, namely Study Online Shop, Achievement Motivation Training and Succsess Story, understanding of online shop platforms and social media knowledge. The first stage is the online shop study, this activity aims to provide knowledge and capture program targets, after the targets are obtained, the program continues with the provision of training and skills on online-based entrepreneurship which includes platform knowledge and success stories, understanding of the online shop, and knowledge of social media in business management. After the target has skills in developing the business, then the provision of understanding of social media is carried out as a step towards the realization of the target to practice the entrepreneurial spirit that they have learned. The program's success criteria result from the enthusiasm of millennial adolescents in managing the business that has been given to the target, namely increasing the level of target knowledge about the meaning of entrepreneurship, increasing target commitment in implementing entrepreneurship programs, and increasing entrepreneurial desire from the target. Keywords: The Soul of Entrepreneurship; Social Media; Online Shop.

Abstract

Kondisi ditengah pandemi memaksa untuk melakukan pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPS secara daring, hal ini sejalan dengan pernyataan dari Perserikatan Bangsa Bangsa, yang menyatakan bahwa salah satu sektor yang terdampak adanya wabah ini adalah dunia Pendidikan. Maka dari itu dilakukan pembelajaran daring ditengah pandemi untuk melihat hasil belajar dari siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana menggambarkan analisis pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan angket sebagai sumber data primer maupun data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles & Hubert (1994) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan serta verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat termotivasi dari pembelajaran daring yang disajikan baik oleh pemerintah. Kata Kunci: pandemi, hasil belajar, pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic struck Indonesia and also the rest of the world, which has a huge impact on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It is necessary to have a big movement to revive the economic passion in Indonesia, especially MSMEs, one of which is by utilizing e-commerce. E-Commerce is one of the means in the process of buying and selling products produced with a system that includes the use of the web online. The boutique is a fashion store that sells a variety of high-quality and exclusive clothing and accessories, customers can directly view the products being sold, register personal information, make orders, pay for goods. E-Commerce is created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the Web Modeling Language (WebML) methodology. It was obtained that the E-Commerce data presented can increase the value of sales in the covid-19 pandemic with the use of E-Commerce makes it easier for consumers to choose items to be consumed or used without face-to-face or meeting between sellers and buyers. The online process is much more efficient compared to visitors coming directly to the store. Keywords: “E-Commerce”, “Web Modeling Language (Web ML).

Abstract

Virus merupakan sesuatu yang tidak terlihat yang menjadi musuh bagi manusia, akhir-akhir ini kita dihadapi dengan sebuah virus yang amat membahayakan bagi manusia di berbagai negara yang ada di seluruh dunia.Virus tersebut adalah Virus Corona.Virus Corona atau Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan.Penyakit karena infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19. Virus corona bisa menyebabkan gangguan pada sistem pernapasan, pneumonia akut, sampai kematian.Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang lebih dikenal dengan nama virus Corona adalah jenis baru dari coronavirus yang menular ke manusia baik lewat pernafasan, dan juga dapat melalui sentuhan anggota badan yang umumnya adalah tangan. Virus ini bisa menyarang siapa saja tanpa menganal batas usia dan kelamin, baik itu lansia, orang tua, remaja, anak-anak, baik itu laki-laki ataupun perempuan dapat terjangkit virus Corona tersebut.Inveksi virus ini disebut COVID-19 dan pertama kali ditemukan di kota Wuhan, Cina, pada akhir Desember 2019. Virus ini menular dengan amat begitu cepat kenegara-negara yang berada di seluruh dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia.hal tersebut mengakibatkan lumpuhnya semua aktivitas yang ada diberbagai dunia khususnya di Indonesia, Pandemi COVID-19 ini berakibat pada sistem pembelajaran diseluruh jenjang pendidikan khususnya untuk tingkat SD/MI.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pembelajaran IPA pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar yang terjadi selama pandemi covid-19 dengan metode blended Learning. Metode deskriptif analitis lebih memusatkan perhatian pada Fenomena yang sedang terjadi pada saat penelitian dilakukan, dimana sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 orang siswa sekolah dasar pada kelas lima yang telah menjalani pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar SDN Lebbhek II Kecamatan Pakong Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk membuat deskriptif fenomena yang diselidiki dengan melukiskan fakta tersebut dengan bantuan formulir Google From. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prosentase keberhasilan pembelajaran IPA dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan formulir Google From, yang mengetahui efektivitas dari metode Blended Learning, yang berjalan selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung, siswa banyak yang menyukai pembelajaran IPA dengan metode blended learning, karena mampu mengkolaborasikan pembelajaran baik secara daringmaupun juga luring. Dari hasil survey tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 64% Siswa mengatakan bahwa pembelajaran IPA dimasa pandemi itu biasa saja, tidak sulit, dan menyenangkan dengan metode blended learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of the application of jigsaw methods on student learning outcomes in fifth grade IPA subjects in SDN Bulay II District Galis Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach or method, the method used is the queasy method of experimentation (pseudo experiment). The experimental design form in this study is the Non-equivalent Control Design Group. The population of the study is fifth Grade student class. While the data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity, and hypothesis test. The results of the hypothesis test analysis for the results obtained show that t calculates the > t of the table with a significance level of 5% with a table t of 2,086. So the calculation > t table is 2,172 > 2,086, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted or there was an influence on the application of jigsaw methods on student learning outcomes on IPA subjects. The magnitude of the effect of the application of jigsaw methods on the learning outcomes, of students who use the effect size formula, obtained es of 1.06 which is included in the high criteria because ES > 1.00 which is 1.06 > 1.00. Students who use the effect size formula obtained ES of 1.06 which is included in the high criteria because ES > 1.00 this is 1.06>1.00. So that Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that the jigsaw method can have a positive influence with a high category on the learning outcomes of students of fifth grade IPA subjects in SDN Bulay II.

Abstract

Permasalahan serius di desa Bunder adalah belum terbentuknya pengolahan sampah organik. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengatasi pengolahan sampah yang ditimbulkan oleh banyaknya sampah organik yang dibuang setiap harinya. Metode demonstrasi digunakan dalam pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos. Waktu pelaksanaan adalah 14 Juni-9 Juli 2021. Sasaran kegiatan ini ialah  masyarakat sekitar desa Bunder. Melalui kegiatan ini didapatkan beberapa kendala yang menghambat proses pengomposan, adanya belatung serta bau dari kompos yang dihasilkan namun menjelang pada minggu ke tiga bau dan belatung mulai hilang seiring terbentuknya kompos siap pakai. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pengolahan dari sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos yang telah dilakukan bisa menjadi satu pemecahan masalah dalam mengurangi sampah di lingkugan lingkup terkecil yaitu rumah. Oleh karena itu diperoleh simpulan bahwa pengolahan kompos menggunakan bokashi efektif dalam mengurai sampah organik sehingga akan mengurangi jumlah sampah organik di setiap rumah yang ada di Desa Bunder.A serious problem in Bunder village is that organic waste processing has not yet been established. This Community Service aims to overcome the processing of waste caused by the large amount of organic waste disposed of every day. The demonstration method is used in processing organic waste into compost. The implementation time is June 14-July 9, 2021. The target of this activity is the community around Bunder village. Through this activity, several obstacles were found that hindered the composting process, the presence of maggots and the smell of the compost produced but towards the third week, the smell and maggots began to disappear as ready-to-use compost was formed. Community service activities in the form of processing organic waste into compost that has been carried out can solve the problem of reducing waste in the smallest environment, namely the house. Therefore, it is concluded that composting using bokashi effectively breaks down organic waste to reduce the amount of organic waste in every house in Bunder Village.
