Abstract

In connection with the development of student creativity, we need to review fouraspects of creativity, namely personal, driving, process, and product (4P of creativity).This unique person can be expected to arise. From this unique personal expression canbe expected the emergence of new ideas and innovative products. Therefore educationshould be able to appreciate the personal uniqueness and talents of their students, theteacher should help his students find their talents and appreciate them. Students'creative talent will be realized if there is encouragement and support from theirenvironment, or if there is a strong urge in themselves (internal motivation) to producesomething. To develop creatively, children need to be given the opportunity to activelyengage themselves. Educators should be able to stimulate themselves to engage increative activities, by helping to work out the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Thisstudy aims to develop children's creativity and can be developed optimally, because it isone indicator of the success of education that is able to carry out one of its tasks, namelycreating people who are able to do something new, not only repeat what the previousgeneration has done . They are creative people, finding something that has neverexisted or combining something that already exists becomes new.

Abstract

This research explores the utilization of digital technology in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Qurrata A’yun Kindergarten, Banjar Regency. Employing a qualitative approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentations. The results showed that the use of digital technology, such as Power Point presentations (PPT), animated videos, and audio, were able to increase students’ interest and motivation. The material that displayed about Islamic learning such as the story of prophet and the congregational prayer. Teachers play a central role in this process, although there was obstacles such as limited infrastructure and technological competence for senior teachers. Its challenges include the need for additional time for technology integration and maintaining a balance between digital and conventional learning. This study suggested that there must be technology training for teachers, procurement of adequate supporting facilities, and development of a digital-based curriculum that remains integrated with Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas kategori verba ‘cinta’ dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Metabahasa Semantik Alami (MSA). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan  metode simak dan metode cakap. Metode analisis data yang digunakan metode padan dan metode agih. Hasil analis disajikan dengan metode formal-informal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa verba ‘cinta’ dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab dibangun oleh kategori ‘aku memikirkan seseorang yang lain’ yang merupakan (13) kompnen evaluatif dan sembilan (9) subkategorisasi dari komponen volitif yaitu; (1) ‘aku ingin melakukan hal-hal yang baik pada Y’,  (2) ‘aku ingin melakukan sesuatu yang sangat buruk pada Y’, (3) ‘aku ingin seperti Y jika aku dapat’, (4) ‘aku ingin Y mengetahui ini’, (5) ‘aku ingin dekat dengan Y sekarang’, (6) ‘aku ingin Y merasakanperasaan baik padaku’, (7)‘aku ingin hal ini terjadi padaku ’, (8) ‘aku ingin hal ini tidak terjadi padaku’, dan (9) ‘aku ingin sesuatu yang buruk terjadi pada Y’. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam kajian lintas bahasa mengenai konseptualisasi emosi, khususnya 'cinta', yang memiliki nilai universal namun dengan manifestasi kultural yang beragam. Temuan ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang struktur semantik verba emosional lainnya dalam kedua bahasa tersebut.

Abstract

Medan stands as one of Indonesia’s most multicultural cities, exhibiting intricate social dynamics shaped by its deep-rooted ethnic diversity. This study aims to examine interethnic social interactions in Medan while identifying the challenges and opportunities for fostering social integration. The primary research questions explore the historical development of ethnicity in Medan, the factors influencing interethnic interactions, and the mechanisms through which challenges such as discrimination and social inequality can be mitigated. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this study investigates the historical formation of ethnicity in Medan and the evolving patterns of social interaction by analyzing historical records and social observations. The findings indicate that social interactions in Medan are influenced by colonial legacies, economic disparities, the role of religion, and education in shaping ethnic identity. Key challenges include social segregation, unequal access to resources, and identity politics, all of which impact social cohesion. Nonetheless, despite these challenges, Medan’s ethnic diversity remains a crucial asset for inclusive urban development, provided it is managed through a sustainable multicultural framework. This study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of ethnic dynamics within Indonesia’s urban landscape.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam media massa memiliki peran penting dalam menyampaikan informasi secara efektif kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, media massa dituntut untuk menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang sesuai dengan kaidah tata bahasa yang baik dan benar. Bahasa yang digunakan harus jelas, lugas, serta tidak menimbulkan ambiguitas sehingga pesan yang disampaikan dapat dipahami dengan mudah oleh pembaca dari berbagai latar belakang. Penggunaan bahasa yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kesalahpahaman dan mengurangi kredibilitas media itu sendiri. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan media yang belum sepenuhnya mematuhi aturan kebahasaan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah media daring Kaltim Post, yang dalam beberapa berita termasuk berita mengenai logistik Pilkada 2024 menunjukkan adanya kesalahan dalam penggunaan bahasa. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut meliputi pemilihan kata yang kurang tepat, kesalahan ejaan, diksi yang tidak sesuai konteks, struktur kata yang tidak baku, serta penyusunan kalimat dan paragraf yang kurang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola kalimat dan mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa dalam teks berita logistik Pilkada 2024 yang dimuat oleh Kaltim Post. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pola kalimat yang khas, serta ditemukan berbagai kesalahan sintaksis, seperti kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca, ejaan yang tidak sesuai dengan EYD Edisi V, dan pembentukan kalimat yang tidak efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi media agar lebih memperhatikan aspek kebahasaan dalam penulisan berita. Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in a learning system. However, the COVID-19 pandemic several years ago changed many things in the learning system. Therefore, various applications are needed that are able to support distance learning when unforeseen things happen, such as natural disasters or disease outbreaks. Therefore, various applications were created so that learning can be done at any time. The purpose of building this application is to facilitate students and teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process, especially science major students as users, where the learning process is an activity carried out by a teacher who serves as a presenter and students as recipients. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. The conventional teaching and learning process is not in accordance with the government program which recommends an online teaching and learning process. SMAN 1 Panyipatan is one of the high schools that still uses conventional methods, it’s still less efficient because the media used does not attract student interest. Apart from that, students are also given assignments manually, such as giving paper assignments, reading questions directly or writing questions on the blackboard. The solution to this problem can be solved by building a web-based e–Learning media application in the science department at SMAN 1 Panyipatan. This application was built using the PHP programming language and data storage uses a MySql database which is expected to help students and teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process. Diagram design uses Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Key Words: Application, E–Learning, Learning Media, Web.

Abstract

Evaluation is one of the important components in the learning process, including in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Evaluation helps teachers measure the achievement of learning objectives and identify the weaknesses and strengths of the teaching and learning process. The development of evaluation tools that are appropriate and in accordance with the characteristics of PAI subjects is a necessity to obtain accurate evaluation results and describe students' abilities comprehensively. From this background, the purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the development of evaluation tools in PAI learning. This research is a type of library research that uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the data collection technique is in the form of literature study, and the data analysis uses the content analysis method. The results showed that in this study, evaluation tools were developed in the form of authentic assessment instruments by considering the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects contained in PAI subjects. This authentic assessment instrument includes project assessment, portfolio, written test, observation, and self-assessment. The development of this instrument is based on the analysis of core competencies, basic competencies, and relevant PAI materials. After going through the stages of expert validation and field trials, the authentic assessment instrument developed showed valid, practical, and effective criteria for use in measuring student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of PAI learning evaluation and provide a more comprehensive picture of student achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) requires innovation in learning models to increase effectiveness and attract students' interest. Some innovative learning models that can be applied in Islamic Education include Cooperative Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, Inquiry-based learning, Flipped Classroom, and Blended Learning. These models emphasize active learner participation, real problem solving, group work, and linking material to everyday life. Innovative learning models are different from classic teacher-centered learning models. In innovative models, learners play a more active role in the learning process, while the teacher acts as a facilitator. In addition, innovative models are more flexible, interactive and prioritize the development of higher-order thinking skills. Compared to the classic model which tends to be monotonous and one-way, the innovative model is more interesting, challenging and in line with the times and the needs of today's learners. The application of innovative learning models in PAI is expected to improve students' understanding and skills, as well as instill Islamic values in a more meaningful and contextual manner. However, the successful application of innovative models is highly dependent on the readiness and ability of teachers to design, implement, and evaluate the learning process effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, mengetahui ketegori pola asuh yang diterapkan di TK Pamardi Siwi. Kedua, mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi. Ketiga, mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi. Jenis penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan  yang bersifat deskriptif dan uji inferensial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan pengujian hipotesis adalah: Pertama, pola asuh yang lebih dominan di terapkan di TK Pamardi Siwi ialah pola asuh demokratis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan presentasi sebanyak 21 responden (70%) dalam kategori pola asuh demokratis, 6 responden (20%) dalam kategori pola asuh permisif, dan 3 reponden (10%) dalam kategori pola asuh otoriter. Kedua, tingkat kecerdasan intrapersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi ialah 18 responden kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB) yang mencapai presentase (60%) dari kategori yang lainnya, 10 responden (33,3%) dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dan 2 responden (6,7%) dalam kategori mulai berkembang (MB). Untuk tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal di TK Pamardi Siwi,  23 anak (76,7%) dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH),  4 responden (13,3%) dalam kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dan 3 responden (10,0%) dalam kategori mulai berkembang (MB). Ketiga, adanya pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis (X) terhadap (Y1) didapatkan rxy1 = 433, dengan jumlah responden 30 anak pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 rtabel = 0,361 dan nilai probabilitas 0,017. Dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan probabilitas = 0,017 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dan untuk hasil analisi (X) terhadap (Y2) didapatkan rxy2 = 418, dengan jumlah responden 30 anak pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 rtabel = 0,361 dan nilai probabilitas 0,022. Dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan probabilitas = 0,022 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Haditerima.
