Abstract

Evaluation is one of the important components in the learning process, including in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Evaluation helps teachers measure the achievement of learning objectives and identify the weaknesses and strengths of the teaching and learning process. The development of evaluation tools that are appropriate and in accordance with the characteristics of PAI subjects is a necessity to obtain accurate evaluation results and describe students' abilities comprehensively. From this background, the purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the development of evaluation tools in PAI learning. This research is a type of library research that uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the data collection technique is in the form of literature study, and the data analysis uses the content analysis method. The results showed that in this study, evaluation tools were developed in the form of authentic assessment instruments by considering the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects contained in PAI subjects. This authentic assessment instrument includes project assessment, portfolio, written test, observation, and self-assessment. The development of this instrument is based on the analysis of core competencies, basic competencies, and relevant PAI materials. After going through the stages of expert validation and field trials, the authentic assessment instrument developed showed valid, practical, and effective criteria for use in measuring student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of PAI learning evaluation and provide a more comprehensive picture of student achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) requires innovation in learning models to increase effectiveness and attract students' interest. Some innovative learning models that can be applied in Islamic Education include Cooperative Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, Inquiry-based learning, Flipped Classroom, and Blended Learning. These models emphasize active learner participation, real problem solving, group work, and linking material to everyday life. Innovative learning models are different from classic teacher-centered learning models. In innovative models, learners play a more active role in the learning process, while the teacher acts as a facilitator. In addition, innovative models are more flexible, interactive and prioritize the development of higher-order thinking skills. Compared to the classic model which tends to be monotonous and one-way, the innovative model is more interesting, challenging and in line with the times and the needs of today's learners. The application of innovative learning models in PAI is expected to improve students' understanding and skills, as well as instill Islamic values in a more meaningful and contextual manner. However, the successful application of innovative models is highly dependent on the readiness and ability of teachers to design, implement, and evaluate the learning process effectively.

Abstract

Trademark rights are regulated in Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. According to Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, to obtain rights to a trademark, the trademark must be registered with the Directorate of Trademarks of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia according to the constitutive system, in other words, to obtain legal protection for trademark rights, the trademark must be registered by its owner with the Trademark Directorate and after being officially registered in the name of the owner, a trademark certificate will be issued. Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, specifically in Article 21 paragraph (1) letters b and c, Article 83 paragraph (2), and reinforced by the Explanation of Article 21 paragraph (1) letter b, Explanation of Article 76 paragraph (2), and Explanation of Article 83 paragraph (2). Indonesia adopts a Trademark registration system with a constitutive system. This system requires trademark registration so that a trademark can receive protection, this system is also known as the first to file system. The applicable procedural law in the process of filing a dispute in the field of intellectual property rights is the Civil Procedural Law as with the civil procedural law in civil cases handled by the District Court in the general judicial body environment. The process of filing a lawsuit for an intellectual property rights dispute has been regulated through laws and regulations in Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law on each intellectual property right, where the lawsuit is processed through the Commercial Court

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, mengetahui ketegori pola asuh yang diterapkan di TK Pamardi Siwi. Kedua, mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi. Ketiga, mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi. Jenis penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan  yang bersifat deskriptif dan uji inferensial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan pengujian hipotesis adalah: Pertama, pola asuh yang lebih dominan di terapkan di TK Pamardi Siwi ialah pola asuh demokratis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan presentasi sebanyak 21 responden (70%) dalam kategori pola asuh demokratis, 6 responden (20%) dalam kategori pola asuh permisif, dan 3 reponden (10%) dalam kategori pola asuh otoriter. Kedua, tingkat kecerdasan intrapersonal anak di TK Pamardi Siwi ialah 18 responden kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB) yang mencapai presentase (60%) dari kategori yang lainnya, 10 responden (33,3%) dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dan 2 responden (6,7%) dalam kategori mulai berkembang (MB). Untuk tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal di TK Pamardi Siwi,  23 anak (76,7%) dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH),  4 responden (13,3%) dalam kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dan 3 responden (10,0%) dalam kategori mulai berkembang (MB). Ketiga, adanya pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis (X) terhadap (Y1) didapatkan rxy1 = 433, dengan jumlah responden 30 anak pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 rtabel = 0,361 dan nilai probabilitas 0,017. Dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan probabilitas = 0,017 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dan untuk hasil analisi (X) terhadap (Y2) didapatkan rxy2 = 418, dengan jumlah responden 30 anak pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 rtabel = 0,361 dan nilai probabilitas 0,022. Dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan probabilitas = 0,022 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Haditerima.

Abstract

Sangat merugi bagi ornag tua yang tidak mengajarkan iqro kepada anak sejak dini. Pembelajaran iqro merupakan pembelajaran awal ketika seseorang nantinya akan bisa membaca alquran, karena iqro merupakan metode dasar untuk belajar Alquran. Bagaimana cara guru mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah kepada anak merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan survey, menjadi alat untuk menganalisis penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, guru memberikan pemahaman dan bimbingan pada anak, mempersiapkan media pembelajaran dan materi penunjang iqra, memberikan motivasi dan kesempatan kepada anak untuk belajar. Latar belakang guru yang penyabar, ternyata membuat kemudahan anak belajar iqro, dibandingkan dengan guru yang secara emosi masih labil. Hal ini yang membuat anak cenderung mudah dan menyukai belajar huruf hijaiyah, cara guru yang bervariasi mengajarkan anak satu dengan yang lainya saat mengajarkan huruf hijaiyah, memberikan dampak positif cepatnya menyelesaikan iqro di usia dini. Tidak hanya itu bahkan hafalan-hafalan surat pendek pun sangat cepat untuk anak usia dini. Pernyataan ini menjadi temuan dan novelty dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Childhood is a critical period in a child's growth. Therefore, parents and educators have a significant role in providing appropriate stimulation to help children reach their optimal potential. Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 60 of 2013 concerning Integrative Holistic PAUD has urged the fulfilment of all children's basic needs, including those related to their health, nutrition, education, protection and welfare. This project aims to create an interactive application, "Jamune Cah Cilik", which will educate users about the use of jamu, a traditional Indonesian drink with positive health effects, to improve the health of young children. The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was used in developing the interactive application "Janecil or Jamune Cah Cilik". Beta testing will be carried out by users, medical experts, and nutritionists, who will participate in the alpha test to determine the effectiveness of application development. The application development stage is the last stage discussed in this article. The approach and procedures required to create the interactive program "Jamune Cah Cilik" to improve the health of early childhood are explained in this article.

Abstract

Background : The prevalence of autism in Indonesia has risen significantly in recent years, requiring targeted interventions to address developmental challenges. Special education institutions like TKLB River Kids play a crucial role in equipping autistic children with essential life skills to enhance their independence and quality of life. The TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Associated Communication Handicapped Children) method has been widely recognized for its structured approach tailored to the unique needs of autistic individuals. This study examines the implementation of the TEACCH method at TKLB River Kids to explore its impact on developing life skills among autistic children.Aim : The study aims to analyze the application of the TEACCH method in honing life skills among autistic children at TKLB River Kids, identifying the influencing factors and the outcomes of this intervention.Method : This qualitative study employed a case study design to deeply explore the implementation of the TEACCH method. Data collection involved a one-month observation, interviews with three teachers and one therapist, and documentation analysis at TKLB River Kids. Triangulation techniques were used to validate the data, and Miles and Huberman's interactive model was applied for analysis.Results : The findings reveal that the TEACCH method, utilizing visual schedules, independent work systems, and structured task organization, significantly improved life skills such as self-care, communication, motor development, and social interaction. Internal factors like children’s motivation and cognitive abilities, as well as external factors including parental support and the availability of visual aids, influenced the program’s success. Improvements in emotional regulation, task completion, and independence were observed, with parents and educators reporting reduced stress and enhanced family dynamics.Conclusion : The structured implementation of the TEACCH method at TKLB River Kids has effectively fostered independence and life skills development in autistic children. The collaborative approach involving schools and families highlights the potential for broader application in special education settings, offering a sustainable model for enhancing the well-being of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Abstract

Digital transformation in operational data management is a strategic need for modern aviation institutions. Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) at BLU UPBU Office Class I Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda faced the problem of delay in data processing due to dependence on the Microsoft Excel application which shows limitations in supporting operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Google Spreadsheet as an alternative data processing system solution to overcome these problems and optimize information management in the AMC unit. The research method uses a comparative qualitative approach with triangulation data collection techniques, including participatory observation of the implementation of existing data processing systems, in -depth interviews with the head of the AMC unit and operational personnel, as well as documentation analysisrelevant administrative.Data was analyzed descriptively to compare the effectiveness and efficiency of the two data processing systems. The results of the study demonstrated that the implementation of Google Spreadsheet provides a significant increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of AMC unit data processing by achieving an increase in data accuracy, reduction of processing time up to 60-70%, broader accessibility, and reductionSignificant operational costs, while ensuring data security through controlled access protocols and reliable backup systems ..The advantages of the system include real-time processing capabilities, integrated collaboration facilitation between units, and error risk mitigation and delay in information processing. These findings indicate a significant potential for the use of digital collaborative platforms in increasing organizational productivity, although there are still gaps in the optimal use of information technology among practitioners who are not yet familiar with digitalization -based solutions. This study contributes to the understanding of the Best Practices of Management Information Systems Transformation in the Aviation Sector and provides practical recommendations for the implementation of digital technology in the operational optimization of work units.

Abstract

Soap is one of the cleaning materials whose use is evenly distributed in every mosque, house and other public facilities. The relatively simple process of making soap should be an opportunity for the community to individually make soap, so as to increase community income and produce environmentally friendly soap. This community service aims to train the Al-Ikhwan Islamic Youth Association (IKRIA) Martubung Village, Medan Labuhan Subdistrict, Medan City. Homemade soap production has promising business activity prospects for IKRIA Mosque Teenagers. Home-made soap products can be an alternative to commercial solid soap for bathing or washing. Furthermore, soap making can be developed into natural soaps that are healthy and environmentally friendly. The problem of the Mosque Youth is that there is no basic knowledge related to making solid soap based on palm oil derivatives, so it is necessary to conduct practical training in making solid soap on a home scale. The training methods carried out were lectures, discussions and continued with solid soap production practices. This training activity is expected to increase the enthusiasm and knowledge of the IKRIA Mosque Youth to try to produce solid soap at home, so that it can increase the income of the Mosque Youth individually and collectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiasaan kegiatan rutin terhadap perkembangan karakter anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya konsistensi perilaku disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kemandirian pada anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahpendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen (one group pre-test dan post-test design). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta instrumen penilaian karakter, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada indikator karakter anak setelah penerapanpembiasaan kegiatan rutin. Perbandingan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik, yang menunjukkan rata-rata skor karakter meningkat lebih dari 20%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa kegiatan rutin yang konsisten, seperti doa bersama, merapikan mainan, dan bergiliran dalam aktivitas, mampu memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter anak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pembiasaan kegiatan rutin merupakan strategi efektif dalam membangun fondasi karakter anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi praktisi pendidikan anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan kualitas program pembelajaran.
