Abstract

Pesantren are one of the oldest institutions of education and are unique in Nusantara, Indonesia. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is the spirit and core of learning in Pesantren. In the industrial era 4.0, humans are required to be familiar with technology and people are required to think critically, constructively and innovatively. Islamic Religious Education is a medium for expressing thoughts, ideas, ideas and feelings that can shape the behavior of learning communities. Pesantren Jagat Arsy is one of the Educational Institutions that adapts to this progress. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the modernization of Pesantren applies Islamic education learning planning in the 4.0 era. then explained about the various kinds of innovations in PAI learning, and explained about the benefits and how to apply PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era. The research method used was library research and field observations. It was found that the modernization of PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era is an advantage, it is even very important to use it by utilizing various information technology-based learning applications. In this case, it can be concluded that the important factors in planning PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era are mastery of information technology and learning innovation. So that Pesantren are able to respond and modernize PAI learning by utilizing various digital platforms related to education. Pesantren must be able to respond to the modernization of PAI learning in the industrial era 4.0 by changing the educational paradigm to be more modern and able to respond to the times, with various policy adjustments

Abstract

The abundance of ideologically charged digital da'wah content often has implications for integration problems amidst the plurality of social life, not only among Muslims themselves, but also social relations with other religious communities. The polemic calls for the importance of digital da'wah paradigms and ethics, both regulated by state norms and religious norms. In this regard, this qualitative study with a normative-philosophical approach aims to identify the paradigm of contemporary maqasid sharia in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province No. 06 of 2022 on Digital Da'wah Ethics.. The maqasid sharia theory developed by Jasser Auda was used as the theory of analysis. Reduction, presentation, and verification techniques used in data analysis. The results of this study found the development of maqasid sharia value as the basis for the paradigm and ethics of digital da'wah in the provisions of the fatwa, namely the value of hifz 'ird in the importance of humanist and pluralist da'wah content, and The value of hifz waton in the importance of da'wah content that prioritises public conduciveness and nationalism. the importance of developing maqasid fiqh for preachers in the paradigm and ethics of da'wah in the midst of the plurality of social, religious and state life. However, this study has not examined the effectiveness of the fatwa in the field. It is important to study this further.

Abstract

Imam Sufardi Sunaryo, Evaluation of Personnel Performance in Efforts to Overcome Fire Incidents (Case Study of the Kemuning Command Post at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service). This study aims to analyze the performance of personnel in disaster management efforts (Case Study of the Kemuning Command Post at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Office). The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the personnel have tried to do a good job in accordance with the SOP or applicable regulations, but on the other hand the personnel also continue to learn and practice in self-development and personal quality improvement by improving the quality of individuals which are expected to have an impact on the institution in service to public. The firefighters, especially the kemuning post, have done a good job, where the fact is that from time to time the personnel continue to learn and make improvements to their performance, by improving the quality of service for the fire service, especially the kemuning post. Every time from year to year there are always improvements and improvements both in terms of increasing human resources with training every time, there are also improvements in terms of facilities and infrastructure that continue to be added and improved, with the aim of improving the quality of the institution's services. The result is maximum, but technical and method problems in the field, of course, there are still many gaps that must be made for improvements that should be minimized in the future. The supporting factors in this research, namely the existence of training and training attended by personnel, are an important factor to improve the performance of Pos Kemuning personnel. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of supporting facilities such as cars and others.

Abstract

Khoirudin. Effectiveness of District Integrated Administration Services (PATEN) on Public Services at the Banyuasin III Sub-district Office of Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) on public services at the Banyuasin III District Head Office, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted for three months using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the organizational characteristics in Banyuasin III District in providing administrative services were quite good, where the organizational structure and management went well, each employee had individual skills and abilities that could be developed as well as good adaptability in dealing with situations. certain situations. Environmental characteristics, in administrative services in the District, can be said to be able to read the environmental situation and adjust to existing conditions, meaning that they continue to learn and work well in order to serve the needs of the community in today's modern era. Employees, besides that they must continue to learn and develop in the face of the increasing needs of the community in managing administration in the District, on the other hand they must also behave well and be trustworthy in carrying out their duties. Vertical and horizontal communication at the Banyuasin III District Office has been running well. Then for the reward itself, although it has not been fully implemented, it has been carried out gradually to improve employee performance. As for the attention to employees is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of policies regarding the evaluation of the increasing role of members of Linmas, Muntang Tampus Village, Prabumulih Barat District. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that from the development aspect, looking at the very important function of Linmas, the development of the quality of Satlinmas resources must be carried out for the benefit of the people of Muntang Tapus village. Then in terms of presenting prizes to improve the performance of Linmas, it has not really become a special concern, because from a budget perspective and the rules are not clear, even though there should be. Then in terms of the Sat Linmas motivation, namely because of a sense of responsibility that has been mandated, then also because of a sense of wanting to provide a sense of security to the community. While the aspect of HR planning, the kelurahan has planned to improve the quality of Linmas members through training activities and in the future it is not possible in terms of improving education, from the aspect of compensation itself Sat Linmas in an effort to improve performance can not be done optimally, but it is possible in the future to make compensation to improve performance. the work spirit of Limas members. As for the communication aspect, Linmas must maintain good communication with the community and the government in the hope of providing good service to the community as a manifestation of the duties and roles of Linmas. For supporting factors, namely good teamwork that has been embedded in the hearts of every member of the Linmas and a strong sense of family and mutual need for each other are supporting factors in supporting the performance of Linmas as a form of building cooperation. Then the quality of Linmas members who are capable and enjoy and prey in the progress that has been achieved are best placed in each Kelurahan, so the limited number or quantity can be covered by the quality of the Linmas. While the inhibiting factor is that the lack of the number of Linmas members affects the performance to show the role of the Linmas in the community, problems arise when a disaster in the community occurs.

Abstract

Implementation of the Policy on Import of Goods Using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office. This research aims to: 1) Implementation of the Policy on Import of Goods Using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office; 2) Describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Import of Goods Policy Using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office. This research uses research using a descriptive method is research that is directed to provide symptoms, facts, or events, systematically and accurately, regarding the characteristics of a certain population or region. In descriptive research, it is not necessary to look for or explain interrelationships by testing hypotheses. The results of the study show that: 1) Communication has been well established. Communication is carried out between fellow employees, related agencies/parties, and also with service users; 2) Resources are good and supportive, both in terms of infrastructure, training, and others. However, there are still shortcomings that must be followed up immediately, namely the need for competent employees in several fields, namely import duty revenue analysts and the lack of employees who specialize in handling import duties; 3) The attitude of the implementers can be said to be good, as evidenced by the seriousness of the policy implementers in carrying out the duties and mandates given, as well as the high commitment given by the policy implementers; 4) In the Implementation of the Policy on the Import of Goods Using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, there are procedures that are passed in the import of goods using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, and all are in accordance with existing regulations. Then in the activity of Importing Goods Using ASEAN-India Facilities at the Palembang Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, the SOP so far follows the SOP for Notification of Import of Goods. Another thing related to the organizational structure and the division of authority has all been well conceptualized and in accordance with the duties and functions of each policy implementer, so that there is no overlap in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This research discusses the Characteristics and Model of PAI Learning for ABK at SLB/A Yaketunis. The method used is a qualitative method. The subject in this research is the main source that can provide the data information needed to support the problems in the research. The main source who is the subject of this research is the Islamic Religious Education Teacher. The data collection method uses observation and interviews using observations and recording important points in order to obtain data directly on the research object. The research results show that the PAI learning process at SLB/A Yaketunis was adapted through a music-based approach, by changing the learning material into songs that are sung during the learning process. Learning materials are also linked to students' daily activities to facilitate understanding and application of religious teachings in the context of their lives. Inclusive learning strategies are used to overcome the different speed of understanding of each MDVI student. Good collaboration between educators, students, and parents is important to understand students' individual needs and develop appropriate learning strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of buying and selling non-halal certified meat in terms of Islamic business ethics according to Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Fiqh Muamalah. Because in buying and selling activities in the Kukun Traditional Market, Rajeg District does not pay attention to halal certification on the goods it sells or buys. Many meat traders do not have halal certification and meat buyers who do not make sure whether the meat they buy is cut according to Islamic law. So this research discusses business ethics according to Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi which has 4 principles, namely: Tawhid (unity), Balance, Freewill, and Responsibility. When viewed from Islamic business ethics, meat traders have implemented Islamic business ethics such as Tauhid (unity), Balance, Freewill, and Responsibility in their business activities. However, when viewed from fiqh muamalah which is seen from the side of non-halal certified meat traders in the Kukun Traditional Market, Rajeg District, it is still allowed. It's just that the slaughter process is in accordance with Islamic law and the meat is not contaminated with haram substances. However, meat traders in the Kukun Traditional Market should obtain halal certification, because in line with Sadd Adz-Dzari'ah halal certification can protect consumers from consuming haram meat or bringing Mufsadah. And when viewed from the side of consumers who do not ensure that the meat is slaughtered according to Islamic law, the meat they buy may be consumed, it's just that it's better for consumers to buy meat that has pocketed halal certification so that the slaughter process is in accordance with Islamic law. If consumers doubt that meat traders do not say Basmallah, consumers only need to be prejudiced and then when they want to eat it, they must recite Basmallah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital pada BAZNAS di provinsi Banten secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden, dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan softwer SPSS 26. Hasil uji linier berganda menyatakan bahwa variabel literasi zakat mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,232 terhadap minat membayar, dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,258 terhadap minat membayar. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan kepuasan dalam pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan sebesar 63,0% dan sisanya sebesar 37,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniDari hasil uji t dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel literasi zakat dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital.Kata kunci: Literasi Zakat, Kepercayaan, Minat Masyarakat Membayar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktek pemancingan sistem galatama di Pemancingan Galatama MSK 120 kota Serang. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap terhadap praktik pemancingan sistem galatama di Pemancingan Galatama MSK 120 kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian, pertama, pemancingan sistem galatama pada Pemancingan Galatama MSK 120 menggunakan akad ijarah. Dalam praktiknya ditemukan bahwa adanya permasalahan yaitu mengenai manfaat atau hadiah yang tidak sepadan yang dimana hadiah hanya diberikan kepada yang memenangkan perlombaan saja dan yang kalah tidak mendapatkan apa-apa walaupun sudah membayar uang pendaftaran di awal hadiah yang tersebut berasal dari uang pendaftaran yang diterima dari peserta lomba. Kedua, ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam praktek pemancingan sistem galatama pada Pemancingan Galatama MSK 120 kota Serang diperbolehkan karena tidak memenuhi syarat ijarah dikarenakan adanya dan terdapat transaksi maysir di dalamnya.
