Abstract

Rumah Instan Sedehana Sehat (RISHA) merupakan teknologi konstruksi bangunan rumah tinggal dengan komponen modular pracetak dengan system bongkar pasang /Knock down. Berdasarkan sertifikat pengujian ketahanan struktur, RISHA memiliki ketahanan struktur terhadap beban gempa hingga zonasi enam dengan acuan SNI 03-1726-2002. Hal ini memungkinkan untuk memperbaharui analisis dengan SNI terbaru dan diaplikasikan pada bangunan gedung 3 lantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis partisipasi massa dan waktu getar alami struktur berdasarkan ETABS dan perhitungan manual, menganalisis ketahanan struktur atas, mengkonversi dimensi kolom dari profil panel RISHA ke ETABS, menganalisis kekuatan struktur kolom dan balok serta kekuatan sambungan yang digunakan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan studi literatur terkait, selanjutnya diikuti dengan membuat pemodelan struktur pada ETABS. Dari hasil analisa partisipassi massa sesuai SNI 1726;2019 masih memenuhi persyaratan yaitu diatas 90%. Untuk gaya geser dasar terhadap sumbu X dan Y sebesar 190,39 kN. Ketahanan struktur balok dan kolom mengacu pada SNI 2847 2019 dan SNI 7833;2019. Simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi akibat beban gempa telah memenuhi persyaratan karena nilainya lebih kecil dibandingkan simpangan antar lantai ijin. Ketahanan sambungan struktur antar panel RISHA memiliki kuat tekan ultimit dan gaya geser ultimit lebih kecil dibandingkan kuat tekan perlu dan kuat geser nominal dari panel RISHA. Dengan demikian sambungan memenuhi syarat SNI 1729;2020.

Abstract

This study focuses on the geopolymer synthesized from Mount Sinabung’s volcanic ash. The compressive strength of the geopolymer was determined by optimizing five factors using the Taguchi method’s L16 array. The five factors included: volcanic ash wt.%, Sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) wt.%, Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) concentration (mole), Na2SiO3/NaOH wt.% and water/binder (w/b) wt.%. A total of 16 mixtures were prepared per the L16 array and evaluated on five levels to obtain the optimum mixture. The main findings of this study revealed that A2B1C2D3E4 produced the highest compressive strength of 79.625 MPa after three days of curing time, while A4B2C3D1E4 produced the lowest compressive strength of 41.93 MPa. The signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio analysis from the Taguchi method shows that the factor of Na2SiO3 has a greater impact on compressive strength. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) result for the geopolymer mortar revealed the formation of aluminosilicate type (N-A-S-H) and calcium silicate (C-S-H) gels, whereas the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) result exhibited numerous pores and a denser structure. Abstract

The church is in a world that is experiencing various upheavals, including conflicts between groups, both groups based on religion, ethnicity, or class. As part of a social group, the church plays a role in developing dialogue which can have an impact on creating a harmonious life. This study aims to show that developing dialogue which has implications for the harmonization of life is part of Christian mission activities, which makes repentance possible. Through a qualitative approach to literature, using an interpretive descriptive analogy method on the narrative of John 4:1-42, it is concluded, the encounter of Jesus and the Samaritan woman is an analogy of a cross-group dialogic encounter in creating a harmonious life, as an act of Christian mission. AbstrakGereja berada dalam dunia yang sedang mengalami berbagai gejolak, di antaranya konflik antarkelompok, baik kelompok dengan basis agama, suku, atau golongan. Sebagai bagian dari kelompok sosial, gereja berperan untuk mengembangkan dialog yang dapat memberikan dampak pada terciptanya kehidupan yang harmonis. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan, bahwa mengembangkan dialog yang berimplikasi pada harmonisasi kehidupan merupakan bagian dari kegiatan misi Kristen, yang memungkinkan terjadinya pertobatan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif literatur, dengan menggunakan metode analogi deskriptiif interpretatif atas narasi Yohanes 4:1-42, maka disimpulkan, perjumpaan Yesus dan perempuan Samaria merupakan analogi dari perjumpaan dialogis lintas kelompok dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang harmonis, sebagai tindakan misi Kristen.

Abstract

The transmission line system which is currently growing rapidly in Sumatra, requires a reliable interconnection network to meet the electricity demand for the West Sumatra region. PT. PLN as a provider of electricity businesses in Indonesia conducted planning and destruction tests to design a new model Extra High Voltage Transmission Line (SUTET) tower with specification of 66.6 meters height, slim type tower, 275 kV, lattice BB+15, quadrapole zebra (435/55 mm2) 2 cct. This research aims to study tower collapse behavior caused by working loads, analyze and compare the suitability level of tower deformation and natural frequency among MS Tower, SAP 2000 space truss analysis, SAP 2000 space frame analysis with destruction test results. SAP 2000 space frame deformation analysis shows that the tower is unstable in the Leg section. The analysis of natural frequency and the mode shape in the SAP 2000 space frame analysis is close to the value of the natural frequency destruction test with a deviation of 30%. The tower collapse occurred due to imperfection geometry on the legs section, resulting in a global collapse. Improvements in the form of adding equal angle to the hip bracing were carried out, the result was able to withstand a load case load of 9870 up to 100%. Space frame analysis on SAP 2000 is closer to MS Tower, this can be seen from the deformation and natural frequency values that approach each other from the two analyses.

Abstract

The wharf is where the ships are moored in the harbour. In addition, the pier is also the place where loading and unloading of goods takes place and passengers boarding and falling from and to the ship. The wharf is also the activity location for refueling ships, supplying ships with drinking water, clean water, and arranging channels for dirty/waste water to be further processed at the port. So that optimum planning is needed so that the performance of the building can meet safety and comfort standards This research modifies conventional precast floor slabs into hollow core slab precast slabs with 2 span variations. Dead loads are calculated based on specific gravity, live loads and traffic loads are calculated by "Loading for Bridges" (SNI 1725-2016), crane loads use the Ship to Shore Gantry Cranes Brand Liebherr specifications with a capacity of 50 tons, ship berthing loads and mooring loads ships are calculated based on the Technical standards and commentaries for port and harbor facilities in Japan, OCDI, 2020, while earthquake loads are calculated by "Bridge planning against earthquake loads" (SNI 2833:2016). Steel piles are calculated by "specifications for structural steel buildings" (SNI 1729:2015) and reinforced concrete structures are calculated by “Structural concrete requirements for buildings and explanations” (SNI 2847 2019). Structural analysis for structures is carried out using the help of SAP2000 software. From the research, it was obtained the results of modification of conventional precast floor slabs with hollow core slab precast floor plates with a span of 5.2 meters and a thickness of 350 mm. is an increase in the iron ratio of 38.57% and a decrease in the shear capacity of the punch by 56.57%. For a span of 10.4 meters, a plate with a thickness of 500 mm was used so that the result was an increase in the ratio of iron by 114.60% and a decrease in the shear capacity of the punch by 74.06%.

Abstract

Since the 19th century, portal frames have been used to build industrial buildings because the development process is fast, economical, and efficient. This research aims to look at the cross-section of structural elements in BS 5950-1:2000 spans of 15 m and 40 m using SNI 1726:2019 with modal analysis, including horizontal deflection and stress ratio, using LRFD and ASD methods. Then, the structure was revised to be safe against earthquakes researched in three zones, including low (OMF), medium (IMF), and high (SMF) earthquakes. The results of this research show that the horizontal deflection's magnitude still falls within the allowable limit, with the maximum value on Tarutung, the SMF system, and KDS E on a 15-m span of 43.828 mm and a 40-m span of 68.703 mm. However, several of the IMF and SMF systems' cross-sectional structures exceeded the stress ratio capacity. After revision, the percentage ratios of the maximum structural weight using cross-sections on the Indonesian market using two methods and three frame systems with spans of 15 m and 40 m are 16.050% and 17.240%, respectively. The obtained maximum structural weight exceeds the cross-sections of the British standard before revision by 13.935% and 13.187%. It is an SMF system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ensure that the building structure is able to withstand the required loads and strengths, as well as meet the applicable technical and safety requirements of the building. With this research, it is expected to create column, beam, and foundation products of North Sumatra generation that can be marketed and meet construction needs in the Sumatra region. The result of this study is in the arrangement of beams by modeling using ETABS, the largest moment is found in the B30 beam span 5.5 meters of type C shophouses, the amount of the moment obtained is worth 153.1883 kNm at the moment of fulcrum and worth 95.0751 kNm at the moment of the field. The deflection that occurs in each shophouse shows that the entire beam span in each type of shophouse meets the maximum deflection requirements, so as to minimize deflection or deformation that can negatively affect the strength or serviceability of a structure. The connection of precast elements using connection products from the Peikko Group is by using the bolted-conncetion concept using anchorbolts and couplers. Conclusion, that the analysis and design of columns, beams, and precast foundations in shophouse planning in North Sumatra can be carried out using analytical and simulation methods using structural software. The results of the analysis show that the design that has been designed is able to withstand the load faced well, and provide stability and security to the structure of the shophouse building.

Abstract

Pelat adalah salah satu elemen yang sangat penting dalam suatu bangunan. Pada beberapan bangunan pasti ditemukan pelat, baik pelat lantai maupun pelat atap yang mengalami keretakan. Keretakan ini dapat disebabkan oleh bebrapa faktor, baik dari kualitas materialnya maupun teknik dalam pengerjaannya serta akibat bencana alam. Metode pengujian dilakukan terhadap 4 (empat) buah benda uji pelat beton bertulang ukuran 2250 x 100 x 150 cm dalam memikul beban yang menghasilkan lentur murni dan ke 4 (empat) kelompok benda uji yaitu pelat beton bertulang normal dan balok beton bertulang dengan perkuatan CFRP dengan metode dilapisi Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRP satu arah (Unidirectional), Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRPdua arah (Bidirectional) dan Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRP tiga arah (Pseudoisotropic) Selanjutnya benda uji diberikan beban terpusat sampai pelat beton bertulang runtuh sehingga diketahui beban maxsimum dan lendutannya. Hasil experimen menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dilapisi Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRP satu arah (Unidirectional) mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 72,22 % dari kekuatan awalnya dan Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRPdua arah (Bidirectional) mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 77,78 % dari kekuatan awalnya serta Plat dengan 1 Lapis CFRP tiga arah (Pseudoisotropic)mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 94,44 %. Abstract

Millions of Indonesians still supply their daily needs to a traditional market that is synonymous with the lower middle class. The study aimed at the problem of transportation at the center of the terrain city market and how to find solutions to the transport problem. The terrain city market center as a first-class market in the terrain city is one of the largest in the terrain city. One of the problems at the center of the terrain city market is that of transportation, which involves the daily congestion we encounter at a very critical stage. The central market for the city of Medan does seem to be physically, financially and under. In the study, problems are set in place (1) what is the current condition of the urban market and (2) what is the solution to the transportation problems that exist in the municipal market center? Using transportation control model approaches in the center of the city market that will be directly observed and analyzed using Vissim software. Researchers in this regard took a direct look at the problem at the city market center. Abstract

Natural frequency is one of the factors in bridge construction. Because the natural frequency can be used as an indicator to detect the ability of the bridge, including the ability to withstand resonance. In addition, the natural frequency is also a way to analyze damage that will or has already occurred to a bridge. One of the analytical methods that can be used to analyze natural frequency values is the Undamped-Degree of Freedom. The results of this study indicate that the natural frequency value of the Sei Wampu Bridge has a value of 10.97 rad/s for the first mode, 18.06 rad/sec for the second ,mode and 20.34 rad/sec for the third mode. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that the natural frequency value will increase as the bridge mode increases.
