Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of painting UMKM in Kampung Jelekong, Bandung, focusing on marketing strategy and  SWOT analysis. Painting UMKM has great potential to develop and positively contribute to the local economy. However, they are also faced with various challenges in marketing their painting products and competing with an increasingly tight market. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method to collect data from various sources, including interviews with painting UMKM owners, field observations, and analysis of related documents. The collected data is then analyzed to identify opportunities and obstacles in developing the painting UMKM in Jelekong Village. The analysis results show that marketing strategies play an important role in driving the growth of painting UMKM. The keyword "painting" is the main key to introducing the products and attractiveness of Kampung Jelekong's unique paintings to prospective customers. Increasing public awareness about the uniqueness of painting is an important element in the marketing strategy. In addition, SWOT analysis also provides valuable insights for painting UMKM. The keyword "SWOT analysis" is the main key in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by painting UMKM with a clear understanding of their position in the market and business environment; painting UMKM can design more effective and responsive development strategies. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable input for painting UMKM owners in Kampung Jelekong, Bandung, and other related parties, such as the local government and UMKM supporting institutions. By optimizing marketing strategies and properly using SWOT analysis, painting UMKM  in Kampung Jelekong can increase its competitiveness, face market challenges, and achieve sustainable growth

Abstract

Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana dampak yang akan terjadi terhadap ROA, ROE, EPS, serta DER pada harga saham PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk selama 10 tahun terakhir. Metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif digunakan sebagai metrik penelitian. Laporan keuangan yang telah diperoleh melalui metode sampling yang tepat berasal dari data sekunder yang telah dianalisa berdasarkan pada website resmi dari PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui uji hipotesis (parsial maupun simultan). Hasil parsial menunjukkan hanya variabel EPS dan DER yang berdampak signifikan pada harga saham PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk, dengan EPS yang mempunyai dampak positif dan DER memberikan dampak bagi harga saham. Sedangkan ROA dan ROE tidak berdampak pada harga saham PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Hasil simultan menyatakan tidak terdapat variabel independen yang berdampak pada harga saham. Temuan ini menjelaskan bahwa investor lebih tertarik pada kinerja laba per saham (EPS) dan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas (DER) dalam penentuan harga saham, sedangkan ROA dan ROE kurang relevan.

Abstract

MSMEs Contribute to empoyment absorption, economic growth, and the distribution of development outcomes. The increasing number of MSMEs in Indonesia is partly evident in the growth of the Makeup Artist service sector. The rising enthusiasm among the public to estabilish businesses in this sector has led to intensified competition faced by Erha Makeup. To formulate business development strategies for Erha Makeup, this study employs a qualitative descriptive method, processing primary data through interviews with the owner of Erha Makeup and secondary data through relevant literatur. Additionally, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses. Opportunities, and Threats, wich are then linked to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide a comperhensive strategic overview of essential business competents. The result of study indicate that Erha Makeup has fulfilled all elements of the Business Model Canvas required to operate its business. However, there are still aspects that need improvement as outlined in the SWOT analysis of Erha makeup, primary strengths include professional services, high-quality products, a deep understanding of customers spesific need, and the use of social media marketinf to reach a wider market. The main Weaknesses are its reliance on seasonal demand and unstructured capital management. Significant opportunities lie in building trust through social media, while the threats stem from intense competition and the need for continuous innovation. The proposed strategies include diversifying service, fostering sustainable innovation, enhancing branding by optimizing social media, and offering loyalty or referral programs to streng then customer relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for Optik Damar using SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, which included observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The results show that the main strengths of Optik Damar include product quality and customer loyalty, while its weakness lies in dependence on a single supplier. Opportunities that can be leveraged include increasing public awareness of eye health and the potential of online markets, whereas the main threats come from intense competition and changing consumer trends. The analysis results led to recommendations for a new Business Model Canvas to enhance competitiveness and growth potential. The suggested strategies include diversifying suppliers, implementing technology-based innovations, and optimizing digital marketing. The implementation of these strategies is expected to support the sustainability of Optik Damar's business in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on tourist satisfaction at the Kampung Batu Malakasari tourist attraction. Using a quantitative method grounded in positivist philosophy, the study collected data by distributing questionnaires to 100 visitors of Kampung Batu Malakasari through a simple random sampling technique. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, partially, facilities have a significant and positive effect on tourist satisfaction, and service quality also has a significant and positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Simultaneously, facilities and service quality significantly influence tourist satisfaction. The better the tourists' perceptions of the facilities and service quality, the higher their satisfaction due to the reduced gap between expectations and service performance. Consumer satisfaction reflects the fulfillment of consumer expectations, which is closely linked to how the company strives to meet those expectations, influenced by the facilities and service quality offered. Abstract

Through the Regent's Decree no. 556/KEP.770- DISBUDPAR/2020 concerning the Designation of Tourist Villages in the Bandung Regency Area, there is a lot of potential in the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village area, including having beautiful natural phenomena, which can be an attraction for tourists to visit the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village. and become the tourist destination of choice for domestic and foreign tourists to relieve fatigue and calm the mind (refreshing), by enjoying the beauty of the city of Bandung, regional tourism education in the form of traditional arts diverse and learn from nature and local culinary specialties. The aim of carrying out activities is to increase the independence of partners in digitizing the promotion of the Cibiru Wetan Tourism Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency through the "Smart Digital" program so that it is widely known by domestic and foreign tourists, which has an impact on increasing the number of tourist visits. The method used is qualitative with the aim of finding out what is currently happening. The data analysis used in this service is an interactive model which has four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. Interactive model analysis was carried out during data collection and after completing data collection on answers to interviews.

Abstract

Community empowerment through the utilization of local potential is the focus of the community service program. This program aims to empower the Creative Women's Group Tanginas in Cimareme Village, West Bandung Regency, by optimizing bamboo shoots as raw materials for innovative products. Various training and mentoring are carried out to improve digital marketing skills, standard operating procedures, and financial reporting. Evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, especially in utilizing digital platforms such as websites for branding and sales. This program has succeeded in increasing production capacity, standardizing product quality, and expanding market reach, thus contributing to the sustainability of the local economy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) dan Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Profitabilitas PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten, Tbk selama periode tahun 2014-2023. Profitabilitas diukur dengan rasio Return On Assets (ROA). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten, Tbk periode Tahun 2014-2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets (ROA), sedangkan Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). Secara simultan, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) dan Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten, Tbk periode tahun 2014-2023.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a contest quality guppy ornamental fish business using SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas method. The background to this research is based on the increasing public interest in ornamental fish, especially guppies, which have promising market potential. The methods used in this research include internal and external approaches through case studies to collect relevant data. The results of the SWOT analysis show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced in this business, while the Business Model Canvas provides a clear framework for designing an effective business model. This research found that with the right strategy, the guppy business can develop and compete in the market. The main conclusion from this research is that developing an ornamental guppy fish business requires a deep understanding of market conditions and the implementation of innovative strategies to achieve success. Thus, it is hoped that this report can make a positive contribution to the development of the ornamental fish business in Indonesia.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Asset (ROA) on the Share Price of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive and verification approaches, and uses secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statement. Stock prices experienced significant fluctuations with a decrease that occured due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the issues of boycott conflicts that affected the company’s performance. The decrease in CR and the increase in DER reflect unhealthy financial conditions, while fluctuations in ROA indicate the effectiveness of unstable asset utilization. The analysis results show partially that CR, DER, and ROA do not have a significant influence on the Share Price. However, simultaneously shows that CR, DER, and ROA have a significant effect on Stock Price.
