Abstract

In Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung, the existence of coffee shops requires Hallacoffee to maintain its consistency and presence so that it can compete with other coffee shops in the city of Bandung. It is interesting to study this research by applying the SWOT analysis model, we can maximize the potential and advantages that Hallacoffee has in maintaining its company. The aim of this research is to design a design-oriented innovation strategy for Hallacoffee by formulating a strategy to help generate the opportunities needed for Hallacoffee. The research methodology used is qualitative research using descriptive techniques. The data collection process involves two methods: secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is obtained from sources such as papers, the internet and journals. Primary data was obtained through documentation, observation and direct interviews conducted with Hallacoffee owners and customers. Designing the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and QSPM Matrix are used to design business strategies to identify several opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses as key factors in developing the business. Hallacoffee has a high level of proficiency in the fields of management and planning. Hallacoffee has the potential to compete with other coffee shops, especially in the city of Bandung. The need in the current conditions is to adopt and firm expansion strategy.

Abstract

Couple Project is a fashion brand that targets the young couple segment through its couple apparel products. Since its inception in 2022, the business has leveraged various digital platforms such as TikTok and Shopee as part of its marketing efforts. Nevertheless, it continues to face several challenges, including intense market competition, unstable sales performance, and suboptimal implementation of influencer marketing strategies. This research seeks to develop a sustainable growth strategy for Couple Project by employing an integrated analytical approach that combines SWOT analysis with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing a combination of data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and the distribution of structured questionnaires to both internal stakeholders and external partners associated with the company. The analysis reveals that the formulation of an effective development strategy should prioritize the optimization of digital platform utilization, the implementation of a more precisely targeted influencer marketing strategy, and the continuous improvement of product and service quality. These strategic directions are deemed essential for enhancing the brand's competitive positioning in the niche market of fashion products designed for young couples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta penerapan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap harga saham PT Ifishdeco Tbk selama periode 2019 hingga 2024. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sebagai data sekunder. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Ifishdeco Tbk dalam periode tersebut, demikian pula dengan TATO. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja profitabilitas dan efisiensi penggunaan aset perusahaan belum menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi valuasi pasar sahamnya. Sebaliknya, variabel PBV menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa selisih antara nilai buku dan nilai pasar saham perusahaan menjadi indikator kuat dalam menentukan harga saham. Selain itu, analisis simultan menggunakan uji F memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen ROA, TATO, dan PBV secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pergerakan harga saham PT Ifishdeco Tbk pada rentang waktu 2019–2024. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mempertimbangkan indikator valuasi seperti PBV dalam analisis harga saham, meskipun faktor profitabilitas dan efisiensi masih perlu dikaji lebih mendalam untuk memahami dampaknya. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar investor dan manajemen perusahaan lebih memperhatikan nilai buku dibandingkan kinerja operasional dalam mengambil keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Indofarma Tbk periode 2015-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Tkenik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sekunder yaitu Laporan Tahunan (Annual Report). Hasil penelitian adalah Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial, Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial. Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Harga Saham sebesar 80% sisanya 20% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Media Sosial Instagram, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), dan Influencer terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Makanan Mochi Daifuku di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen atau calon konsumen Mochi Daifuku di Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Promosi Media Sosial, E-WOM, dan Influencer masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, Influencer memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial sangat efektif dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha kuliner, khususnya UMKM, dalam mengembangkan strategi promosi berbasis digital agar dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan penjualan produk.

Abstract

Public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle has driven the growth in consumption of fresh fruit and vegetable-based beverages. This study aims to develop a business strategy for the “Fresh Healthy Juice” culinary business using a SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting the business, while BMC is used to design an adaptive and innovative business model. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for the Fresh Healthy Juice fruit and vegetable beverage business using a SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The main challenges faced by this business include sales instability due to high competition, limited product shelf life, and a lack of innovation in digital marketing. The research was conducted through direct observation, interviews with business owners, and documentation of business activities. SWOT analysis was used to identify internal and external factors of the company, while BMC helped in mapping the nine main elements of the business model. The analysis results show that Fresh Healthy Juice has strengths in the use of natural ingredients without preservatives, a healthy brand image, and hygienic processing. Significant opportunities were also identified, including the growing trend toward healthy lifestyles, potential collaborations with related businesses, and advancements in digital marketing. Based on the SWOT matrix results, the business is positioned in Quadrant I, indicating the need for an aggressive strategy (S–O) to optimize strengths in capitalizing on opportunities. The recommended strategies include: strengthening branding, expanding through digital platforms. With the implementation of the right strategies, Fresh Healthy Juice has the potential to increase its competitiveness and expand its market share sustainably. This study provides strategic recommendations for creating a sustainable and competitive business model, while also serving as a guide for small and medium-sized businesses in the healthy food sector to navigate the ever-changing market dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas layanan, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mie Gacoan di Majalaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Mie Gacoan Majalaya, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas layanan, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan korelasi positif kuat pada harga dan kualitas layanan, serta korelasi positif sedang pada promosi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 43,8% terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara 56,2% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi penetapan harga yang sesuai manfaat, peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan optimalisasi promosi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan pengaruh CR, DER, dan EPS terhadap harga saham PT Waskita Karya Tbk selama periode 2015-2023. Data sekunder pada penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan PT Waskita Karya Tbk. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial membuktikan bahwa CR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara DER membuktikan adanya pengaruh secara negatif serta signifikan dan EPS berdampak positif dan juga signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, dan EPS secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Waskita Karya Tbk periode 2015-2023. Hasil analisis Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,858 mengindikasikan bahwa sekitar 85,8% dari variasi dalam Harga Saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam CR, DER, dan EPS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2012-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) significantly affect stock price. In contrast, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on stock price
