Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the period 2014-2023. This research is motivated by the challenges faced by the company, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the potential for boycotts. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verificative approach. Data were taken from the company's annual financial statements and analyzed using IBM SPSS 26. The research results show that partially, CR and DAR do not have a significant effect on ROA, while DER has a significant negative effect on ROA. Simultaneously, CR, DAR, and DER have a significant effect on ROA. The coefficient of determination of 95.5% indicates that the variables CR, DAR, and DER explain most of the variability in ROA, with 4.1% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio - DER) and profitability (Return on Equity - ROE and Earnings Per Share - EPS) on the stock price of PT Kimia Farma Tbk during the period 2014-2023. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from financial reports and investment websites. This study shows that stock price fluctuated significantly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which increased demand for pharmaceutical product. However, DER increased substantially, indicating the company’s dependence on debt financing. Meanwhile, ROE and EPS produced negative values, indicating challenges in generating profits relative to equity. The result showed that although DE, ROE, and EPS had as significant effect on stock price, simultaneously DER, ROE, and EPS had a significant effect on stock price. This study shows the importance of understanding financial ratios in guiding investment decisions amid market volatility and economic uncertainly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which has a significant impact on the pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

Dahan Coffee is a cafe business that continues to grow in the midst of competition in the culinary industry. This research aims to formulate a business development strategy for Dahan Coffee using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis. This research method involves collecting primary data through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from company reports and related literature. SWOT analysis was used to identify internal and external factors affecting the business, while QSPM was applied to prioritize strategies based on the relative attractiveness of each strategy alternative. The results show that Dahan Coffee has strengths in consistent product quality and strategic location, but faces challenges in the form of high competition and limited production capacity. The main opportunities include increasing coffee consumption trends with digital marketing and potential collaboration with local communities, while the main threat is changing consumer preferences. Based on QSPM analysis, the recommended priority strategies are product diversification and increased digital marketing activities. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve Dahan Coffee's competitiveness and business growth in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a contest quality guppy ornamental fish business using SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas method. The background to this research is based on the increasing public interest in ornamental fish, especially guppies, which have promising market potential. The methods used in this research include internal and external approaches through case studies to collect relevant data. The results of the SWOT analysis show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced in this business, while the Business Model Canvas provides a clear framework for designing an effective business model. This research found that with the right strategy, the guppy business can develop and compete in the market. The main conclusion from this research is that developing an ornamental guppy fish business requires a deep understanding of market conditions and the implementation of innovative strategies to achieve success. Thus, it is hoped that this report can make a positive contribution to the development of the ornamental fish business in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Desa Cibiru Wetan memiliki potensi wisata potensial dan dapat dikembangkan secara profesional, diantaranya: objek wisata Tangga Seribu yang merupakan pintu masuk ke kawasan wisata dan Produk Atraksi: kesenian tradisional, budidaya ternak, homestay, dan makanan ciri khas desa. Pengelolaan Tangga Seribu masih manual termasuk dalam penjualan tiket sehingga pengelola kesulitan dalam mendeteksi pengunjung, diprediksi 2.662-3.000 pengunjung tetapi yang terdeteksi sesuai penjualan tiket manual pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 1.800, Kebutuhan sarana promosi berbasis digital untuk menunjang operasional dan konten promosi mitra berupa perangkat digital/elektro outdor baik permanen/portable serta inovasi dari kader wisata, pemerintahan desa maupun masyarakat penting, untuk meningkatkan value, branding dan keberlanjutan program. Peserta memperoleh pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan website, pengenalan produk Desa Wisata, pelatihan pemandu dan konten materi promosi, Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, FGD, dan pre test-post test. Tujuan Pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mitra dalam digitalisasi promosi melalui program “Smart Digital” sehingga dikenal luas oleh wisatawan yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan jumlah wisatawan, pendapatan dan keberlanjutan program sebagai destinasi wisata digital berdaya saing yang menjadi inspirasi bagi desa wisata lainnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan website, mitra dapat mengimplementasikan peran sebagai pemandu dan membuat konten untuk perluasan pasar melalui platform digital, pengenalan brand dan produk hingga mancanegara, serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Cimareme, Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat untuk membantu Kelompok Wanita Kreatif (KWK) “Tanginas” yang terkendala dalam pemanfaatan Rebung sebagai bahan baku makanan sehat, meliputi terbatasnya: kapasitas produksi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, inovasi pengembangan produk, IPTEKS dan pemasaran masih konvensional, Pengabdian melibatkan 43  peserta dari KWK “Tanginas”, komunitas virageawie. Pemerintah daerah, dan Universitas. Peserta memperoleh pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan website, fotografi, digital marketing, pembuatan laporan keuangan, standar mutu produksi, sertifikasi halal dan NIB. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, FGD, dan pre-test-post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan website, membuat foto produk, serta pemenuhan mutu produksi. Rata-rata skor post-test meningkat menjadi 85 dibandingkan pre-test 67. Website Awisfoddie.com yang dibangun membantu produk KWK “Tanginas” lebih dikenal dan meningkat penjualannya, terbukti dengan peningkatan interaksi dan pesanan melalui platform digital. Partisipasi aktif KWK “Tanginas” menunjukkan relevansi teknologi dan inovasi dalam menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi KWK “Tanginas” dalam  produksi, pengembangan dan pemasaran produk melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha, KWK “Tanginas” terus berinovasi dan berkreasi dalam pengembangan produk, berkolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan pemerintah, akademisi, dan  instansi terkait.

Abstract

The chicken egg deals industry is confronting many challenges as egg deals play a part within the agribusiness and nourishment division, assembling the protein needs of people and representing one of the foremost predominant businesses worldwide. To make strides in the execution and victory of this industry, numerous businesses are utilizing SWOT investigation. This inquiry about extension is outlined to conduct a SWOT investigation for the chicken egg deals division to pinpoint its qualities, shortcomings, openings, and dangers. The primary research strategy utilized includes conducting field overviews to gather information. The results of this examination shed light on viewpoints such as item quality, competition inside the supply chain, and advancing shopper preferences. With these bits of knowledge, suggested commerce methodologies can be created to promote the execution and success of chicken-egg deals in this commercial center. The SWOT investigation recognizes qualities like tall item quality and highlights shortcomings like dependence on external feed supplies. It, too, distinguishes openings, such as developing requests for items, and dangers like competition within the advertising. Bits of knowledge from field overviews offer data on changing shopper inclinations and impediments confronted by industry players. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the CR, DER and ROA on stock prices of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX during the 2018-2023 period. The data used in this research were collected through documentation methods by accessing the companies' annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study found that the current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio do not have a significant impact on stock prices. On the other hand, return on assets was found to have a significant impact on stock prices. The results of this study indicate that investors pay more attention to the profitability of companies, as reflected in the return on assets, rather than liquidity or capital structure when determining stock values in the property and real estate sector.
