So based on the background of the discussion, the purpose of this study is: To determine the effect of individual characteristics variables simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction on performance variables. To determine the effect of partial variable individual characteristics, motivation and job satisfaction on performance variables. To determine which variable among individual characteristics, motivation and job satisfaction of the most dominant effect on performance. In this study the entire population sampled, or so-called saturation sampling so that the sample in this study as many as 57 people, to support this study used two types of data, namely primary data taken directly from the source / respondent / target observation. Secondary data is data that is sourced from a variety of documents / records are deliberately kept as material analysis, which is around the respondents.

Abstract

Mobile payment is one of the alternative innovative payment methods that trigger the payment revolution in Indonesia. LinkAja, as one of the mobile payments in Indonesia, still has low brand awareness compared to other mobile payments. This study aims to examine the adoption of LinkAja referring to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) that analyse the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioural intention and the effect of behavioural intention on actual use. The sample of this research was LinkAja users in East Java Province taken using a purposive sampling technique. The final sample consisted of 100 respondents collected through an online questionnaire. Data were analysed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that performance expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions had a significant effect on behavioural intention, and behavioural intention had a significant effect on actual use. However, effort expectancy had no significant effect on behavioural intention. Keywords: behavioral intention, mobile payment, PLS-SEM, UTAUT

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pencatatan persediaan barang di BM Mart Kota Malang menggunakan aplikasi iPos 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari buku, fakta, catatan dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pencatatan persediaan di BM Mart. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Pencatatan Persediaan Barang Dagangan di BM Mart menggunakan Aplikasi iPos 5.0 belum maksimal karena terdapat duplikasi tugas di setiap bagian. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan penipuan dan kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Karyawan yang bertugas mencatat selama ini masih bergiliran berdasarkan shift kerja yang berubah. Kedepannya perlu diatur tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pegawai dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi agar memudahkan dalam pencatatan dan pengawasan.

Abstract

Waste banks are an alternative way of handling waste that can be converted into something of economic value. The process of managing Waste Bank deposits with a computerized system is expected to improve the performance of Waste Bank managers. Sutojayan District has been using a website-based waste bank management application since 2021 and has recorded 660 transactions with a total of 1529 users. However, until now these transactions have only been carried out by 2 villages, namely Pandanarum and Jingglong, out of 11 villages in Sutojayan District. The sample used was 100 respondents from application users who came from managers and customers, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the web-based Waste Bank Savings Application using the EPIC Model, with four indicators namely empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. From the results of the study it can be concluded that empathy, persuasion, impact, and individual benefits have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of 0.292; 0.390; 0.326; 0.885. This shows that the higher the empathy, persuasion, impact, and individual benefits, the higher the user satisfaction. Meanwhile, communication has a negative and insignificant effect on user satisfaction of -0.042, due to the manager's own internal management problems.%MCEPASTEBIN%

Abstract

The ever-growing technology makes innovations about financial applications, so financial application applications continue to innovate. This has made micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) adopt financial bookkeeping to run their businesses. Bank Indonesia launched an Android-based financial application that can be obtained for free. The application is the Financial Information Recording Application Information System (SI APIK). This study aims to examine MSMEs in using the Si APIK application in managing their business. The method and conceptual formulation model were carried out in several stages; literature study, model adoption, and instrument development. Based on theoretical and empirical studies of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study describes the constructs and propositions used as the basis for building a conceptual model. The results of instrument development can be used for further research

Abstract

As a sector that can increase production capacity, MSEs have a significant impact on economic and social progress. However, MSEs still face various obstacles, one of which is manual and traditional financial management. Lack of understanding and knowledge in financial management is the main cause. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach, this study highlights the development of self-efficacy beliefs and perceived behavioral control, strengthening the relationship between beliefs, attitudes, intentions, and behaviors of MSE actors. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial management behavior of MSEs in Blitar. The method applied is descriptive quantitative. The population in focus is MSEs in Blitar, with a total of 2569, while the sample taken is 135 business actors. The data analysis method used includes descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, with the application of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Financial Attitude, Financial Literacy and Financial Knowledge do not affect the Behavioral Intention of business actors. The behavioral intention of business actors is still relatively low in determining financial management attitudes because understanding and skills in management are also still low. This is because they focus more on marketing and sales.

Abstract

A college is a good place to learn entrepreneurship by providing innovation to build own business. The purpose of this study is to determine how the model in developing a business incubator that can encourage the growth of young entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used books and literature studies processed by means of data reduction and then presented through descriptions to be informative. For the college, there are four recommended pilot models, namely the Green Energy Incubator Model/Eco-friendly Energy, Manufacturing Incubator Model, Creative Industry Incubator Model, and Agribusiness Incubator Model can be used for future development. From the research, business incubators has an important role for universities in encouraging student creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship field. Through this performance in universities, it can be seen in developing start-ups related to Tridharma as an example of community service.

Abstract

Peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun kekuatan managerial mereka masih membutuhkan perhatian khususnya manajemen terhadap berbagai risiko yang dapat mengancam kelangsungan usaha mereka. Sehingga diperlukan pelatihan untuk membekali pelaku UMKM dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang dapat menghambat produktivitas di lingkungan kerja, mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi keterbatasan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan bagaimana cara mengintegrasikan strategi pengelolaan risiko ke dalam proses kerja yang ada tanpa mengganggu produktivitas yang ada. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah 500 orang pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di wilayah Kota Solo dan sekitarnya mencakup Kab. Purwodadi, Kab. Klaten, Kab. Wonogiri, dan Kab. Sragen. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan diawali dengan penjajakan kepada sponsor dan mitra, yaitu PT. Kalbe Farma dan PT Inovasi Tumbuh Inklusif, kemudian sosialisasi melalui Instagram @ukmindonesia.id, SoloPos dan Pemerintah Kota Solo. Hasil dari Pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku usaha dalam mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengelola risiko-risiko yang dapat mengganggu produktivitas, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih efisien, efektif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

Ketimpangan ekonomi adalah salah satu masalah besar yang terjadi di Indonesia hingga saat ini bahkan untuk beberapa tahun mendatang. Jawaban untuk menghadapi ketimpangan ekonomi tersebut yaitu dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang menjadi wirausaha. Semangat berwirausaha sayangnya kurang dimiliki oleh generasi Z pada saat ini dengan issue-issue yang bermunculan di masyarakat, salah satunya inner child. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan memberikan inspirasi maupun motivasi yang diberikan oleh narasumber (praktisi) pada generasi Z untuk memulai usaha baru yang bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pengetahuan kepada generasi Z tentang kewirausahaan, dan (2) memberikan kesadaran dan menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha bagi generasi Z. Metode kegiatan ini mulai dari observasi, perijinan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMA/SMK/MA di wilayah Blitar Raya sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil kegiatan edukasi kewirausahaan dalam membangkitkan jiwa entrepreneur bagi generasi Z ini menunjukkan para generasi Z memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dipersiapkan menjadi seorang wirausaha yang akan memandirikan dirinya secara ekonomi kelak, dan akan berdampak positif bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Selain itu para peserta diharapkan akan menjadi entrepreneur muda yang paham akan kewirausahaan dan memiliki karakter dan mental seorang entrepreneur.

Abstract

This article is done to find out and analyze the influence of promotion on interest in online shopping through the advancement of internet technology in Blitar City. The sample used was 150 respondents randomly from the general population of the City of Blitar which included 3 Subdistricts namely Sukorejo, Kepanjen Kidul and Sananwetan without any age, education, employment and other specifications due to the limitations of the researchers. The results of structural equestion modeling analysis show that the promotion carried out by online sellers in Blitar City through social media and the internet has given a tendency to influence the advancement of online technology by 28.7%. The promotion of products that exist in most social media or internet by product sellers has a tendency to influence the interest in online shopping in Blitar City by 47.1% and the advancement of online technology has provided a tendency to influence online shopping interest by 32.3%.
