Abstract

Teachers' readiness to teach in the digital era presents a strategic challenge for 21st-century education. This study examines the effect of TPC on economics teachers' TR, with SE as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected via questionnaires from 204 senior and vocational high school economics teachers in Minahasa Regency, who were purposively selected. The data were analyzed with SEM-PLS. The results confirm that TPC significantly influences both SE and TR. SE also has a significant positive effect on TR and demonstrates a moderating role, strengthening the relationship between TPC and TR. The model shows moderate to substantial predictive power, with R² values of 0.468 for SE and 0.597 for TR. These findings highlight that teacher development programs should not only prioritize technical competence but also foster self-efficacy as a psychological resource for effective digital teaching readiness. The study is limited by its focus on one region and subject area, as well as its reliance on self-reported quantitative data. Future research should adopt a longitudinal approach and expand to other contexts to better capture the complexity of teachers’ readiness in the digital era.

Abstract

The digital transformation of Indonesian education post-pandemic has accelerated the integration of gamification as an innovative learning strategy in elementary schools. However, a critical gap persists between gamification implementation and teachers' digital pedagogical readiness, hindering deep learning optimization. This systematic literature review aims to analyze the role of digital pedagogical readiness in optimizing gamification for deep learning within Indonesian elementary education context. Using PRISMA framework, 28 peer-reviewed articles from Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, ERIC, and ScienceDirect (2018-2025) were systematically analyzed through thematic analysis and CASP quality assessment. Findings reveal that Indonesian elementary school teachers' digital pedagogical readiness remains varied, with technological competence being the dominant factor affecting gamification effectiveness. A significant positive correlation exists between teachers' digital pedagogical readiness and gamification success in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. Cultural-contextual gamification strategies integrating local values show superior effectiveness compared to generic approaches. The study recommends a TPACK-based teacher training model integrated with Merdeka Mengajar Platform and phased implementation strategies considering infrastructure disparities. These findings provide practical implications for policymakers, school leaders, and teachers to optimize digital transformation in Indonesian elementary education through holistic readiness enhancement and culturally-responsive gamification design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara partisipasi komite dan pengalokasian dana terhadap peningkatan mutu perpustakaan di SMP N 1 Kabila Kab. Bone Bolango. Adapun fokus masalah  dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1)  apakah ada pengaruh yang positif antara partisipasi komite dengan peningkatan mutu perpustakaan , (2) untuk mengetahui  apakah ada pengaruh yang  positif  antara pengalokasian dana terhadap peningkatan mutu perpustakaan dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara partisipasi komite dan pengalokasian dana terhadap peningkatan mutu perpustakaan di SMP N 1 Kabila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode  kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 88 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 807 orang yang terdiri dari seluruh siswa Di SMP 1 Kabila. Sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dimana pengambilan sample dilakukan secara acak, tanpa memperhatikan strata atau tingkat dalam angota populasi.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data nilai adalah -t hitung (-1,873) > -t tabel(-1,992) artinya parisipasi komite tidak berpengaruh pada peningkatan mutu perpustakaan. Kemudian pengalokasian dana t hitung (4,816) > t tabel (1,992) artinya pengalokasian dana berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan mutu perpustakaan. Pengujian bersama-sama untuk variabel X1, X2 dan  Y f hitung > f tabel (12,754 > 3,10) artinya antara partisipasi komite dan pengalokasian dana terhadap peningkatan mutu perpustakaan berpengaruh secara signifikan.Â
