Abstract

Studi ini secara sistematis menyelidiki bagaimana experiential learning berdampak pada keinginan untuk menjadi pengusaha, dengan entrepreneurial self-efficacy sebagai variable mediasi, pada siswa pendidikan ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa niat berwirausaha dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Selain itu, pembelajaran ini meningkatkan minat siswa untuk berwirausaha, tetapi minat ini belum sepenuhnya diiringi oleh kesiapan psikologis dan keyakinan diri mereka untuk benar-benar memulai bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan entrepreneurial self-efficacy sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara pengalaman belajar dan niat berwirausaha pada siswa pendidikan ekonomi. Kemampuan entrepreneurial self-efficacy adalah salah satu faktor penting yang berperan dalam menjembatani pengalaman belajar dengan pembentukan niat berwirausaha. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala Likert kepada 190 responden yang dipilih secara random. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning memengaruhi entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention secara signifikan; selain itu, entrepreneurial self-efficacy terbukti berperan sebagai mediator. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning dan aplikatif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa terhadap potensi kewirausahaan mereka. Pengalaman ini kemudian mendorong pembentukan entrepreneurial intention untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi teoretis untuk penciptaan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan, tetapi juga menekankan betapa pentingnya experiential learning untuk menjadi bagian dari pembelajaran. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggunakan metode longitudinal. Selain itu, penelitian harus mempertimbangkan faktor tambahan seperti dukungan sosial dan orientasi masa depan.

Abstract

The implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems is a crucial aspect in ensuring the sustainability and productivity of industries, including the bottled drinking water sector. However, many companies have yet to adopt safety standards in a systematic and continuous manner. This study aims to evaluate the extent of OHSMS implementation in an AMDK company located in Tilongkabila District and to identify influencing factors. The findings reveal that the OHS practices in the company are not yet optimal and do not comply with ISO 45001 standards. The absence of a dedicated OHS unit, low worker competency in safety matters, and weak management commitment are the main obstacles to effective implementation. These findings imply the need for a more integrative managerial approach and the strengthening of safety culture as part of an industrial sustainability strategy. This study is limited by its narrow geographic scope and qualitative, which does not include quantitative measurement of OHSMS effectiveness. Future research is recommended to employ mixed methods and involve multiple companies to achieve broader and deeper generalization. This research highlights that the success of OHSMS strongly depends on the synergy between policy, training, and an organizational culture that upholds safety as a core value.

Abstract

AbstracThis study aims to determine the competence of educators and education personnel in improving quality of education. The interview method with the collection of school data and as a resource person is the School Principal as well as the educators and education staff  with a long period of research starting from December - January 2018. The results of the study showed: (1) Competence is relatively good, where all teachers are predicated as scholars, have learning tools, apply learning with a cooperative model, already certified, and there are achievers at the national level. Good teacher competency is very influential on the quality of learning and the quality of education. (2) Strategies and methods that are realized by applying Cooperative learning and active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning as well as through classroom action research. (3) The values shown by the teacher in the learning process begin with the internalization of values towards the teacher personally in order to become a good personality teacher and at the same time be realized to students through role models in order to realize good personality students. (4) Efforts made by teachers in developing professional competence by attending training, upgrading, workshops, and teacher working groups, as well as making classroom action research. So, improving the quality of education is not immune from the collaboration carried out by educators and education personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that the quality of education can be achieved.Keywords: Educator Competence, Quality, Principal AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Metode wawancara dengan pengumpulan data  sekolah  dan sebagai narasumber  adalah Kepala  Sekolah serta para pendidik  dan tenaga kependidikan dengan lama penelitian mulai Desember - Januari 2018.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kompetensi relatif baik, dimana semua guru berpredikat sarjana, memiliki perangkat pembelajaran, menerapkan pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif, sudah tersertifikasi, dan ada yang berprestasi pada tingkat nasional. Kompetensi guru yang baik sangat berpengaruh kepada kualitas pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan. (2) Strategi dan Metode yang diwujudkan dengan penerapan pembelajaran Kooperatif dan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan serta melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. (3) Nilai-nilai yang ditunjukkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran diawali dengan internalisasi nilai-nilai terhadap guru secara pribadi agar menjadi guru yang berkepribadian baik sekaligus di realisasikan kepada para siswa melalui keteladanan guna terwujud siswa berkepribadian baik pula. (4) Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi professional dengan mengikuti diklat, penataran, workshop, dan kelompok kerja guru, serta membuat penelitian tindakan kelas. Jadi, peningkatan mutu pendidikan tidak luput dari kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sehingga mutu pendidikan dapat dicapai.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pendidik, Mutu, Kepala Sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) on high school students' 21st century economic competencies with learning engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design, the study involved 358 public high school students in Bitung City selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. Results showed that AI (β = 0.364, p < 0.001) and AR (β = 0.498, p < 0.001) significantly influenced learning engagement, which in turn influenced 21st century economic competence (β = 0.654, p < 0.001). Learning engagement partially mediated the AI-competence (β = 0.238) and AR-competence (β = 0.326) relationships. The model explained 51.5% of learning engagement variance and 42.8% of 21st century economic competence variance. The findings resulted in a dual-technology competency development framework that integrates dual technology capabilities through direct and mediated pathways. Research implications emphasize the importance of differentiated learning technology implementation and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of AI-AR integration. The synergistic integration of AI and AR is proven to be a transformative catalyst in shaping students' competencies in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of e-administration transformation on learning quality, with administrative efficiency serving as a mediating variable in the context of higher education. Using a SEM-PLS approach, data were collected from 179 respondents comprising lecturers, academic administrative staff, and students through random sampling. The findings confirm that e-administration transformation significantly enhances administrative efficiency, which in turn exerts a strong positive impact on learning quality. Furthermore, administrative efficiency partially mediates the relationship between e-administration transformation and learning quality, underscoring its strategic role as a driver of digital transformation. This study contributes to the development of the digital administrative transformation framework, offering theoretical novelty by integrating administrative efficiency with pedagogical quality improvement. Practically, the findings provide valuable insights for higher education institutions to redesign administrative systems that not only improve efficiency but also directly strengthen learning quality in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study develops a collaborative governance model to strengthen the competitiveness of leading commodities in Sangihe Islands Regency in support of national food security and sovereignty. Employing a mixed-methods design, the research integrates quantitative tools (Location Quotient, IFAS–EFAS, SWOT) with qualitative approaches (interviews, focus group discussions, and participatory observation). The results identify pig farming as the foremost leading commodity, followed by native chicken and duck eggs, while cattle and broiler chickens remain in need of further development. Structural constraints include weak logistics, limited human resources, and dependence on imported feed. To overcome these challenges, the proposed model fosters multi-stakeholder collaboration involving local government, farmers, the private sector, and academia, reinforced by digital platforms, financing schemes, and quality control systems. The roadmap emphasises synergy between local wisdom (Mapalus) and digital innovation to enhance competitiveness, alleviate poverty, and bolster regional contributions to national food resilience.

Abstract

Tataaran 2 area, South Tondano sub-district, Minahasa Regency, has great potential in utilizing used cooking oil waste into valuable products such as aromatherapy candle products. However, the main obstacle in maximizing this potential is the lack of local community skills in processing used cooking oil waste. In an effort to encourage economic independence based on environmental friendliness by implementing zero waste, this article will outline the methods and steps that can be used to process used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles. Training is provided through a combination of theory and direct practice, with the active participation of local communities. Evaluation results showed that the participants' skills increased significantly in processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles. This training was also successful increase participants' awareness of the importance of preserving nature. The results of this program show that the training is community-based can be an effective strategy to support entrepreneurial growth in society by utilizing used cooking oil waste into valuable products. The recommendation is this training program. This must be continued with training programs in selling processed products using social media

Abstract

The aim of this research is so that the government's role in actualizing the PKH (Family Hope Program) program in the villages of Tinelo, Tilango, Gorontalo can be known during its implementation. With a research focus, namely coordination, data validation, and data distribution. The type of research used to discuss and process information in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the method used to collect information is by observation, interviews, and also literature review. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative analysis according to the type of research. The results obtained from the conclusion are that the role of the village government in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) has not been effective. This can be seen from the aspect that coordination has not been effective, data validity has not been effective, and aid distribution has not been effective in Tinelo Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Economic literacy and financial literacy are two very important concepts in the context of entrepreneurship education and development. In a world surrounded by abundant information, the ability to understand and manage economic and financial aspects is becoming increasingly crucial. Analysis of the impact of economic literacy and financial literacy on entrepreneurial interest needs to be explored further, considering that both can encourage individuals to take bold steps in starting their own businesses. This study aims to analyze the impact of economic literacy and financial literacy on entrepreneurial interest among economics education students. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. This approach allows researchers to collect objective data and analyze it in a systematic way. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation from 140 student respondents. The results of the study indicate that economic literacy and financial literacy have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. This finding is shows that by increasing economic and financial literacy among students, it can directly affect students' interest in entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this study can contribute to the development of a more relevant and effective educational curriculum in preparing students to face the challenges of the business world. Therefore, it is important for all stakeholders, including educators, policy makers, and the community, to work together to create an environment that supports the development of economic and financial literacy, so that the younger generation can become entrepreneurs who are able to contribute positively to the nation's economy. ABSTRAKLiterasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan adalah dua konsep yang sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Dalam dunia yang dikelilingi oleh informasi yang melimpah, kemampuan untuk memahami dan mengelola aspek-aspek ekonomi dan keuangan menjadi semakin krusial. Analisis dampak literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat berwirausaha perlu dieksplorasi lebih lanjut, mengingat bahwa keduanya dapat mendorong individu untuk mengambil langkah berani dalam memulai usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data yang objektif dan menganalisisnya dengan cara yang sistematis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi dari 140 responden mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan literasi ekonomi dan keuangan di kalangan mahasiswa, dapat secara langsung mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih relevan dan efektif dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan masyarakat, untuk bekerja sama dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan literasi ekonomi dan keuangan, sehingga generasi muda agar dapat menjadi wirausahawan yang mampu berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian bangsa.
