Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat pesat, hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintah, perusahaan swasta maupun organisasi yang lain dalam upaya menjadikan instansi atau perusahaan yang dikelolanya menjadi lebih baik. Termasuk Instansi Militer juga dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan tersebut guna meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, sehingga siap dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut, maka dibutuhkanlah personel militer yang memiliki kinerja, maupun kualitas yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam memilih prajurit terbaik yang terbaik di satuan Detasemen Domontrasi dan Latihan Akademi Militer. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Proces (AHP), kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan adalah kedisiplinan, nilai Uji Terampil Perorangan (UTP), Nilai Uji Terampil Jabatan (UTJ), Kemampuan Menembak, dan Kesemaptaan jasmani merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap prajurit. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat menyajikan hasil yang relatif kompetitif, bisa menyajikan hasil perangkingan yang dapat diajukan kepada Pimpinan Satuan di lingkungan Akademi Militer untuk dijadikan pertimbangan, dalam memutuskan prajurit yang akan dipilih untuk menjadi Prajurit terbaik.

Abstract

Pemeriharaan dan perawatan merupakan tindakan yang melekat atas berdirinya bangunan agar fungsi dan masa pakai bangunan tersebut dapat berjalan sesuai yang direncanakan. Stadion Sapta Marga Akmil telah direnovasi pada tahun 2022, sehingga memenuhi standar lintasan lari internasional. Mengingat biaya renovasi yang tidak sedikit, untuk itu perlu disusun formula pemeliharaan dan perawatan Stadion Sapta Marga Akmil dengan skala prioritas yang efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis pembahasan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) tentang optimalisasi pemeliharaan dan perawatan Stadion Sapta Marga Akmil agar dapat layak fungsi dan layak pakai serta nyaman digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasaran metode AHP guna mengoptimalisasi pemeliharaan dan perawatan Stadion Sapta Marga perlu diimplementasikan prioritas atau urutan penanganan meliputi pemeliharaan dan perawatan darurat, rutin dan periodik, sedangkan berdasarkan materi dan sasaran, optimalisasi pemeliharaan dan perawatan memprioritaskan pada aspek arsitektural, elektrikal, mekanikal, struktural dan tata ruang.

Abstract

This study examines how work stress, motivation, and job satisfaction affect Fajar TV employees in Makassar City. This study included 82 Fajar TV staff and 68 Slovin formulation employees. This study includes primary data from questionnaires given to all respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which includes descriptive analysis, data quality testing (validity and reliability tests), the classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests), and testing all hypotheses proposed in this research. This research shows that work stress, motivation, and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect employee performance. While work stress and motivation affect employee performance, job happiness dominates. Policymakers should focus on job satisfaction in terms of perceptions, abilities, organisation, and coworkers to improve Fajar TV in Makassar City. This study also found that partially work motivation does not affect performance. Therefore, stakeholders must pay attention to motivational variables that can lower employee performance, such as allowances and salaries that are not in line with employee desires but still consider the company's position.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, baik secara parsial dan simultan serta variabel mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SPNF SKB) Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan yakni Desember 2020 sampai Pebruari 2021. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif karena penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan tekhnik analisis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SPNF SKB) Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 39 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan Jensus sampling, semua populasi sebanyak 39 orang menjadi sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Sumber Daya Manusia (X1) sebesar 0,465 (46,5%), Kompensasi (X2) sebesar 0,294 (29,4%), Motivasi (X3) sebesar 0,134 (13,4%) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompensasi dan Motivasi 0,598 (59,8%). Sumber Daya Manusia memberi pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SPNF SKB) Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Mukti Tani merupakan badan usaha yang dibentuk untuk mengoptimalkan semua potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh desa Kerta Sari kecamatan Sindangbarang, Cianjur. Sistem akuntansi yang berbasis program excel yang dimiliki oleh bumdes Mukti Tani tidak mampu menyediakan laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendalami kelamahan sistem akuntansi yang dimiliki bumdes Mukti Tani, diketahui bahwa bumdes Mukti Tani membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat melihat perkembangan usaha bumdes. Aplikasi BUMDESKEU dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan kegiatan usaha bumdes Mukti Tani yang bersifat mudah dioperasikan oleh pengguna (user friendly) dan menyesuaikan dengan kegiatan usaha bumdes Mukti Tani. Aplikasi BUMDESKEU memproses semua transaksi keuangan yang terekam dalam jurnal umum dan memposting ke dalam buku besar secara sistematis dan otomatis. Hasil posting tersebut menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang cepat, tepat, mudah dipahami, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan telah memenuhi syarat standar akuntansi keuangan yang diterima umum.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. Where the symptoms will be measured using numbers. This type of research is ex post facto. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class XI. The results of the research in this thesis, there is the influence of the use of the  tik tok application on the social interaction of class XI students. This is evidenced from the table of output coefficients obtained tcount value of 3.690. With= 5%, dk=  59-2=57, the ttable value is 2,000. From these numbers, it can be seen that tcount (3,690) > ttable (2,000), as well as with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that if the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is an effect of using the tik tok application on the social interactions of class XI MAS students. Abstract

The role of communication between parents and adolescents can be seen as the efforts made by parents in monitoring and directing the development of adolescents. By creating communication that can affect the relationship between the two, both physically and psychologically. One technology, namely a smartphone, is a sophisticated tool that can penetrate information anywhere and anytime, to find out information from any angle without considering the influence that will be received by its users. Therefore, this research aims to find out how effective and efficient the role of parental communication is in monitoring smartphone users in their teens. In this study, the type of research that the authors use is qualitative research. While the approach used is descriptive analysis, which is a research method that looks at objects or conditions, systematically, factually and accurately describes the facts that have been investigated and the results can be used for the future. The dominant factor that causes the role of communication between parents and adolescents is not good, resulting in many teenagers losing direction and their growth and development being hampered due to the influence of communication technology in the form of smartphones that are continuously used without any restrictions and good directions

Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive is focused on answering research questions related to the questions of who, what, where and how an event or experience occurs until finally it is examined in depth to find patterns that emerge in these events.The result of this study is the lack of communication between the Master of Ceremony Manten Javanese and the Javanese community in Tanjung Marulak Hilir Village, which can be seen from the low level of public understanding of Javanese traditional marriages which is characterized by the lack of human resources who can carry out the task of guiding wedding processions, especially as Pranata Adicara.

Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the principal's leadership style has a significant and positive influence on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pendidikan Jaya Penggalian, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The effective contribution of this variable to teacher performance reached 71.9%, with a relative contribution of 88.9%. This shows that effective principal leadership plays a very important role in improving teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant influence, but with a smaller contribution to teacher performance, namely with an effective contribution of 9% and a relative contribution of 11.1%. Although work motivation is important, in the context of this study, its impact on teacher performance is not as great as the influence of the principal's leadership style. Simultaneously, the principal's leadership style and work motivation together explain 80.9% of the variation in teacher performance. This shows that these two variables are very determining factors in improving teacher performance, although with a clear dominance of the principal's leadership style

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of the implementation of non-cash transactions, integrity and competence simultaneously and partially on financial management performance in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government.  This research used survey research. The research was conducted in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research time was conducted from July 2021 to August 2021. The research population is all employees in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government spread across 42 Regional work unit (Satuan kerja perangkat daerah, SKPD). Determination of samples in this study by purposive sampling with the criteria of the Financial Management Officer (Pejabat Penatausaha Keuangan, PPK) and the Treasurer.  The test results showed that partially the variable application of non-cash transactions, integrity and competence had a significant positive effect on financial management performance in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government. The simultaneous variable application of non-cash transactions, integrity and competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of financial management in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government.  Variabel competence has the most dominant influence on financial management performance in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research implies that increasing knowledge, skill, and attitude of civil servant are able to enhance the efficient of financial management of local government.
