Abstract

Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Lestari a Regional-Owned Enterprise tasked with providing clean water to the com-munity of Tuban Regency, has experienced performance stagnation over the past five years (2019-2023), although overall its performance is still considered good. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and affective commitment of employees on the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. This research is a causal study aimed at exploring the influence of independent variables on dependent variables and their impact on the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Com-pany Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PLTU Asam-Asam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat antar variabel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 181 karyawan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja secara parsial memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kompensasi memiliki peran signifikan sebagai mediator dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Secara simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,4% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan pemberian kompensasi yang adil untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam industri berisiko tinggi seperti pembangkit listrik.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the relationship between investment methodology, working capital, and income in the context of recessionary uncertainty. It specifically explores the role of government regulations in advancing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 9, focusing on industrial innovation, infrastructure, and resilience. Method: The investigation employs an explanatory and scientific approach, integrating theoretical and empirical analysis to assess the interactions between investment strategies, working capital, income, and government regulations during economic downturns. Data are analyzed to evaluate the mediating effects of government regulation on these variables.  Results:  The findings indicate that investment strategies targeting critical infrastructure foster durable economic expansion, enhancing resilience during recessions. Flexible working capital management mitigates market instability risks. The results reveal that investment strategies and income significantly influence government regulation, while enterprise capital does not. Additionally, investment strategies and venture capital impact recession risks indirectly through government regulation, which also mediates the influence of income on recession risk.  Novelty: This study uniquely highlights the mediating role of government regulation in linking income and recession risk, as well as its impact on investment strategies and venture capital. By aligning these insights with SDG No. 9, it contributes to the broader understanding of how economic policies and private sector strategies can collaboratively enhance resilience during economic downturns.

Abstract

This study aims to provide additional insights into Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, and Earnings Per Share, and their impact on stock prices, which have been listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2023. The research utilizes a quantitative method as the collected data is converted into numerical form. The study uses 41 samples based on purposive sampling. Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo provides the Indonesia Stock Exchange investment gallery along with its data, and E-Views 12 software is used to process the data. In conclusion, the data used in this study does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices. However, Earnings Per Share has an impact on stock prices when considered separately. This study is limited by its focus on only three financial indicators and a three-year period from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, it highlights that other factors, beyond the scope of the variables studied, may influence stock prices. Future research should explore additional variables, such as macroeconomic factors and industry-specific elements, to provide a more comprehensive understanding. The insights from this study emphasize the importance of EPS in stock price evaluations, particularly for investors focusing on profitability indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas dan frekuensi pelatihan simulasi terhadap kesiapan teknis dan mental karyawan di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU), dengan efisiensi waktu penanganan gangguan sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas dan frekuensi pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan teknis dan mental karyawan. Efisiensi waktu dalam menangani gangguan terbukti memperkuat hubungan antara pelatihan dan kesiapan karyawan. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkualitas dan terjadwal untuk meningkatkan kompetensi serta kesiapan mental dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi industri pembangkitan listrik untuk mengoptimalkan pelatihan guna meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), dan Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor produk rumah tangga yang tidak tahan lama di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2023. Dengan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 8 sampel untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROA dan DAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa investor lebih mempertimbangkan likuiditas dibandingkan profitabilitas atau Leverage dalam menentukan nilai saham. Selain itu, sentimen pasar dan isu geopolitik juga dapat mempengaruhi harga saham. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi investor untuk lebih memperhatikan likuiditas, serta bagi perusahaan untuk menjaga stabilitas keuangan guna meningkatkan daya tarik saham di pasar modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh likuiditas, risiko bisnis, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2023. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Dimana data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan (annual report). Data yang terkumpul akan diolah menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan, variabel risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan, pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari variabel profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2019-2023. variabel pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2019-2023.

Abstract

Perang dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan Tiongkok yang memuncak pada tahun 2025 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pasar keuangan global, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga emas dunia (XAUUSD), harga minyak dunia (XTIUSD), dan Indeks Dow Jones (DJIA) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Indonesia selama periode tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data harian selama Februari hingga Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga emas dunia dan Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan harga minyak dunia berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi ketidakpastian global seperti perang dagang, aset safe haven dan indeks saham utama dunia memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan arah pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor dan pengambil kebijakan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal dalam strategi investasi dan pengelolaan risiko.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in determining the success of an organization, especially in the energy sector which has high demands for efficiency and innovation. In the context of PT. PLN Indonesia Power Generating Business Unit Asam-Asam Kalimantan, employee performance is an important element to ensure operational reliability and support national energy needs. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of human resource quality, discipline, and motivation on employee performance in this business unit. The study was conducted using a quantitative method with a questionnaire-based survey compiled on a Likert scale that will be distributed or shared with respondents. The study population was 181 people covering all employees, while the sample in this study included all employees of PT. PLN Indonesia Power Generating Business Unit Asam-Asam Kalimantan with data analysis carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that human resource quality has a significant effect through relevant competencies to support strategic goals. Work discipline creates order and efficiency, while motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, is the main driver of employee productivity and engagement. The integration of these three factors significantly improves employee performance. However, a balance is needed, because excessive emphasis on discipline can hinder creativity. A holistic management approach is recommended to achieve optimal performance and organizational sustainability.

Abstract

Training, certification, and education play a crucial role in improving employee performance at the Asam-Asam Power Plant (PLTU Asam-Asam), as these three aspects enhance the competencies, skills, and knowledge required to address the company's operational challenges. The study aims to determine the influence of training, certification, and education on improving employee performance at PLTU Asam-Asam. This research employs a quantitative method with a hypothesis testing design to examine the causal relationship between the variables of Training, Certification, Education, and Employee Performance at PLTU Asam-Asam. It uses saturated sampling techniques and data analysis through SEM-PLS to test the validity, reliability, and influence among variables. The analysis shows that training has the highest influence, with a beta coefficient of 0.396 and a t-statistic value of 4.588, followed by certification with a beta coefficient of 0.240 and a t-statistic value of 2.482, and education with a beta coefficient of 0.233 and a t-statistic value of 2.543. These human resource development programs are deemed effective, with respondents' average perceptions of the training, certification, and education variables at 4.47, 4.46, and 4.48, respectively, on a Likert scale. The study also notes that the model's Goodness of Fit value of 0.583 indicates a good model fit, while the Q² predictive relevance value of 0.466 demonstrates the model's predictive capability in explaining the influence of independent variables on employee performance.
