Abstract

Employee turnover remains a significant concern in the competitive retail market, necessitating a thorough examination of its underlying causes. The present research explores how polychronic orientation and distributive justice affects turnover intention, with job satisfaction as mediators. Data from 100 frontline retail personnel were analyzed using a quantitative methodology, and correlations were assessed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The findings from studies demonstrate that polychronic orientation markedly enhances distributive justice and turnover intention. Yet, its positive effect on job satisfaction lacks statistical significance. Distributive justice has a little impact on job satisfaction but exerts a significant influence on turnover intention. Job satisfaction significantly and positively affects turnover intention. Mediation analysis reveals that job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationships between distributive justice and turnover intention, nor between polychronic orientation and turnover intention. From a Person-Job Fit perspective, his suggests that alignment between individual preferences and job characteristics alone may not reduce turnover intention without supportive organizational conditions. Mediation analysis reveals that job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationships between distributive justice and turnover intention nor between polychronic orientation and turnover intention, underscoring the complex interplay of fairness perceptions and individual-job fit in shaping turnover. These findings emphasize the need for organizations to consider both individual traits and justice perceptions within their structural and cultural frameworks to effectively manage employee retention.

Abstract

Since December 2019, the world has been shocked by the Covid-19 virus which can be transmitted through small droplets that come out when sneezing from the nose or mouth of people who are infected with the virus. To break the chain of spreading this virus, the government enforces a rule that all activities are carried out from home, including learning activities. Through community service activities carried out by this author, it aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning mentoring education for parents whose children are following the online learning process from home, so as to reduce the difficulties of parents when accompanying their children to learn from home. The target partners of this service are several communities whose children study online at home in the Candi Baru neighborhood, Gianyar. The method used in this study is the PAR research method, which is a method that emphasizes the participation and collaboration of various parties in managing a research. This research shows that the provision of online learning mentoring education can increase parents' knowledge and understanding of online learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information in recent years has made the internet a communication tool that is widely used. This phenomenon can be utilized to build digital branding today on social media. The public's enormous enthusiasm for the internet and technology can be used to attract people or audiences related to Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), especially KADIN Bali, so creative and insightful branding is needed. KADIN has a very big impact on business actors, especially MSMEs. However, not many MSMEs know what KADIN is, especially the Balinese people, so digital branding is needed. To be able to create optimal digital branding requires knowledge and understanding of KADIN Bali employees regarding creating social media content through Canva as a means of promotion and communication, as well as optimizing KADIN BALI social media by providing direct education to KADIN Bali employees regarding the stages of content creation through Canva and the utilization of Bali Chamber of Commerce and Industry social media to build company digital branding to make it more attractive, creative, and educate the public. The method used consists of three stages: introduction, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activities had a positive impact, as KADIN Bali employees were able to increase their knowledge and abilities in creating content and using social media.

Abstract

General elections are a process in which citizens freely express their aspirations by choosing potential leaders for the progress of the country. One of the successes of the election is the existence of KPPS officers. Many problems related to KPPS are faced in the field. KPPS is the very tip of the ad hoc body which always attracts attention every election. These problems involve limitations in understanding regulations, technical implementation of voting, and counting votes from the Chairman and Members of KPPS. In this activity, 3 stages are followed, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The first planning stage is carried out by interviews and providing solutions by conducting outreach through BIMTEKs. Next, provide an evaluation by giving a pre-test and post-test to determine the understanding of KPPS officers. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of KPPS Officers regarding their duties and obligations as KPPS Officers so that mistakes that occurred in the previous General Election no longer occur. The benefit of implementing socialization through BIMTEK is to improve the quality of holding general elections in Renon Village. The results of the socialization through BIMTEK show that there has been an increase, which was initially 37% after taking part in the socialization through BIMTEK, increasing to 95%.

Abstract

Purpose: This Community Service activity aims to expand the marketing scope of the MSME keripik tempe "Crackels" by providing materials on the importance of utilizing digital marketing and Instagram as a platform for business product promotion. Method: The activity was conducted using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving several stages such as planning, implementation, and evaluation. Practical Applications: The practical application of this activity included the direct implementation of digital marketing strategies by MSME actors, such as creating and managing Instagram accounts for product marketing. The MSME participants learned how to create engaging content and follow trends to increase the appeal of their products, resulting in a significant increase in followers and sales. Additionally, they utilized other applications like WhatsApp to support promotions, making marketing efforts more effective and efficient. Conclusion: This community program successfully increased the number of followers and sales for the MSME keripik tempe "Crackels" beyond the Renon area. For sustainability, additional activities such as creative content training, advanced digital marketing strategies, and regular evaluations are needed to help MSMEs effectively utilize digital technology and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Melemahnya ekonomi karena adanya pandemi COVID-19 dapat berdampak langsung terhadap UMKM Roti yang ada di Desa Padangsambian, Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Hal tersebut menyebabkan permintaan dan pendapatan berkurang. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan terkait dengan penggunaan dan pembuatan akun digital marketingsebagai alat untuk memasarkan produk UKM Roti di Desa Padangsambian. Edukasi yang diberikan berupa pelatihan mengenai cara memasarkan produk di media social, e-commerce, dan website dengan tepat dan benar. Program lain yang diberikan yaitu dengan asistensi pembuatan akun e-commerce dan digital marketingyang lainnya yang akan digunakan untuk promosi.Platform yang dipilih yaitu media yang memiliki jejaring pengguna besar di Indonesia, yaitu Facebook, Intagram, dan Shopee Food. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah  terbentuknya akun digital marketingseperti Facebook, Instagram, dan juga Shopee Food yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan hasil produksi dari UMKM Roti sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan hasil produksi, hasil pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi UMKM Roti untuk mempertahankan usahanya di tengah pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Sebagai tindak lanjut, diharapkan pemerintah desa setempat bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten marketing, sehingga akun yang telah dibuat dapat dimaksimalkan untuk memasarkan produk UKM Roti.

Abstract

Perkembangan keilmuan di bidang teknologi secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi operasional perusahaan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kearsipan. Dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, arsip merupakan  sumber informasi yang sangat penting. Namun tidak semua perusahaan dapat mengelola arsip secara digital dengan baik. Salah satu perusahaan yang belum mengelola arsip secara digital adalah KADIN Bali. Saat ini proses pengarsipan di bagian administrasi KADIN Bali masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan ordner dan box arsip. Berkas surat masuk dan keluar dijadikan satu, sehingga sulit untuk mencari jika dibutuhkan kembali untuk mencari informasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan lebih kepada staff administrasi KADIN Bali mengenai konsep arsip digital dan tentang cara mengelola arsip digital yang baik dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi google drive dan spreadsheet. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan edukasi pengarsipan digital, pelatihan pengarsipan digital, monitoringkegiatan arsip digital, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini ialah staff administrasi KADIN Bali telah memahami cara pengarsipan dokumen dengan menggunakan teknologi digital yaitu menggunakan google drive dan spreadsheet dan mampu mengelola arsip KADIN Bali secara digital dengan baik.

Abstract

Pembentukan tata kelola BUMDes yang baik merupakan upaya strategis yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengoptimalisasi peran organisasi kepariwisataan dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Desa Apuan sebagai salah satu  desa yang baru merintis desa wisata memerlukan dukungan tata kelola BUMdes yang berorientasi pada penguatan organisasi kepariwisataan. Meski demikian, keberadaan organisasi kepariwisataan di Desa Apuan masih menghadapi tantangan terkait tata kelola BUMDes belum terdefinisi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, masalah ini akan diselesaikan melalui kegiatan pengabdian dengan melakukan kegiatan edukasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengelola BUMDes mengenai tata kelola BUMDes yang baik. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi, pembelajaran langsung dan evaluasi wawancara kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kegiatan edukasi yang dilaksanakan mampu menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta mengenai tata kelola yang baik pada BUMDes. Antusiasnya peserta selama proses edukasi menunjukkan adanya minat yang besar dapat memperbaiki tata kelola BUMDes. Dengan adanya perubahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman akan tata kelola BUMDes yang baik, diharapkan dapat berimplikasi pada penguatan oranganisasi kepariwisataan untuk mengelola desa wisata yang sedang dikembangkan di Desa Apuan.

Abstract

Saat ini Desa Penebel merupakan salah satu desa yang fokus dalam pembangunan desa yang berbasis ekologi. Desa penebel berperan aktif untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan rumah tangga, salah satunya dengan membentuk Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). KWT Desa Penebel dibentuk sebagai salah satu organisasi yang berletak di Desa Penebel yang tujuannya adalah untuk mengelola hasil pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk pembentukan jariangan distribusi hasil pertanian dan pendampingan yang mendukung usaha pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi kegiatan eksisting, hasil distribusi hasil pertanian yang paling memungkinan adalah saluran distribusi yang berasal dari produsen hingga pengecer. Kegiatan pendistribusian produk tanaman hidroponik juga dibangun melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan pembuatan logo dan packaging produk dari hasil greenhouse.

Abstract

Guwang Village is known for its handicrafts, one of many handicrafts is ceramic crafts. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic and marketing strategies that are still conventional has led to a decline in the industrial sector making it increasingly difficult for people who have a business to sell their products, causing income by the business owner to decrease. The application of digital marketing strategies through social media can be the main choice for SME owners to do marketing. Lack of knowledge about digital marketing makes the products offered still not well known by the public. The solution that will be given is to development of knowledge and digital marketing assistance by utilizing social media as a forum for doing digital marketing. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The purpose of this activity is that the author wants to help SMEs in Guwang Village ceramics to strengthen MSME resilience through the application and assistance of digital marketing strategies. The activities that have been carried out have been able to increase the ability of ceramic handicraft MSME using digital marketing. By utilizing digital marketing as a medium for marketing, the product can be better known by many people and bigger to expand the market
