Abstract

Postpartum Sectio Caesare mothers feel discomfort in the form of pain due to the loss of the anesthetic effect. Previous studies have shown moderate pain at the highest score of 35 and the lowest score of 15% in the distribution of mild pain scales. Measures to deal with pain can be done with non- pharmacological measures, one of which is murottal therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Al-Mulk murottal therapy on post partum pain of Sectio Caesaria at Siaga Medika Purbalingga General Hospital. This study used a quasi-pre-experimental method with a non-randomized study design using a control group and using a pre- and post-treatment test, namely a design involving two treatment groups and a comparison group. The population in this study were post partum SC mothers in the Mother and Child Room at Siaga Medika General Hospital, Purbalingga. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The sample size to be used in this study was 56 respondents divided into 28 experimental groups and 28 control groups. There is an effect of Al Mulk murotal therapy on reducing pain before and after post partum Sectio Caesarea patients at Siaga Medika Purbalingga General Hospital in the control group with a p value of 0.025 (p <0.05) and experiments with a p value of 0.002 (p <0 , 05) Keywords: Murotal al Mulk, Post sectio caesarea pain, Postpartum

Abstract

Japan is faced with problems related to population growth. As a result As a result, the population structure in Japan shows the condition of an aging society with another name Koreika Shakai This study is intended to understand the description of the level of independence in fulfilling daily activities in the elderly at Roujin Home Shikina Saefuen, Okinawa Japan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The instrument used in this study was the Barthel index (validity value r > 0.4438 and reliability value 0.884). The results showed that the elderly were more than 90 years old, the elderly were female, and most of them were mildly dependent. It can be concluded that the elderly at Roujin Home Seifuen Shikina are very old, dominated by women, most of whom need partial assistance in fulfilling Activity Daily Living (ADL).

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is an infection that attacks white blood cells and weakens the body's immune system. Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms due to the weakening of the body's immune system due to HIV. The behavior of pregnant women who are willing to carry out HIV testing is influenced by the attitude of pregnant women, where there is an attitude of support for carrying out HIV testing by the pregnant women themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes and behavior of pregnant women regarding HIV/AIDS testing at the South Purwokerto Health Center. Correlation study research design and cross-sectional time approach. The sample in this study were pregnant women who carried out examinations at the South Purwokerto Health Center, namely as many as 64 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was determined by chi-square test. The results showed that 39 respondents (60.9%) had a good attitude towards pregnant women. The behavior of the mother through HIV/AIDS examination was 43 respondents (67.2%). Based on the chi-square statistical test, it was found that it was 0.000<0.05, which means that there is a correlation between the attitudes of pregnant women and behavior regarding HIV/AIDS testing.

Abstract

Cancer is the second biggest cause of death in women is cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is closely related to pain and anxiety, symptoms and effects of cervical cancer treatment are the main factors that affect anxiety, decreased physical condition, quality of life and relationships with family. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics associated with anxiety in cervical cancer patients who followed the chemotherapy program. The research method used is quantitative with analytical descriptive research design. The study was conducted using a cross sectional approach, the population in this study was 37 patients. This study used the instrument of Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale-14 (DASS14) and used the Chi-Square Test. The results of the study showed that the anxiety level of chemotherapy patients at Dadi Keluarga Hospital was in severe anxiety, there was no relationship between age, education level, and income on the anxiety of chemotherapy patients at Dadi Keluarga Hospital, Purwokerto

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk lanjut usia menyebabkan semakin banyaknya permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami lansia akibat kurangnya aktivitas fisik, seperti gangguan kualitas tidur.. Seiring bertambahnya usia lansia akan menyebabkan berbagai perubahan pada penurunan fungsi fisik, fisiologis, dan psikologis tubuh, perubahan tersebut dapat memengaruhi aktivitas fisik sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas tidur pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di Desa Pekuncen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling sebanyak 100 orang lansia. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Physical Activities Scale for Erderly (PASE) dan Kuesioner Kualitas Tidur (KKT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas tidur sebagian besar dalam kategori buruk sebanyak 85 lansia (85,0%), aktivitas fisik dalam kategori buruk sebanyak 77 lansia (77,0%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank diperoleh hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur dengan p value 0,000 dengan nilai coefficient correlation sebesar 0,571. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di Desa Pekuncen.

Abstract

Abstrak:Menopause merupakan berhentinya masa kesuburan dan masa reproduksi wanita yang ditandai dengan berhentinya masa menstruasi atau siklus bulanan seiring bertambahnya usia dan penurunan hormon.  Selama masa transisi ini, ovarium mulai melemah sehingga tingkat gairah seksual semakin menurun secara alami dari hormon esterogen dan progesteron. Tanda dan gejala menopause seperti perubahan penampilan fisik, ketidakteraturan siklus haid, kekeringan liang senggama (vagina), perubahan kulit, perubahan payudara, perubahan – perubahan seksual, perubahan emosi, daya ingat menurun dan mudah tersinggung. Media yang paling diminati yaitu buku saku dan leaflet. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan masih terdapat ibu yang belum tahu tentang menopause. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan 5 ibu didapatkan data bahwa 80% ibu memberikan mengalami keletihan dan kecemasan yang berujung pada gangguan tidur, perubahan mood dan rasa sering berdebar-debar. Maka perlu diberikan pemberian informasi melalui pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai menopause. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 21 Juli 2023 dengan dihadiri 13 ibu-ibu Dasawisma Perumahan Tegalsari Kembaran. Dari hasil T test (p-value) 0,001 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan yang signifikan antara sebalum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause.   Abstract:Menopause is the cessation of a woman's fertility and reproductive period which is marked by the cessation of the menstrual period or monthly cycle as she ages and hormones decline. During this transition period, the ovaries begin to weaken so that the level of sexual desire naturally decreases from the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Signs and symptoms of menopause include changes in physical appearance, irregular menstrual cycles, vaginal dryness, skin changes, breast changes, sexual changes, emotional changes, decreased memory and easy seizures. There are various kinds of outreach media such as television, graphic videos, and print media. The most popular media are pocket books and leaflets. Based on observations made, there are still mothers who do not know about menopause. Based on the results of interviews with 5 mothers, data was obtained that 80% of mothers experienced fatigue and anxiety which led to sleep disturbances, changes in mood and frequent feelings of palpitations. So it is necessary to provide information through health education methods to increase mothers' knowledge about menopause. The activity was held on Saturday, July 21 2023 at the Tegalsari Kembaran Housing complex, attended by 13 mothers. From the results of the T test (p-value) 0.001, which means there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge between before and after providing health education about menopause.

Abstract

Hypertension poses a global health challenge and significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, kidney problems, and other related conditions. The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between parity and the age of pregnant mothers with the occurrence of hypertension at the Bojongsari Community Health Center in Purbalingga Regency in the year 2022. The research method employed a retrospective approach with total sampling. The results of the statistical tests indicate no significant relationship between parity and the age of pregnant mothers with the occurrence of hypertension at the Bojongsari Community Health Center in Purbalingga Regency in 2022, with non-significant p-values (p > 0.05) for parity (p-value = 0.142) and age variable (p-value = 0.832). In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between parity and the age of pregnant mothers with the occurrence of hypertension during pregnancy at the Bojongsari Community Health Center in Purbalingga Regency in 2022. It is recommended that healthcare professionals, especially midwives, provide health education on hypertension during pregnancy and ensure regular antenatal care examinations to detect potential complications early in both the mother and the fetus.

Abstract

Knowledge in undergoing chemotherapy affects behavior in carrying out the chemotherapy treatment process. Behavior in chemotherapy can be known through the extent to which the patient agrees with the medical advice given in terms of the behavior of carrying out therapy, changing lifestyle, and complying with the medical consultation schedule. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of overcoming chemotherapy side effects in breast cancer patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The research method used in this study was correlation with cross sectional design. The population of all respondents who underwent chemotherapy was 62 patients according to the inclusion criteria. Sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using spearman rank. This research instrument uses a questionnaire of knowledge and behavior to overcome the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge mostly had a good category as many as 36 respondents (58.1%). Behavior mostly has a good category as many as 42 respondents (67.7%). Based on statistical test, the value of P value = 0.980 (P > 0.05) with correlation coefficient 0.003. The conclusion is that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of overcoming chemotherapy side effects in breast cancer patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.

Abstract

Anak sekolah termasuk kelompok rentan gizi sehingga memerlukan pemenuhan zat-zat gizi karena dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan otaknya. Hal ini berkaitan dengan proses belajar dan pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal terlebih pada remaja putri sekolah menengah pertama yang memiliki berbagai perkembangan dalam kecerdasan yang akan timbul berbedanya minat dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Status Gizi Dengan Prestasi Belajar pada Siswi di SMP NU Al-itqon Pangandaran, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023 di SMP NU Al-itqon Pangandaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah remaja putri SMP NU Al-Itqon Pangandaran, sebanyak 67 remaja putri. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil dari uji spearman rank terdapat nilai (P<0.092) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan prestasi belajar siswi SMP NU Al-Itqon Pangandaran dan memiliki keeratan rendah dengan koefisien korelasi 0,208. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan variabel lain di SMP NU Al-Itqon Pangandaran.

Abstract

Hypertension is defined as elevated blood pressure. It affects the arteries, which are responsible for transporting blood from the heart to other regions of the body. Hypertensive gymnastics is a sport that has been demonstrated to enhance blood flow and oxygen delivery to active muscles and bones, including the heart. This study examined the impact of hypertensive exercises on blood pressure in patients with hypertension prolanis at UPTD Puskesmas Bobotsari. The research design is a one-group pre-test/post-test design with a quasi-experimental approach. The study population consisted of 227 patients diagnosed with hypertension prolanis at UPTD Puskesmas Bobotsari between January and April 2024. A total of 34 respondents were selected using the consecutive sampling technique. This research instrument employs an observation sheet. Bivariate analysis is conducted using a Wilcoxon test. The results of the Wilcoxon test demonstrated a p-value of 0.000, indicating a p-value less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of hypertension gymnastics on blood pressure in hypertension prolanis patients at UPTD Puskesmas Bobotsari.
