Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi laboratorium virtual dapat memberikan pengalaman praktikum yang mendukung peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Akan tetapi, diperlukan panduan berupa E-LKPD agar eksperimen lebih terarah dan efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis guided discovery dengan memanfaatkan OLabs pada submateri fotosintesis untuk melatih keterampilan proses sains siswa serta mengetahui kelayakannya berdasarkan validasi ahli, uji coba perorangan pada guru, dan uji coba kelompok kecil pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE, yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, dan pengembangan sampai subtahap evaluasi formatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Mei 2024–Mei 2025 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMAN 1 Cikeusal. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan skor 92% (sangat layak), sedangkan validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 95% (sangat layak), dengan uji reliabilitas memperoleh percentage agreement (PA) sebesar 93% (reliabel). Adapun hasil uji coba perorangan pada guru memperoleh skor 85% (sangat layak), sementara uji coba kelompok kecil pada siswa kelas XII IPA memperoleh skor 80% (layak). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, E-LKPD berbasis guided discovery yang memanfaatkan OLabs termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap implementasi sebagai bahan ajar untuk memahami konsep fotosintesis dan melatih keterampilan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in human life. Independent curriculum is present as a response to the tight competition for Human Resources, one of the goals of learning is to equip students with creative thinking skills. The PjBL model is a learning model that can bring out student creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of using project-based learning (PjBL) models on strengthening the Pancasila Profile in State Senior High School Students. This research method is a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research design used is Nonequivalent with a random sampling technique of 76 students selected as the experimental group and the control group. There were 7 test questions distributed, 20 student response questionnaires used, and 13 observation sheets used. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis. In testing this hypothesis, the technique used is the Sample T-test technique. The results of the study indicate that the use of the PjBL model can improve students' creative thinking skills. There is a difference in gain values ​​between the experimental and control classes. The gain value of the experimental class is higher than the gain value of the control class, so this study can conclude that the PjBL model has a significant effect on students' creative thinking skills. This study emphasizes the focus of PjBL and other meaningful tasks, namely by providing opportunities for students to work independently in constructing knowledge to create products as part of the realization of the Pancasila profile competency.

Abstract

According to PISA data, Indonesian students' literacy and numeracy skills rank 73rd and 74th out of 79 countries, respectively. This indicates a low level of literacy and numeracy among students in Indonesia. Therefore, innovative approaches in education are needed to enhance these skills. One such approach is fostering a school culture of literacy and numeracy, as implemented at one of the senior high schools in Pandeglang. This study aims to analyze the literacy and numeracy skills of Pandeglang 10th High School students. The research employs an ex post facto method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through literacy and numeracy tests administered to 10th-grade students. The analysis reveals that students' literacy skills are relatively good, while their numeracy skills tend to be low. Nevertheless, there has been a significant improvement in both aspects, with steady monthly progress in literacy and numeracy skills. Thus, sustaining literacy and numeracy activities as a school culture is crucial to achieving better outcomes.

Abstract

Statistika inferensial ialah cabang statistika yang fokus pada kesimpulan atau hasil yang dapat ditarik dari data yang ada. Adapun software yang digunakan dalam mengelola data statistik salah satunya yaitu SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui normalitas, homogenitas, pengaruh dari data yang telah diperoleh terkait pengaruh jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi terhadap BMI mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi kelas 5C. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Setelah data terkumpul, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Dimana analisis data dilakukan dengan Uji Normalitas dengan metode Shapiro-Wilk, Uji Homogenitas, serta melakukan Uji T-test. Pada uji normalitas, data jenis makanan diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,129 menunjukkan data tersebut terdistribusi normal dan data BMI sebesar 0,011 menunjukkan  data tersebut terdistibusi tidak normal. Hasil uji homogenitas pada data jenis makanan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,814 yang menandakan bahwa data tersebut terdistribusi homogen. Dan hasil dari uji T test nilai signifikasi diperoleh sebesar 0,001, dengan demikian data tersebut memiliki perbedaaan, hal tersebut bahwa data tersebut memiliki pengaruh. Dapat disimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi dengan BMI mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi kelas 5C.

Abstract

Literasi digital adalah keterampilan dalam menulis, membaca, dan mengolah berbagai teks atau objek digital yang terdapat di lingkungan digital. Budaya literasi, terutama minat baca, memiliki peran krusial dalam kehidupan karena ilmu pengetahuan pada dasarnya dihasilkan melalui kegiatan membaca dan menulis. Sementara itu, minat baca merupakan aspek penting dalam pengembangan wawasan akademik mahasiswa. Dengan adanya pemahaman dan pengalaman terkait literasi digital dan minat baca, para mahasiswa dapat memiliki gagasan yang berguna dan bermanfaat untuk dijadikan sebuah karya tulis. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui Google formulir dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 28 orang responden mahasiswa semester 5 angkatan 2021 dari kelas C jurusan Pendidikan Biologi di salah satu PTN di Banten, Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan pengalaman literasi digital dan minat baca mahasiswa pada kriteria yang baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat intrinsic cognitive load (ICL) mahasiswa calon guru biologi dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran digital serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ICL tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa calon guru biologi yang sedang menyusun skripsi berbasis pengembangan media. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata ICL mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang (M = 2,93; SD = 0,42). Faktor utama yang memengaruhi ICL meliputi kompleksitas materi metodologi penelitian, keterampilan teknis penggunaan perangkat lunak pengembangan media, serta integrasi teori pembelajaran dengan aspek teknis desain media. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi dosen pembimbing untuk memberikan scaffolding, pelatihan teknis, serta panduan terstruktur guna menekan beban kognitif berlebih pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

The use of plants by local communities as ingredients for daily needs such as medicine, art, cosmetics and others is known as ethnobotany. In the context of cosmetics, ethnobotany is concerned with the use of plants in the formulation of natural beauty and skin care products. This research aimed to examine the use of plants as cosmetic ingredients by the Baduy people, an ethnic group in the Banten Province of Indonesia, which is famous for its local wisdom and strong traditions. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and literature study. Key informants were selected using purposive sampling and selected traditional leaders (pu’un), the inner Baduy community, the outer Baduy community, and elders in the Baduy tribe. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research succeeded in identifying 22 species of plants used for body care activities such as body scrubs, facial masks, eye moisturizers, teeth cleaners, powder, lip color, perfume, soap, shampoo and hair oil. Knowledge and habits regarding the use of this plant have been passed down from generation to generation to maintain healthy skin, teeth, eyes and hair. The implementation of this research is used as a recommendation as content in Biology learning, especially in the project to strengthen the Pancasila students Profile through the preparation of teaching modules with a culturally responsive teaching (CRT) approach as an effort to preserve traditional knowledge, promote sustainability in the use of natural resources, and develop potential environmentally friendly cosmetic products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes in the endocrine system material at La Tansa High School. This study uses a quantitative approach. The instruments used in data collection were questionnaires and test questions. This research was conducted from 17 to 25 June 2023 using random sampling techniques. The number of samples in this research was 34 students. The self-efficacy and learning motivation questionnaire consisted of 28 questions, and the student learning outcomes test questions consisted of 25 questions. The results of data analysis of the variable analysis of self-efficacy, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient value of R_hit 0.585 t_table 0.3291 and a significant value of 0.002 with a significance level of 0.05 has a moderate correlation. This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. The determination test results obtained were 34.2%. This research shows that "There is a positive relationship between Self-Efficacy and Learning Motivation with Student Learning Outcomes on Endocrine System Material at La Tansa High School."
