Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green product, green perceived value, and environment knowledge on green purchase intention in Cleo Eco Green bottled water products in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires involving 100 respondents in the city of Bandar Lampung. The results of the analysis showed that Green products have no significant effect on Green Purchase Intention, with a p-value of 0.600. The Green Perceived Value also had no significant effect, with a p-value of 0.070. However, Environment Knowledge was shown to have a positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Intention, with a p-value of 0.033. These findings indicate that although consumer awareness of green products is still low, good environmental knowledge can increase the purchase intention of green products. In the perspective of Islamic economics, these three variables are interconnected and can increase consumer awareness to consider the social and environmental impact of their choices.

Abstract

Kebijakan baru dari pemerintah bahwasannya pengisian BBM Subsidi harus menggunakan barcode agar pengisian lebih efektif dan efisien, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara perceived easy of use, user experience, dan costumer confidance terhadap costumer loyality pada pengisian BBM subsidi pada pertamina coco retail Bandar lampung. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah populasi yang belum diketahui. Dengan sampel yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus lemeshow sebanyak 97 sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS4. Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0.336, t-statistik sebesar 2.864, dan nilai p value sebesar 0.004. User Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0.376, t-statistik sebesar 2.857, dan p-value sebesar 0.005. Customer Confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0.231, t-statistik sebesar 2.504, dan p-value sebesar 0.012. hasil Uji F (simultan) yang disajikan pada Tabel 5, diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 75.341 dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000. Karena nilai p < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi secara simultan signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan sistem, pengalaman positif pengguna, serta kepercayaan konsumen berperan penting dalam membentuk loyalitas terhadap penggunaan sistem pengisian BBM subsidi berbasis QR Code, serta selaras dengan prinsip bisnis Islam yang menekankan kejujuran, amanah, dan transparansi.

Abstract

Performance is an individual thing, because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of ability, effort and opportunities obtained. Performance is the result or output of a process. Then every employee can complete all workloads effectively and efficiently so that problems that occur in the organization can be resolved properly. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 49 employees.Meanwhile, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 25. The independent variables in this research were the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline and employee performance as the dependent variables. The research results based on the t- test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The research results based on the F test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of statistical testing show that there is an influence on the quality of the management accounting information system and employee work discipline from an Islamic economic perspective (study at the North Lampung Cooperatives, UMKM and Industrial Service).

Abstract

Abstract The ease of shopping online on the Shopee application creates a purchasing decision for consumers. Consumer purchasing decisions are the process of selecting one of several possible problem solutions with real follow-up. Therefore, many factors influence online purchasing decisions, including: trust, ease of transactions, low costs, quality of goods, quality of information, thus causing consumers to Those who know this are reluctant to shop at Shopee. With the Online Customer Rating feature, Cash On Delivery Payment System, and Online Customer Review, it is hoped that this can influence purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The nature of this research is associative quantitative, namely research that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The sample in this research was 100 people with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results were then processed using SPSS version 64. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Online Customer Reviews partially have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Online Customer Rating partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Cash On Delivery (COD) services partially have a positive but not significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, then the results show that Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings and Cash On Delivery Services simultaneously or together have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. In the Islamic economic perspective, it is also taught that every human being must fulfill their needs fairly so that life runs smoothly, but if fulfilling needs is carried out excessively it will result in risks and effects that are not good for humans themselves. Keywords: Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, Cash On Delivery (COD) Service, Purchase Decision Abstrak Mudahnya berbelanja online pada aplikasi Shopee menimbulkan suatu keputusan pembelian pada konsumen. Keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah proses pemilihan salah satu dari beberapa kemungkinan pemecahan masalah dengan tindak lanjut yang nyata Oleh karena itu banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara online diantaranya: kepercayaan, kemudahan transasksi, biaya yang murah, kualitas jenis barang, kualitas informasi, sehingga menyebabkan konsumen yang mengetahui itu enggan untuk berbelanja di Shopee. Dengan fitur Online Customer Rating, Sistem Pembayaran Cash On Delivery, dan Online Customer Review harapannya dapat berpengaruh dalam Keputusan Pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun sifat dari penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, sampel yang dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu purposive sampling Yang kemudian hasilnya di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 64. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Online Customer Review secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Online Customer Rating secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Layanan Cash On Delivery (COD) secara parsial berngaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kemudian hasil menunjukan bahwa Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Layanan Cash On Delivery secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam juga sudah diajarkan bahwa setiap umat manusia harus memenuhi kebutuhannya secara wajar agar hidup berjalan dengan lancar, namun apabila pemenuhan kebutuhan dilakukan secara berlebihan maka akan menimpulkan resiko dan efek yang tidak baik bagi manusia itu sendiri. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki pengamatan mengenai penerapan green economy dalam pengelolaan lokasi objek pariwisata yang berada di daerah Sumber Agung, yaitu objek wisata Lengkung Langit 2. Dimana dalam penerapannya akan berpengaruh pada kondisi lingkungan,tingkat kunjungan wisatawan, kenyamanan wisatawan,dan perekonimian masyarakat yang terpengaruh. Mengkaji kemampuan pelaksanaan ekonomi hijau dalam menghasilkan kawasan industri ekspedisi dengan tujuan akhir buat menunjang pergantian kondisi yang ramah lingkungan, Menguak elemen-elemen yang bisa terjalin kala melakukan ekonomi hijau dalam kenaikan kawasan industri ekspedisi dengan tujuan akhir buat memajukan pergantian yang ramah lingkungan. Menarangkan keterkaitan gagasan melaksanakan ekonomi hijau dengan gagasan permasalahan keuangan syariah yang berlandaskan Al-Quran serta Hadits.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lokasi pariwisata Lengkung Langit 2 telah menerapkan beberapa prinsip green economy dalam pengelolaan objek wisata yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan bewawasan lingkungan dengan faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat didalamnya. Dalam prespektif ekonomi islam penerapannya pun telah sesuai dengan orientasi pembangunan dalam islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai infrastruktur, investasi dan tenaga kerja di Pulau Sumatera menggunakan 10 Provinsi yang mengalami fluktuatif sejak 5 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 yang mempengaruhi terjadinya fluktuatif pula pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sumatera. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah infrastruktur, investasi dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap infrastruktur, investasi dan tenaga kerja tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 tahun sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2023 menggunakan 10 Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. Sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu menggunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel mengenai infrastruktur, investasi, tenaga kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sumatera menggunakan 10 Provinsi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel infrastruktur, investasi, tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sumatera menggunakan 10 Provinsi tahun 2019- 2023. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ada di Pulau Sumatera, seharusnya dapat dikelola dengan baik oleh masyarakat dan perlu adanya dukungan dari Pemerintah untuk mengembangkannya, kegiatan yang produktif ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan di suatu daerah.

Abstract

In ten Indonesian provinces with the highest rates of poverty between 2015 and 2024, this study looked at the impact of open unemployment, income inequality, and the Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty. As part of a quantitative technique, this analysis makes use of panel data from Central Statistics Agency publications. After all collected data was analyzed using the panel data regression approach, tests conducted using the Eviews 12 application revealed that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was the best specification.  The results show that income inequality has a major impact on rising rates of poverty.  However, the HDI variable's positive but insignificant correlation shows that improvements in human development quality have not directly impacted the decline in poverty in these areas. In addition, the open unemployment rate was also not proven to affect changes in poverty levels. In the context of Islamic economics, equitable distribution of wealth, protection for vulnerable groups, and optimization of social instruments such as zakat, infaq, and sadaqah are crucial principles in maintaining economic justice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Innovative Work Behavior of employees with Work Engagement as a mediating variable at PT Dimitra Adi Wijaya Properti Lampung. The background of this study is based on the important role of human resources in achieving organizational goals, where innovative behavior is a crucial factor. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total of 78 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. In addition, Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. The next result shows that Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. It is known that Work Engagement partially mediates the relationship between Job Crafting and Innovative Work Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic monetary operation instruments on gross domestic product. The results of the study indicate that in the long term, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates have a positive and significant effect on gross domestic product, but have no effect in the short term. Bank Indonesia Sharia Deposit Facilities in the long term or short term have no effect and are not significant on Gross Domestic Product, as well as the Islamic Interbank Money Market. These findings provide evidence that Islamic monetary operation instruments have not had a significant impact on Gross Domestic Product, so that a stimulus is needed to channel Islamic financing to the real sector in order to help increase economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use of the Access By KAI application on effort expectancy, with customer trust as a mediator from an Islamic business perspective among Access By KAI application users at Tanjung Karang Station. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that ease of use had a positive and significant effect on customer trust, and customer trust had a positive and significant effect on effort expectancy. Customer trust significantly mediated the relationship between ease of use and effort expectancy. This finding indicates that ease of use is sufficient to reduce effort expectancy. From an Islamic business perspective, these results emphasize the importance of ease of service, reflecting the principle of taysir (making things easier for others) and providing the best service, in line with the value of amanah (trustworthiness) in service and transactions. Future research is recommended to add variables such as perceived usefulness, quality and completeness of features, or service to broaden understanding of the factors influencing business expectations.
