Abstract

The rapid growth of urban vehicle ownership has intensified traffic congestion and decreased mobility efficiency, particularly at unsignalized intersections, which remain common in developing countries. These intersections, lacking automated control mechanisms, often experience high delays, long queues, and increased accident risks. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to synthesize research developments on traffic engineering management models aimed at optimizing unsignalized intersections using multi-objective analysis. Following the PRISMA framework, 48 peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2026 were systematically analyzed from major databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal a significant evolution from single-objective to multi-objective optimization approaches, emphasizing trade-offs between efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability. The most frequently applied algorithms include NSGA-II, PSO, and Fuzzy-MCDM, often integrated with simulation tools like VISSIM and SIDRA Intersection. Recent trends indicate growing adoption of AI-driven and machine learning-based hybrid models, enabling adaptive and real-time traffic management. However, research gaps remain, particularly regarding model validation under mixed traffic conditions and real-world implementation using IoT-based traffic data. This study contributes to both theory and practice by providing a structured overview of optimization frameworks and identifying future research directions toward developing adaptive, data-driven, and context-sensitive models. The results serve as a foundation for designing intelligent traffic management systems that improve the performance and safety of unsignalized intersections while supporting sustainable urban mobility.

Abstract

This management is a result of community service, a 2022 research project that will be incorporated into community service at Malang National Vocational School. This involves installing sprinkler pipes and nozzles based on the distance and height of the existing plants, using flexible pipes. Because the park is located near a basketball court, the flexible pipes were replaced with permanent pipes for safety. Because our partners are still using manual irrigation, we will be developing an automated system, namely sprinkler irrigation. Surface irrigation is implemented in Indonesia because agricultural land used to have abundant water, while currently, the amount is decreasing. An irrigation system that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of water use is one solution needed to maintain land productivity, one of which is a sprinkler irrigation system. Sprinkler irrigation systems are generally applied to crops with high economic value. This includes determining the layout design of the sprinkler irrigation network, the required capacity of the sprinkler irrigation network, and the appropriate pump type for planning the sprinkler irrigation system. Based on the results of community service activities carried out at SMK Nasional Malang, namely sprinkler irrigation in the park, which produces results, namely the efficiency of garden irrigation water and makes it easier for users, it can be concluded that: the level of user enthusiasm is very high, this is realized by coming to the location on time with a very strong motivation to gain some understanding and insight related to Sprinkler irrigation. The evaluation results show that the increase in air efficiency is very good, namely 50%.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara yang disebabkan oleh emisi gas kendaraan bermotor menjadi masalah lingkungan utama di Kota Malang, terutama pada ruas-ruas jalan yang mengalami kemacetan parah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemacetan lalu lintas terhadap kualitas udara dengan mengukur konsentrasi polutan udara, yaitu NO2, CO, dan SO2, di beberapa ruas jalan utama seperti Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan Panglima Sudirman, Jalan Trunojoyo, dan Jalan Untung Suropati. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengukuran langsung selama 12 jam dari jam 06.00 hingga 18.00 WIB, menggunakan alat pengukur kualitas udara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi polutan seperti NO2, CO, dan SO2 masih berada dalam kategori baik menurut Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU) 2020, meskipun terjadi fluktuasi yang signifikan pada jam-jam puncak kemacetan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan seperti ruang terbuka hijau dan kondisi cuaca mempengaruhi penurunan konsentrasi polutan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengelolaan lalu lintas yang lebih efisien dan peningkatan ruang terbuka hijau untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran udara akibat kemacetan.

Abstract

Therefore, from the performance results of the Dinoyo intersection and the Sardo intersection of Malang city which refers to the 2023 Indonesia Road Capacity Guidelines, and the air quality is guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 14 of 2020, the degree of saturation for 3 days of observation is still more than 0.85 with the service level E due to the service level is still poor, so it is necessary to plan improvements at the Dinoyo intersection of the signalized intersection with geometric widening while in The unsignaled junction of the Sardo junction is planned with road geometry on each arm of the road. The largest delay value is 24.175 sec/smp so that the level of intersection service produced is at least D., while at the Sardo junction the degree of saturation for 3 days of observation is still more than 0.85 with service levels B and C. and the air quality is measured at 06.00 – 07.00 with a delay value of 39.765 sec/smp, then the particulate concentration obtained NO2 is the ISPU value of 21.170 (18 ppm),  SO2 ISPU value: 47.866 (19 ppm), C0 ISPU value: 15.609 (1090 ppm). Abstract

Pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi adalah upaya menjaga dan mengamankan jaringan irigasi agar selalu dapat berfungsi dengan baik guna memperlancar pelaksanaan operasi dan mempertahankan kelestariannya melalui kegiatan perawatan, perbaikan, pencegahan dan pengamanan yang harus dilakukan secara terus menerus. Daerah Irigasi Kaubun merupakan salah satu Daerah Irigasi kewenangan pemerintah pusat dengan luas areal baku 1.150 Ha dan areal fungsional 736 Ha yang letak areal kerjanya berada di wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Daerah Irigasi Kaubun memiliki 1 (satu) bendung, 2 (dua) saluran induk. Sementara itu Pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi belum dilakukan secara rutin dan berkala baik oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur maupun oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Akumulasi Sedimen salah satu masalah utama dalam saluran irigasi sekunder dan dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan saluran, penurunan kapasitas aliran air, dan peningkatan kerusakan infrastruktur. Peneltian ini dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi sistem jaringan irigasi dan melihat beberapa faktor yang mengakibatkan kerusakan saluran dengan berpedoman pada peraturan menteri pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat nomor: 12/PRT/M/2015 tanggal: 6 April 2015 tentang eksploitasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rekapitulasi Index Kinerja Sistem Jaringan Irigasi didapatkan nilai optimum terbesar pada aspek Prasarana Fisik dengan nilai 29,01 indeks. Sementara hasil prioritas penanganan utama menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yaitu pada aspek Prasarana Fisik dengan nilai sebesar 0,462 limiting, dan biaya pemeliharaan rutin maupun berkala pada jaringan daerah irigasi kaubun adalah senilai Rp. 3.753.835.675,00.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk dan mahasiswa di Kota Malang meningkatkan volume lalu lintas, memicu kemacetan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tak bersinyal dan bundaran menggunakan metode PKJI 2023 dan simulasi VISSIM. Hasil analisis PKJI menunjukkan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal baik (tundaan 10,528 det/SMP, tingkat pelayanan B), sementara bundaran memiliki kinerja kurang optimal (tundaan 14,96 det/SMP, tingkat pelayanan B). Simulasi VISSIM menghasilkan nilai tundaan yang lebih tinggi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah pelebaran Jalan Sudimoro dan pengurangan hambatan samping di Jalan Puncak Borobudur untuk meningkatkan kelancaran arus lalu lintas.
