Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe or describe the structure, function, and meaning of the self-compassion mantra, namely the mantra "Mandi Ular Cintamani". The research method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative, by applying a structural approach. Data collection tools used are listening, reading, and note taking techniques. The validity technique used is triangulation. The data analysis used in this study is the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman, which contains four components of the data analysis process, including the process of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Judging from the results of data analysis, the structure of the spell was found, including: title element, opening element, intention element, suggestion element, purpose element, and closing element. Then, this mantra serves to conquer evil or evil things, fill supernatural powers, a medium of communication with God, amorous charms, and to shackle the human and jinn spirits. Meanwhile, the mantra cintamani snake bath has a figurative or connotative meaning. This research can be applied or implemented in junior high school grade VII odd semester, namely Basic Competency 3.14 and 4.14 about folk poetry.

Abstract

Introduction: Suicide rates continue to rise globally, with self-poisoning being a common method in some developing countries. This report reported a case of hydrogen peroxide ingestion leading to aspiration pneumonitis, a less-discussed complication compared to gastrointestinal toxicity. Case Illustration: A 41-year-old woman presented to the emergency unit 8 hours post-ingestion of a hydrogen peroxide-based toilet cleaner. Symptoms included vomiting, hoarseness, faintness, and frothing at the mouth. The physical examination revealed dyspnea, irritability, a cleaning solution odor in the oral cavity, rhonchi in the middle and lower lung fields, epigastric tenderness, and increased bowel sounds. Gastric lavage with 200 mL of saline was performed, and activated charcoal and sucralfate syrup were administered via a nasogastric tube. The patient had previously received ranitidine at another facility and was also treated with omeprazole and ondansetron. Laboratory results showed leukocytosis, and a chest x-ray indicated bilateral lung infiltration and increased broncho-vascular pattern. Discussion: Early and proper intervention by trained healthcare professionals, combined with preventive measures such as positioning the patient in a semi-upright position and avoiding emetogenic liquids, is essential. Conclusion: This case showed the importance of prompt management involving gastric lavage, mucosal protection, acid suppression, and absorption inhibition. Nonetheless, respiratory complications, such as aspiration pneumonitis, remain challenging to prevent.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah MDTA ARROHMAH dengan penerapan kurikulum terstruktur dan terukur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan aset lokal untuk mendukung pengembangan pendidikan. Dalam implementasinya, kurikulum dikembangkan berdasarkan potensi dan kebutuhan sekolah, dengan melibatkan komunitas dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil dari penerapan kurikulum ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa, serta keterlibatan aktif komunitas. Kesimpulannya, kurikulum yang terstruktur dan terukur, bila dikembangkan dengan pendekatan ABCD, efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di MDTA ARROHMAH, mendorong partisipasi komunitas, dan memperkuat hasil pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis loyalitas Generasi Z terhadap layanan e-commerce di Indonesia serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Generasi Z dikenal sebagai digital natives yang memiliki karakteristik konsumsi unik, sensitif terhadap harga, mengutamakan kualitas, serta menginginkan pengalaman belanja yang cepat, praktis, dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (library research) yang bersumber dari artikel ilmiah nasional dan publikasi terkait e-commerce serta perilaku konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas Gen Z terbentuk melalui kombinasi faktor rasional dan emosional. Faktor rasional meliputi harga yang kompetitif, kualitas produk, serta promosi, sedangkan faktor emosional mencakup pengalaman belanja interaktif, personalisasi, keterlibatan komunitas digital, serta nilai keberlanjutan yang ditawarkan platform. Analisis strategi Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok memperlihatkan perbedaan pendekatan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas Gen Z: Shopee melalui gamifikasi dan customer experience, Tokopedia dengan program loyalitas dan kolaborasi brand ambassador, serta TikTok lewat konten autentik, tren viral, dan algoritma personalisasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa loyalitas Gen Z tidak dapat dibangun hanya dengan diskon atau promosi jangka pendek, melainkan membutuhkan kualitas layanan yang konsisten, pengalaman belanja yang relevan, serta nilai keberlanjutan yang sejalan dengan gaya hidup generasi ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi akademis bagi pengembangan literatur perilaku konsumen digital, serta menjadi masukan praktis bagi perusahaan e-commerce dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mempertahankan loyalitas Generasi Z.

Abstract

The development of natural-based antibacterial agents is essential to reduce dependency on antibiotics and the risk of resistance. Sweet orange peel and fig fruit contain bioactive compounds with potential antibacterial effects. This study aimed to develop tea bag formulations made from sweet orange peel with the addition of fig fruit as an additive and to evaluate their in vitro antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. This experimental study employed two approaches, including disc diffusion and microdilution on several combination formulations of sweet orange peel and fig tea bags. The formulations consisted of F1 (1 g sweet orange peel and 1 g fig), F2 (1.5 g sweet orange peel and 0.5 g fig), and F3 (1.75 g sweet orange peel and 0.25 g fig). The disc diffusion assay showed that all formulations exhibited weak antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, producing inhibition zones of approximately 6–7 mm, except for F3 infusion, which demonstrated the widest inhibition zone with a mean diameter of about 8.21 mm (P-Value = 0.688). In the microdilution test, the MIC of F3 infusion was found to be 40 mg/mL, while the MBC was not detected at the tested concentrations. Overall, it can be concluded that the infusion of the tea bag formulation containing 1.75 g sweet orange peel and 0.25 g fig was the most promising combination; however, its antibacterial activity remained weak and was bacteriostatic rather than bactericidal.

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive examination of the concept of Customer Experience and its role in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and relationship expansion. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the study analyzes the importance of Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting as strategic tools for understanding and managing customer interactions. The discussion highlights key elements such as touchpoints, interaction quality, personalization, data security, brand consistency, as well as emotional impact and peak-end effects on customer engagement. The findings indicate that effective management of customer experience—particularly through journey mapping—has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction and expansion behaviors. The study also explores the evolution of customer experience, crisis response design, and their relevance in maintaining sustainable customer–company relationships across various industries.
