Abstract

Participation cannot be separated from people's lives where suggestions, ideas and ideas from the community are needed in the community development sector itself. Community participation in the decision-making process is a direct involvement of the community in the development planning process. The purpose of this study is to find out how community empowerment activities are carried out through community participation in thematic villages, the method used is qualitative which is presented descriptively. The results showed that the success of empowering the community to participate in the development of thematic villages such as giving ideas, ideas or what can be called thoughts then participating in the form of energy with the community participating in activities such as mutual cooperation for the management of healthy vegetable plantations, participating in the form of community property voluntarily spending money and community participation skills and proficiency. Supervision is carried out such as the selection of vegetable seeds, the planting process to supervision until they are marketed. The factors contained in the community empowerment program through community participation in thematic villages such as environmental conditions and resource factors.

Abstract

Peran perempuan dalam pembangunan telah menjadi isu strategis, terutama dalam konteks ketahanan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Renah Semanek, Bengkulu Tengah sebagai strategi meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga melalui program kecakapan hidup batik eco print. Program ini merup kelanjutan dari pilot proyek tahun 2023 yang mengembangkan Posko Mitra Keluarga Responsif Gender dari wadah pengasuhan anak menjadi platform pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan pendekatan Pentahelix, melibatkan pemerintah, akademisi, masyarakat, NGO, dan media, program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan ekonomi berkelanjutan kepada ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan, dampak, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program batik eco print tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi ibu rumah tangga tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi inovatif dalam perencanaan program pelatihan guna mendukung reintegrasi sosial anak binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Bengkulu. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang cenderung berfokus pada aspek rehabilitasi psikososial, penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan baru dalam perencanaan pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan pasar dan penguatan jejaring kemitraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta validasi data menggunakan triangulasi waktu, subjek, dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inovatif dalam perencanaan program pelatihan di LPKA Kelas II Bengkulu melibatkan pemetaan kebutuhan keterampilan berbasis pasar, kolaborasi dengan dunia usaha dan industri, serta keterlibatan aktif anak binaan dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis praktik. Dengan pendekatan ini, pelatihan yang diberikan tidak hanya menjadi kegiatan rutin, tetapi juga berkontribusi langsung pada kesiapan anak binaan untuk kembali ke masyarakat dengan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan nonformal memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan model reintegrasi sosial berbasis pelatihan yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur di Kota Bengkulu sebagai wilayah pesisir memiliki kekayaan budaya lokal yang belum banyak dikenalkan kepada anak usia dini. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melatih guru PAUD dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal melalui hand puppet berkarakter Bujang dan Beteri. Pelatihan melibatkan 20 guru PAUD dari gugus setempat dengan membekali keterampilan membuat cerita masyarakat berbasis wilayah pesisir dan menggunakan media hand puppet berbasis cerita rakyat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan edukatif partisipatif dengan tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelatihan inti, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor Pre-test ke Post-test sebesar 35 poin. Program menghasilkan media pembelajaran hand puppet , buku cerita bergambar, dan video dokumentasi. Dampak yang ditargetkan adalah meningkatnya kreativitas guru, tumbuhnya kecintaan anak terhadap budaya lokal pesisir, serta penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di jenjang PAUD. Program ini juga membuka peluang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif bagi guru melalui produk edukatif berbasis kerajinan tangan. Keberlanjutan program dijaga melalui pelibatan aktif guru dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap pembelajaran dan pelestarian budaya lokal

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on family parenting patterns, particularly with young children's use of gadgets. Children often experience excessive use of digital devices without supervision, as many parents lack adequate digital literacy skills. This community service activity aims to improve parents' understanding and skills in managing their children's use of gadgets through a natural digital literacy approach. The activity was carried out at PAUD SPNF-SKB, Central Bengkulu Regency, on October 8-22, 2025, involving 26 parents of PAUD students. Participants engaged in hands-on workshops that demonstrated effective strategies for setting boundaries and fostering healthy tech habits. By empowering parents with knowledge, the initiative sought to create a more balanced relationship between children and their digital devices, ultimately enhancing family dynamics and children's overall well-being. The implementation methods included participatory counseling, interactive training, and assistance through home visits and online communication. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in parents' knowledge and attitudes regarding digital parenting. The average score on the pretest was 5.15 (42.9%), and it went up to 10.77 (89.8%) on the posttest. During the training phase, all participants successfully developed a digital family agreement containing rules for gadget use at home, with 77% committing to consistent implementation and 33% planning to implement it gradually. The results of the mentoring showed a decrease in the duration of children's gadget use from an average of 3-4 hours per day to 1-1.5 hours per day, as well as an increase in children's interest in non-digital activities such as reading, drawing, and playing outdoors. In addition, 77% of participants reported an increase in emotional closeness with their children after applying the principles of digital literacy based on human nature. This activity proves that the natural-based digital literacy approach is effective in improving parental competencies in the digital age while strengthening family relationships.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia plays a strategic role in human development. The educational process can change behavior, improve skills, foster religious approaches, develop the potential for awareness, and become independent individuals. This study aims to determine the potential for campuses to contribute to sustainable innovation through a triple helix approach. The method used is a quantitative field research approach involving campuses, industry, and the government. The results show that research contributions to industry (average = 4.2; standard deviation = 0.7) and knowledge transfer (average = 4.0; standard deviation = 0.6) are in the high category. In the industrial aspect, support for innovation programs received a fairly high score (average = 3.9; standard deviation = 0.8), while investment obligations in research were at a moderate level (average = 3.7; standard deviation = 0.9). Furthermore, pro-innovation regulations (Mean = 3.8; Standard Deviation = 0.7) and funding facilitation (Mean = 3.6; Standard Deviation = 0.8) are in the moderate category and Collaboration between actors in the triple helix model shows good results. The level of synergy between campuses and industry (Mean = 4.1; Standard Deviation = 0.6) and the sustainability of joint programs (Mean = 4.0; Standard Deviation = 0.7) are in the good category. Based on the research results that have been obtained, the triple helix model is a collaborative model design that can be used in human development. It is found that industrial collaboration supports research in the world of academic campuses plays a role in research and practical value for the industrial world. Furthermore, collaboration between actors shows good results involving not only campuses, industry, and government, but also the community as end users. The government plays a role as a facilitator and driver that supports the growth of innovation.
