Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan motorik dasar anak usia dini. Banyak anak yang tidak mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melakukan aktivtas fisik yang mendukung motorik kasar, seperti berlari, melompat, atau bermain diluar ruangan. Selain itu, kegiatan yang melatih motorik halus, seperti menggambar, atau menggunakan alat tulis sering kali kurang diperhatikan sehingga keterampilan koordinasi tangan dan jari anak tidak berkembang optimal. Mengenai pengembangan motorik anak usia dini sebagai salah satu aspek fundamental dalam tumbuh kembang mereka. Pada usia dini, perkembangan motorik kasar dan halus tidak hanya mendukung kemampuan fisik anak, tetapi juga memengaruhi aspek kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Oleh karena itu stimulasi yang bervariasi, seperti permainan fisik dan aktivitas kreatif. Kemudian kegiatan pengabdian ini memberagakan langsung gerak motorik dasar anak usia dini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang gerak dasar motorik. Pendekatan bermain sambil belajar yang terarah dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik anak usia dini serta keterampilan yang ada dalam gerak dasar motoricksehingga membangun kemapuan anak secara holistik.

Abstract

The “Gerak Seru Anak TK” program was implemented to improve the gross motor skills of early childhood children. The main problems identified were low levels of physical activity among children due to limited facilities, academic dominance, and a lack of understanding among teachers. Activities were carried out through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages using a fun physical play approach, such as cheerful fitness exercises, ball relays, and catch and throw games. The results of the activities showed an improvement in children's coordination, balance, and agility, as well as an increase in teachers' skills in designing movement activities. In addition, parents became more aware of the importance of physical activity for children. This program has proven to be effective in promoting the holistic development of early childhood through healthy and fun games.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sejarah, sarana dan prasana, peraturan perlombaan serta bagaimana pelaksanaan perlombaan rakit kreatif. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu. Teknik pengumpulan adalah metode wawancara dengan jumlah sampel 52 orang yang terdiri dari lurah/kades, tokoh masyarakat, pembuat rakit, dan peserta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 52 sampel menyebutkan sejarah rakit ini datang dan berkembangnya dari masyarakat Rambah sendiri. Dengan berkembangnya zaman dari banyaknya teknologi yang hadir, maka tercetuslah ide dari bapak Auni M Noor selaku Wakil Bupati Kab. Rokan Hulu untuk membuat perlombaan rakit kreatif dengan tujuan mengingat kembali sejarah nenek moyang terdahulu. Sarana atau alat yang digunakan untuk membuat rakit adalah bambu. 45 sampel menyebutkan bambu yang digunakan adalah bambu pilihan. Orang Rambah menyebutnya (buluh poriang). Prasarana yang digunakan untuk perlombaan rakit kreatif ini adalah sungai Rokan yang ada di kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu dengan panjang etafe 80 km. Dari 44 sampel menyebutkan perlombaan rakit kreatif ini mempunyai peraturan baku yang dibuat oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kab. Rokan Hulu. Pelaksanaan perlombaan ini dilaksanakan pada siang hari dengan memakan waktu 3 hari 3 malam dengan 3 etafe perbehentian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berpangkal dari beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan peneliti di lapangan, yang telah dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu pada saat melakukan servis bawah, sikap awal berdiri sudah terlihat kesalahan yang menonjol, kaki yang dirapatkan sehingga tidak leluasa untuk bergerak dalam melakukan servis bawah. Sikap badan yang tidak merunduk saat melakukan servis bawah sehingga siswa terlihat kaku. Terkadang bola dilambung terlalu tinggi pada saat melakukan servis bawah, sehingga perkenaan kontak tangan dengan bola kurang tepat. Pandangan ke arah bola tidak diseimbangkan dengan ayunan lengan tangan terhadap bola. sehingga bola tidak dapat diarahkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pada sikap perkenaan, masih terdapat kesalahan yaitu, siswa belum bisa secara maksimal menyesuaikan ketepatan tangan saat menyentuh bola. Kemudian pada sikap akhir dalam servis bawah, ada siswa tidak kembali pada posisi awal setelah melakukan servis bawah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis bawah bolavoli siswa SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan korelasi. Semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel, teknik ini disebut dengan total sampling. Jadi populasi dan sampel di penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan test push-up dan tes servis bawah bolavoli. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rhitungsebesar 84.03 sedangkan rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0.304, dari data tersebut, maka uraian tersebut dapat ditarik asumsinya bahwa rhitung≥ rtabelatau 84.03 ≥ 0.304. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi 7.06% dan terdapat signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil servis bawah bolavoli siswa SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The development of scientific publications in the field of traditional game learning models requires more research in order to compete with other fields. The goal of this research is to look at the production of scientific publications based on the traditional game learning model. The Scopus database and various bibliometric indicators such as global publication trends, most active authors, number of citations, and author keywords are used to collect publications. From 1996 to 2022, a total of 473 publications on traditional game learning models are discovered. Data in Comma-separated Values (CSV) and Research Information Systems (RIS) formats are exported to Microsoft Excel, Publish or Perish (PoP), and VOSviewer software for this review. According to the research findings, 2021 has been the year with the most publications, with 139 documents. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia is listed as the most active affiliate, with up to 80 academic scientific works published. Suherman, A., from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, is the most active writer, with 13 publications to his credit. With 60 documents, the Journal of Physics Conference Series is the most actively published scientific resource. Some of the research limitations in our paper include the selection of keywords that do not represent the entire search data, data filters, and data providers. It should be noted that a variety of other databases can be used to obtain data. This bibliometric study sheds light on future research directions in the field of traditional game learning models.

Abstract

Background Problems: Intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligences are believed to influence student learning achievement. However, the specific impact of these intelligences on physical education and, more specifically, on pencak silat learning outcomes remains unexplored. Research Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on students' learning achievement in pencak silat. Methods: This research method uses descriptive quantitative causality. We sampled 96 students from a high school in Bekasi City. This study used four instruments: (i) Sternberg triarchic abilities test, (ii) global emotional intelligence test, (iii) spiritual intelligence test, and (iv) pencak silat learning achievement using Bloom's taxonomy. We analysed the data using descriptive statistics, specifically the F-test and T-test. Findings and Results: The study revealed that intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence all play a significant role in enhancing students' learning achievement in pencak silat within physical education settings. Among these, emotional intelligence emerged as the most influential factor, surpassing both intellectual and spiritual intelligence in its impact on academic success. This finding underscores the critical role of emotional regulation and awareness in mastering complex physical and mental skills in pencak silat. Conclusions: The findings highlight the importance of strengthening all aspects of intelligence in education. This research brings a fresh perspective to the field of physical education, highlighting the increasing prominence of emotional intelligence in learning outcomes. It demonstrates the need for the development of emotional intelligence in the context of physical education, particularly in relation to pencak silat. For a more comprehensive understanding, we can conduct further research to investigate the interaction of these intelligences with other variables such as motivation, learning environment, and teaching methods.

Abstract

Background Problems: Nutrition is an important factor in improving athlete performance, but many athletes still experience problems such as ignorance about the right portion and type of food, unbalanced energy intake, and a lack of knowledge about the nutrients the body needs. Research Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the nutritional intake of hockey student-athletes who are members of indoor hockey clubs in Tangerang City. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. Data were collected using a single and 24-hour reported food recall, and as many as 24 research subjects were involved in this study, there are student-athletes in the club’s indoor hockey in Tangerang City. Data analysis used a statistical approach in the form of percentages. The nutritional analysis in this study focused more on the percentages of carbohydrate, protein, fat, and caloric intake eaten by athletes within a 24-hour period. Findings and Results: This study showed the average results of the nutrition intakes include 83% for protein, 53% for carbohydrates, 72% for fat, and 52% for calories. The results show that the knowledge of indoor hockey athletes was still lacking. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the nutritional intake of indoor hockey athletes in Tangerang City is still far from optimal. It is vital for athletes to enhance their understanding of proper nutrition and energy needs, as this can significantly impact their fitness levels and performance outcomes. Coaches and trainers should prioritise nutrition education as part of regular training programs, collaborating with nutritionists to ensure that athletes receive the necessary guidance on their dietary habits. In the future, developing integrated nutritional programs tailored to the specific needs of indoor hockey athletes will be crucial. This research contributes to a growing understanding of the importance of nutrition in sports and underscores the need for continued efforts to address the dietary challenges faced by student athletes.
