Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based service booking information system for the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) in Bombana Regency. The system was developed as a solution to address various issues in administrative services, such as long queues, limited human resources, and the inconvenience faced by the public when accessing services directly. By leveraging information technology, this system allows citizens to register and book services online, thereby reducing wait times and improving the operational efficiency of Disdukcapil. The research methodology used in this study is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The information system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, with an interface designed to be user-friendly. System testing was conducted through Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which showed that all the main functions of the system worked as expected, and the majority of users were satisfied with the ease of use and efficiency provided. The results of the study indicate that the web-based service booking information system effectively enhances the quality of services at Disdukcapil Bombana Regency by reducing queue times, facilitating service access, and optimizing data management. The system also demonstrates innovation by providing a more comprehensive solution for various types of civil registration services. However, challenges such as educating the public on the use of digital technology still need to be addressed. Further development recommendations include enhancing features, integrating with other systems, and developing a mobile application to expand service reach

Abstract

Stunting masih merupakan satu masalah gizi di Indonesia yang belum terselesaikan. Stunting akan menyebabkan dampak jangka panjang yaitu terganggunya perkembangan fisik, mental, intelektual, serta kognitif. Prevalensi kejadian stunting di Kota Kotamobagu pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 29,03%, tahun 2019 sebanyak 5,6%, dan tahun 2020 sebanyak 5,3%. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis determinan epidemiologis kejadian stunting pada anak usia 6-12 bulan di Kota Kotamobagu. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancang bangun case control study. Populasi seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-12 bulan yang stunting dengan total anak sebanyak 219. Sedangkan populasi kontrol adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-12 bulan yang tidak stunting sebanyak 3583. Besar sampel untuk masing-masing kelompok kasus adalah 49 orang dan kelompok kontrol adalah 98 orang. Sehingga besar sampel secara keseluruhan adalah 147 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting adalah tinggi badan ibu (p=0,048;OR=2,148), riwayat anemia saat hamil (p=0,036;OR=2,251), dan berat badan lahir (p=0,006;OR=2,885). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah status imunisasi, riwayat penyakit diare, dan riwayat penyakit ISPA. Variabel dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 6-12 bulan adalah berat badan lahir (p=0,001, OR=3,629; 95% CI:1,671-7,881). Diharapkan kepada seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu untuk menjalin kerja sama lintas sektor untuk mengatasi permasalahan stunting dan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu mengenai asupan gizi saat hamil.

Abstract

Research aims to determine the influence of accounting information in the financial decision making policy of PT. Incipna Indonesia Makassar. The object of the study's financial management income, the instrument in the study was through kuesiner to the parties concerned. The research also collects the relevant documents and supports the discussion of the research. The testing techniques used are simple linear regression. The results found that the accounting information was influential in the financial decision making policy of PT. Incipna Indonesia Makassar. In formulating financial policies, consider the vision, mission, objectives, and objectives so that each policy is made.

Abstract

A magnet practicum mentoring activity for fifth-grade students of SD IT Insantama Kendari was conducted on 29 October 2025 at the Integrated Laboratory Unit of Halu Oleo University. The program was initiated to provide hands-on science learning in response to the school’s lack of laboratory facilities, which limits opportunities for practical experimentation. Eighteen students participated in three structured activities: identifying types of magnets, assembling a simple electric motor, and observing a flying ring demonstration. Learning was facilitated through demonstrations, guided discussions, and student-led experiments. The activity resulted in notable improvements in students’ conceptual understanding of magnetism, motivation to learn, and engagement during experimental tasks. The outcomes indicate that laboratory-based practicum activities significantly enhance meaningful science learning and contribute to strengthening scientific literacy among elementary students. Continued collaboration between schools and universities is recommended to ensure the sustainability of similar programs.
