Abstract

From the several sources of budget that the bank has collected, it is appropriate for the bank to prepare a budget placement program based on the distribution program by taking into account the policies that have been determined. The total budget collected by the bank consists of two types, namely the budget that cannot be loaned and the budget that can be lent. The existence of a budget that cannot be loaned will increase the cost of the budget that will be purchased by residents called the cost of funds, in the end it will force banks to be able to manage a budget that has been activated into a very useful source of income and can co-exist with other banks. To simplify the analysis, all the variables to be analyzed are combined and then calculated in the SPSS application, so that the results obtained are that the distributed credit variables are the most significantly correlated with interest income. The definition is that the higher the budget that is distributed to distributed credit, so that interest income tends to increase.

Abstract

Electronic learning (E-learning) is essentially an educational learning medium through the use of computer or internet technology, namely web-based learning technology (Web Based Instuc- tion). the implementation of e-learning is one part of alternative technology in helping to run the learning curriculum during the Covid 19 pandemic. aimed at knowing the process of implement- ing Blended Learning learning with google classroom XI-TKJ material class, to find out the per- ceptions of teachers and students towards the implementation of the COVID19 pandemic era google classroom learning. This research uses a qualitative method approach, the data sources in this study include primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using credibil - ity, transferbility, dependability, and confirmability.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi sangat cepat dan banyak hal dapat dilakukan oleh seseorang dengan komputer. Komputer adalah media untuk memudahkan pekerjaan di bidang pendidikan dan lainnya. Komputer lebih dikenal sebagai Personal Komputers (PCs), yang memainkan peran aktif dalam pendidikan baik dari tingkat dasar dan tersier dalam mengakses informasi dari seluruh penjuru dunia. Komputer pribadi sangat diperlukan di sekolah dasar untuk memfasilitasi siswa dalam melakukan praktik komputer. Dalam menentukan PC yang dibeli, tentunya berbagai merek Personal Komputer (PC) membuat sekolah harus lebih berhati-hati terhadap barang yang mereka beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) untuk menentukan apakah PC yang akan dibeli sesuai atau tidak diperlukan dengan spesifikasi yang diperlukan di Laboratorium Komputer Sekolah Dasar. Metode AHP dan MFEP digunakan untuk mengubah nilai kualitatif menjadi nilai kuantitatif sehingga keputusan dibuat lebih objektif. Kata kunci: AHP, MFEP, PC, spesifikasi komputer Abstract: The development of technology is very fast and many things can be done by someone with a komputer. Komputers are media to facilitate work in the field of education and others. Komputers are better known as Personal Komputers (PCs), which play an active role in education from both the elementary and tertiary levels in accessing information from all corners of the world. Personal komputers are very necessary in elementary schools to facilitate students in doing komputer practice. In determining the PC that is purchased, of course, various brands of Personal Komputer (PC) make schools must be more careful about the items they buy. This study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) methods to determine whether the PC to be purchased is appropriate or not required with the specifications required at the XYZ Public Elementary School Komputer Laboratory. Abstract

Analyzing financial ratios helps determine whether a company's financial performance is good or not. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) uses the ratio analysis of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and activity. The data used are financial reports for the years 2016 – 2020. This research is a comparative descriptive study by examining annual financial statements, and using financial ratio analysis. Based on the profitability ratio of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) is in the unprofitable category although the return on equity ratio is  excellent  condition, based on the liquidity ratio in the illiquid category, the solvency ratio in the non-solvable category, and the activity ratio in the poor category. So, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) is in the poor category.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the composition of assets, liabilities and total income in the financial statements of Bank Sinarmas using the Common Size method. The type of research in this research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2019-2021. The results showed that the balance sheet, especially assets, increased, but on the cash side it decreased. Liabilities, especially liabilities, experienced stability from 2019-2021. Equities are also experiencing stability. This shows that the bank's financial development is stable, where the proportion of liabilities is greater than the proportion of equity. While on the income statement, seen from other operating income experiencing instability and profit for the year increased in 2019-2021, this shows that the performance of Bank Sinarmas in 2019-2021 was good because the company was able to maintain its net profit in the following year.

Abstract

Performance appraisal evaluation factors, goal achievement and also work discipline (employee attendance) have difficulty in determining which employees are preferred for promotion. The problem for section heads is that they have not used a method that can handle priority issues with multiple criteria. In addition, because of the large number of employees to be evaluated, divisional managers often find it difficult to select the best employees. Constraints that often occur in the employee evaluation process are the lack of socialization about the work process, many employees do not understand the job description, there are elements of joy or sorrow between superiors and their respective subordinates, management policies that are less objective and many other regulations for the employee evaluation process are not there is openness, but with feelings and unilaterally according to the wishes of their respective superiors. Therefore, what is needed in the company is a decision-making method that can provide the best results in accordance with the expectations of employees and managers. The right method to determine employee performance appraisal is simple additive weighting (SAW). The results of this study are the results of a review of employees are very accurate compared to the manual method and also make it easier for department heads to report employee performance results. Thus, by evaluating employee performance, the work ethic of all employees can be improved, both for operational employees as well as employees and policy makers. Keywords: Employee; Performance assessment; Simple additive weighting

Abstract

Universities need to provide the best service according to the needs and desires of lecturers. The service is good, and I hope to make it easier for lecturers, especially when reporting on the lecturer's workload. This research was conducted at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Computer Science, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The type of research carried out in this research uses quantitative methods. The method used by data analysis technology is a method called CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), which is used to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACTION In the era of intense competition as now, when the capacity of work is very limited, thousandsof people competing to get jobs in various companies. Various attempts were made tocandidates reaching hopes. But, in fact, most of us are often stuck in the mindset that we mustwork in a particular field, habits to be more interested in the kinds of jobs that are consideredestablished by most people, and old ways of linking education background should be inaccordance with job. This habit certainly hinder the process of our own progress, so greatexpectations often are not accompanied by proper effort. Each company should use this MBTI test instruments in the process of selecting the candidateof their employees, so that job satisfaction can be achieved due to individual personality typescan optimize the work environment. Individuals who work in accordance with the type ofpersonality is predicted to be more satisfied and have a greater chance of success in theirwork than those who work not in accordance with the type of personality. Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the potential significant effects of compensation, non-physical work environment, and leadership on employee performance. Every individual involved in this research is employed. In this study, one hundred samples were used. In this study, the researchers used observations, interviews, and questionnaires to gather data. In this study, hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression analyses. Multiple linear analysis employed the t, F, and coefficient of determination tests (R2). The information gathered and the analysis performed with a multiple linear regression model allow for the drawing of the following conclusions: The compensation variable has a significant impact on worker performance, at least partially. Employee performance is influenced by non-physical work environment variables to a somewhat significant extent. The leadership variable has a somewhat significant impact on employee performance. Employee performance is significantly impacted by leadership, non-physical work environments, and compensation considerations all at the same time.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a key component and determinant of success and failure in an organization or institution. Educational institutions are in dire need of talented people to help them succeed and achieve their goals. HR is the driving force behind the system and all facilities, assets, curriculum, facilities, infrastructure, and all other resources. All educational resources cannot function optimally if they are not supported by the availability of human resources, and should carry out strategic, integrated, cohesive, and comprehensive workforce planning for education personnel. This study uses the library research method, namely by collecting relevant data from books, journals, magazines, and so on. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method, namely a method that seeks to systematically present the material to obtain the results as a conclusion. Qualitative research is the process of exploring and understanding the behavior of individuals or groups. Describing social problems or humanitarian problems. This study uses the observation method by directly observing the activities carried out by students of SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi City. Education Personnel Planning provides direction for all institutions in terms of human resources needed, and human resource activities to be managed and developed, and can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of institutions, educators and education personnel can integrate with short-term planning goals and long-term educational institutions.
