Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajaran merancang proposal karya ilmiah berbasis Project Based Learning untuk siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang berorientasi pada pengembangan suatu produk. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seorang guru bahasa Indonesia dan 26 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analysisi Interactive Miles-Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya sebagai berikut. 1) Kurikulum yang berlaku di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging adalah kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi 2018. 2) Analisis karakteristik siswa didasarkan pada usia dan kebutuhan siswa terhadap bahan ajar. Rata-rata usia siswa kelas XI adalah 16-18 tahun yang berada pada tahap operasional formal. Selain itu, siswa juga membutuhkan bahan ajar tambahan yang menuntun mereka merancang proposal karya ilmiah secara bertahap. 3) Hasil analisis materi menunjukkan bahwa materi utama teks proposal yang disajikan dalam modul meliputi pengertian proposal, ciri-ciri proposal, jenis-jenis proposal, sistematika proposal dan kaidah kebahasaan proposal. 4) Hasil perumusan tujuan pembelajaran yakni siswa mampu merancang proposal karya ilmiah dengan memerhatikan informasi, tujuan dan esensi karya ilmiah yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang telah dilakukan, modul pembelajaran berbasis Project Based Learning dapat dikembangkan di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging, dengan tetap berpedoman atau mengacu pada analisis kebutuhan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a cultural shift that is influenced by cultural development due to globalization.novel as one of the representations of society culture can be a benchmark in seeing the culture shift. The novel "Ketika Merah Putih Terkoyak" saw the development of culture with a different point of view by displaying a living story. Through this work, the author hopes that the young generation, especially the Minangkabau generation, know that great history has occurred in Minangkabau, and Minangkabau has been the center of the Indonesian government, and regional autonomy has actually been a part of history in Minangkabau. The author's hope in this case is not too exaggerated because according to what is expressed by Atmazaki (2005: 73) that the writing of literature is always interesting with the writing of history. Although many scholars claim that literary works cannot be the main ingredient of historical writing, but literary works cannot be ignored by historians. Literary works can be a reflection of the development of culture for the community can be learning materials for learners to understand the culture of a nation.

Abstract

Learning English, especially speaking skills, requires a variety of accurate strategies. The aim is to make it easier for students to learn English, the more ways they can learn it the easier it is to master it. However, it is important to remember that learning English is not learning knowledge that requires high logical reasoning, memorizing formulas, mastering tenses, grammar, and formal English grammar, and so on. But learning English is nothing more than a skill that is continuously practiced until it is accustomed, any language learned requires the practice of speaking the language learned.

Abstract

This training is aimed at class XII language students at the State University of Padang State University Laboratory Development High School. The method used is the lecture and discussion method. The material presented aims to introduce students that BIPA is teaching Indonesian as a foreign language and not a second language. Indonesian is taught so that foreigners can live and suevive in Indonesian nature and culture. One of the frameworks is the CEFR (Common European Frame of Reference) for language. In BIPA learning, there are several things that must be considered between BIPA learning strategies and media. The discussion method is also used for questions and answers with students related to their understanding of the material that has been delivered.

Abstract

Writing activities are very important, especially for students in every lecture process. Assignments given by lecturers generally require students' writing skills. Writing skills that are important to be mastered by students, especially final semester students, are writing scientific papers. Scientific writing is one of the requirements for students to complete their education level. The activity of writing a final project in the form of a scientific paper is a form of embodiment of students' understanding and skills during lectures. Courses related to writing are only in the form of general delivery. The purpose of this service is to help students understand the correct procedure for writing scientific papers so that the problems discussed in the scientific papers they write can be conveyed and understood well by the readers.

Abstract

This research analyzes the double phoneme errors of foreign students at Universiyas Negeri Padang in the form of deletions, additions and changes to double vowels and double consonants in foreign students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of double phoneme errors of foreign students at Universitas Negeri Padang.. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is the case study method. The research and data sources in the research are Ei Thet Hmo Po (laura) and Win Ei Phyu Tun (Sharon). Data was collected through observation interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that there were twenty-one data analysis of duplicate phoneme errors of foreign students at Universitas Negeri Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validation of the learning module for constructing scientific papers for class XI SMA based on the assessments of content/material experts, linguists and graphic experts. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a 4-D (Four-D) model. The 4-D model consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The instrument used is a validation sheet filled out by experts in their fields to test the feasibility of content, presentation feasibility, project based learning, language feasibility and graphic feasibility. The data analysis technique used is a Likert scale with a scale of 0-10. Based on the results of expert validation, the developed learning module is categorized as valid with a value of 90.86. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the causes and forms of language errors at the phonological level of BIPA students. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data taken in this study is a form of language error at the phonological level in the form of words spoken by BIPA 1-2 students at Fatoni University Thailand. So. Meanwhile, the data sources in this study were BIPA 1-2 students at Fatoni University, totaling 8 people. The instruments in this study were researchers using laptops and zoom applications and assisted with data inventory formats. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation assisted by recording techniques, observing techniques and note-taking techniques. The technique used in checking the validity of the data in this study is the triangulation technique. The results of data analysis can be concluded several things. First, the forms of language errors found by BIPA students at Fatoni University Thailand at the phonological level are, a) phoneme change errors. b) phoneme omission errors, and c) phoneme additions. Second, the factors causing BIPA students to experience language errors in speaking skills are influenced by factors, first, namely factors influenced by the language they master first. Second, the lack of understanding of the language users of the language they use, many do not understand good and correct Indonesian, both in meaning and in pronunciation or pronunciation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the skills of writing descriptive text without, with, and how to influence the use of the Snowball Throwing Learning Model on the Writing Ability of Grade VII Students of SMP N 13 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The data processed in this study were tests on the results of writing descriptive text skills for class VII students of SMP N 13 Padang. The data collection technique was carried out in 3 meetings, 1 meeting in the control class and 2 meetings in the experimental class. First, students' skills in writing descriptive text before using the Snowball Throwing model for class VII students of SMP N 13 Padang with an average of 73.61 are more than adequate (LdC) because they are at 66% -75% mastery on a scale of 10. Second, writing skills Students' descriptive text before using the Snowball Throwing model for class VII students of SMP N 13 Padang with an average of 84.03 is classified as good (B) because it is at 76% -85% mastery on a scale of 10. Third, students' writing skills of description before using the model Snowball Throwing in learning is better than before using the Snowball Throwing model. Fourth, there is a significant effect, this can be seen from the average value of descriptive text writing skills using the Snowball Throwing Model which is higher than without using the Snowball Throwing Model with a range of (84.03 > 73.60).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk tindak tutur asertif dalam tayangan sidang Ferdy Sambo di youtube Kompas TV: sidang nota pembelaan (pledoi) Richard Eliezer. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pragmatik dengan menggunakan pendekatan dari Tarigan yang meliputi tindak tutur menyatakan, memberitahukan, menyarankan, membanggakan, mengeluh, menuntut, dan melaporkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah percakapan yang di dalamnya terdapat tuturan-tuturan yang mengandung tindak tutur asertif berserta konteksnya. Sumber data yang diambil adalah tayangan Sidang Ferdy Sambo pada tanggal 25 Januari 2023. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik padan dan agih. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bentuk tindak tutur yang ditemukan yaitu tindak tutur asertif menyatakan, memberitahukan, membanggakan dan melaporkan. Bentuk tindak tutur asertif yang banyak fitemukan yaitu tindak tutur asertif menyatakan sebanyak 14 data yang terdiri dari menyatakan pendapat, menyatakan keterangan dan menyatakan pendapat dari ahli.
