Abstract

Siswa lamban belajar merupakan siswa yang dalam menyerap informasi atau materi pelajaran cenderung lebih lambat dibandingkan siswa lain sebayanya yang ditandai dengan prestasi belajar rendah, membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dalam menyelesaikan tugas atau soal-soal tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru terhadap siswa terindikasi lamban belajar di kelas V SDN Repok Bijang. Aspek yang diteliti adalah bagaimana guru memberikan bimbingan atau dukungan melalui pemberian bantuan (scaffolding) terhadap satu orang siswa terindikasi lamban belajar yang ada di kelas V. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai strategi yang diterapkan guru menekankan pada pemberian bantuan sebagai bentuk bimbingan atau dukungan terhadap siswa terindikasi lamban belajar di kelas V SDN Repok Bijang terbagi ke dalam dua strategi khusus yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif atau kolaboratif dan tutor sebaya (peer tutoring) dengan strategi awal yang diterapkan guru sebelum mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut antara lain; pemberian materi yang lebih disederhanakan dan dengan memanfaatkan media konkret, memberikan penjelasan secara berulang melalui pendekatan secara individual, bantuan teman sebaya yang lebih terampil, memberikan umpan balik yang positif, dan melakukan evaluasi strategi. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa guru kelas sudah mengetahui dan memahami tentang keberadaan siswa lamban belajar yang ada di kelas V. Guru kelas telah menerapkan berbagai strategi yang menekankan pada pemberian bantuan sebagai bentuk bimbingan atau dukungan khusus terhadap siswa terindikasi lamban belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Cupak Gerantang-based learning model utilizing Role Playing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a medium to strengthen character education based on Sasak local wisdom. This development is expected to become a pedagogical innovation that integrates cultural values, technology, and active learning methods. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with three main stages: (1) preliminary stage, (2) prototyping stage, and (3) assessment. The research subjects consist of two experts, one classroom teacher, and 20 students from SD Negeri 1 Jenggala, North Lombok Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation, and student response questionnaires, which were analyzed descriptively both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate that the learning model has a very high validity level, with an average score of 3.65 from media experts and 3.66 from learning experts. Limited trials showed practical categorization, with an average score of 3.45, covering aspects of ease of implementation, clarity of learning steps, and the attractiveness of AI-based animated media. Teachers and students gave a positive response to the integration of Cupak Gerantang digital animation equipped with AI voice-over features, as it was considered to enhance interactivity and understanding of moral values.

Abstract

Cupak Gerantang is a traditional folktale from Lombok that tells the story of two young men, Cupak and Gerantang. The narrative emphasizes the importance of avoiding negative traits and practicing virtuous behavior, making it a potential medium for promoting character education from an early age. However, the folklore faces several limitations, including limited audience reach, lengthy performance duration, use of local language, and visualizations that are less suitable for children. To address these challenges, this study aimed to adapt the Cupak Gerantang folktale into child-friendly digital comic characters. The research employed a design-based approach by adapting the vehicle transfer model, which consists of four stages: (1) ekranization, transferring characters and moral values into narrative and visual designs; (2) shrinkage, simplifying story elements and adjusting visuals to suit children; (3) addition and variation, modifying the storyline, setting, characterization, and visual style to enhance appeal; and (4) limited trials with 15 elementary school students. The trial results showed that most students responded positively to the illustrations, color schemes, and plot, confirming that the moral values had been effectively conveyed, and they expressed interest in reading the complete digital comic version. These findings suggest that the development of digital comic adaptations of characters from local folklore has potential as an innovative educational medium to support character education and foster appreciation for local wisdom in the digital age.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan, kevalidan dan kepraktisan media kartu truth or dare untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA di SDN 15 Cakranegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian R&D (Research and Development). Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini adalah ADDIE yaitu (analyze, design, development,implementation, and evaluation). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang divalidasi oleh validasi ahli media dan validasi ahli materi guna menilai kevalidan serta kelayakan media, kemudian digunakan angket respon siswa pada media pembelajaran yang berguna sebagai pembaruan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil kevalidan yang dilakukan oleh validator materi diperoleh nilai kevalidan materi pada validasi pertama sebesar 50% dengan kategori cukup valid sedangkan pada validasi kedua sebesar 79% dengan kategori valid, kemudian pada penilaian validasi media pertama diperoleh nilai sebesar 60% dengan kategori cuku valid sedangkan pada validasi kedua sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil kepraktisan berdasarkan penilaian rata-rata dari angket respon siswa diperolah ratarata sebesar 97,4% sehingga media kartu truth or dare dikategorikan pada kategori sangat baik dengan hal itu media kartu truth or dare yang dikembangkan tercapai. Sedangkan hasil penilaian angket guru mata pelajaran IPA di SDN 15 Cakranegara memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak sehingga hasil penilaian dari media pembelajaran kartu truth or dare yang dikembangkan sangat praktis untuk digunakan saat pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and practical HOTS-based ethnomathematics module rooted in the cultural context of the Sasambo Tribe to enhance elementary school students' understanding of spatial geometry. The module demonstrates how cultural contexts can make abstract mathematical concepts more concrete and engaging, providing a model for integrating local wisdom into the national curriculum. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, with percentage scores calculated for each instrument. Qualitative data in the form of suggestions and comments from validators, students, and teachers were analyzed thematically to inform revisions at each stage. The validity test results indicated media validation at 92.4% and material validation at 94%, both categorized as highly valid. In the practicality test, the module achieved 92% in the small-group trial and 96.2% in the large-group trial based on student assessments, while teachers’ evaluations reached 100%, indicating a highly practical classification. The findings revealed that integrating Sasambo ethnomathematics with a HOTS approach increased student engagement in learning. The study concludes that the developed module meets the criteria of high validity and practicality and is suitable for use as an alternative teaching material in elementary mathematics instruction. Its structured design facilitates straightforward implementation by teachers, enhancing cultural relevance and fostering critical thinking skills in the classroom.
