Abstract

In an era increasingly filled with climate change and environmental damage, village garbage management has emerged as one of the significant challenges to overcome. This article describes environmental conservation efforts through wise waste management practices in Cangkring Village, Karanganyar Subdistrict, Demak Regency. Ecological harmony is the foundation, reminding us of the importance of maintaining a balance between human activity and nature. Waste management in villages is not only about reducing the negative impact on the environment but also about creating a balanced relationship between man and nature. In order to preserve the environment in Cangkring village, some efforts have been made to provide trash drums as a waste disposal medium and a banner to the Cangkring village community to dispose of the garbage at its place. The garbage is then processed at a disposal site so that the result can be utilized.

Abstract

Krisis multidimensional dan perubahan yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan telah mengaburkan fungsi yang sesungguhnya dari kepala madrasah, tuntutan dari lembaga dinas kemenag membuat kepala madrasah terkungkung untuk menjalankan rutininitas seperti pola kepemimpinan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan mengevaluasi manajemen kewirausahaan Kepala MIN 2 Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: Wawancara kepada kepala madarasah MIN 2 Bener Meriah, dan dokumentasi dari kegiatan siswa. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bagian kesiswaan, guru. Analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang dimulai dari kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan kepala madrasah meliputi penyusunan program Madrasah dalam kewirausahaan melalui penentuan jadwal kewirausahaan market day dan koperasi siswa, pembimbing kewirausahaan, dan keikutsertaan peserta didik dan evaluasi yang melibatkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, komite sekolah, serta orang tua siswa; (2) Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada kewirausahaan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kemandirian peserta didik melalui pembinaan, keikutsertaan peserta didik dalam melaksakan kegitan berwirausaha serta motivasi berupa komunikasi intenstif, Tagline MIN Inovasi, dan reward; (3) Evaluasi dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam bentuk pemantauan, secara langsung dan pelaporan. Supervisi terhadap program belum ada instrumen supervisi yang terukur.

Abstract

Online buying and selling is currently very popular with all people who have internet access, because with all methods that in essence make it easier and present a sense of satisfaction so that online buying and selling is never avoided from the topic of conversation.  Buying and selling before the advancement of technology already had standards in practice that had been regulated in the Qur'an and Al-Sunnah. So that however, technology changes the method of transactions, but Islam long before that has established signs that must be obeyed for believers.  These signs have already existed with a legal basis, namely the Qur'an, Al-Sunnah and Ijma'. The Qur'an commands that if buying and selling in an initial contract provides relief for the buyer, namely by giving goods with a debt contract to write a grace period given to the buyer in paying it off. Al-Sunnah ordered not to sell goods that are different from those offered, thus giving rise to the nature of liars. And Ijma' Ulama ordered buying and selling so that there would be no ghoror, namely the ambiguity in the contract at the beginning of the transaction that there was no guarantee, in this case the buyer was deceived in the specifics of the goods and vice versa the seller was deceived in the value of an item.

Abstract

Childcare in Minangkabau is the responsibility of all elements of the family and the environment around the child, but in its development this parenting pattern has undergone various changes due to the times and these changes were then followed by a decrease in the role of the extended family in Minangkabau households. This research aims to examine parenting patterns in Minangkabau families, especially in Nagari Paninjauan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Through case studies of five families, this research found that local culture-based parenting is still applied in daily practice. Nevertheless, each family shows adaptation to the times, integrating modern values without eliminating Minangkabau traditions. This study found that despite social changes, cultural values still function as guidelines in parenting in Minangkabau society. There are also some obstacles experienced due to the development of increasingly modern times

Abstract

Background: Leadership is a critical factor in determining organizational success. It serves as the primary catalyst for significant changes within an organization, where leadership is defined as the art of fostering organizational alignment and stability. Purpose: This study examines the direct effect of authoritarian leadership on employee job performance. Furthermore, this study explores the moderating role of power distance and the mediating roles of job role clarity and trust in leaders.Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a quantitative survey-based design with a sample of 176 employees from water utility company in West Sumatra. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM PLS).Findings/Results: The research findings show that authoritarian leadership has a negative effect on employee job performance. Furthermore, the results indicate that power distance moderates the relationship between authoritarian leadership and both job role clarity and employee job performance. The findings also reveal that job role clarity and trust in leaders mediate the effect of authoritarian leadership on employee job performance.Conclusion: The authoritarian leadership style has a negative influence on the work performance of employees at a water utility company in West Sumatera, resulting in an unhealthy impact on the company's performance.Originality/value (state of the art): This research combines the mediating influence of job role clarity and trust in leaders for the influence of authoritarian leadership on employee job performance, and the moderating effect of power distance on the influence of authoritarian leadership on job role clarity and employee job performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan produksi udara tekan pada kompressor menurun; kemampuan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan komponen kompressor; dan kemampuan kapal untuk menghasilkan udara tekan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan udara tekan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di kapal MV CS Vanguard, mulai tanggal 21 Agustus 2021 sampai dengan 12 Desember 2022. (10 bulan 01 hari). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui survei yang dilakukan, Amati dan catat langsung di lokasi penelitian dan diperoleh dari literatur, tutorial, perusahaan, dan sumber lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, katup tidak berfungsi dengan baik, karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu disebabkan oleh faktor usia yang telah melebihi batas maksimal sesuai dengan manual book yaitu 2000 jam dan juga Adanya kerak yang melekat pada katup , dan terjadinya kerusakan pada pada ring piston yang di akibatkan oleh filter minyak lumas yang tersumbat. Penulis menyarankan perhatikan perawatan throttle valve dan komponen lainnya sesuai PMS (Planning Maintenance System), karena throttle valve sangat berguna jika tidak berfungsi dengan baik karena kotoran kering yang menempel pada katup.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic role of the Dewan Dakwah Islamiah Indonesia (DDII) in strengthening the Islamic faith (aqidah) and improving the economic welfare of the Muslim community through its various da'wah programs. DDII is one of the Islamic missionary organizations that consistently provides religious guidance, especially in remote and underdeveloped areas where access to religious education and economic empowerment is still limited. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions systematically. The results of the study show that DDII implements several strategies to spread Islamic teachings that focus on reinforcing the community’s faith, particularly targeting individuals who are not yet reached by da'wah efforts or who live in areas with limited access to religious education. These strategies include deploying da’i (preachers) to rural and isolated regions, conducting regular religious guidance, and providing accessible educational materials for laypeople. In addition, DDII actively promotes economic empowerment through community-based programs such as entrepreneurship training, the development of Islamic cooperatives, and the strengthening of household economies. By integrating spiritual da'wah and economic development, DDII seeks to create a society that is not only strong in its religious beliefs but also economically self-reliant. This research highlights the crucial role of Islamic missionary organizations in balancing religious guidance and socio-economic welfare in Muslim communities, fostering holistic community development in line with Islamic values.

Abstract

Perceived career success in employee career development has received much attention in recent years. Keeping that in mind, this research examines the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic work values and perceived career success within a hybrid career orientation. This research also tests the mediating role of multidimensional career commitment, which includes career resilience, career planning, and career identity. The sample consisted of 322 civil servants working in government agencies in Indonesia. The SEM-AMOS analytical model was used to test the measurement and structural models. The findings of the research study indicated a positive correlation between intrinsic work value and perceived career success. Moreover, the relationship between intrinsic work values and perceived career success was found to be influenced by career resilience, career planning, and career identity. In contrast, no significant relationship was observed between extrinsic work values and perceived career success. However, extrinsic work values were negatively related to career resilience. This research suggests that human resource management practitioners can enhance career management by emphasizing multidimensional career commitment and intrinsic work values.

Abstract

The research aims to get the best slope of the solar module to be placed on the roof of the building. This research will look at the performance of solar panels with varying slopes from various types in the city of Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is data collection by looking at the most significant output power from various slopes and comparing it with calculating the output power. The data from each month will also be compared so that the cross panel and the best tilt angle will be. From the research that has been done, it is found that in December and January, with the sun's declination angle of 23 ° and 20 ° North Latitude, the orientation of the solar panel installation is facing south with the best tilt angle of the solar panel is 20 ° -25 ° in December and 18 ° -24 ° in January. In July, the sun's declination is 21.2 ° North Latitude. The orientation of the solar panel installation is facing North, with the best tilt angle of the solar panel being 15 °.
