Abstract

Post-pandemic online learning raises the problem of declining character values such as decreased self-confidence, concern for the environment, selfishness, and empathy for others. This makes educational institutions have the tough task to restore the identity of their students. One of the efforts made by the Head of SMKN 1 Turen Malang Regency to minimize the above problems is to carry out character education habituation activities called "Sayber Pancangan Doa". The number of respondents in this study was 1,988 students with 58 parallel classes who were observed 116 times within three months. The results showed that there was a change in anti-bullying behavior with a percentage of 6.53% to 100% and the formation of character values in students with good categories for each indicator of Sayang, Clean, Smart, Beautiful, Handsome, and Do'a. The conclusion is that the habituation activities of "Sayber Pancangan Doa" that have been implemented have a positive effect on changing students' behavior, anti-bullying, and increasing the value of their social and religious character. It is hoped that the habituation activity "Sayber Pancangan Doa" can realize anti-bullying behavior in all students so that the learning process at SMKN 1 Turen runs safely, comfortably, and protected from bullying practices.Post-pandemic online learning raises the problem of declining character values such as decreased self-confidence, concern for the environment, selfishness, and empathy for others. Abstract

Today's society still assumes that teachers are the ones who are able to bring about major changes to educate the nation's children. One of these tasks lies on the shoulders of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers who are expected to be able to form students with character by emphasizing Islamic values in behaving in their environment. Educational institutions will be of quality if the Human Resources in them have superior and quality competencies. This study aims to assess the extent of the influence of digital expertise, social environment and leader trust on improving the achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in schools. The research method is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 110 respondents from PAI teachers in Malang Regency, using a Likert scale of 1-5. The results of the study obtained that (1) digital expertise has a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.014. (2) The social environment has a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.001 and (3) leader trust has not had a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.132. The three factors that are independent variables in this study prove that the achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers increases if they have digital skills, a supportive social environment. The trust of leaders from the principal has only a slight and insignificant effect on the achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers. The conclusion obtained is that the increasing achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers can be one of the barometers of increasing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers with various competencies and skills they have, so that it has an impact on the quality of education and can become an asset of school excellence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' resilience and digital competence on the effectiveness of the utilization of digital learning media in public elementary schools in Malang Regency. The digital transformation in education requires teachers to possess not only technical digital skills but also psychological and spiritual resilience in the face of change. This study uses a quantitative, correlational design and analyzes the data using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected using a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to elementary school teachers, with a sample of 445. The rowdon sampling technique was chosen to conduct data analysis using the PLS-SEM statistical tool. The results of the study showed that the R Square value was 0.552 (Adjusted R² = 0.541), which means that teacher resilience and digital competence simultaneously were able to explain 55.2% of the variation in the effectiveness of digital learning media utilization. Teacher digital competence had a significant effect on the effectiveness of digital learning media (β = 0.455; t = 4.566; p < 0.05), while teacher resilience showed a lower, statistically insignificant effect in one of the test models (p < 0.05). This finding confirms that digital competence is a dominant factor in increasing the effectiveness of digital learning media, while resilience plays a supporting factor in strengthening teacher readiness to improve the quality of learning in the era of digital transformation. The research results recommend that schools provide digital competency training for teachers that integrates the development of spiritual and psychological resilience values to create effective, adaptive, and sustainable digital learning.
