<![CDATA[The aim of the Riau University KKN program is to increase knowledge and attitudes in the education sector and environmental cleanliness among the aged in Parit I/II Village. The special target in the Riau University KKN program is children who will become the nation's successors. Providing prepared materials to be delivered to children and then creating a reading corner to increase awareness of the importance of reading culture. Building a waste bank is also an important activity to raise awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in its proper place. Apart from that, supporting activities were also carried out in the form of a torchlight parade to welcome the Hijriah New Year and also an STQ competition to select qori candidates to advance to the sub-district level and finally, in celebrating Independence Day, a competition was also held on August 17 to increase social values in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh orlenalycious dalam memberikan informasi kepada konsumennya mengenai produk yang di tawarkan oleh orlenalycious sehingga meningkatkan minat beli konsumennya dan orlenalycious juga ingin konsumennya selalu mengingat orlenalycious dari video yang telah di buat pada TikTok orlenalycious. Penelitian ini nenggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti melakukan observasi pada akun TikTok orlenalycious serta peneliti juga melakukan wawancara kepada narasumber yang mengetahui mengenai TikTok orlenalycious. Hasil penelitian ini adalah media sosial TikTok yang saat ini sangat ramai digunakan dimanfaatkan oleh orlenalycious untuk memasarkan produknya dengan membuat video yang menarik di TikTok. Dengan menggunakan TikTok untuk memasarkan produknya terbilang sangat efektif sehingga membuat banyak konsumennya memiliki keinginan untuk terus membeli produk orlenalycious. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, Orlenalycious telah memanfaatkan komunikasi pemasaran dengan baik dan orlenalycious menggunakan TikTok untuk memperlihatkan other side of orlena sehingga nantinya konsumennya selalu mengingat orlenalycious dan selalu membeli produk yang di tawarkan oleh orlenalycious.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the impact of long-term hijab use on women's hair health. Hair is considered an important part of one's appearance and is often seen as an indicator of physical well-being. The research began after a proposal seminar and was conducted at the Department of Beauty and Cosmetology at Padang State University.Based on existing literature, the use of the hijab can affect hair condition because it covers the head continuously, which may restrict air circulation and increase moisture on the scalp area. Previous studies have shown that women who wear the hijab for more than eight hours a day are at risk of experiencing hair problems such as hair loss, dandruff, and split ends. However, this research also notes that proper hair care can reduce these negative effects, so women who take good care of their hair tend to have healthier hair even while wearing the hijab.The focus of this study is on the general impact of hijab use on hair health, without considering the different hair types of the respondents. The results from observations and interviews emphasize the importance of selecting appropriate hair products to minimize the negative effects of hijab use, supporting the findings of previous studies.]]>

<![CDATA[Intravenous access on a patient requires skilled skills. These skills must be based on knowledge of anatomy and the level of difficulty that will be faced in the process of the action. Using the DIVA scale is a way that can be used to assess whether the installation has a high level of difficulty or not.The application of the DIVA Scale at the Awal Bros Group Hospital was carried out to provide education and reference for all nurses in doing this to detect the level of difficulty before access is installed.Application of scale DIVA is useful for reducing the number of attempts required to install intravenous access. The training was carried out on January 19 2024, which was attended by 136 nurses from 9 hospitals.]]>

<![CDATA[Kopi merupakan minuman yang diseduh dari biji kopi yang telah disangrai dan digiling menjadi bubuk kopi. Selain rasa dan aroma kopi yang khas, kopi juga mengandung kafein yang dapat membantu mengurangi risiko terkena penyakit kanker, diabetes, jantung, dan berbagai penyakit lainnya. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah informasi terkait kopi, selain memberikan informasi tentang kopi juga melakukan proses jual beli. Kebutuhan yang disediakan adalah beberapa jenis kopi lokal yang ada di wilayah Indonesia. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem yang dibuat memiliki beberapa fitur yaitu lokasi awal pengiriman barang di medan, proses pengiriman barang atau pesanan langsung dipilih oleh pelanggan. Jasa pengiriman yang digunakan adalah JNE, JTE dan Kantor Pos. Untuk transaksi pembelian barang, pelanggan dapat memilih metode pembayaran yang tersedia pada aplikasi yaitu melalui transfer atau menggunakan aplikasi OVO yang sudah terdaftar pada aplikasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a learning media based on the traditional house of Uma Lengge to enhance students’ creativity in visual arts learning for fifth-grade students at SDN Risa. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The trial subjects were 17 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through pretest and posttest, as well as student response questionnaires. The results indicated an increase in the average score from 49.1 in the pretest to 80.2 in the posttest, with a difference of 31.1 points, indicating the effectiveness of the media. Student responses to the media achieved an average score of 3.76 (“Very Good” category), showing that this media is attractive, easy to use, and encourages active engagement in learning. The Uma Lengge media not only helps students understand visual arts material more concretely but also strengthens the connection between learning and local culture, creating a contextual and meaningful learning experience. This study recommends the use of local wisdom-based media as an innovative alternative in visual arts learning in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of modern science has opened new spaces for dialogue between science and religion, including within Qur’anic exegesis. QS. al-Mu’minūn [23]: 12–14 is often referenced in embryological studies because it contains a description of human creation that appears consistent with modern biological processes. The main problem of this study lies in two aspects: the application of Fazlur Rahman’s hermeneutics through the Double Movement theory in understanding contemporary interpretations, and the identification of methodological limitations when the scientific approach is used dominantly by Tantāwī al-Jawharī and Zaghlūl al-Najjār. The purpose of this research is to examine the balance between scientific, moral, and spiritual dimensions in both interpretations. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, analyzing the text, historical context, and its relevance to modern scientific understanding. The results indicate that al-Jawharī emphasizes the spiritual and moral aspects of scientific interpretation, viewing science as a means to strengthen faith, whereas al-Najjār highlights empirical aspects and the scientific miracle (iʿjāz ʿilmī). Through Rahman’s hermeneutical framework, both demonstrate a serious effort to bridge revelation and science, yet methodological limitations arise when Qur’anic meanings are overly adjusted to scientific theories. This study concludes that the application of the Double Movement theory helps to position scientific interpretation proportionally so that the spiritual and moral meanings of the Qur’an remain preserved amid the dynamics of modern scientific development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the system and procedures of administrative correspondence in the auction department of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk KC Palembang. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through field observation during a three-month internship, documentation review of auction-related letters, and interviews with administrative staff and unit heads. The results indicate that the correspondence system at BTN KC Palembang is well-structured but still faces several obstacles, including bureaucratic bottlenecks in the letter disposition process, reliance on manual archiving systems, human errors in data entry, and logistical challenges in external communication with institutions such as KPKNL Palembang. These obstacles affect the efficiency and timeliness of the auction process, which in turn impacts asset recovery (recovery) and bank cash flow. The study concludes that digital transformation—such as implementing e-filing, digital tracking systems, and standard templates—is the most effective solution to improve administrative efficiency and legal certainty in the auction process.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Early detection of toddler growth and development is a crucial step in identifying developmental abnormalities early so that intervention can be initiated as early as possible. However, many parents still do not understand the importance of routinely monitoring their toddler's development. This community service activity aims to improve parents' knowledge and skills in early detection of toddler development through educational activities and the distribution of brochures. Implementation methods included health education, interactive discussions, and pre- and post-activity knowledge evaluations. Results showed an increase in parents' knowledge regarding toddler growth and development and their ability to perform early detection of developmental delays. This activity is expected to prevent delays in toddler development by increasing parental involvement. Keywords: Community Service, Early Detection, Toddler Development, Health Education Abstrak Deteksi dini tumbuh kembang balita merupakan upaya penting untuk mengidentifikasi secara awal adanya penyimpangan perkembangan sehingga dapat dilakukan intervensi sedini mungkin. Namun, masih banyak orang tua yang belum memahami pentingnya pemantauan perkembangan balita secara rutin. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam melakukan deteksi dini perkembangan balita melalui kegiatan edukasi dan pembagian brosur. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan kesehatan, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua mengenai aspek tumbuh kembang balita dan kemampuan dalam melakukan deteksi dini perkembangan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mencegah keterlambatan tumbuh kembang balita melalui peningkatan peran aktif orang tua. <![CDATA[Newborns can experience hypothermia shortly after birth, hypothermia occurs through several mechanisms, which are related to the body's ability to balance heat production and heat loss. Failure caused by a decrease in the body temperature of the baby born falls by about 0.30C per minute. To avoid hypothermia, several ways can be done, including by using skin wrap. Skin wrap is a plastic bag to reduce heat loss due to evaporation so that it can easily increase the baby's temperature. The method of using skin wrap can be used to prevent hypothermia in neonates, both premature and not. Hypothermia in infants can worsen the condition of babies who lose heat after birth. Providing education and outreach regarding the application of skin wraps for newborns is carried out so that all nurses understand the importance of implementing this in order to maintain thermoregulation in newborns. Education was carried out for all nurses in the Awal Bros Group Hospital environment on May 25 2023 with a total of 94 participants which was carried out online with zoom.]]>
