Abstract

Prototype aplikasi tumbuh kembang anak berbasis android adalah sebuah aplikasi yang diguankan oleh orangtua untuk melakukan skrining tumbuh kembang anak menurut usia. Prototype aplikasi tumbuh kembang anak berbasis android yang menyajikan 6 menu dengan hak akses orangtua yaitu Tahapan Perkembangan Anak Menurut Umur, Ganguan Tumbuh Kembang, Pembagian Kelompok Umur Stimulasi Anak, Petunjuk Penggunaan KPSP, Algoritme Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP) dan Kuesioner KPSP. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan database MySQL yang terdiri dari 4 tabel yaitu identitas, kat.gerak, kuesioner, dan usia. Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan adaah prototype dengan 4 langkah yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalsis kebutuhan, membuat perancangan awal, membangun prototype. Dalam pembuatan prototype aplikasi ini juga dilakukan validasi oleh seorang pakar tumbuh kembang anak yaitu dr. Fatika Puteri Rosyi, M.Biomed, hasilnya informasi yang tersaji dalam aplikasi tumbuh kembang anak sudah valid sesuai dengan kebijakan IDAI dan DEPKES.

Abstract

Batik was an intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, with unique variations of motifs, colors, and philosophies in each region, both in Indonesia and Malaysia. The development of the fashion industry and e-commerce brought both opportunities and challenges, since users often had difficulties finding batik that matched their preferences, occasions, or symbolic needs. This research aimed to develop a smart recommendation system model for batik using the content-based recommendation method. The dataset consisted of batik data from Indonesia and Malaysia with attributes such as region of origin, dominant color, main motif, category, and usage. The system development method applied was Prototyping, which included the stages of requirement identification, quick design, and prototype construction. The results showed that the system was able to provide relevant recommendations according to user preferences. For example, when the user selected batik preferences with green color, leaf motif, and casual usage, the system recommended Batik Priangan from Indonesia with the highest similarity value of 0.75. These findings proved that the content-based approach successfully connected batik attributes with user needs. This research was expected not only to simplify the search for batik products in the digital era but also to contribute to the preservation of batik culture through the utilization of information technology.

Abstract

Aksara Jawa semakin ditinggalkan seiring dengan diperkenalkannya penulisan Latin atau Roman yang telah menjadi standar dunia internasional. Beberapa upaya telah dilakukan untuk melestarikan dan mensosialisasikan kembali aksara Jawa salah satunya adalah usaha mengintegrasikan aksara Jawa ke sistem informasi elektronik. Pembelajaran menulis huruf Jawa media yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran terbilang sangat minim, sehingga dalam pembelajaran menulis huruf Jawa media yang diterapkan masih bersifat kurang interaktif, dan modern sehingga kurang mampu menarik minat siswa dalam mempelajari aksara Jawa. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan bagi siswa SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo untuk menjalankan program transliterasi antara aksara Latin dan aksara Jawa. Adapun program yang digunakan adalah dengan Metode Finite State Automata (FSA). Metode ini dipilih karena Program dapat mentransliterasikan aksara Latin ke aksara Jawa maupun sebaliknya. Setelah platform dibuat selanjutnya adalah pendampingan cara penggunaannya sebagai pelatihan didapatkan hasil akhir bahwa 87% siswa dapat menerima dengan baik pelatihan program transliterasi aksara latin dan aksara jawa. Sebagai tambahan, program transliterasi aksara latin dan aksara jawa sudah bisa di akses via web: https://transliterasiaksarajawa.000webhostapp.com. Siswa maupun pengguna lainnya dapat mengakses secara online dan dapat mencoba sendiri program transliterasi secara online sehingga diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk pembelajaran

Abstract

Effective and efficient inventory management is crucial for the operational success of trading companies. CV. Al Salam, engaged in fabric trading in Sukoharjo, faces significant challenges in managing fabric stocks at their main warehouse. Currently, inventory management at CV. Al Salam is done manually, often leading to issues such as recording errors and document piles. This research aims to develop a web-based warehouse information system using technologies like PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript to address these challenges. The system is expected to provide real-time stock monitoring, automated restock notifications, and an interactive dashboard for data analysis. The Waterfall development method is employed, covering requirements analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Testing results show the system functions according to specifications with a 100% success rate, enhancing recording accuracy and speeding up reporting and goods distribution processes. The research findings indicate that this system successfully improves operational efficiency at CV. Al Salam by reducing recording errors and accelerating the reporting and distribution processes.

Abstract

Di desa Kenteng yang terletak di kelurahan Pojok, kecamatan Tawangsari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sebuah usaha yang dikenal dengan nama Home Industry Sarung Tradisional Botol Dunia yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan sarung. Dalam pembuatan sarung masih menggunakan alat tenun tradisional. Dalam pemesanan produk yang ada pada Home Industri Sarung Tradisional Botol Dunia masih manual, yaitu pelanggan datang langsung ke tempat produksi dan melakukan pemesanan pada pemiliknya. Hal tersebut kurang efektif dalam dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam segi penjualan produk sehingga dapat menurunkan minat beli pelanggan. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ada.. Dalam sistem pembuatan informasi pemesanan sarung tenun tradisional nantinya terdapat fitur custom produk guna untuk memanjakan pemesanan pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan dapat meminta corak dan warna sarung sesuai yang diinginkan pelanggan. . Pengguna diharapkan dapat lebih mudah melakukan pembelian, untuk barang-barang yang mereka inginkan dengan menyesuaikan fitur dan menambahkan elemen pada system. Aplikasi ini dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan waterfall. Model ini mengikuti proses yang metodis dan berurutan. Fase-fase dari teknik waterfall adalah sebagai berikut: analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Temuan penelitian ini, dapat meningkatkan penjualan sarung tradisional menjadi modern. Dengan website penjualan sarung masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah dalam membeli produk sarung dan transaksi menjadi lebih mudah. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat membuat pangsa pasar sarung tradisional semakin meningkat. Selain itu, web ini memiliki kemampuan untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi waktu dan sumber daya. Dan Dengan fitur custom produksi yang dimana pelanggan dapat menyesuaikan corak sesuai yang diinginkan dapat mempermudah dalam pemesanan. Sistem ini juga terdapat pembuatan laporan penjualan yang dapat didownload sehingga memudahkan admin dalam melakukan pelaporan penjualan.

Abstract

Pusaka Tani is a shop that provides agricultural needs such as fertilizers, rice seeds and plant medicines. Sales transactions at the Farmer's Library still use a manual system, namely by using notes as proof of sales transactions. The amount of data that accumulates results in less useful data. So that Pusaka Tani cannot know the products that are often purchased by consumers simultaneously which results in many products being sold out without the knowledge of Pusaka Tani which results when consumers are not going to buy these products and products that are rarely purchased by consumers become unsold. The purpose of this study is to model FP Growt in the analysis of product stock supply. In the research conducted, the support value and confidence value used is a minimum support value of 30% and a minimum confidence value of 70%. The results obtained from the research conducted are for the highest lift ratio value of 1.67 and the lowest is 1.09

Abstract

Technological advances in online transportation services such as Grab facilitated user mobility. User reviews of the application were a valuable source of information for developers to improve service quality and for users to make decisions regarding service use. This research aimed to analyze the sentiment of Grab application user reviews using a machine learning approach. The system development method used in this research was the Agile method with the stages of Planning, Iterative Development, and Testing. The machine learning algorithms applied were Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naive Bayes. The results of sentiment analysis of Grab application reviews were in the form of classification of reviews into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. The test results showed that the Random Forest algorithm had the highest accuracy rate of 95.14%. This indicated that Random Forest was effective in identifying sentiment patterns in review data.

Abstract

Abstrak : Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) di Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Sragen memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas pemerintah daerah. Namun, proses evaluasi kinerja yang masih manual dan subjektif mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi kinerja pegawai secara objektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem evaluasi kinerja berbasis web yang memanfaatkan algoritma k-means untuk mengelompokkan pegawai APIP berdasarkan parameter kinerja tertentu, seperti budaya kerja BerAKHLAK, Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP), tingkat kehadiran, dan kompetensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan algoritma k-means untuk clustering data kinerja, dengan pendekatan pengembangan sistem model Waterfall. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner terhadap pegawai APIP di Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Sragen. Sistem yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk menghadirkan alat bantu evaluasi yang tidak hanya cepat, tetapi juga akurat dan mendalam, memungkinkan pimpinan untuk memperoleh gambaran kinerja secara terstruktur dan berbasis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengelompokkan pegawai APIP ke dalam beberapa kategori kinerja yang lebih akurat yaitu menghasilkan cluster dengan 8 pegawai berkinerja baik, 15 pegawai berkinerja cukup, dan 19 pegawai dengan kinerja kurang. Implementasi sistem ini juga memberikan visualisasi data yang informatif, membantu dalam identifikasi potensi pengembangan individu maupun tim, serta menyusun strategi peningkatan kinerja secara menyeluruh. Sehingga sistem ini tidak hanya mempermudah proses evaluasi kinerja, tetapi juga memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan kompetensi dan pelatihan pegawai. Kesimpulannya, penerapan algoritma k-means dalam evaluasi kinerja APIP terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan internal di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di berbagai instansi pemerintah lainnya untuk mendukung tata kelola yang lebih baik.====================================================Abstract : The Internal Government Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Sragen Regency plays a critical role in maintaining transparency and accountability within the regional government. However, the manual and subjective performance evaluation process poses challenges in objectively and efficiently identifying employee performance. This study aims to develop a web-based performance evaluation system utilizing the k-means algorithm to cluster APIP employees based on specific performance parameters, such as the BerAKHLAK work culture, Employee Performance Targets (SKP), attendance rate, and competence. The research methodology employs the k-means algorithm for performance data clustering, using the Waterfall model for system development. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving APIP employees at the Regional Inspectorate of Sragen Regency. The system is designed to provide a performance evaluation tool that is not only fast but also accurate and in-depth, enabling leadership to obtain structured and data-driven insights into employee performance. The research findings indicate that the system successfully categorizes APIP employees into several performance clusters, producing groups of 8 employees with good performance, 15 with average performance, and 19 with poor performance. The system implementation also provides informative data visualizations that aid in identifying individual and team development potential and devising comprehensive strategies for performance improvement. Thus, the system not only facilitates the performance evaluation process but also provides a robust basis for decision-making in developing competencies and training programs for employees. In conclusion, the application of the K-Means algorithm in evaluating APIP performance has proven effective in enhancing the quality of internal supervision within the regional government. Consequently, this system can serve as a replicable model for various other government agencies to support improved governance practices.

Abstract

Indonesia continues to report high maternal and infant mortality rates, underscoring the urgent need for effective community-based health information systems, particularly in rural areas served by Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Posts). Despite their crucial role in primary healthcare delivery, many Posyandu still rely on manual data recording, resulting in fragmented documentation, delayed health risk detection, and inefficient decision-making processes. This study adopts a design research approach, utilizing the User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology to develop a web-based health monitoring system tailored for non-technical users, specifically Posyandu cadres in Dukuh Village, Boyolali Regency. The UCD process involved four iterative stages: understanding the user context, specifying user requirements, designing high-fidelity interface prototypes using Figma, and conducting usability evaluation through the System Usability Scale (SUS). The developed prototype includes key features such as digital patient data entry, real-time health examination input, visual health monitoring graphs, and automatic report generation by category and period. Usability testing was conducted with five Posyandu cadres who participated in defined usage scenarios and completed the SUS questionnaire. The resulting average SUS score was 84, categorized as “Excellent,” indicating that the system is intuitive, accessible, and efficient for users with limited technological experience. These findings demonstrate that the UCD approach effectively aligns system functionality with user needs, enhancing usability and supporting timely, data-driven health service decisions. This model offers significant potential for scalability and adaptation in other Posyandu settings, contributing to more integrated and responsive public health interventions at the village level.
