Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan memerlukan identifikasi dini siswa berisiko tidak tuntas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem prediksi ketuntasan siswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes dengan memanfaatkan data akademik (nilai ujian, absensi) dan non-akademik (partisipasi ekstrakurikuler). Data historis dari 150 siswa SMA dianalisis melalui pra-pemrosesan (normalisasi, penanganan data hilang) dan validasi menggunakan 10-fold cross-validation. Hasil menunjukkan akurasi sistem mencapai 85,2%, presisi 83%, dan recall 87%, dengan nilai ujian sebagai faktor dominan (feature importance = 0,45). Sistem ini memberikan prediksi objektif untuk membantu guru melakukan intervensi tepat waktu, meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi Naive Bayes dalam analisis data pendidikan multidimensi.

Abstract

Flood disasters are a recurring problem in Sragen Regency, primarily caused by the overflow of the Bengawan Solo River during the rainy season with high rainfall intensity and duration exceeding 4 hours. According to data from the Sragen Regency Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), over the past seven years, 46 floods have occurred in 16 villages across 20 sub-districts in Sragen Regency. The impacts of these disasters include infrastructure damage, material losses, and threats to human safety, further aggravated by the limited availability of early warning tools. To mitigate these impacts, an effective monitoring and early warning system is needed. The objective of this research is to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system capable of monitoring water conditions and providing early warnings through Telegram notifications using the Blynk application. This system is designed to provide accurate and timely information regarding water levels and early flood warnings to the community in Sragen Regency. In its development, the system utilizes an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to measure water surface height, an ESP32 microcontroller for data processing, and Blynk IoT and a Telegram bot as remote notification media. Additionally, visual indicators such as LED lights and a buzzer are used to provide local early warning signals regarding potential floods. The innovation offered by this IoT-based flood monitoring system focuses on real-time detection and anticipation of flood threats. This research also developed a system integrating Blynk with Telegram, enabling rapid notification delivery. Test results show that the system is capable of detecting water levels with an accuracy reaching 95%, providing early notifications with an average latency of 1.2 seconds, and maintaining connection stability up to 99%. Through this research, it is hoped to provide a significant contribution to the development of IoT-based disaster mitigation technology. Compared to conventional systems, this innovation offers high accuracy, more affordable costs, and ease of use, which is expected to assist disaster management officials and the community in mitigating flood risks and enhancing disaster preparedness in Sragen Regency.

Abstract

In the digital era, Wedding Organizer (WO) services have become increasingly vital in facilitating wedding planning and execution. However, many WOs, including Marni Wedding Organizer, still grapple with inefficiencies stemming from manual operational systems. This research endeavors to address this issue by developing a web-based e-service system for Marni Wedding Organizer using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its iterative approach and adaptability to evolving requirements. The system, developed using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and the Midtrans API, progresses through phases of requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The study identifies operational inefficiencies as the primary problem, prompting the need for technological intervention. Through thorough testing, the system achieves a 100% testing level across all modules, ensuring robust functionality. However, limitations exist in the system's scope, focusing solely on booking and payment processes. Future research could explore expanding system features for enhanced service personalization. Ultimately, the developed e-service system enhances operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and resource management for Marni Wedding Organizer.

Abstract

Pusaka Tani is a shop that provides agricultural needs such as fertilizers, rice seeds and plant medicines. Sales transactions at the Farmer's Library still use a manual system, namely by using notes as proof of sales transactions. The amount of data that accumulates results in less useful data. So that Pusaka Tani cannot know the products that are often purchased by consumers simultaneously which results in many products being sold out without the knowledge of Pusaka Tani which results when consumers are not going to buy these products and products that are rarely purchased by consumers become unsold. The purpose of this study is to model FP Growt in the analysis of product stock supply. In the research conducted, the support value and confidence value used is a minimum support value of 30% and a minimum confidence value of 70%. The results obtained from the research conducted are for the highest lift ratio value of 1.67 and the lowest is 1.09

Abstract

Technological advances in online transportation services such as Grab facilitated user mobility. User reviews of the application were a valuable source of information for developers to improve service quality and for users to make decisions regarding service use. This research aimed to analyze the sentiment of Grab application user reviews using a machine learning approach. The system development method used in this research was the Agile method with the stages of Planning, Iterative Development, and Testing. The machine learning algorithms applied were Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naive Bayes. The results of sentiment analysis of Grab application reviews were in the form of classification of reviews into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. The test results showed that the Random Forest algorithm had the highest accuracy rate of 95.14%. This indicated that Random Forest was effective in identifying sentiment patterns in review data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and integrate a student academic performance prediction system into an e-learning platform using a mathematical modelling approach combined with machine learning algorithms. The method employed was Research and Development (R&D), encompassing stages of needs analysis, mathematical modelling, development of a machine learning-based prediction system, and implementation and evaluation. The study was conducted at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta, involving 100 students from the Informatics Engineering study program. Data were collected through the e-learning platform, covering student activity logs such as access frequency, quiz scores, assignment completion time, and forum participation. This behavioral data was then analyzed using supervised learning algorithms, namely logistic regression and decision tree, to build a predictive model for academic performance. The resulting predictive system was integrated into the e-learning platform to deliver risk notifications and adaptive learning material recommendations automatically. To measure the improvement in academic performance, a validated academic achievement test was administered as both a pre-test and a post-test to the experimental group. This test consisted of multiple-choice and short-answer items aligned with the course learning objectives. The results showed that the decision tree model achieved a prediction accuracy of 87.4%, while logistic regression reached 81.2%. Evaluation of the system’s effectiveness using the pre-test and post-test scores revealed a significant increase in students’ academic performance. Statistical analysis with a paired t-test yielded a significance level of p < 0.001, indicating that the adaptive prediction system effectively supports more personalized and impactful learning. This study contributes to the advancement of machine learning-based prediction systems in e-learning by designing and implementing a model that leverages real student activity data. The system enables early detection of academic risks and provides automated, adaptive content recommendations, thus fostering personalized and data-driven learning in higher education. Its practical implementation helps students identify learning weaknesses promptly and receive appropriate supporting materials immediately, promoting proactive and self-regulated learning behavior.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring memiliki peran penting dalam memantau kinerja perusahaan. PT. Lingkar Kabel Telekomunikasi menghadapi kendala dalam proses monitoring kinerja sales, termasuk penggunaan metode manual untuk laporan harian dalam bentuk hardfile. Proses manual ini memakan waktu dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan data. Selain itu, sistem absensi manual mengharuskan sales datang ke perusahaan, menambah biaya dan waktu transportasi. Penilaian kinerja sales secara manual juga rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan kinerja sales dengan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring berbasis Web di PT. Lingkar Kabel Telekomunikasi menggunakan metode Prototype. Hasilnya adalah sistem dengan dua user, admin dan sales, yang memiliki fitur login, dashboard, absensi dengan QR code, tracking lokasi, lokasi kerja, perizinan, dan laporan harian serta bulanan. Pengujian Blackbox Testing menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi sistem ini berjalan sesuai harapan, mengoptimalkan kinerja sales di PT. Lingkar Kabel Telekomunikasi.

Abstract

Hewan ternak sapi yang dipelihara pada usaha ternak "Heli Farm" memiliki kualitas yang baik, termasuk jenis Limosin, Simental, dan Madura. Setiap minggu, beberapa jenis sapi baru masuk ke peternakan. Meskipun memiliki kualitas yang tinggi, usaha ternak ini menghadapi tantangan signifikan karena masih bergantung pada proses penjualan manual. Biasanya, sapi dibawa ke pasar hewan untuk dijual, metode yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam jangkauan pemasaran dan efisiensi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem penjualan berbasis web memperluas upaya pemasaran. Dibuatnya penelitian ini untuk memfasilitasi proses pemasaran yang lebih efisien dan meluas untuk "Heli Farm." Dengan menyediakan akses mudah ke informasi tentang sapi yang dijual, sistem ini bertujuan untuk menarik audiens yang lebih luas dan merampingkan proses penjualan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, pendekatan terstruktur yang memastikan setiap fase pengembangan diselesaikan sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya. Menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literature. Terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, untuk memastikan analisis yang mendalam dan pengembangan sistem yang akurat. Proses pengembangan sistem mencakup pembuatan beberapa diagram UML. Untuk desain database, MySQL digunakan untuk membuat dan mengelola tabel yang diperlukan, memastikan penanganan dan penyimpanan data yang efisien.Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka yang dirancang untuk dua jenis pengguna: admin dan pembeli. Admin memiliki akses untuk mengelola produk, pesanan, pengiriman, dan laporan penjualan, sementara pembeli dapat melihat daftar sapi yang tersedia, melakukan pemesanan, dan melakukan pembayaran.

Abstract

Seperti usaha rental Sanjaya Playstation adalah satu – satunya  dari usaha  rental  yang menyewakan mainan Playstation (PS) yang berlokasi di Jalan Dalangan-Tawangsari Karangasem Kateguhan Tawangsari, Kec. Tawangsari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Permasalahan utama dalam usaha rental PlayStation adalah ketidakefisienan data yang hanya ditulis di kertas, menyebabkan risiko kehilangan, kerusakan, kesulitan pencarian, dan kurangnya informasi ketersediaan serta hambatan pemasaran. Solusi yang diajukan adalah sistem rental PlayStation berbasis web yang menyajikan informasi jenis, ketersediaan, dan harga sewa PlayStation di "Sanjaya Playstation" secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional di "Sanjaya Playstation" Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mampu menampilkan jenis PlayStation, menghasilkan kwitansi, memproses penyewaan oleh admin, dan membantu dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan. Sistem ini diharapkan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan omset usaha.

Abstract

Penyakit diabetes mellitus merupakan masalah kesehatan yang semakin memprihatinkan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Surakarta. Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta adalah salah satu rumah sakit yang memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan layanan kesehatan dalam pemeriksaan penyakit diabetes mellitus. Proses pemeriksaan dan deteksi penyakit diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta biasanya dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan riwayat rekam medis, pemeriksaan dan tes medis serta pemeriksaan tambahan lainya. Data yang sudah terkumpul disimpan dalam catatan medis fisik dalam bentuk kertas yang disimpan dalam arsip. Sistem tersebut memiliki masalah dalam hal keterbatasan aksesibilitas serta membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang besar, data manual yang begitu banyak menyebabkan tidak efisien dalam hal analisis penyakit diabetes mellitus dengan cepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pakar yang menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Certainty Factor dalam deteksi penyakit diabetes mellitus pada tahap awal dengan studi kasus di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Penulis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model Waterfall, pada proses implementasi sistem pakar menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pakar yang memiliki fitur manajemen data pasien, data pengguna, data gejala, data penyakit, basis pengetahuan, data training dan konsultasi pasien. Sistem pakar dapat membantu tenaga medis dalam melakukan manajemen sistem pada penyakit diabetes mellitus dan membantu pasien dalam mendeteksi penyakit diabetes mellitus secara mandiri dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang penyakit tersebut.
