Abstract

This study aimed to explore the relationship between gender and family structure by providing specific nutritional interventions to children aged 6-23 months. The method used was analytical observational with a cross-sectional approach. The research results from chi-square analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the child's gender and family type and the provision of specific nutrition (p value <0.05). The majority of male children received positive specific nutrition, namely 52.2%, and girls received positive specific nutrition, namely 64.9%. The nuclear family type provided specific nutrition positively by 63.1% and the large family type provided specific nutrition negatively by 52.8%. In conclusion, the child's gender and family type have a significant influence on the provision of specific nutrition and nuclear families are more likely to provide better nutrition. Abstract

Making moringa leaf cakes as a snack for cancer patients is one of the efforts to fulfill nutritional adequacy as well as a snack that has a complete composition. Processing with good and maximum quality control, so that contamination of raw materials into food can be controlled and can meet quality assurance based on HACCP. Moringa leaf sponge has potential biological, physical and chemical hazards. The analysis was carried out including direct observation and interviews with officers making Moringa leaf cakes. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at X Hospital Jakarta, in November 2022 with the object of research being an analysis of the application of HACCP in the process of making Moringa leaf cakes at X Hospital Jakarta. The results of the HACCP analysis obtained critical points from receiving raw materials to product packaging that can be controlled. Egg raw materials are washed with 50 ppm chlorine for 2-3 minutes after receipt, SNI standard wheat flour, moringa leaf powder, refined sugar, SNI standard cooking oil, and margarine with good storage to avoid the potential danger of lipolytic microbes. In the making of Moringa leaf cakes, there is a potential for contamination in the packaging process after the processing process. Proper use of PPE and the serving process affect the potential hazard of Moringa leaf cakes. This activity resulted in the finding that there is a potential hazard in the production of Moringa leaf sponge cake during the serving process.

Abstract

Educator-designed play activities focus only on academic skills, not specifically including character in learning objectives. This study aims to develop a project-based play activity program as a form of character stimulation in early childhood. This research was conducted with the development of a program of play activities and digital-based learning media for early childhood. This research uses an R and D approach consisting of two stages, namely: (1) the development stage and (2) the implementation stage in ECCE institutions in the East Jakarta area. The development plan was prepared based on analysis on 5 (five) ECCE institutions in the DKI Jakarta area. The stimulation program is designed by creating a theme design, a weekly activity program, and a daily activity design. Stimulation programs that have been designed by teachers can be a reference in developing character in early childhood. Character recognition is carried out through a variety of activities arranged by the teacher and the use of learning media that are in accordance with the interests and interests of children. The learning media used is also designed with the use of visual and digital-based media. Play activities are carried out through a project-based approach which is implemented through the project introduction stage, project implementation stage, and project completion stage. The development of early childhood frogs is currently the basis for the formation of Indonesia's superior generation. The results of the study resulted in a model for developing early childhood character stimulation programs based on project approaches developed according to field analysis to shape character in children, namely 1) Religious, 2) Independent, 3) Responsible, 4) Cooperation and Helpful, 5) Care for the Environment, and 7) Critical and Creative Reasoning.

Elderly people with thin nutritional status need to be given additional food in the form of high-calorie foods that are easy to digest. EDAMTIKA food formula is a powdered food formula which has the basic ingredient of edamame and is high in calories. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving the EDAMTIKA food formula on the level of consumption of macronutrients (energy, protein, fat and carbohydrates) and body weight in elderly people with underweight nutritional status at UPT. Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Jember Tresna Werdha Jember. This research uses true experimental designs research with a cross-over design. The subjects of this study were 19 elderly people who met the inclusion criteria. Elderly respondents were given 200 ml of the EDAMTIKA food formula 2 times a day for 7 days. Based on the Wilcoxon test, there is an effect of giving the EDAMTIKA food formula on the level of energy consumption (p=0.021), protein (p=0.000), fat (p=0.046), carbohydrates (p=0.000) and body weight (p=0.000) in the elderly. lean nutrition. Based on the Wilcoxon test, there was no effect without giving the EDAMTIKA food formula on the level of energy consumption (p=0.064), protein (p=0.053), fat (p=0.083), carbohydrates (p=0.727), and body weight (p=0.222) in the elderly thin nutritional status. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, there were differences in levels of energy consumption (p=0.000), protein (p=0.000), fat (p=0.000), and carbohydrates (p=0.002) in the treatment group and the control group. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, there was no difference in body weight (p=0.770) in the treatment group and the control group.

Abstract

Abstract: Provinsi Lampung is facing a serious challenge regarding the high rate of traffic accidents, triggered by the increasing number of vehicles and inadequate infrastructure. Low awareness of traffic regulations also serves as a major cause of accidents. This research employs the Cluster Analysis method within the Geographic Information System (GIS) to categorize traffic accident data in Lampung Province for the year 2021. The data encompasses the number of accidents, fatalities, serious injuries, minor injuries, and financial losses across 14 districts/cities. The cluster analysis results identify two main groups with distinct characteristics. The first cluster exhibits a low accident rate, while the second cluster shows a high accident rate, contributing significantly to the total number of accidents, fatalities, serious injuries, minor injuries, and financial losses. Recommendations for interventions are tailored to the characteristics of each cluster, emphasizing either fatal injury prevention or road infrastructure improvements. The findings of this research provide a foundation for designing more effective strategies to reduce accident risks and enhance traffic safety in Lampung Province Keywords: K-means, Accidents, Lampung Province

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem and is an important problem in Indonesia. The emergence of the problem of stunting can have a fatal impact on children if it is not addressed. One of the main causes of stunting is a lack of nutritional intake in the first 1000 days of life or a lack of nutritional intake for a long time. This causes children to experience growth disorders, namely height that is not appropriate for their age, decreased productivity, health problems, and ultimately can cause generation loss in Indonesia. The impact of stunting is metabolic disorders in the body. The research results show that from the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the risk factors that cause stunting in families with stunting are: Nutritional Status, and the results of the questionnaire conducted using in-depth interviews show that visits to Posyandu are not routinely attended every month, the processing and presentation of children's food is less varied. , low in protein and low in nutritional value.
