Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari Pengaruh Media Sosial dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa aktif kelas XII SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 133 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis outer model dan analisis inner model. Hasil perhitungan X1 terhadap Y menunjukan bahwa skor original sample sebesar 0.393 dan t-statistic sebesar 2.970 > 1.978 serta nilai p-value sebesar 0.005 < 0.05; kemudian untuk X2 terhadap Y diperoleh skor original sample 0.476 dan t-statistic sebesar 3.641 > 1.978 serta nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Adapun hasil perhitungan F2 dari variabel X1 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F2 sebesar 0.195 dan untuk hasil perhitungan variabel X2 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F2 sebesar 0.286. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya Media Sosial dan Lingkungan Keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya dunia bisnis dan teknologi, penting bagi organisasi untuk memahami praktik-praktik terbaik dalam mengelola pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis berbagai teori dan temuan terkait manajemen pelatihan dan pengembangan karir sumber daya manusia (SDM). Kajian ini merangkum literatur yang ada mengenai konsep dasar pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, tahapan pelatihan dan pengembangan, program dan implikasinya, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Berbagai studi dan teori tentang manajemen sumber daya dan efektivitas pelatihan dieksplorasi untuk memberikan gambaran yang diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang lebih efisien dan berdampak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture, and employee performance in the context of modern organisations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study reveals that ethical leadership and a positive organisational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Ethical leadership, characterised by leaders' concrete actions in implementing moral values, creates a work environment that supports ethical and innovative behaviour. A strong organisational culture, which reflects the shared values and norms adopted by members of the organisation, also plays an important role in shaping employee behaviour and improving performance. In addition, employee engagement and employee commitment are important factors that mediate the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture and employee performance. The findings of this study conclude that investment in ethical leadership development and the establishment of a positive organisational culture are strategic steps for organisations to achieve superior and sustainable performance.

Abstract

This literature review explores essential leadership skills needed to achieve organizational goals, focusing on communication, decision-making, motivation, and conflict management. Effective leadership, especially in transportation, requires adapting to complex challenges, such as traffic congestion and regulatory changes, while integrating sustainable policies and technological advancements. The study highlights transformational and inclusive leadership styles as critical approaches to fostering team collaboration, trust, and innovation. Using a systematic literature review method, key trends and knowledge gaps were identified, providing a basis for future research. The findings emphasize continuous training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities, ensuring leaders can address evolving organizational demands and drive long-term success.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, companies need to have a progressive and sustainable work culture to stay relevant and grow. Leaders have a key role in shaping and directing organizational culture, which includes the values, attitudes, and behaviors desired in an organization. A progressive work culture can improve performance, innovation, and employee satisfaction and engagement. This study aims to understand the strategic role of leaders in creating a progressive and sustainable work culture in organizations. This research uses a literature review design with the SPIDER approach (Sample, Phenomenon of Interest, Design, Evaluation, and Research Type), this method was chosen because it is able to accommodate both qualitative and quantitative research. The results showed that leaders who have a clear vision, good communication skills, and active involvement in developing and maintaining organizational values, can create a progressive and sustainable work culture. Based on the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that leaders play a vital role in creating a progressive and sustainable work culture. With effective leadership, a work culture that supports sustainable development can be created, which in turn can improve organizational competitiveness and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that significantly influence employee performance and formulate strategies to improve it. This research was conducted through a comprehensive literature study of various studies related to employee performance. The main focus of this research is on internal factors such as motivation, leadership, and organizational culture, as well as external factors such as technology and changes in the business environment. The research results show that employee performance is influenced by various interrelated factors. Motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve optimal performance. Effective leadership, especially transformational and democratic leadership styles, also has an important role in improving performance. In addition, a positive organizational culture, conducive work environment, and appropriate use of technology can increase employee productivity and job satisfaction. To improve employee performance, organizations need to create a supportive and motivating work environment. This can be done by implementing various strategies, such as providing ongoing training and development, implementing a fair and transparent compensation system, building positive interpersonal relationships, and providing sufficient autonomy to employees. Apart from that, organizations also need to pay attention to external factors such as technological changes and evolving market dynamics.

Abstract

Traditional and modern leadership are two approaches with distinct characteristics and advantages. Traditional leadership is rooted in culture, customs, and values passed down through generations, where the leader's legitimacy is often based on lineage, social status, or collective recognition within the community. This model emphasizes hierarchy, authority, and stability to maintain group harmony. However, in a constantly changing era, the traditional approach is often deemed less flexible as it tends to be static and resistant to adaptation. In contrast, modern leadership emerges in response to the needs of more dynamic and complex societies and organizations. Modern leaders prioritize competence, innovation, and member empowerment, emphasizing effective communication and the ability to adapt to change. Both approaches hold unique relevance in different contexts. Integrating the positive values of traditional and modern leadership can create a more holistic model of leadership aligned with contemporary demands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of leadership styles in the digital era influenced by rapid technological advancements. Using a literature review method based on library research, the study explores the shift from traditional leadership models to collaborative and technology-based leadership. The findings indicate that leaders in the digital era are required to master technology, drive innovation, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Challenges such as rapid change, managing virtual teams, and data security are key focuses. By understanding these changes, leaders can create a more flexible, productive, and adaptive work environment.

Abstract

Program job fair merupakan salah strategi yang digunakan oleh PT. XYZ dalam proses rekrutmen guna menjaring calon tenaga kerja yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pelaksanaan job fair, menganalisis kendala dalam proses rekrutmen, serta menganalisis factor pendukung keberhasilan kandiat yang berasal dari job fair sampai terekrut di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa job fair merupakan program rekrutmen yang lebih efektif dari program lain yang ada di PT. XYZ, kendala yang terjadi adalah maraknya penipuan yang mengatasnamakan rekrutmen PT.XYZ dan kebutuhan karyawan didominasi oleh kandidat yang berasal dari jenjang pendidikan D3 sedangkan perguruan tinggi banyak yang sudah melakukan peningkatan jenjang Pendidikan dari D3 ke D4, dengan faktor-faktor pendukung terdiri dari kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan kesehatan tubuh dari tiap kandidat.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology has been applied to various fields, one of which is services. Currently, online-based services can make it easier for someone to ask for information or submit a complaint about something related to an institution or company. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of ASN Information System helpdesk services at institution X. This research used a qualitative method with a case study type of research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Participants in this study were employees of the SIASN helpdesk service. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the ASN information system helpdesk service has been running quite well in terms of system usage, service appearance, and features of the service. However, in practice there are still obstacles, there is a lack of responsibility of service providers such as the response time given is not fast response. This is supported by interview statements conducted with service provider employees.
